Turats Journal is published by the Islamic Education Study Programme at Universitas Islam 45 Bekasi periodically every 6 months or twice a year in June and December. Turats Journal accepts various research articles on the theme of Islamic education within Indonesia and the world / internationally, both from literature studies and field studies with various approaches. Turats, starting in 2024, partners with the Indonesian Education Research Centre (PURISDIKI) to provide quality articles for lovers, activists, researchers and practitioners of Islamic education.

Abstract

This article will review the contribution of pedagogic competence and organizational climate on the performance of teachers. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis in this study, it can be concluded that there is a significant positive relationship between teachers' pedagogical competence in the performance of teachers of Islamic Religious Educa-tion in Elementary School at East Bekasi. There is a significant positive relationship between organizational climate with the performance of teachers of Islamic Religion Education in Elementary School at East Bekasi. There is a significant positive relationship between teacher’s pedagogical competence and organizational climate together with the performance of teachers of Islamic Religious Education in Elementary School District at East Bekasi. By looking at the above conclusion, it is known that the pedagogical competence of teachers and organizational climate contributes to a significant improvement in the performance of teachers of Islamic Religious Education in the Elementary School at East Bekasi.

Abstract

This article will explain about the attachment and character development. From this article it can be concluded that there are several factors that can affect a child's development, namely a factor from within, from outside the child and the interaction of both. The factors that originate from outside the mother's condition factors and environmental conditions. Behavior of parents, especially mothers considered to play an important role in child development because it plays an important role early in a child's life. Children get a first impression about the world through behavior and attitude of the mother /parents against children, especially in early age. If the mother applies to both the impression the child about the world and a positive environment and attitude of children will also be positive. This can cause the child to explore an optimal environment, consequently the development of behavioral, emotional, social, cognitive and personality of the child would be optimal as well.

Abstract

Kyai Haji Ahmad Dahlan (1 August 1868 Yogyakarta - 23 February 1923 Yogyakarta), born Muhammad Darwis, was an Indonesian Islamic revivalist who established Muhammadiyah in 1912. He created Muhammadiyah in 1912 as an educational organisation as a means of realising his reformist ideals. It was quickly joined by traders and craftsmen. In 1917 added a women's section named Aisyiyah, which played a significant role in modernising the life of Indonesian women. Spreading to the Outer Islands, Muhammadiyah established a strong base in Sulawesi only a decade later after it was founded. It was one of a number of indigenous Indonesian organisations founded in the first three decades of the twentieth century;a time known as the Indonesian National Revival; that were key in establishing a sense of Indonesian nationalism, and ultimately independence. Dahlan was completely absorbed in the field of education. Aiming point on the world of education in turn drove him into the heart of the people who actually matter. Based on the description of this concept can be used later to build a more effective nation that is through education. KH Ahmad Dahlan is a man of action types that are already in place when leaving quite a lot of charitable efforts are not made. Abstract

Abstract

This research is to obtain empirical data from the proposed issue, namely to prove the existence of a positive relationship between "mastery learning study" Islamic Religious Education (PAI) "as a variable bound by the" student cognitive intelligence "as an independent variable. This study uses a survey method with correlation approach. From this research can be concluded that There is a correlation between learning completeness PAI (variable X) with cognitive maturity Junior High School students 02 Bekasi (Variable Y) obtained from linear regression calculation which produces a correlation coefficient of 0.34 and coefficient of determinant is 11, 56% and this means that there is a significant correlation between PAI learning completeness Students with Cognitive Maturity. So the higher the student learning completeness, the higher Student Cognitive Maturity. Cognitive maturity of students in learning greatly affects the learning process

Abstract

This study describes the method tutoring in Primagama which was held at the Institute Tutoring Primagama Kemang Pratama Bekasi. The purpose of this study is to determine the methods applied in the Institute Tutoring Primagama Kemang Pratama Bekasi. Benefits for students who follow the guidance study at the Institute Tutoring Primagama Kemang Pratama Bekasi is that students should be able to know the smart solution method taught by professional tutors, tutor, powerful in its field. In the implementation methods tutoring, tutors provide practice exam questions (try out). The purpose of this study was to determine the method of tutoring smart solution implemented at the Institute Tutoring Primagama Kemang Pratama Bekasi. This research was conducted at the Institute Tutoring Primagama Kemang Pratama Bekasi. This research method is to use a qualitative method of naturalistic, with procedures for data collection using observation, interviews, and study documentation. Data analysis was done qualitatively by way of interpretation and describes a holistic and logic against the data received. Results showed that students were satisfied and willing to learn by following the guidance of learning at the Institute Tutoring Primagama Kemang Pratama Bekasi. It is evident that students arevery enthusiastic and more confident doing exam questions are considered difficult

Abstract

Granada method as one method of translating the Qur'an that exists in the community has an important role in improving human resources (HR). Granada methods not only provide knowledge and technical skills but far more important to inculcate moral values and their application in every day, because once they understand the methods of Granada will be able to understand the meaning of the verses they read. The study of this thesis formulates three main issues as follows: 1). How is the implementation of Granada in the learning method of translation of the Qur'an. 2). How cans the effectiveness of Granada in the learning method of translation of the Qur'an. 3). What factors that support and hinder the implementation of the method of Granada. The purpose of this study is: 1). To know the implementation of Granada in the learning method of translation of the Qur'an. 2). Methods To determine the effectiveness of Granada in learning the Quran translator 3). To find the supporting factors and obstacles in the implementation of Granada method in studying the translator of the Qur'an. The research methods used in the preparation of this paper is to use Qualitative Methods Naturalistic, a method that produces descriptive data. The data obtained from the manuscripts, interviews, field notes, photographs, tape recorders, and other official documents. As for things that support the implementation of Granada method is: First, teachers who oversee the learning process are the ones who truly understand the Arabic language. Because the teachers are recruited from graduates of Granada Method LIPIA (Indonesian Institute of Education Sciences Arabia) and graduate school and alumni of the training method of Granada. Second, participants assisted with the module and VCD tutorial that summarizes all the material that will be studied. Third, the method is very short and compact so it does not beat around the bush so it takes a long time. Fourth, the spirit wants to know who so profoundly from the participants. And the Fifth, the delivery of a varied pattern. In general, obstacles often faced by the participants is difficult to adapt to this method at the beginning of the meeting, especially for those who have never previously knew Arabic, and at the time of writing memorized study abroad (dictation)

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is intended to explain human existence in the philosophy of education. This paper explores on human existence according to Western philosophy and the Islamic philosophy. This paper uses the method-comparative analysis. This paper shows that problems of human existence (the problem of human being) are an important issue in the philosophy education because education as human needs cannot be separated from the human himself. Humans are “homo educandum”, the creature that can educate and be educated. Education itself is related to the existence of teachers and students as human beings. In this paper, the experts note that western philosophy and Islamic philosophy has a great attention to human existence in which human existence is discussed in the branch of philosophy that both ontology and anthropological philosophy. The thought of Western philosophy is not holistic, very mechanistic, and pragmatic. The thought of Islamic philosophy is eclectic, integral and holistic. In the field of Islamic education which is characterized by an emphasis on the importance of all aspect/dimensions of human being: physical, spiritual, intellect, soul, and mind.
