Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan hak asasi setiap individu, termasuk anak berkebutuhan khusus. Namun pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusif di Indonesia masih menghadapi tantangan seperti keterbatasan kompetensi guru, sarana pembelajaran, dan relevansi kurikulum terhadap kebutuhan individu siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan efektivitas efektivitas kurikulum bagi siswa berkebutuhan khusus dengan menelaah berbagai temuan empiris dan konteks dari literatur terkini. Metode yang digunakan berupa kajian pustaka sistematis melalui penelusuran artikel ilmiah dan laporan penelitian tentang adaptasi kurikulum inklusif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas kurikulum sangat dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan guru dalam melakukan adaptasi pembelajaran, penerapan kurikulum yang fleksibel seperti Individualized Education Program (IEP), dukungan kebijakan dan sumber daya, serta kesesuaian metode dan media pembelajaran. Kurikulum yang adaptif dan berorientasi pada kebutuhan individu terbukti meningkatkan hasil belajar serta partisipasi siswa berkebutuhan khusus, sedangkan kurikulum seragam justru menghambat tercapainya tujuan pendidikan inklusif. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya reformulasi kebijakan dan peningkatan kompetensi guru guna mewujudkan kurikulum yang efektif dan berkeadilan bagi seluruh peserta didik.

Abstract

Kajian pustaka ini mengulas pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka di Indonesia dengan fokus pada tantangan yang dihadapi, penerapan strategi yang diterapkan, serta dampaknya terhadap praktik pembelajaran di kelas. Berdasarkan dokumen kebijakan, panduan praktis dan penelitian empiris, ditemukan bahwa hambatan utama mencakup kesiapan sumber daya manusia, dukungan sarana-prasarana serta perubahan paradigma pembelajaran. Strategi yang dibahas meliputi implementasi bertahap, pengembangan profesional guru, adaptasi sekolah dan kolaborasi pemangku kepentingan. Kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum memberikan efek positif seperti peningkatan keterlibatan siswa, pembelajaran terdiferensiasi dan inovasi guru, meskipun terdapat variasi pada tingkat keberhasilan implementasi. Kesimpulannya, sistem perlu diperkuat melalui pemantauan berkelanjutan, komunitas belajar dan dukungan responsif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the school environment and self-efficacy on student learning outcomes in economics at SMA Negeri 1 Tambang. The problem addressed is the low student learning outcomes, which are suspected to be caused by a lack of support for the school environment and self-efficacy. The methodology used was a quantitative descriptive approach, with a population of 165 students and a sample of 63 students drawn using proportional random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires to measure the school environment and self-efficacy, as well as documentation of final semester exam scores for learning outcomes. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression to test the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The results showed that the school environment and self-efficacy significantly influenced student learning outcomes, with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 59.1%. A t-test indicated that the school environment and self-efficacy each significantly influenced learning outcomes with significance values ​​of 0.001 and 0.000, respectively. These findings emphasize the importance of developing the school environment and self-efficacy in improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study examines forms of gender discrimination in the Revision of the Indonesian National Armed Forces Law through the lens of Jasser Auda’s Maqasid al-Shariah and the concept of mubadalah (reciprocity). The revision of the Indonesian National Armed Forces Law has sparked debate concerning gender discrimination that hinders justice and equality between men and women, with implications for social structures and the values of justice in family law. The revised law reflects gender bias through the restriction of strategic positions for women, the construction of domestic roles as female identifiers, and regulations concerning marital status and marriage permits for members of the Indonesian National Armed Forces.This study aims to analyze the forms of gender discrimination in the revised law through the perspective of Maqasid al-Shariah as articulated by Jasser Auda, and its relevance to the principle of justice in Islamic family law. The research employs a normative-comparative approach, examining the academic manuscript of the law revision, classical and contemporary fiqh literature, and Jasser Auda’s maqasid framework, which is holistic, systemic, and oriented toward public welfare (maslahah). The findings indicate that the provisions within the revised law remain grounded in a patriarchal paradigm consistent with traditional social structures in family law, where women are often positioned as secondary actors in both public and private spheres. From Jasser Auda’s perspective, the principles of maqasid must be directed toward achieving al-‘adl (justice), al-karamah al-insaniyyah (human dignity), and taṭawwur (social transformation) as expressions of hifẓ al-nafs (protection of life), hifẓ al-‘aql (protection of intellect), and hifẓ al-nasl (protection of lineage). Therefore, gender discrimination in the Revised TNI Law contradicts the modern maqasid paradigm, which emphasizes the integration of law and social reality. Reformulating military legal policy must integrate the values of gender justice as emphasized in Jasser Auda’s maqasid framework so that national positive law and Islamic family law can harmoniously work together in realizing maslahah (public welfare) and substantive equality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan jenis-jenis permasalahan yang dialami peserta didik serta strategi guru Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) Islam dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut di Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Nurul Ikhwan Kabupaten Maros. