Abstract

Abstrak: Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini "Bagaimana strategi pengembangan kompetensi guru profesional di SMP Negeri 1 Pendopo Barat?" Rumus khusus dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) Bagaimana merencanakan kompetensi profesional guru di SMP 1 Negeri Pendopo Barat. 2) Bagaimana menerapkan pengembangan profesional guru di SMP Negeri 1 Pendopo Barat. 3) Bagaimana hasil yang dicapai oleh kepala sekolah dalam bimbingan kompetensi profesional guru di SMPN 1 Pendopo Barat. Hasil Coaching Kemampuan Guru Profesional di Sekolah Menengah Pertama 1 Hall West mengacu pada hasilnya, yaitu: Hasil pembinaan seorang guru baik dilakukan di tingkat Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Bekasi maupun tingkat cluster atau sekolah, pada dasarnya sama berakar pada kebijakan pemerintah, yaitu : Keputusan No. 16 tahun 2007 tentang standar kualifikasi akademik dan kompetensi guru. Setelah mengikuti pembinaan, motivasi mengajar guru cenderung meningkat atau setidaknya menunjukkan adanya sesuatu yang baru yang disampaikan di sekolah dan setelah mengikuti pembinaan empat kompetensi dasar guru misalnya berkaitan dengan kompetensi pedagogis guru guru yang dipelihara menunjukkan Sikap yang lebih masuk akal dalam menghadapi masalah di kelas, juga kemampuan profesional guru bisa mengantarkan materi secara optimal agar siswa bisa mengerti. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pengembangan kapasitas profesional guru di SMP Negeri 1 Pendopo Barat telah dilakukan dengan baik dan menggunakan berbagai teknik. Kata kunci: Pengembangan profesional guru.

Abstract

Abstrack: the purpose of this study was to describe the Strategie of school Pincipale Leadership toward Excellent School in Elementary school 109 Bengkulu Utara. The Method used in this study was descriptive qualitative with research subjects are the school principal, the vice of the school principal,the teacher and the staff. The dates are collected by using interview. Observation and documentation and analyzed with qualitative technique.the result of this study  shows: 1) The strategic of school principles leadership in developin school vision,mission were made by desaing shorter strategic ( estimated 5 years), longterm strategic 915 years), 2). The strategic of school principles in develovin curriculum was made by (a). change education system, (b). change the school curriculum, (c). giving in- service education & staf development, (d). reorganize school ( experiment & research). 3). The strategic of school leaderhip principle in developin students was made by in creasing digital ability,extraculiculer activity & sport. 4). The strategic of school leadersip in developin infrastructure with the provision of sports fields, computer classes and libraries.Keywords: School Principal's , Leadership Strategy, Excellent School.

Abstract

Abstract: the general purpose of this research was to describe the condition of teacher’s work motivation in Public Senior High School Number One of Pendopo. The specifically problems in this study are about the diligence of teachers who are motivated in doing their duty, the factors that support teacher in order to be motivated to work diligently, the factors that obstruct teachers to work well and The Principal’s efforts in increasing the teacher’s work motivation. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Subjects in this research are the Principal, Vice Principal Areas and teachers. The data collected by using instruments such as observation, interview and documentation. Conclusions shows that teacher’s work motivation in Public Senior High School Number One of Pendopo has been done suitable with the school role and still needs some efforts to make teachers feel more comfortable while working and some developments in school facilities such as available school canteen, park area for vehicles, library, etc.Keyword: motivation, work motivation, teacher.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan bagaimana aktualisasi peran komite sekolah sebagai pemberi pertimbangan, pendukung, pengontrol dan mediator di SMP Negeri 02 Pendopo Barat Kabupaten Empat Lawang. Metodelogi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, pengumpulan data menggunakan tehnik observasi, kuisoner, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peran komite sekolah sebagai pemberi pertimbangan sudah terlihat dalam hal memberi pertimbangan tentang sarana dan prasarana yang dapat diperbantukan di sekolah, sedangkan peran mengidentifikasi sumber daya pendidikan, proses pengelolaan pendidikan dan proses pembelajaran belum menunjukkan perannya secara optimal. Peran komite sekolah sebagai badan pendukung terlihat dalam hal dukungan materil berupa pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana dan dukungan non materi dalam bentuk sumbangan pemikiran dan ide-ide. Peran komite sekolah sebagai pengontrol dan pengawasan belum menunjukkan kinerjanya. Peran komite sekolah sebagai mediator telah berjalan dalam hal menjadi penghubung antara komite sekolah dengan masyarakat.

