Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kebijakan politik dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan sosial masyarakat di Desa Bandar Setia, Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan, Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Kebijakan politik dipahami sebagai instrumen strategis pemerintah desa dalam merencanakan, mengimplementasikan, serta mengevaluasi program-program pembangunan yang berfokus pada kebutuhan masyarakat. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi guna memperoleh data mendalam mengenai pelaksanaan kebijakan politik desa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah desa telah menjalankan berbagai program seperti perbaikan infrastruktur, pelaksanaan kegiatan posyandu, penanganan stunting, serta penyaluran bantuan sosial yang dinilai cukup efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup warga. Meskipun demikian, beberapa hambatan masih muncul, terutama terkait rendahnya pemahaman sebagian masyarakat mengenai kewenangan desa serta ketidakterlibatan penuh masyarakat dalam proses perencanaan. Secara keseluruhan, kebijakan politik yang diterapkan terbukti memberikan dampak positif terhadap kesejahteraan sosial, namun masih memerlukan peningkatan dari aspek partisipasi publik dan optimalisasi tata kelola pemerintahan desa.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the limited use of digital learning media in elementary schools, particularly in Pancasila Education, which often results in low conceptual understanding and weak development of national identity values. This study aims to develop an interactive multimedia using Articulate Storyline and to examine its effectiveness in improving conceptual understanding and students’ patriotic character. The ADDIE model was employed, consisting of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The product was validated by material and media experts, and its effectiveness was tested using a pretest–posttest control group design. Data were analyzed through normality test, homogeneity test, independent sample t-test, and N-Gain score. Results indicated that the multimedia was highly feasible with expert validation scores above 90%. The normality and homogeneity tests met parametric assumptions. The independent t-test revealed a significant difference (Sig. < 0.05) in posttest scores between the experimental and control groups. The N-Gain score in the experimental class was categorized as moderate–high, indicating meaningful improvement. Students’ patriotic character also increased based on observation results. In conclusion, the Articulate Storyline–based multimedia is effective in enhancing students’ conceptual understanding and patriotic character in elementary school Pancasila Education

Abstract

This study designed a numeracy test instrument using the ADDIE model, which includes five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The analysis stage involved gathering and reviewing needs as the basis for product development. The design stage focused on developing the initial draft. The development stage then included expert assessment and small-group trials. The product was then implemented in a broader implementation stage, with an evaluation stage reviewing each step to ensure product quality. Validation results showed that the instrument received a “very valid” category from the media and materials validators, with an average score of 4.5 and a percentage of 91%. The language validator gave an average score of 3.7, categorized as “valid.” In terms of practicality, teachers gave an average score of 5, categorized as “very practical,” and students in both small and large trials also responded as “very practical.” Therefore, the Quizizz-based numeracy instrument was declared valid, practical, and feasible to implement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi pelaksanaan kebijakan parkir berlangganan berbasis barcode di Kecamatan Medan Area, Kota Medan. Kebijakan ini ditetapkan melalui Perda No. 1 Tahun 2024 untuk mengurangi parkir liar, pungutan liar, serta meningkatkan transparansi pendapatan daerah. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan meliputi petugas Dinas Perhubungan, juru parkir, dan pengguna parkir berlangganan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan tidak berjalan efektif karena ketiadaan alat pemindai barcode, minimnya sosialisasi, lemahnya pengawasan, serta penolakan juru parkir. Akibatnya pengguna barcode tetap dikenai pungutan manual. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penyediaan perangkat pemindai, pelatihan teknis, peningkatan pengawasan, serta perbaikan sistem digital agar kebijakan dapat diterapkan secara optimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta menganalisis tingkat kecerdasan emosi mahasiswa Program Studi PGSD Universitas Mandiri serta mengetahui pengaruh resiliensi terhadap kecerdasan emosi tersebut. Kecerdasan emosi menjadi kompetensi penting bagi calon guru SD karena berkaitan dengan kemampuan mengenali, mengelola, dan mengekspresikan emosi secara tepat dalam konteks pendidikan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 104 mahasiswa, menggunakan instrumen skala Likert yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya melalui SPSS 27. Analisis data meliputi statistik deskriptif, korelasi Pearson, dan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kecerdasan emosi mahasiswa berada pada kategori sedang menuju tinggi. Uji korelasi menunjukkan hubungan yang kuat dan signifikan antara resiliensi dan kecerdasan emosi (r = 0,684; p < 0,05). Selain itu, resiliensi terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kecerdasan emosi melalui persamaan regresi Y = 34,782 + 0,687X, yang menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi resiliensi mahasiswa maka semakin tinggi juga kecerdasan emosinya. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kecerdasan emosi mahasiswa dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal seperti regulasi diri, self-efficacy, dan motivasi, serta faktor eksternal seperti dukungan sosial dan lingkungan kampus. Temuan ini memberikan dasar penting bagi pengembangan program pembinaan karakter dan ketahanan diri mahasiswa PGSD.