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik menghadapi berbagai masalah yang dapat dikategorikan ke dalam empat aspek utama, yaitu masalah akademik, sosial, emosional, dan disiplin. Permasalahan akademik umumnya disebabkan oleh rendahnya motivasi belajar dan manajemen waktu yang kurang baik, sedangkan masalah sosial muncul akibat kesulitan beradaptasi dan kurangnya kemampuan komunikasi. Masalah emosional berkaitan dengan kecemasan, stres, serta rendahnya kepercayaan diri, sementara masalah disiplin terlihat dari pelanggaran ringan terhadap tata tertib sekolah. Dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, guru BK Islam menerapkan strategi preventif, kuratif, dan pengembangan berbasis nilai-nilai Islam melalui kegiatan keagamaan, konseling individual dan kelompok, serta pembinaan karakter. Pendekatan spiritual ini terbukti efektif dalam membantu siswa mengelola emosi, memperbaiki perilaku, dan meningkatkan kesadaran religius. Dengan demikian, strategi guru BK Islam di MA Nurul Ikhwan Kabupaten Maros berperan penting dalam membentuk peserta didik yang berakhlak, disiplin, dan berkepribadian islami.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low interest of elementary school students in cultural literacy learning due to the limited availability of interesting learning media. At SDN Klepu 01, teachers still rely on long textbooks that are less suited to student characteristics. This research aims to develop the “Baru Klinthing” folklore comic media as an innovative means to instill cultural literacy in first grade students. The method used is Research and Development with the ADDIE model which includes the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research subjects consisted of material experts, media experts, first grade teachers, and 28 students of SDN Klepu 01. Data were collected through validation sheets, questionnaires, and field trials, then analyzed descriptively quantitatively and qualitatively. The results showed that the comic media obtained validation from material experts of 97.5% and media experts of 92.5% (both very valid). Teacher responses reached 100% (very good) and students 91.43% (practical). Comics were considered interesting, easy to use, and effective in helping the understanding of cultural values. Thus, the comic media "Baru Klinthing" is declared valid, appropriate, and well-received by teachers and students, and is effective in increasing reading interest and cultural literacy of elementary school students.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of the Al-Qur'an Tahfidz program at SDIT Qurrta A'yun and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects in this study consisted of the Principal, Al-Qur'an Tahfidz Teachers, Students, and Parents. The results of this study indicate that the Al-Qur'an Tahfidz program at SDIT Qurrata A'yun has been implemented since 2010 through the stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation. Planning includes setting a target of memorizing at least 2 juz, using modules, and involving parents. Implementation is carried out every Monday to Thursday with the Ilman Waa Ruhaan method and guided by competent Tahfidz Teachers. Evaluation of this program is assessed through three stages of evaluation, namely daily, semester, and annual. The evaluation results show that 65% of students achieve the memorization target. Supporting factors include the availability of bound books, teacher training, parental support, and an Islamic environment. Inhibiting factors include differences in student abilities, limited time, and unstable student enthusiasm.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the teacher’s role in developing students’ discipline through habituation in elementary school learning. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, involving teachers and fifth-grade students from an elementary school as research subjects. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that teachers act as role models, guides, and supervisors in instilling positive habits such as obeying classroom rules, completing tasks on time, and maintaining neatness. Habituation is implemented through daily routines, teacher modeling, reinforcement, and consistent consequences. Challenges faced by teachers include student behavior differences and lack of parental support in reinforcing discipline at home. This study highlights that consistent habituation and school environment support are crucial for shaping students’ discipline. Keywords: Teacher’s Role, Discipline, Habituation, Elementary School

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in Indonesian language learning to improve the critical thinking skills of elementary school students. This research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. The subjects involved were a Grade V teacher and students at an elementary school. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the teacher applied project-based learning and text-based learning as part of the Merdeka Curriculum implementation. Students’ critical thinking skills improved through activities such as analyzing text content, asking questions, and expressing ideas logically. Challenges encountered by the teacher included differences in student abilities and limited learning resources. Thus, the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum has proven effective in developing students’ critical thinking skills when supported by appropriate instructional strategies and adequate learning facilities. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of teachers in implementing Project-Based Learning (PjBL) to enhance the creativity of elementary school students. The research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. The subjects of this study were a fifth-grade teacher and students at an elementary school. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that teachers play roles as planners, facilitators, motivators, and evaluators in the implementation of PjBL. Students’ creativity is reflected through their ability to generate new ideas, collaborate in groups, and produce a variety of creative products. However, teachers face several challenges, including limited time, inadequate facilities, and students’ varying abilities to work independently. This study concludes that PjBL can effectively foster students’ creativity when teachers are able to manage the learning process optimally.
