Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of ladder drill media in increasing motivation to learn sprinting at the Cinarengta Sumedang State Elementary School. This research uses a quantitative approach with experiments, meaning that a sample is given a treatment. The research design used was One Group Pretest- Posttest Design. The research involved 22 samples, with 13 men and nine women. This research has several stages, the first of which is a pretest; this stage is to see students' motivation before being given treatment using a learning motivation questionnaire, and the second stage is given treatment with ladder drill exercises for 12 meetings. The third stage is the posttest, which looks at the results after being given treatment to see an increase in motivation using a learning motivation questionnaire—a random sampling technique. Based on the results of the Shapiro-Wilk normality test, the overall pretest and posttest data show that the pretest sig value is 0.136 (p<0.05), posttest 0.365 (p<0.05), so it can be concluded that the values ​​are normally distributed. Then, it was tested using a paired sample t-test, and the average increase was -6.5000. The sig-paired t-test value is <0.05, which is 0.000. then there are results. Ngain Score is 0.7, which means 0.7>0.76, which is effective. The Percent Value is 76.4773%, which is >76%, meaning the treatment is effective. With a percentage increase of 33%, these results show that the influence of ladder drill media increases motivation to learn to run fast. In conclusion, there is an increased motivation to learn to run fast with effective results. Keyword: ladder drill, fast running, motivation to learn

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the effect of the game of cat and mouse on speed results in learning to sprint for class V students at SDN Dahniar. This research uses a quantitative pre-experiment method, one group pretest and posttest. Based on the normality test results, it is known that the overall pretest data 0.062 and posttest 0.034 > 0.05 are normally distributed. Then, it was tested using the paired sample T-test, where the average initial test value of the initial test was 2.85 while the final test value was 3.40 so that the average value of both was -0.550 with a sig value of paired T-test samples >0.05, namely 0.142. This shows that there is no influence of the cat and mouse game on the results of the sprint learning speed of class V students at Dahniar State Elementary School, and the cat and mouse game of class V students of Dahniar State Elementary School cannot influence the results of sprint learning speed. Abstract

This research aims to increase motivation to learn PJOK in athletics in the Formula 1 game among fifth-grade students at SDIP Ummul Mukminin through the use of a modified learning model. This research uses the classroom action research (PTK) method. This research was carried out in two cycles, starting with a pre-cycle and then each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this research were class V students at SDIP Ummul Mukminin for the 2023/2024 academic year with a total of 22 students consisting of 11 boys and 11 girls. The collection technique uses an observation format sheet for assessing student learning motivation and a format for assessing student skills. The data analysis technique used in this research is a mixed method which includes quantitative and qualitative data. In conclusion, modifying the ball can increase student learning motivation and student learning outcomes in athletic learning using the Formula 1 circuit game through a group competition learning model for class V students at SDIP Ummul Mukminin. Abstract

This research evaluates the HOTS-oriented PJOK learning program in Lubuk Pakam sub-district schools. This research is a mixed methods research, namely a research step combining two forms of research approaches: qualitative and quantitative. This research includes observations, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation regarding school data collection methods. The research found that the context indicators for school principals, teachers, and deputy principals were outstanding. In contrast, the input indicators in this research were in the very good category for principals, teachers, and deputy principals. This process indicator is in the "good" category because all teachers must follow HOTS-based learning, and school principals must fully support this learning. Product indicators are included in the "Good" category. However, because students' high-level thinking abilities have not been improved through HOTS, and HOTS is considered less than fluent, especially in subjects such as physical education, the principal's product indicators contain several problems. Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of physical fitness of students in grades IV, V, and VI at Sendang 01 State Elementary School, Bringin District, Semarang Regency. The study used a quantitative descriptive method, with a survey research design in the form of field tests. The instrument used is an instrument in the archipelago student fitness test with the guidelines in it, the data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis in the form of a percentage. The sample in this study were students in grades IV, V, and VI of Sendang 01 State Elementary School, Bringin District, Semarang Regency, namely 44 students, this is the use of total sampling techniques, where the overall population approach that is the object of research is included as a sample. Based on the results and analysis in this study, it was found that the average level of physical fitness of students in grades IV, V, and VI of Sendang 01 State Elementary School, Bringin District, Semarang Regency was at a value of 2.4409 which shows the overall category as 'Sufficient'. However, further descriptive statistical analysis revealed that a total of 3 students, covering approximately 6.82% of the total sample, showed a level of understanding that fell into the 'Poor' category and a total of 4 students or 9.09% of the total sample fell into the 'Good' category. This indicates that the level of physical fitness of students needs to be improved through various effective and influential methods. Abstract