Abstract

Kemampuan literasi membaca anak usia dini masih menjadi tantangan di sejumlah Lembaga satuan Pendidikan, termasuk di TK Yaspa, di mana media pembelajaran yang tersedia belum mampu menarik perhatian dan mempertahankan focus anak secara optimal. Kondisi ini menunjukkan perlunya inovasi media yang lebih interaktif dan sesuai dengan tahap perkembangan anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan flipbook digital berbasis cerita sejarah pempek sebagai media literasi membaca bagi anak usia 5-6 tahun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model 4D yang mencakup tahap pendefinisian, perancangan, dan pengembangan.Tahap pendefinisian dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara. Pada tahap perancangan, flipbook disusun melalui pembuatan flowchart dan storyboard. Tahap pengembangan meliputi pembuatan produk awal, validasi ahli, perbaikan, dan uji kepraktisan oleh guru. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa materi dalam flipbook memperoleh nilai kelayakan 96,42%, sedangkan aspek media mencapai 92,5%, keduanya termasuk sangat valid. Uji kepraktisan yang dilakukan oleh empat guru menghasilkan nilai 97,9%. Secara keseluruhan, flipbook digital yang dikembangkan dinyatakan layak dan praktis digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran anak usia 5-6 tahun. Selain meningkatkan minat baca, media ini juga mengenalkan budaya lokal secara sederhana dan visual.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of Islamic religious education (PAI) based on gender equality in shaping students' character at MTs PSM Tanen. The focus of the study is to identify the character values developed and the supporting and inhibiting factors in the process. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation techniques. The results of the study reveal that the implementation of gender equality in PAI learning is applied through equal treatment, opportunities, and involvement between male and female students, both during task assignments, class discussions, and leadership and extracurricular activities. The character values that develop include justice, responsibility, empathy, discipline, self-confidence, and mutual respect. Supporting factors in the formation of gender equality-based character come from the role of gender-responsive Islamic education teachers, inclusive school policies, an increasingly open community culture, and parental support. However, the implementation of gender equality still faces obstacles such as patriarchal culture, gender stereotypes, lack of parental understanding, family conditions such as divorce, and gender-biased social media influences. This study concludes that the formation of students' character through gender equality-based Islamic education requires collaboration with schools, families, and the social environment to create a fair educational atmosphere that aligns with Islamic principles

