Abstract

Di era digital, penggunaan media sosial sudah lazim di kalangan siswa untuk berbagai aktivitas komunikasi, interaksi sosial, dan memperluas wawasan. Namun, maraknya konten kekerasan dan tidak pantas di media sosial berdampak negatif terhadap perilaku siswa. Perundungan (bullying), sebagai salah satu masalah pembelajaran yang disebabkan oleh perilaku negatif di kalangan siswa, harus diantisipasi dan dicegah agar tidak semakin meluas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam upaya guru dalam proses pencegahan perundungan (bullying) di SDN 4 Bukit Tunggal Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik validasi data menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa upaya guru dalam proses pencegahan perundungan (bullying) di kalangan siswa meliputi upaya preventif, upaya edukatif, upaya kuratif (penyelesaian/penyembuhan), dan upaya preservatif (pemeliharaan). Upaya-upaya tersebut bertujuan untuk mencegah perilaku perundungan (bullying) di kalangan siswa dan menumbuhkan serta memperkuat nilai-nilai karakter positif pada diri siswa agar dapat diimplementasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kata Kunci: guru, upaya pencegahan, bullying Di era digital, penggunaan media sosial merupakan hal yang umum dilakukan oleh peserta didik untuk berbagai aktivitas komunikasi, interaksi sosial, dan menambah wawasan. Namun, maraknya konten kekerasan dan konten-konten yang kurang pantas ditampilkan di media sosial berdampak negatif terhadap perilaku peserta didik. Bullying sebagai salah satu permasalahan belajar yang disebabkan oleh perilaku negatif pada peserta didik, harus diantisipasi dan dicegah pertumbuhannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam terkait upaya guru dalam proses pencegahan bullying di SDN 4 Bukit Tunggal Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa upaya guru dalam proses pencegahan bullying pada peserta didik meliputi upaya preventif (pencegahan), upaya pendidikan (pendidikan), upaya kuratif (penyelesaian/penyembuhan), dan upaya preservatif (pemeliharaan). Upaya-upaya tersebut bertujuan untuk mencegah terjadinya perilaku bullying pada peserta didik, menumbuhkan dan memperkuat nilai-nilai karakter positif pada peserta didik agar dapat diimplementasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Abstract

This research investigated the effectiveness of the Guided Question Technique in enhancing the writing ability of eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Siantar during the 2025/2026 academic year. The study employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental design. A total of 62 students were selected as the sample, divided into two groups: class VIII-2 as the experimental group, which was taught using the Guided Question Technique, and class VIII-1 as the control group, which received instruction through the conventional technique. Data collection was conducted by administering pre-tests and post-tests in recount text writing, and the results were analyzed using the t-test formula. The pre-test results revealed that the experimental group obtained an average score of 70.03, while the control group reached an average of 71.16. After the treatment, the post-test results indicated a significant improvement, with the experimental group achieving an average score of 79.90 compared to 74.94 for the control group. The data were gathered using a writing test as the primary research instrument. The t-test analysis generated a t-observed value of 3.551, which was greater than the t-table value of 1.671 at the 5% significance level. These findings demonstrated that the Guided Question Technique significantly improved students’ writing performance. Specifically, it enhanced their ability to organize ideas logically and to construct recount texts in accordance with the generic structure. Therefore, the Guided Question Technique can be regarded as an effective and practical instructional strategy to foster students’ writing competence in junior high school, offering teachers an engaging alternative to conventional technique.

Abstract

Self-awareness is a fundamental foundation in shaping the character of santri who are strong both spiritually and emotionally. In pesantren education, dakwah serves not only to convey religious teachings but also to develop personality. This study aims to describe the implementation of the mau’idzotul hasanah method in fostering self-awareness among santri at Al-Nur Dormitory, Ma’had Al-Zaytun, and to identify its supporting and inhibiting factors. The theoretical framework refers to Daniel Goleman’s (1996) concept of self-awareness, which includes emotional awareness, accurate self-assessment, and self-confidence. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach using direct observation, in-depth interviews, and relevant documentation and literature studies. The findings reveal that Al-Nur Dormitory functions as an internal dakwah institution that not only emphasizes discipline but also provides spiritual and character development. The mau’idzotul hasanah approach gentle, reflective, and emotionally engaging was proven to help santri recognize emotions, assess themselves honestly, and build self-confidence. Supporting factors include the role modeling of supervisors, personalized emotional approaches, a structured dormitory system, psychological readiness, and literacy activities as well as public speaking training. Inhibiting factors involve the diversity of santri backgrounds, emotional unpreparedness, inappropriate communication styles, the influence of social media, and a lack of synergy between parents and the dormitory. Nevertheless, Al-Nur Dormitory has effectively carried out its role in developing santri’s personality and spirituality through the mau’idzotul hasanah method. Abstract

