Abstract

Service quality and differentiation have an important role in the banking business. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of service quality on customer loyalty at PT. Bank Sulselbar Main Branch Makassar, as well as to know and analyze the influence of differentiation on customer loyalty at PT. Bank Sulselbar Main Branch of Makassar. The population in this study is all customers who take credit at PT. Bank Sulselbar Main Branch Makassar that is as much as 186 debtors. Sampling technique using accidental sampling technique, the technique of determining the sample by chance at the time the researcher conducted the research and considered eligible it can be used as a sample in this study. Analysis by using computerized system program SPPS release 24. The research findings show that 1) Quality of service has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty at PT. Bank Sulselbar Main Branch of Makassar. 2) Differentiation have a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty at PT. Bank Sulselbar Main Branch of Makassar. Of the two variables both have a positive effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Human resources is the most important asset owned by an organization because of its role as executor of policies and operational activities in achieving organizational goals. This study aims to determine to determine the effect of Organizational Empowerment and Culture against Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance of the Office of Transportation of Merauke Regency. This research uses quantitative method. This type of research is descriptive research is causal (causal), to determine the effect of a variable on other variables. In this study using path analysis model (path analysis) because among independent variables with dependent variable there is mediation that influence. This analysis is assisted with the help of SPSS 20.0 software. The result of test that have been done show that empowerment have positive and significant effect to job satisfaction, organizational culture have positive and significant effect to job satisfaction, empowerment have negative and insignificant effect to employee performance, organizational culture have positive and significant effect to employee performance, job satisfaction have positive effect and significant to employee performance, job satisfaction mediate the influence of empowerment to employee performance, job satisfaction mediate influence between organizational culture on employee performance.

Abstract

Employees as one of the spearheads of service providers directly to BPJS Employment Participants, is expected to have high performance. This study aims to examine the effects of compensation, transformational leadership and organizational commitment to employee performance through job satisfaction. Population in this research is all employee BPJS Employment Branch of Makassar. The sampling technique used is to use non probability sampling with saturated sampling method. With a sample size of 97 employees. Data analysis using Partial Least Suares (PLS) analysis. The research findings show that 1) Compensation has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. 2) Transformational leadership has a positive and insignificant impact on employee performance. 3) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. 4) Job satisfaction has positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. 5) Compensation has negative and insignificant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. 6) Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. 7) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance through job satisfaction. Of the three variables only organizational commitment that has influence on employee performance with job satisfaction as intervening variable.

Abstract

Every company has responsibility for its actions and business activities that have an impact, either directly or indirectly on the stakeholders and the environment in which the company is located. The profits of a company are not always measured by money alone but social benefits are also a matter of concern, whereby these social benefits in time will have a huge role for the existence of a company in the long term. This research aims to know to know the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program and Corporate Image on Consumer Loyalty of PT Telkom in Merauke area. The approach used in this research is by using quantitative method approach, analyzing Corporate Social Responsibility Program (CSR) And Corporate Image (Corporate Image) And Its Impact On Consumer Loyalty with Quantitative Research Method which based on positivism philosophy, used to research on population or specific samples, data collection using research instruments, quantitative / statistical data analysis, with the aim to test the hypotheses that have been established ". The result of test that has been done shows that there is influence between Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) with Corporate Image, there are positive and significant influence of Corporate Social Responsibility variable to Consumer Loyalty, Positive and Significant influence between Corporate Image and Consumer Loyalty, indirectly between the variables of Corporate Social Responsibility to Consumer Loyalty through the variable Corporate Image PT Telkom Merauke Region.

Abstract

Every leader can exert influence towards his subordinates. This research aims to know the influence of leadership and compensation of employee motivation and performance against the Favor hotel Makassar. This research approach is quantitative, and this type of research is the causality. There are 2 types of data, namely data qualitative and quantitative data, whereas data source using primary data and secondary data. This research used 4 methods of data collection method, the method of observation questionnaire (question form), interviews, and method of study documentation. Qualitative analysis is a method that aims to transform a collection of raw data into a form that is easy to understand, in the form of a concise information, where research results and their analysis are outlined in a scientific writings which of the analysis It will be formed a conclusion. The results showed that (1) the variable compensation effect on leadership and employee motivation variables Hotel Makassar's Favor. (2) The compensation and leadership Variables have no effect against variable employee performance Hotel Makassar's Favor. (3) the motivational and leadership Variables take effect directly against variable employee performance through motivation variables Hotel Makassar's Favor. (4) Variable compensation effect indirectly against variable employee performance through motivation variables Hotel Makassar's Favor.