This research aims to determine teachers' strategies for encouraging students' interest in learning PJOK after the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used in this research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data and data sources were obtained from primary and secondary data. Primary data for all PJOK teachers at SMPN Palu City. Secondary data was obtained from document data at SMPN Palu City. Research Results on Teacher Strategies to Increase Students' Interest in Learning After the COVID-19 Pandemic, the teacher's way of finding out the level of student's knowledge in the lessons that have been taught uses three methods; the first is the question and answer method, the second is giving written tests, the third is conducting sports practice tests. Secondly, students' readiness, interest, and engagement in PJOK learning after the COVID-19 pandemic; the media used in learning uses an audiovisual projector to display PJOK learning to support existing learning plus other supporting tools that can be used in practical learning. The conclusion is that the teacher's strategy to increase students' interest in learning is carried out. The teacher's strategy to increase students' interest in learning has been implemented through a directed and planned learning program in the excellent category. Abstract

This research aims to improve the disciplinary character of students in Pencak Silat and find out what the supporting and inhibiting factors are in enhancing the disciplinary character of students in Pencak Silat. This research method uses qualitative research using a case study type, with a Miles & Hubermen model research design with several stages: data collection, data reduction, data display (data presentation), and conclusions (drawing conclusions).The instruments used in this research were observation and interviews. The participants were five students who took part in the pencak silat at Tadjimalela College. This research shows that pencak silat can improve students' disciplined character. And there are also supporting and inhibiting factors. Factors that support efforts to strengthen the disciplined character of students in Pencak silat include getting used to positive thinking, liking to do good, wanting to help other people, the family environment, the school environment, and the community environment. The inhibiting factors are as follows: members are lazy, need help understanding what is being taught, and have bad influence from friends. In conclusion, pencak silat can improve students' disciplined character. Pencak silat contains character values, one of which is the character of discipline. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of physical activity, nutritional health and physical fitness on learning outcomes in physical education learning. This research was conducted using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. This research was also guided through several systematic review processes using PRISMA (Preferred Reporting items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses). The database used to search for literature is available on Google Scholar. This research focuses on the influence of physical activity, nutritional health, and physical fitness on learning outcomes in physical education learning. Based on the results of the search carried out using a systematic literature review, there were 500 documents which then became 7 articles that were included in the criteria. Based on the research that has been carried out, the results of the research show a good relationship between physical activity and physical fitness levels, then the results of this research emphasize the importance of maintaining a balance between nutritional status and physical activity to achieve good physical fitness. Conclusion, the results of the research show that there is a relationship between nutritional status and physical activity. Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze the process of community participation related to the development of the Sepaktakraw sport in Kutai Kartanegara Regency, to analyze the socialization process and social interaction of the community regarding development. sports in Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The method in this research uses qualitative and phenomenology to study natural events. The objects in this research were nine sub-districts and in one sub-district one to two villages were taken that had Sepaktakraw sports activities. Documentation, interviews and observation are the methods used to collect data. Research results: Participation from 10 villages, 7 villages were in active condition and 3 villages were in inactive condition, the aim of community participation was in 8 villages whose aim was for entertainment and fitness and only 2 villages whose aim of participation was for achievement; The socialization process from PSTI KUKAR has not gone well because of the lack of support and the program has not been realized so that the social interaction of PSTI Kukar administrators and the community is also not going well. in the form of making matches and training, the socialization process from the community (Club) made matches from 10 villages, 4 villages have made match events. Conclusion, The community participation process has gone well because of the busy competition events and the participation of the village community.. The socialization process from the village/sub-district program is not optimal enough so that community social interaction has not gone well. There is a need for cooperation between policy makers such as PSTI Kukar administrators and the community so that participation, socialization and social interaction can run well. Abstract

This research aims to develop variations in shooting training using drills for game-like situation training models in the 15-18-year-old group in Medan City. This research method is development research (R&D). The place of this research was carried out in Medan City. The subjects of this research were basketball athletes at the Medan City Club, totaling 20 people for the small group test and 30 for the large group test. Data collection techniques include questionnaires, documentation, and observation. Research results: The development of drills for game-like-situation training models for athletes in the Health and Recreation physical education study program was carried out by exploring potential problems from athletes and coaches, then collecting data from research journals to see the novelty and variations of training, then the product was developed on several parts; The feasibility of producing the results of the assessment of 20 basketball athletes regarding the drills for game-like-situation training model for the 15-18 year age group gave a total percentage of 77.63%. The results of the assessment of 30 basketball athletes on the drills for game-like-situation training model for the 15-18 year age group gave a total percentage of 84.78%. The effectiveness test results obtained a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05, so it is in accordance with the basis for decision-making in the paired samples T-Test. In conclusion, there is a difference in the drills for the game-like-situation training model for the 15-18-year-old pretest group and the posttest group regarding shooting ability.