Listening skills are one of the basic skills in Indonesian language learning that are often overlooked in the learning process. Many students struggle to understand spoken information due to teaching approaches that do not align with their needs and learning styles. This results in low listening comprehension outcomes. Therefore, teaching strategies that accommodate students' diverse characteristics are needed, one of which is through differentiated instruction. The purpose of this study is to explain the application of differentiated instruction in Indonesian language lessons to enhance listening skills. The method used is qualitative. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is conducted by reducing data, displaying data, and drawing conclusions from the obtained data. Lesson planning for Indonesian Language in Grade 5 at Al-Izhar Islamic Elementary School is carried out by preparing teaching materials, such as creating ATP and learning modules tailored to the academic calendar. The implementation of Indonesian language lessons in grade 5 at Al-Izhar Islamic Elementary School was carried out by applying the methods explained to students to foster interest and enthusiasm in learning through differentiated learning. Effective differentiated learning is able to improve the listening skills of grade 5 elementary school students because it is able to because it can accommodate diversity in students' readiness to learn, interests, and learning styles. Differentiated strategies for content, process, and product enable teachers to provide meaningful learning experiences tailored to students' characteristics, allowing students to be more focused, enthusiastic, and better able to understand the content of the text they are listening to. Students' learning styles significantly influence the effectiveness of the listening process. Additionally, students' participation and motivation to learn gradually increase. One important aspect is that teachers must be able to design appropriate differentiated instruction by grouping students based on their learning profiles, using diverse media, and assigning tasks that support the development of listening skills.

