Artikel yang dimuat berasal dari hasil penelitian adaptasi ilmu dan hasil pemikiran dari perkembangan ilmu yang dimaksud. Jurnal ini ditujukan kepada para pelaku ekonomi, mahasiswa , dan dosen. Jurnal ini terbit setiap dua kali dalam satu tahun. Jurnal ini terbit pertama kali pada tahun 2007 dan mengalami tidak terbit dari tahun 2012-2015. Terbit kembali tahun 2016 hingga sekarang.

Abstract

The problem of MSMEs in Indonesia generally lies in capital and product marketing, so that many government programs have been implemented to improve the capabilities of MSMEs in management and technical aspects. For this reason, promotion and attractive packaging are needed to introduce accessory products that can be enjoyed by consumers in that place. In this study, the application of packaging and Sales Promotion is made that can help Chattin Bers accessories entrepreneurs to promote accessories using brochures and can sell them online through social media (Facebook, Instagram, and Shopee). The social media account used is a business account so that it can make it easier for the community so that it can make it easier for people to find and buy Chattin Bers accessories.

Abstract

Financial management is quite an important activity, especially for Generation Z as the next generation who can influence the country's economy. Poor financial behavior will reduce a person's standard of living. The aim of the research is to determine the level of financial literacy, spiritual intelligence and lifestyle hedonism on the financial management behavior of Generation Z in Pati Regency. This research used purposive sampling with a sample of 400 respondents. The analysis technique for this research uses the SPSS version 25 application, and data is obtained from distributing questionnaires online via form and distributing them directly to respondents. The results of this research show that financial literacy and spiritual intelligence have a positive influence on financial management behavior. Meanwhile, lifestyle hedonism has a negative influence on the financial management behavior of generation Z. The advice given is that generation Z needs to pay attention to their lifestyle so as not to be influenced by the negative impact of lifestyle hedonism, as well as increasing the level of literacy and spiritual understanding in order to create good financial management behavior.

Abstract

This study aimedat determining the significance of the influence of the work environment and leadership style on work motivation and performance of the employees of the Department of Population and Civil Registration (DISDUKCAPIL) of Kupang city.The population were 75 employees and they were utilised as the sample of this study.Techniques and tools of data collection were questionnaires and documentation.Data analysis techniques was in the form of descriptive statistical analysis using the Levis formula and inferential statistical analysis through the SEM-PLS approach with the help of SmartPLS software.Value of the t-statistic was used to prove the hypothesis.The results showed that the variables of the work environment and leadership style had a direct effect on work motivation and performance of DISDUKCAPIL employees in Kupang city. However, the variables of work environment and leadership style had no effect on the performance of DISDUKCAPIL employees in Kupang City through employees’ motivation

Abstract

One of the internet providers is PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk with its product IndiHome. This study aims to analyze the implementation of complaint management on IndiHome network disruptions by PT Telkom Akses Solo. The research design used by the author is a case study with a descriptive method. The object of this study is located on Surakarta. Then the author used research data from interviews and observations regarding the management of complaints of IndiHome customer network disruptions. In addition, mendescripting problems and solutions to problems experienced by PT Telkom Akses Solo when managing complaints of customer network disruptions. Through this study, the author obtained results regarding the implementation of customer complaint management on the IndiHome network by PT Telkom Akses Solo. Based on the results of the study, the treatment provided is quite good and in accordance with the established procedures.

Abstract

Digital entrepreneurship and the application of financial technology skills are the digital age's challenge of entrepreneurship. This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial digitalization and financial technology training on human resource entrepreneurship skills in members of tumbuh bersama mutiara harapan group and the surrounding community who participated in the training. This research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The data analysis techniques used are research instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, hypothesis testing, and determination coefficient test. Based on the results of the t test / partial digitalization training variables (X1) and financial technology variables (X2) affect the entrepreneurial skills of human resources (Y). The test results of the coefficient of determination show the variables X1 and X2 are able to explain the variable Y by 53.5% while the rest is explained by other variables.

Abstract

Empowering women through financial access and competency enhancement is crucial for enhancing the competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. This study examined the role of financial inclusion and soft skill improvement in empowering women involved in MSMEs. This research employed a survey method on 315 women engaged in MSMEs in Tasikmalaya, with data collection conducted using questionnaires and analysis performed using the SEM PLS method. The findings assert that financial inclusion and soft skills significantly influence the empowerment and competitiveness of MSMEs, particularly those led by women. The recommendations of this study include the need to expand financial access, provide soft skills training, and offer business support services as strategies to enhance the competitiveness of women-managed MSMEs, thereby contributing to inclusive and sustainable economic growth in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competitor product attractiveness and customer satisfaction on the decision to switch from other brands of instant noodles to Indomie in Bekasi City. Descriptive study using a quantitative approach is the methodology used. Partially, the attractiveness of competing products has a positive and significant effect on brand switching, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on brand switching so that it is not proven, perhaps as a result of the vigorous marketing campaign, wide variety of flavors, and higher quality of Indomie instant noodles. The findings of the coefficient of determination show that the R square value of 65% of the independent variables can be explained by the dependent variable, while the remaining 35% can be explained by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

The rise of flexible work systems such as work from home (WFH) offers opportunities for women to remain productive without leaving their households. However, WFH also presents unique challenges, particularly concerning the dual roles women often assume in balancing professional responsibilities and domestic duties. This study aims to examine the effect of flexible working arrangements on the performance of female employees, and to evaluate the moderating role of perceived organizational support (POS) in this relationship. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 74 female workers in East Java who engage in WFH schemes. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS). The findings reveal that flexible working arrangements have a positive and significant effect on performance, and this relationship is further strengthened when employees perceive a high level of organizational support. These results underscore the importance of cultivating a supportive organizational climate, particularly for women navigating the challenges of dual roles while working remotely. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the problems that often occur in Discipline and Job Training on Work Achievement of Employees of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Cikarang Branch. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with a total sample of 50 respondents with a questionnaire to employees of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch. Cikarang Based on the results of the study that the discipline variable has a significant positive effect on work performance. This study succeeded in proving that work discipline and work training have a significant positive effect on job performance. Discipline and work training simultaneously (simultaneously) affect work performance by 75.9 while the rest are influenced by other factors outside of this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh konflik peran dan kelelahan kerja terhadap turnover intenton karyawan pada CV Setia Darma Tiga menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 86 responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Respon diukur dengan skala Likert dan dianalisis dengan SPSS Versi 26.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konflik peran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat berpindah (t = 2.171, sig = 0.033), begitu pula dengan kelelahan kerja (t = 7.292, sig = 0.000). Nilai Adjusted R² sebesar 37,9% menunjukkan bahwa konflik peran dan kelelahan kerja menjelaskan persentase varians intensi turnover, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 62,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Hasil ini sejalan dengan hipotesis yang diajukan dan penelitian sebelumnya yang menyoroti konflik peran dan kelelahan kerja sebagai pendorong utama niat berpindah. Oleh karena itu, mengatasi masalah ini sangat penting untuk mengurangi pergantian karyawan.