Abstract

Transformasi pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) masih menghadapi problem klasik berupa dominasi metode ceramah, penilaian yang berorientasi kognitif, serta minimnya ruang refleksi dan dialog nilai. Kondisi ini menyebabkan internalisasi spiritual siswa tidak berlangsung mendalam dan pembelajaran kehilangan daya transformasinya. Di sisi lain, Kurikulum Cinta yang dirancang Kementerian Agama menawarkan paradigma pendidikan berbasis kasih sayang, namun implementasinya di lapangan belum banyak dikaji secara empiris, khususnya dalam kerangka pendekatan Deep Learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menganalisis bentuk integrasi pendekatan Deep Learning dalam Kurikulum Cinta pada pembelajaran PAI di MAN 2 Jepara; (2) mengidentifikasi dampaknya terhadap kualitas pembelajaran PAI; dan (3) merumuskan model konseptual serta rekomendasi strategis bagi guru dan madrasah. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam dengan guru, pimpinan madrasah, dan siswa, serta analisis dokumen pembelajaran. Data dianalisis menggunakan model Miles & Huberman melalui proses reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi Deep Learning tampak melalui empat praktik utama: aktivasi makna berbasis konteks kehidupan siswa, dialog nilai yang mendalam melalui studi kasus dan analisis ayat, refleksi spiritual melalui jurnal renungan, serta aksi nyata berupa proyek kebaikan dan layanan sosial. Praktik ini berdampak signifikan pada peningkatan pemahaman konseptual siswa, penguatan empati dan akhlak, serta transformasi perilaku keagamaan yang lebih sadar makna. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa harmonisasi Kurikulum Cinta dan pendekatan Deep Learning menjadi fondasi penting untuk menghidupkan kembali esensi pembelajaran PAI sebagai proses humanisasi, spiritualisasi, dan pembentukan karakter. Temuan ini memberikan landasan konseptual dan praktis bagi pengembangan pembelajaran PAI yang lebih reflektif, humanis, dan transformatif di madrasah.

Abstract

This study originates from the growing integration of digital technology in Arabic language instruction, particularly in the teaching of listening skills, which serve as a fundamental component of language acquisition. The conditions observed in the Arabic Language Education Program at UIN Raden Intan Lampung indicate that digital media such as audio recordings, YouTube, Google Drive, and recording applications have supported instructional activities, although several challenges remain evident. The purpose of this research is to identify the primary obstacles in teaching maharah istima’ in the digital era, to describe the opportunities emerging from technological utilization, and to formulate strategies for optimizing learning. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach using a case study design. Data were collected through observations, interviews with lecturers and students, and analysis of instructional documents such as lesson plans and teaching materials. The findings reveal that the challenges include technical issues such as inadequate audio quality, non-soundproof classrooms, and unstable internet connectivity. Linguistic barriers, including limited vocabulary mastery and difficulty following native speakers’ pronunciation, also pose significant obstacles. On the other hand, digital media provide substantial opportunities to offer authentic audio exposure, enhance learning motivation, and facilitate students’ autonomous access to materials. The study concludes that the integration of digital technology has the potential to improve the effectiveness of maharah istima’ instruction, provided that it is supported by improved facilities, strengthened linguistic foundations, and adequate guidance from instructors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by the Smart Box KAYA media on the critical thinking skills and learning activeness of fifth-grade students at SDN Susukan 01 Ungaran Timur. This research employed a quasi-experimental method with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design, in which class VB served as the experimental group and class VA as the control group. The experimental group received PBL instruction supported by Smart Box KAYA, while the control group received PBL without the media. Data were collected through critical thinking tests and learning activeness questionnaires. The results showed a significant difference in students’ critical thinking skills between the experimental and control groups, indicated by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a higher mean score in the experimental class (75.32) compared to the control class (70.79). Furthermore, the Smart Box KAYA–assisted PBL model significantly influenced students’ critical thinking skills, as evidenced by the regression test (F = 7.929; sig. 0.009 < 0.05). Students’ learning activeness also increased significantly, with an average score of 83.23 in the experimental class, higher than 73.67 in the control class, supported by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simple regression analysis further confirmed the influence of Smart Box KAYA–assisted PBL on learning activeness with a significance value of 0.003 < 0.05 and R² = 0.270. Overall, the study concludes that the Problem Based Learning model assisted by Smart Box KAYA is effective in improving both students’ critical thinking skills and learning activeness.
