Abstract

The aim is to test the effect of instructional self-talk learning strategies on basic defensive clear and long service skills. The research was carried out using the experimental method on 32 Pinggir Sari 1 elementary school students consisting of 16 experimental group students and 16 control group students, which was carried out using a technique (random sampling). The results of the calculation of the independent samples t-test data for the experimental group and the defensive clear control group use the assumption of equal variances, which is seen from the average value of the experimental group, which is higher than the control group, namely (20.93 > 7.31) and the results of the test calculations independent samples t-test data for the experimental group and the extended service control group using the assumption of equal variances not assumed which is seen from the average value of the experimental group which is higher than the control group, namely (18.50 > 7.93). Conclusion: The instructional self-talk learning strategy significantly influences overall learning outcomes for basic skills. Keywords: Defensive precise, Instructional self-talk, Long service

Abstract

] The purpose of this study is to obtain data on the effects of the Problem Based Learning and Discovery Based Learning approach, as well as the level of Motor Educability students have on freestyle swimming skills and breaststroke. The method used in this study was an experiment with a 2x2 factorial design. The population in this study were students of the Bandung City Chemica Vocational School and the Bandung City Binadharma High School, with a total sample of 64 students. The instruments used in this study were the IOWA Brace Test, and the Freestyle and Chest Style Skill Test. The results showed that: There was a significant effect of the Problem Based Learning and Discovery Based Learning approach to freestyle swimming skills and breaststroke in students who had high Motor Educability. There is a significant effect of Problem Based Learning and Discovery Based Learning approaches on freestyle swimming skills and breaststroke in students who have low Motor Educability. The conclusion in this study is Problem Based Learning and Discovery Based Learning and seeing the results of Motor Educability owned by students are proven to have a positive influence on improving student swimming skills. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of a combination of sports massage and infrared light to increase range of motion in athletes with frozen shoulder injuries. This study used a Pre- experimental design with a one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were UPI Badminton and Volleyball UKM athletes who had frozen shoulder injuries. The sampling technique used total sampling with 12 subjects. The results of this study after being given treatment to the research subject showed that the flexion segment had a value of t = -5.561, extension value t = -3.063, abduction value t = -3.068, adduction value t = -7.181 with a significance value of 0.00 <0.05, if <0.05, it can be concluded that H1 is accepted. The conclusion obtained is that there is a significant effect on the results of the combination of sports massage and infra red on the range of motion of frozen shoulder injury athletes. Abstract

This research aims to understand the contribution of the national defense program to the level of physical activity of members of the Student Regiment. The research method used in this research is Quantitative Descriptive with an Ex-Post Facto Study design; this research method is used to find out and analyze events that have occurred previously. This research uses an instrument in the form of an International Physical Activity Questionnaire Short Form (IPAQ-SF) questionnaire in Indonesian, which is distributed to the sample to obtain the required data. The sample in this research consisted of 36 UKM Student Regiment students at 3 State Universities with Legal Entities (PTN-BH) in Bandung. The sampling technique used is a simple random sampling technique. The t-test results obtained with a significant value (2-tailed) were (0.000). So the considerable value (2-tailed) is 0.000 <0.05, so Ha is accepted. The conclusion is that the national defense program positively influences increasing the level of physical activity of members of the Student Regiment. Abstract

This research aims to describe the effectiveness of student learning outcomes through evaluating the learning outcomes of full day and boarding school program students in PJOK subjects which are divided into male groups and female groups. This research is qualitative research with a case study approach. The subjects of this research were 52 full day program students and 42 boarding school program students. This research uses observation, interview and documentation data collection techniques. The results of the research show that there is a difference in the learning outcomes of students in the full day program and the boarding school program with the average score for the male group in the full day program for knowledge scores and practice scores respectively 90.6 and 88.49 and the average score for the male group in the program boarding school for knowledge scores and practice scores respectively 92 and 88.72 while the average score for the full day program girls group for knowledge scores and practice scores was 90 and 89.3 respectively and the average score for the girls group boarding school program for knowledge scores and practice scores respectively 91 and 89.9. Conclusion, the boarding school program has a better level of effectiveness compared to the full day program as indicated by the average score of boarding school program students which is higher than the score of full day program students. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the application of character education in educational learning through a systematic literature observation approach. The method used is a systematic literature review by identifying, assessing, and synthesizing various relevant research referring to the 2020 PRISMA guidelines. The research results show that character education in physical education can increase values ​​such as cooperation, discipline, responsibility, and respect in among students. In addition, various learning strategies and methods, such as traditional game approaches, group activities, and habit-based learning, have proven effective in integrating educational character. However, this research also identifies challenges such as lack of teacher training and limited resources as the main obstacles to implementing education with optimal characteristics. The conclusions of this research underline the importance of policy support and ongoing training for teachers to implement character education effectively in physical education learning. Further research is recommended to explore the application of character education in broader and more diverse contexts. Kata Kunci: character education, physical education

