Abstract

The  Objective of this study is to describe Education financial management at Junior high School 2 lubuklinggau city. The study applied the descriptive qualitative method. The subject of this study are headmaster, treasures, teacher parents and school committee, Data Collection was use through interview, Observation, and decomentation through interview, Observation and documentation technigues. The result of study showed: (1) Finacial planning education created 1 year budget. (2) Implementation of the financing done by RAPBS and reported on a quarterly basis. (3) Monitoring and  evaluation of education financing  is done periodically.

Abstract

The problem of this research is how academic supervision of the principal in helping teacher to overcome teaching difficulty at junior high school number 1 south Bengkulu. The method of this research was qualitative.research. The data were taken by conducting by personal interview, observations and documentation study. The data analysis used qualitative technique. The result of this study showed that (1) most of the teachers who were supervised had been fulfill aspect in academic supervision (2) academic supervision of principal used non directive and collaborative approach (3) headmaster used individual and group technigue in academic supervision (4) steps in academic supervision had been  done by the principal.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe existence of Islamic High School as institute of medium education institution in the perspective performance of the scientific and competitive. The method of this research is qualitative descriptive study. The subject of the this research were the Head of the Regional Office of The Religious Ministry of Bengkulu Province, principal of Public Islamic High School 2 Bengkulu City, vice principals, and teachers. The data was obtained with observation, documentation, and interview. Then the collected data analyzed by qualitative technique as proposed by Miles and Huberman that is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results showed that the existence of Islamic High School viewed from the vision and mission, national education standard, SWOT, competitiveness, road map, and the role of Regional Office of Ministry of Religion open to the progress of science and technology and competition among other educational institutions equivalent. The conclusion of the research shows that the existence of Islamic High School not fully able to respond to the progress of Science and Technology and compete with other equivalent educational institutions, but should be a serious concern for the existence of Islamic schools can be maintained. Researchers suggest that all educators and education work more maximally in showing the existence of islamic high school in perspective of science and technology progress and competitiveness, so as to compete with other equivalent educational institutions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the planning ofclassroom management, the implementation of classroom management, the supervision of classroom management andsupporting and hibiting factors of classroom management in increasing student’s learning results. The method of this research was descriptive qualitative. The results of the reseach show that the planning of classroom management was done by facility, teaching management and student’s arrangement, the implementation of classroom management was done by applying some classroom management principles and some approaches, the supervision has been done continuously, thesupporting and inhibiting factors are physical environment, social emotional and organization condition.Keywords: classroom management, study, students

Abstract

This research investigated 1) Headmaster instructional supervision program, 2) The implementation instructional supervision by head master and 3) The follow up of supervision results by head master. The research method used was qualitative method. The data obtained was analyzed descriptively qualitative. The headmaster of Junior High School 57 Bengkulu Utara has developed a supervisory program in the form of an annual program and supervision schedule. While the semester program supervision was not compiled. The conclusion of the research result was 1) the principal has prepared an annual supervision program consisting of background, legal basis, objectives, scope and schedule of supervision, as outlined in the form of annual program, 2) the principal used classroom visit techniques, teacher board meetings and personal coaching and In house Training. 3) the principal performed follow-up of supervision results in accordance with the found of the planning stages of learning and found in the classroom during supervision.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analysic the corelation between  organization culture,  work stress and teacher performance. The reseach research were teachers i of senior high school No 1 Ulok Kupai. Samples were taken  35  teachers from senior high school. The data were  analysed with descriptive statistic inferensial and technique. Result of the research show that: (1)the is positive and significan corelation between organization culture  of teacher performance.(2)the is  positive and significan corelation between works stress of teacher performance. (3)there is positive and significan corelation between organization culture and work stress  of  teacher performance. To improve teachers quality, education and tranning is necessary

Abstract

This research determined and analyzed the relationship of clinical supervision, pedagogic competence of teachers with the performance of teachers in the learning process at junior high school in Pinang Raya subdistrict, North Bengkulu Regency. This research is a correlational research with quantitative approach, by using questionnaire which is distributed to 53 sample of teachers at SMPN se Pinang Raya Sub-district, North Bengkulu Regency. Data analyzed with correlation method to determine relationship between variables. The results showed that 1) there was a positive significant correlation on clinical supervision with teacher performance; 2) there was a positive significant correlation on pedagogic competence with teacher performance; 3) there was positive significant correlation on clinical supervision, pedagogic competence together with teacher performance. The conclusion states there is very strong relationship on clinical supervision, pedagogic competence with teacher performance at junior high school on Pinang Raya Subdistrict North Bengkulu Regency.

Abstract

The general research objective described how principal’s management in carrying out clinical supervision. While the specific purpose of this study is  (1) to describe how the principal as a supervisor in conducting professional teacher guidance , (2) to describe collegial relations between the principal as a supervisor and the teacher in clinical supervision, (3) to describe the principal way of supervisor and the teacher solve problems together, (4) to describe how to solve the problems faced by teachers. This research use descriptive qualitative method. Subject of the research that is principal, representative of the curriculum field and subject teachers. The result of research that principal’s management in carrying out clinical supervision has been running in accordance with existing procedures. As for the conclusion of this research is (1) the principal as a supervisor before conducting supervision activities has provided guidance, (2) the implementation of clinical supervision by the principal is clone by interacting with the teacher and creating collegial relationships, (3) the principal as a supervisor to be able to solve the problems faced by teachers , (4) the solution to the problem experienced by teacher is to create a cooperative relationship with the teacher in all activities in school.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to know class management class teacher at SDN 02 between East and SDIT Robby Curup Roddyah Curup to improve classroom management and to know the ratio of classroom management are applied at the two schools. The method used is comparative. Data collected by observation, interview and documentation. Results of research concluded that management class SDIT Robby Roddyah Curup not just a primary school that prepares students to be able to continue the higher level but also prioritize moral and religious elementary schoolstudents than East Curup 02 which is usual that prioritize primary school curriculum set by education authorities.Keyword: management classes, methods, comparison

Abstract

This study found out influence of work motivation and teacher certificate in SMP Negeri 2 Tebing Tinggi Kabupaten Empat Lawang. There are three hypothesis in this research. First, there are influence between work motivation and teachers work. Second, there are influence between teacher certificate and teachers work. Third, there are influence together from work motivation and teacher to teachers work. The instrument that used in this research is Skala Likert construct from many kinds of theory, and it has been formed in variable operational. To know the instrument validity used validity test and reliability test. The implementation in order to motivated all the teachers in SMP Negeri 2 Tebing Tinggi Kabupaten Empat Lawang to standard their work motivation and certificate with the result that they can aware to always try their best to get their aim.