Abstract

This research is based on initial observations at the UPTD SMP Negeri 1 Gunungsitoli Selatan and the results obtained that students’ mathematical reasoning abilities were in the low category and the teaching materials used were still limited. Students had difficulty understanding the textbooks that were too advanced and relied solely on teachers in the learning process. The solution to this problem was to use teaching materials in the form of simple student worksheet, so they were easy for students to understand. The purpose of this research was to develop student worksheet with a realistic mathematics learning approach that was valid, practical, and effective in improving students’ mathematical reasoning abilities. This research is a development research. The development model used is the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The instruments in this study were learning outcome tests, validation questionnaires, and response questionnaires, and response questionnaires. The types of data used in this study are qualitative and quantitative data. Qualitative data consist of comments and suggestions provided by the validator regarding the developed student worksheet. Meanwhile, quantitative data consist of questionnaire results from the validator, student and teacher response questionnaires, and learning outcome tests. Based on the research results, the developed student worksheet have been tested and declared valid in terms of material validity (content), language validity, and design validity. Furthermore, the student worksheet are also very practical to use by students with a practicality percentage of 91% and a practicality percentage result from the teacher of 97.5%. The student worksheets are also effective in improving students’ mathematical reasoning abilities with an average score of 77.20 in the high category and a classical completeness percentage of 86.20 in the very effective category. So it can be concluded that the student worksheets with a realistic mathematical learning approach developed have met the expectations or objectives.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan media e-comic terhadap literasi digital siswa dalam pembelajaran materi keberagaman sosial budaya. Penelitian dilakukan di SDN Cikande Permai dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif quasi eksperimen desain nonequivalent control group. Sampel terdiri dari dua kelas, yaitu kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan media e-comic dan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan metode konvensional, masing-masing berjumlah 30 siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes literasi digital (pre-test dan post-test) dan angket respon siswa. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya peningkatan skor literasi digital yang signifikan pada kelas eksperimen dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol. Respon siswa terhadap penggunaan e-comic juga berada dalam kategori sangat baik. Media e-comic terbukti mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar, pemahaman materi, serta keterampilan digital siswa. Dengan demikian, penggunaan e-comic direkomendasikan sebagai alternatif media pembelajaran yang efektif dan menyenangkan dalam rangka meningkatkan literasi digital dan pemahaman materi di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low student learning outcomes in Sociology at Adabiah 2 High School, particularly in grade XII F8, despite teachers using the Kahoot educational game. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of the Kahoot educational game in Sociology lessons for grade XII. The theory used was Jean Piaget's cognitive theory, which explains mental processes such as thinking, understanding, and remembering in learning. This study employed a qualitative, descriptive approach. The informants were selected using a purposive sampling technique, consisting of one Sociology teacher and six grade XII F8 students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the implementation of Kahoot in Sociology lessons took place through three main stages. In the planning stage, teachers prepared teaching modules, questions, and supporting materials. During the implementation stage, students demonstrated enthusiasm, actively competed, and were motivated to answer questions quickly and accurately, despite internet network constraints. During the evaluation phase, teachers can directly view student learning outcomes through scores and rankings, which can stimulate student motivation and engagement. Thus, the use of Kahoot has proven effective in creating a fun learning environment, increasing motivation, and helping students better understand the subject matter.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan e-module interaktif “SiBudi” berbasis pendekatan Joyful Learning untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa kelas IV SDN Serang 03 terhadap materi Kekayaan Budaya Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4D yang terdiri dari tahap Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate. Produk dikembangkan melalui aplikasi Canva dan Articulate Storyline 3, dan dilengkapi fitur interaktif berupa video, game edukatif, serta kuis evaluatif. Hasil validasi ahli menunjukkan bahwa e-modul tergolong sangat layak, dengan skor dari ahli materi sebesar 3,85 (96,25%) dan ahli media sebesar 3,89 (97,25%). Uji kepraktisan menunjukkan skor dari guru sebesar 3,35 (83,75%) dan dari siswa sebesar 89,3%. Efektivitas produk dibuktikan dari peningkatan nilai siswa, yaitu rata-rata nilai pre-test sebesar 68,6 dan pos-ttest sebesar 86,3. Dengan demikian, e-module SiBudi dinyatakan valid, praktis, dan efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa melalui pembelajaran yang menyenangkan, interaktif, dan sesuai karakteristik siswa sekolah dasar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the implementation of Project-Based Learning (PjBL), time management, and learning motivation on the academic achievement of students in the Office Administration Education Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Medan, Class of 2021. The population in this study consisted of all Office Administration Education students from the Class of 2021, totaling 89 students. The sampling technique used was total sampling, so the entire population was taken as the research sample. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation. Instrument validity was tested using the Product Moment formula, while reliability was tested using the Cronbach’s Alpha technique. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with hypothesis testing through Partial Test (t-test), Simultaneous Test (F-test), and the Coefficient of Determination (R²). The results of data processing using SPSS version 25 showed that the implementation of Project-Based Learning (PjBL) had a positive and significant effect on students’ academic achievement. Time management also had a positive and significant effect on academic achievement. Likewise, learning motivation had a positive and significant effect on academic achievement. Simultaneously, the implementation of Project-Based Learning (PjBL), time management, and learning motivation significantly influenced academic achievement. The coefficient of determination of 78.4% indicates that the three independent variables jointly contribute to students’ academic achievement, while the remaining 21.6% is influenced by other factors outside this study.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low learning motivation of class X Phase E students in Sociology learning at SMAN 1 Gunung Talang. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of implementing the project based learning model on students' learning motivation. In this research, the theory used is constructivism theory according to Jean Piaget. This research method is quantitative research. This research data is in the form of an instrument containing data from respondents from the control class and experimental class. Where the experimental class was given treatment by applying a project based learning model, while the control class was treated with a conventional model. The population in this study were all class X students at SMAN 1 Gunung Talang. The sample for this research was 76 people. The sampling technique is purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques use Microsoft Excel software and SPSS version 3.1 software. The research results show that the project based learning model has a significant effect on learning motivation. Which is shown by the hypothesis test value, namely a significant value of 2 tailed 0.01 < 0.05. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the application of the project based learning model in Sociology learning can increase students' learning motivation.