Abstract

Abstract: the goal of this study are to describe the life skills program in increasing the ability of laying ducks cultivation entrepreneurship. The research method used are qualitative descriptive. The technique of data collection used observation, interview and documentation. The subjects of the study are head of SKB Kaur regency, educator and residents who learned in life skill program The result of this research shows the implementation of life skill program of duck laying cultivation is well and through the planning stage, and stages of evaluation, there are some supporting factors and obstacle factors in the implementation of life skills program of laying ducks, then Benefits of life skills program of laying duck can improve the ability of entrepreneurship cultivation of duck laying. Furthermore, the recommendation of life skill of laying ducks cultivation can improve the ability of entrepreneurship well.Keywords: Life Skills Program, SKB, Laying ducks Cultivation

Abstract

Abstract : the purpose of this study is to describe in depth  the management of new student admission  atau elementary school number 11 Pendopo Empat Lawang Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. The subjects of the study were principals, vice principals, teachers, supervisor and students. Data collection is done through interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis using qualitative analysis technique. The result of the research in the form of conclusion is in accordance with the policy set by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia, and adjusted by the service in the district of Empat Lawang, and adjusted again by the school. Keyword: New Student, Admisions

Abstract

Abstract: The general objective of this research is to describe competence of the junior high school principal IT Iqra Kota Bengkulu. The specific problem of this research is how the principal’s personality competencies, how is the entrepreneurial competencies of the principal, how the principal’s social competence. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. This subjects of this study were the principal and teacher, techniques of collecting the data in this research were used interview, observation, and documentation. The data was analyzed by elaborating data, displaying data, and making conclution. From the result of this study can be concluded that personality competence, personalty competence of junior hight school principals IT Iqra exemplary (honest, confident, responsible, brave to take risk and decisions, big minded, stable emotions, examplary) this is reflected in the attitude, actions, speech, principal of the day. Principal entrepreneurial competence is reflected in the ability of the principal to create innovations, work hard, motivate stakeholder, have unyielding nature, have an entrepreneurial sence. The principals social competence is reflected in the attitude of working with the school community, social sensitivity, and caring for stakeholder.Key Words: Personality Competence, Entrepreneurial Competence, Social Competence.

Abstract

Abstract: the general purpose of this research is describe development teacher profession and career in Public Junior High School Number One Muara Pinang. This research can be used for improvement career development of teachers to achieve in an education instution. The specially this research is: (1) how the system of assignment of professional development and career of teacher in Public Junior High School Number One Muara Pinang, (2) how the process of professional developmen and career in Public Junior High School Number One Muara Pinang, (3) how the results is be achieved from the professional development teacher and career in Public Junior High School Number One Muara Pinang. This research used descriptive qualitative method. The subject this research is headmaster,  the deputy of curiculum field and all of teachers in Public Junior High School Number One Muara Pinang. The conclusion of this research is, (1) the professional development system in Public Junior High School Number One Muara Pinang are expertise, skill, professionalism, and responsibility, to improve the teacher competense, the teacher follow the professional development process such as MGMP, KKG, PLPG, etc. From this training can improve their  competence, personal ability, pedagogik, professionalism, personal antitude and social, (2) the system professional development  and career  of the, they are giving an assignment , to increase of position and promotion of position. The result from professional development is professional developmen requires training  and mastery as well as specialized knowlodge.  Keyword: Professional Development, Career Development

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui komitmen guru bersertifikat pendidik dan yang belum bersertifikat pendidik dalam meningkatkan kompetensi professional pada SMP Negeri 01 Pendopo Kabupaten Empat Lawang ?. dalam melaksanakan kegiatan penelitian, peneliti lebih banyak berinteraksi dan mengamati kegiatan yang dilakukan guru bersertifikat pendidik dan guru yang belum bersertifikat pendidik  pada SMP Negeri 01 pendopo dalam upaya meningkatkan kompetensi professional sekaligus membantu pemerintah dalam mencapai standar nasional pendidikan. Adapun cara pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini dengan cara observasi wawancara serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian tentang komitemen guru yang sudah bersertifikat pendidik dan yang belum bersertifikat pendidik dalam meningkat kompetensi profesional dalam bidang pengembangan profesi ada perbedaan sebab guru yang sudah bersertifikat pendidik ada yang telah menlanjutkan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi ( S2) sedangkan yang belum bersertifikat pendidik belum ada yang mengikuti dengan berbagai alasan juga dalam mengikuti kegiatan workshop guru yang yang bersertifikat pendidik dengan sangat antusias mengikuti kegiatan  tersebut senangkan guru yang belum bersertifikat hanya sebagian yang mau ikut dalam kegiatan tersebut. Dalam bidang penguasan bahan kajian akademik guru baik guru yang sudah maupun yang belum bersertifikat pendidik telah menunjukan komitmen yang baik, sedangkan dalam bidang pemahaman wawasan, guru yang bersertifikat pendidik sudah ada yang sebagian  menulis artikel  ilmiah sedangkan guru yang belum bersertifikat pendidik belum sama sekali membuat walau telah beberapa kali diadakannya workshop maupun pelatihan baik yang dilakukan di sekolah dengan mengundang narasumber yang berkopenten maupun yang diadakan di kabupaten.Kata Kunci : Komitmen, guru bersertifikat pendidika dan guru yang belum bersertifikat pendidik

Abstract

This purpose to describe the implementation of elementary school 62 Seluma accreditation. The approach and method of research is using qualitative descriptive study with case study approach. Data collection techniques in this study obtained through interviews, observation, documentation. Subjects were principals, teachers, committees. Data analysis is done by Reduction, presentation, verification. The result of the research shows the collection of documents for the establishment of online accreditation preparation team, data collection and supporting information, online accreditation instrument accreditation, school effort in complementing the eight national standards of education. Conducting visitation by the assessor team is a clarification, verification and validation activity done by comparing the data and information with real condition of the school through field observation, class observation, interview. Accreditation at elementary school sixty two Seluma based online using SisPenA application.Keywords: Online based accreditation, Qualitative descriptive study