Abstract

This article explores philosophical approaches in understanding human nature and knowledge and examines their implications for holistic physical education. This study analyzes literature from various related disciplines, such as philosophy and education, through a comprehensive literature review. From a philosophical perspective, this study examines key concepts such as basic human nature, human potential, and the role of physical activity in the overall development of individuals. In addition, this study also examines how humans acquire knowledge through experience and learning. By integrating insights from multiple sources, the study offers a powerful synthesis of the implications of philosophical approaches to holistic physical education. The main implications discussed include setting goals and values of physical education that are in line with basic human nature, the development of teaching strategies that are appropriate to the way humans learn, and the integration of physical, cognitive, and affective aspects in the learning process. In addition, the study also highlights the importance of an interdisciplinary approach in physical education. Abstract

This research aims to determine the learning interest of class VII students in participating in PJOK learning at SMP Negeri 08 Palembang for the 2023/2024 academic year. This research is descriptive. The method used is a survey with data collection techniques using Google Forms. The subjects in this research were all class VII students at SMP Negeri 08 Palembang for the 2023/2024 academic year, totaling 133 students. The data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive analysis expressed in percentage form. The overall results of this research show that 133 students are in the medium category. With details in the categories "Very High" totaling 8 students (6%), "High" 35 students (26%), "Medium" 45 students (34%), "Low" 36 students (27%), and "very low" 9 students (7). Based on the average value, namely 60.9% of class VII students' interest in participating in PJOK learning at SMP Negeri 08 Palembang for the 2023/2024 academic year in the "Medium" category. It can be concluded that the interest of class VII students in participating in PJOK learning at SMP Negeri 08 Palembang for the 2023/2024 academic year is in the medium category. Abstract

The research aims to evaluate learning from a pedagogical perspective. The method used in this research is a Systematic Literature review (SLR) using PRISMA 2020 guidelines, electronic databases used for searching, ERIC, Taylor and Francis Online, SCOPUS, PUBMED, Google Scholar, and SCIENCE Direct. The number of articles reviewed was four in the form of articles and theses. The results of this research found that the evaluation method in the pedagogical approach plays an important role in measuring student learning achievement as a whole. The pedagogical approach emphasizes student-centered learning, where the teacher is a facilitator and guide. In this context, several evaluation methods have been developed to suit this pedagogical approach. In conclusion, based on the principles of the pedagogical approach in learning evaluation, educators can create a learning environment that supports and encourages academic progress and holistic development of students. Abstract

This study aims to compare physical activity and physical fitness between Madrasah Aliyah Matholi'ul Huda Bugel Kedung Jepara students who live in Islamic boarding schools and those who do not live in Islamic boarding schools. This type of research is quantitative with a survey design. The research subjects used in this research were all MA Matholi'ul Huda Bugel Kedung Jepara students. The sampling technique uses total sampling. Data collection by observation, questionnaires, tests and documentation. Quantitative data analysis consisted of normality tests, hypothesis testing using SPSS version 26 software. The results showed that MA Matholi'ul Huda Bugel Kedung Jepara students had a moderate physical activity level of 462 (64%). The level of physical activity was high at 263 (64%). The overall physical activity level of female students is in the medium category. MA Matholi'ul Huda Bugel Kedung Jepara female students had a very good physical fitness level of 52 (7%). The good category was 315 (43%). The sufficient category was 72 (10%). The physical fitness level of all female students is in the good category. The Cottage Physical Activity Value = 389.07 is higher than the Non-Cottage group = 347.71. The Physical Fitness Score of the Non-Pottage TKPN = 378.53 is higher than that of the Pondok Group which is = 336.51.
