Abstract

Marriage is a form of sacred natural relationship between a man and a woman who are of appropriate age and mental stability with the aim of establishing a family, which will later contain a father, mother and children. Weddings are always synonymous with happiness and beauty, because they start with a sense of joy and sometimes glamor at the event. Not all marriages have a happy ending. Sometimes it will end in divorce. Through qualitative research methods with descriptive analysis. The approach taken is a phenomenological approach because researchers see based on phenomena that occur in the field plus in-depth interviews with informants, the divorce that occurs will have an effect on children regarding custody. A child's parenting style that is used to both parents will affect his psychology mentally and spiritually when he switches to one parent. The research results show that the case is a divorce between the plaintiff who works as a civil servant and the defendant who is a housewife. The reason the plaintiff rejected the defendant was because the defendant liked to fight. If divorce is the final solution to marriage, it is sufficient that it be between the ex-husband and wife. But that does not apply to the process of raising children, including their psychological development, it is good for whoever the child's custody falls to, but it is good that custody is in accordance with the applicable legal rules and regulations, because they are still the parents of their children. Proper child care will shape the child's good character.

Abstract

MUI Fatwa Number 14 of 2020 regarding the epidemic this year there are still many pros and cons among the public. The public doubted and rejected the fatwa. The reason is because people doubt the accuracy of the arguments used, especially the hadiths contained in them. This research aims to understand the meaning of hadiths about the year's epidemic and their relevance to the COVID-19 outbreak. The research uses library research using data collection techniques using takhrij al-hadith, i'tibar al-sanad, naqd al-matan, and fiqh al-hadith. After the data was collected, data analysis was carried out using an inductive method which refers to three procedures, namely analysis of the matan test, providing conclusions on the status of the validity of the hadith and analysis of the understanding of the hadith. This research found that the hadith contained in MUI fatwa Number 14 of 2020 can be used as hujjah (maqbul). The meaning of these hadiths is relevant to preventing the COVID-19 outbreak which then has preventive steps in dealing with the outbreak. The Prophet's recommendation to carry out quarantine for those infected with the plague, means that there is separation between infected people and healthy people. The values of handling this year's outbreak can be applied in Indonesia based on Law No. 6 of 2018 concerning Health Quarantine.

Abstract

Parents and teachers have the responsibility to introduce and teach religious knowledge to children. In the process of memorizing the Koran, the role of parents and teachers in motivation is a very important dynamic aspect. With inner motivation, the memorization process will be maximized. Many children's lack of achievement is not due to their lack of ability, but because they lack motivation to learn. This research aims to analyze the strategies of teachers and parents in motivating children to memorize the Al-Qur'an. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. The results of this research show that 1) the teacher uses strategies by memorizing verses sequentially, deposits, Talaqqi and Muroja'ah methods. Apart from that, the teacher does not move on to another verse, before the verse is completely memorized, repeats the memorized memorization, muroja'ah when students deposit their memorization; 2) parents use strategies by listening to children's memorization, and Muraja'ah; and 3) there are several types of collaboration between parents and teachers, namely parenting; communication between parents and teachers either directly or indirectly; and volunteerism.

Abstract

The focus of this research examines the registration of mixed religious marriages based on canon law and positive law. The topic of study is related to the legal instruments governing mixed religious marriages, the implementation of mixed religious marriages based on Church law and positive law. The aim of this study is to serve as a guideline for government agencies that have firm authority regarding marriage and everything related to marriage. Researchers used descriptive qualitative methods and critical reading of texts, namely: (1) Canon Law 1124-1129; (2) Law Number 1 of 1974 article 2 paragraph (1) in conjunction with article 66; (3) Law Number 23 of 2006. The results and findings in this research are that interfaith marriages can be obtained and registered with the Civil Registry Officer and obtain a Deed and Excerpt from the Marriage Certificate, requiring first a decision from the court as regulated in article 35 Law no. 23 of 2006. Meanwhile, marriages issued by the Catholic Church do not receive enough Marriage Certificate Excerpts from the Population and Civil Registration Service. The conclusion from this research is that the implementation of a Mixed Mexta Religio marriage must first obtain a license from the Church authorities, because the marriage is a prohibited marriage. It is seen as a prohibition because there are many elements of similarity and togetherness between the Christian and Catholic Churches. Meanwhile, Marriage Disparity Cultus is seen as an obstacle to marriage (impedimentum disparity cultus) and to confirm this marriage a dispensation is needed.

