Abstract

Islamic religious education learning strategies are techniques, procedures, and learning models used so that the teachings of the Islamic religion can be studied, understood, internalized, and practiced in everyday life. This is nothing but an effort to shape the religious character of students in order to create a religious society. This study aims to describe; planning PAI learning strategies in shaping religious characters, implementing PAI learning strategies in shaping religious characters, and describing the impact of PAI learning strategies in shaping students' religious characters at MTs Assa'adah I Bungah Gresik. The research method in this study uses a qualitative type with a case study approach. This study succeeded in finding that: 1) PAI learning strategies in shaping students' religious character in preparing lesson plans and evaluating learning; 2) The implementation of strengthening religious values as student characters is carried out through strategies for understanding, habituation, and exemplary religious values; 3) The religious values developed include worship, the value of the spirit of jihad, the value of trust and sincerity, the value of morals and discipline, and the value of exemplary.

Abstract

The curriculum is structured in such a way as to facilitate the delivery of material to students. The Islamic education curriculum is closely related to Islam's goals, namely forming a complete person and total servitude to God. Meanwhile, curriculum development occurs in line with the pace of development and the challenges of the times, as well as policies issued by the government. This study aims to unravel the nature of the development of the Islamic learning curriculum, which is formulated from various components that make up the curriculum. The study found that curriculum development needs to pay attention to aspects of objectives, materials, methods, and evaluation of learning. This research with the genre of library research also argues that the development of an Islamic curriculum must be based on the principles of monotheism, relevance, and contextuality.

Abstract

PAI material is the subject matter or subject matter in the field of Islamic studies which is carried out in a planned manner in order to prepare students to recognize, understand, appreciate, believe in, practice Islamic teachings and have Islamic character and be followed by guidance to respect other religions concerning harmony between religious communities until realized national unity and integrity. Islamic religious education is given by following the guidance that religion is taught to humans with a vision to create humans who fear Allah SWT and have noble character and aim to produce honest, fair, virtuous, ethical, mutual respect, disciplined, harmonious, and productive humans. Both personal and social. In this case, it is applied through education. Education is the first and most important guide for a Muslim. Thus, it is necessary to instill in students to become individuals who understand and understand religious teachings and practice them in everyday life. The research method used is a type of library research.

Abstract

The New Order gave a new style to the policy of Islamic religious education due to the shift in the influence of communism towards strengthening Pancasila through a sustainable national development plan. This article aims to examine the influence of Islamic education policies during the New Order era on the existence of madrasas. The method used in this study is qualitative with historical and policy analytical methods. This study found that the policy of Islamic education during the New Order era was religious education, and religious education institutions were encouraged to participate in national development. Meanwhile, the influence of Islamic education policies during the New Order era on the existence of madrasas was an innovation to restore the function of madrasas as places to print religious leaders, namely by opening an alternative Madrasah Aliyah named Madrasah Aliyah Special Program (MAPK). Abstract

The principal's leadership style can influence one professional teacher's performance. This research aims to determine the performance of school principals in improving the professionalism of education personnel, along with their leadership styles and managerial abilities. This study uses descriptive qualitative, observation data collection techniques, documentation studies, and interviews with the research subjects, the principal, and the teacher council. The study results indicate that the principal's policy program in improving teacher performance begins with equalizing the perception and vision of the principal with his staff and senior teachers. In addition, schools as leaders do many empowering teachers according to the ability and willingness of teachers, establishing cooperation, completing infrastructure, and encouraging teachers to be active in Teacher Working Groups (KKG). The principal's leadership style in fostering and guiding teachers is instructive, consultative, participatory, and delegative in directing and influencing teachers to achieve educational goals.

Abstract

The Raudlatul Ulum Arrahmaniyah Islamic Boarding School has an attractive education system known as Lajnah Tarbiyah Asasiyah, which is an education level devoted to new students to mature knowledge in the field of religion as well as to strengthen religious character. The purpose of this study is to reveal the extent of the contribution of Lajnah Tarbiyah in the development of Islamic scholarship and the character of students. The research succeeded in finding that the planning of the new santri intensive program was carried out through deliberation between the administrators and teachers at Lajnah Tarbiyah. The implementation of this program is realized through salaf schools, learning the basics of religion, especially in the field of fiqh, through studying the yellow book and learning to read and write Arabic. Meanwhile, the results of the intensive program are summarized in two aspects, namely the development of the potential for the religious field of new students and the development of the religious character of new students, such as istiqomah worship and accustomed to morality.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the correlation of the variables X1, X2, and Y. By using the quantitative-correlational method, this study intends to determine the relationship between learning motivation, classroom climate, and learning achievement at MtsN 1 Pesisir Selatan. The research results show that; 1) there is a positive and substantial relationship between classroom climate and student learning outcomes, with a correlation coefficient of 48.4%; 2) there is a positive and significant relationship between the variables of learning motivation and student learning outcomes at MTsN 1 Pesisir Selatan by 0.3 percent while other variables influence 99.7 percent; 3) there is a positive and significant relationship between classroom climate variables and student learning outcomes at MTsN 1 Pesisir Selatan by 48.4 percent while other variables influence 51.6 percent. So it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant correlation between research variables

Abstract

Tengka is a social ethic for the Madurese community that is preserved and passed down from generation to generation as the basis and principle in life behavior. In the local language, tengka tade' ketabheh is interpreted as a moral message through parents' speech as advice. This study aims to reveal the new Tengka phenomenon, which is no longer obtained through speech culture but has shifted through the Mata Pena youtube account. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a descriptive approach to the youtube account. The primary data source is obtained from Mata Pena's youtube channel or account. This study found that the moral messages contained in the Mata Pena youtube account are human values, including thunder tolang as parembegen tengka. Mother is used as a sacred entity which is symbolized as luck and blessing in life. Obedience to parents does not have to wait to be rich; fellow brothers and sisters should not seize right and wrong. Winning and losing does not exist in the concept of humanity because no one will win, only shame on others.

Abstract

Al-Jabiri, the Muslim thinker of Konteporer, put forward three concepts of epistemologi, namely bayani, irfani and burhani, which became a reference in the science learning curriculum. Researchers discussed its implementation in learning activities aimed at knowing the epistemological picture of Al-Jabiri in early childhood at Wijaya Danu Kindergarten. The method used is descriptive qualitative data collection using observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the largest portion that can be taught to children at this stage is that science does not distance children from religion but can get closer in instilling children's creeds through reasonable means.

Abstract

In the learning process, the existence of media is an absolute must. But until now, many educational institutions still need to maximize learning media. This study aimed to determine the level of product validity in the form of learning videos that the researchers had made. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method and applies the 4D development model; define, design, development  and dissemination. The validation test data concluded that: 1) the percentage obtained from material expert validation 1 was 87% with high-intensity score criteria. In comparison, the material expert validation test 2 was 78% and received high score criteria. 2) the percentage of the results of the media expert validation test 1 is 90.2%, with the criteria for a high-intensity score. In comparison, the media expert validation test 2 gets a percentage of 98%, with the criteria for a high-intensity score. Based on the results of the module and media validation tests, it can be concluded that the learning video media for prostration material for class 8 semester 2 is feasible to use
