Abstract

The objective of the study as the answer of the problem are; how are the planning of the management, the usages ,the evaluations of the language laboratorium in implementing the curriculum 2013. The method of the research is qualitative descriptive by  collecting the data, observation, interview and documentation. The subject of the research is the language laborant of Senior High School number two South of Bengkulu. The conclusion of the study is the planning done by the language laborant have been followed the norms of managing the ideal and integral language laboratory. The management of language laboratory done by the laguage laborant are the implementation that is required by the curriculum 2013. The evaluation and monitoring of the management of the language laborant runs well and routine as programmed, and it has been set as the real condition.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to describe history of school leadership at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Bintuhan from 2009 – 2014. The method of this research used history study.The technique of collection data were interview, observation and documentation. Analysis data were data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The conclusions of this research that were thehistorical leadership at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Bintuhan 2000-2014 met the requirements specified by the standard in accordance with the ministerial regulation no. 13 of 2007. Leadership headmaster from 2000-2014, the history of the journey has reached fourteen years, with a period of fourteen years at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Bintuhan has happened five times changes of leadership.Key words: leadership, history, headmaster

Abstract

The purpose of this research are description the plan of efficiency educator, realization of efficiency educator, evaluation of efficiency educator and description the support and hindrance factor of efficiency educator in increase the quality of educator at senior high school Ma’arif Lubuklinggau. The method this research are observation, interview and documentation with the subject of research are the principle, teacher and educator at senior high school Ma’arif  Lubuklinggau. The result of research based on observation and interview that (1) the principle has done his task and his function with the founding toward educator at senior high school Ma’arif Lubuklinggau so occur increase the quality of education.Key words: efficiency, educator, the quality of educator.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to describe the management of student character education in elementary school, specific is to know about: the management plan, application andevaluation. The methode of this research is qualitative descriptive done within observation, documentation and interview. The result of this research show that: the first, the management plan had been done well by formulating objectives, strategic arrangement, deciding the policies,allocating Procedures, finance, and perfecting program; the second, the management application had been done well through the activities of organization and the application of students’ character values; the third, the management evaluation was applied through the oriented activitiesinto inspecting the program application, reflection, analysis and follow-up activitiesKeywords: management, students’ character, elementary school.

Abstract

The general objective of this research is to describe the accountability of school facilities management at Junior High School Number 1 South Bengkulu. The method of this research was qualitative descriptive. The subjects of this study ware headmaster, Vice principal of school facilities management and administration staffs at Junior High School Number 1 South Bengkulu. the data were collected by conducting several observation, personal interview and documentation study then, data analysis used qualitative technigue. the result of this study showed that: (1) the policy in planning school facilities was compiled at the beginning of new year and implemented in an accountable way (2) procurement of educational facilities suited with the existing procedures; (3) inventary performance in  accountable enough (4) educational facilities had been implemented in accountable enough (5) maintenance educational facilities had been implemented in  accountable enough (6) the process of abolition of school facilities in an accountable way.

Abstract

 The purpose of this study was to determine ability ofteachers in streamline of learning through the teacher professional founding program and classroom supervision in SD Negeri 04 Kepahiang in the academic years 2015/2016. This study is the research action. The analysis showed that was a determine ability in the effective management of learning in the first cycle which scored A 33.3% scored B at 0% and the scored C by 66.7%, in the second cycle which scored A 44.44% scored B of 22.2% and scored C 22.2%, while the third cycle which scored A 44% scored B 33% and the scored C 22%. It can be concluded that through the teacher professional supervisor program and classroom supervision was determine ability of teacher to streamline themanagement of learning.

Abstract

This study aims to find a mathematical learning management effective and efficient for students by enabling students active in learning. This research is the Classroom Action Research(CAR), which consists of several cycles and in each cycle includes planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects were students of class X TB SMK Kota Bengkulu. From the results of the study saw an increase in student learning outcomes. In the first cycle of students can be increased by 20% from the initial conditions and the second cycle increased sebear 32%. From the results of this classroom action research, the researcher recommended to applymathematics learning management by Jigsaw method to improve learning outcomes and to enable the students active.Keywords: management, learning, mathematic, Jigsaw

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe generally the innovation of teachers work certificate educators in senior high school 5 South Bengkulu. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. Conclusions can be drawn from this research is the innovation of teachers working educators certificate in senior high school 5 South Bengkulu in performing learning tasks, planning a variety of learning methods and the use of multi media in learning. innovation of teachers working educators certificate in senior high school 5 South Bengkulu in coaching the students tried to prevent breaches of discipline than implementing punishment on students, innovation of teachers working educators certificate in senior high school 5 South Bengkulu in the running professions attempt to continue to pursue higher studies, seminars, workshops and training.

Abstract

The principal's leadership style is one of the crucial factors determining the performance of teachers and educational success in school. This study provides conclusionsindicate that: (1) Principal in implementation style participatory, democratic, healthy school climate and harmonious in schools.