Abstract

This research fundamentally aims to build a spirit of optimism and straighten the perspective of religious believers regarding their existence as religious people in a pluralistic country. The three issues that are the focus of attention in this research are related to the causes, consequences and also solutions in overcoming the phenomenon of negative contestation in religion in the digital era in a pluralistic country. As a qualitative research, the data obtained is collected by relying on library techniques and also document recording, where the analysis knife used to dissect the data that has been collected is done through qualitative descriptive techniques. The results of the analysis show that the phenomenon of negative contestation in religion is actually caused by the extreme point of view of the people, egocentric personalities, technological developments, religious populism, excessive freedom of social media, the Three Education Centers (family, school and society) lack of synergy, and national disintegration. This has resulted in the emergence of intolerance, religious arrogance, reduced religious empathy, and disturbed people's mental health. However, this can be overcome through religious moderation, cultivating tolerance intensively, maximizing the collaboration of the Three Centers of Education, refraining from negative debates, improving the quality of religious instructors, tightening supervision of social media, broadening horizons, improving the moral quality of the people, and obeying the rule of law.

Abstract

Local history including the art of hadrah ISHARI is increasingly forgotten by the community, especially students in the era of globalization. The art of hadrah ISHARI has its roots in the Islamic tradition of commemorating the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad. ISHARI faces the threat of existence due to shifting community preferences towards modern art. This situation reflects a lack of appreciation for values that are increasingly displaced by globalization and instant trends. This research uses a qualitative method that focuses on the implementation of ISHARI'S development dynamics and values in history learning, according to the independent curriculum. The data in this study were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The main resource person is the chairman of the Jombang branch of ISHARI. Abstract

The aguron-guron system is an educational system developed by the Hindu religion to teach knowledge and skills in the religious field. The system is still highly relevant for imparting spiritual knowledge in the process of producing a pandita/sulinggih (spiritual teacher). The pandita, as a spiritual leader, holds a significant position and authority in the religious life of the Hindu community. Research related to the aguron-guron system was conducted at Griya Agung Bangkasa because this griya (household) is one of the ancient griyas with a long lineage of sulinggih and is committed to developing the aguron-guron system. There are three issues addressed in this research, namely related to the form, function, and implications of the aguron-guron system in Griya Agung Bangkasa. This qualitative research with a theological approach uses structural functionalism and symbolic interactionism theories to analyze the issues so that data can be presented descriptively qualitatively. The form of the aguron-guron system in Griya Agung Bangkasa is an education system known as "Garis Kapurusan Parampara." This education system is implemented intensively and exclusively by teachers/nabe towards their students/sisya. The aguron-guron education is carried out with the aim of achieving parartha and paramartha. The components involved include nabe, nanak, curriculum, walaka griya, and overseeing foundations. The aguron-guron system in Griya Agung Bangkasa serves educational, religious, and social functions. Lastly, regarding the implications of the aguron-guron system in Griya Agung Bangkasa, it gives rise to educational, theological, and sociological implications both internally and externally. This exclusive aguron-guron system is unique due to the presence of pawintenan wiwa and the existence of nabe siksa in the process, both of which are efforts to improve the quality of the implemented aguron-guron education. The exclusive nature of the aguron-guron system is the best choice for providing spiritual education, enriching the educational system, and creating a holistic education.