Abstract

The university is one of the containers, where the provision of service facilities and provide human resource capacity to the identical community of various sciences. This study aims to determine to know the influence of Organizational Culture, Leadership Style and Organizational Commitment in improving job performance Employees consisting of permanent and non permanent lecturer at Unpad Unpad Dili Timor-Leste. The type of research used in this study is quantitative approach. The quantitative approach is based on the approach done by recording and analyzing the data of the research results by using statistical calculations supported by literature study and data collection tool in the form of questionnaires distributed to permanent and non permanent lecturers at Unpad Unpad Dili Timor-Leste. The results showed that partially organizational culture, positive and significant effect on employee performance, leadership style has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, as well as organizational commitment have a positive and significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

The current organizational paradigm is toward looking at human resources as an investment that will add value to the organization not only to survive, but at the same time lead in an environment full of predictions and anticipations through an effort to create creativity and innovation of human resources). This study aims to determine the influence of competence, workload, and work stress on employee performance and how the competence and workload affect the employee performance through job stress at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Branch Jayapura. The type of research used in this study is quantitative approach. The quantitative approach bases the study of empirical rational principles. The quantitative approach bases the study of empirical rational principles. Problems and hypotheses to be tested based on defined criteria as well as path analysis tools ie Smart PLS 2.0 to know the relation of variables. The results showed that partially competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work load has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work stress have positive and significant effect to employee performance. For indirect influence, competence and workload have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work stress at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Branch of Jayapura.

Abstract

Developments in the business world in Indonesia is very rapid, the challenges that will be faced by business people will be more difficult. This study aims to know to know the effect of Brand Image and Product Quality to Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty Hilux Car in Merauke District. This research uses quantitative method. In this research use path analysis model because of independent variable with dependent variable to mediation that influence. This analysis is assisted by SPSS 22.0 software. Test results have been done indicate that Brand Image positively and significantly influence on satisfaction, product quality positively and significantly influence on satisfaction, Brand Image positively and significantly influence on Customer Loyalty, Product quality positively and significantly influence to customer loyalty, Satisfaction positively and significantly influence customer loyalty.

Abstract

Good company performance can be seen from its efficiency. This study aims to determine to know the effect of merger by Rural Banks of Bahteramas in Southeast Sulawesi Province to the financial performance and efficiency. The type of this research is descriptive research, which is research which describe a problem that exist at the present time based on the way of collecting data, arrange it, explain it, analyze and draw conclusion. The study was prepared based on the financial statements of 12 Rural Banks of Bahteramas Southeast Sulawesi and has published financial statements in the period 2014 to 2016 that have been audited. The process of collecting research data conducted on the Financial Services Authority (OJK) from September until November 2017 until the necessary data has been obtained and complete. The results of the research show that from BPR Bahteramas ratios analysis, there are some Bahcam Rural Bureau of Southeast Sulawesi which still shows inefficiency condition but some BPR have good financial efficiency and performance condition, market ratio ratio analysis using HHI and CR4 is known that some BPR still dominate market share of BPR Bahtermas customers in Southeast Sulawesi. In this case still shows the oligopoly market, while for the existing bank organizational structure is still in the category of big. In a sense, the ranks of organizations within the bank is wide enough, so that in terms of operational financing also swell.

Abstract

Firms that want to survive have to compete more in formulating the strategy of offering and selling the company's products, and advanced companies are companies that are able to keep up with the times, customer behavior changes, and of course technological advancement. This research aims to know to know the influence of customer involvement and brand trust of buying interest and purchasing decisions on Eiwa instagram account. The type of research used in this study is quantitative approach. The quantitative approach bases the study of empirical rational principles. The quantitative approach bases the study of empirical rational principles. Before doing research the researcher must find the problem and hypothesis to be tested based on specified criteria and path analysis tool that is Smart PLS to know variable relation. The result of the research shows that for direct influence, customer involvement has a positive and significant effect on buying interest, brand trust has positive but not significant effect on buying interest, customer involvement has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision, brand trust has positive and significant influence on purchasing decision product, while buying interest has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision of Brand Eiwa product. As for indirect influence, buying interest may mediate the influence of Customer Engagement on product purchasing decisions positively and significantly while Buy Interest can not mediate the influence of Brand Trust on Brand Eiwa product purchase decision positively and significantly.
