Abstract

The organization in the era of globalization increasingly rapidly make competition in an organization is tight. Organization of the government can optimize sued for human resources and how to manage human resources. Employees are the key for organization, wealth where they will be planner implementation and control are an active role in creating the organization. Employees have mind feelings and desires that might affect on the work he was doing this attitude will determine how much love of working for him to loyalty to the organization.The purpose of this study is to find the influence of the application of remuneration, change management and organization cultural on the employee performance RSUP Prof. Dr. R.D. Kandou Manado. This research take 60 a sample of respondents in RSUP Prof. Dr. R.D. Kandou Manado, using economic research to get a response to statement and using analysis multiple linear regression assisted a statistical analysis.The results obtained the research is together there are significant influence between remuneration, change management and cultural against the employee performance of organization. A partial remuneration significant against the employee performance, change management influential significantly against the employee performance is the positive and significant between organization cultures against the employee performance RSUP Prof. Dr. R.D. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Promotion, Product Innovation and Corporate Image on Purchase Decision through Perceived Value in a case study on millennials using the Garuda Indonesia airline. The sampling method used was probability sampling with certain criteria. The data collection technique used was by distributing questionnaires to 216 respondents aged 19-39 years who had used Garuda Indonesia at least 1-2 times. The data collected was then analyzed using path analysis using the SPSS 20 program. The results of this study indicate that Promotion, Product Innovation and Corporate Image have a significant effect on Perceived Value. Promotion has a significant direct and indirect effect on Purchase Decisions, while product Innovation and Corporate Image have a direct but insignificant effect on Purchase Decisions and indirectly have a significant effect on Purchase Decisions through Perceived Value. Abstract

Nowadays HR has become one of the most important assets in an organization so it must receive the best appreciation. Employee performance appraisal data at PT PLN (Persero) UIP SULBAGUT during the last 3 semesters has decreased, although in semester 2nd of 2019 there were additional employees who were likely to influence the performance appraisal so that it became better. Researcher see that this phenomenon occurs because of a decrease in work motivation, career development uncertainty and also employee job dissatisfaction. Based on the survey, the majority of PLN UIP SULBAGUT employees are already working with high motivation. But for the promotion system, rotation and employee performance appraisal, apparently not all employees can accept the system that runs so far. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work motivation and career development on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT PLN (Persero) UIP SULBAGUT. This research is a quantitative study by distributing questionnaires to 107 respondents from a population of 146 employees at PT PLN (Persero) UIP SULBAGUT along with the Sub-Units below. Data analysis in this study was using path analysis. The results of this study indicate that work motivation and career development simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Work motivation, career development and job satisfaction simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation and career development partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance both directly and indirectly through job satisfaction.Work Motivation, Career Development, Job Satisfaction, Employee      Performance.

Abstract

This study has purpose to research the influence of work discipline, compensation and motivation on employee performance at PT Mitra Sintera by using a saturated sampling technique. The total sample of this study is 108. The data method was collected with a questionnaire. This research uses the validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test, analysis multiple linear regression and analysis coefficient of determination, t test and F test using by software program SPSS 25 version. In the results test for the coefficient of determination obtained from the work discipline, compensation and motivation variables have an effect of 16,4% on employee performance. In the results test for multiple linear regression obtained the work discipline influences the employee performance by 25,2%, the compensation influences the employee performance by 20,1% and the motivation influences the employee performance of 19,9%. In the results of t test obtained that the work discipline has partially significant effect on employee performance, the compensation has partially significant effect on employee performance and the motivation has partially significant effect on employee performance. While in the results of F test obtained work discipline, compensation and motivation together have simultaneously significant effect on employee performance. Keywords:  Work Discipline, Compensation, Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract : The existence of economic globalization makes the economies of the countries in the world depend on each other economically. Thus, economic events in one country will inevitably have an impact on economic performance in other countries. The purpose of this study was to analyze whether there is a relationship between the IHSG and the NYSE, LSE, SSE, and PSE. This study uses Vector Auto Regression (VAR) analysis technique and as an analysis tool is the Eviews 9 software.The population in this study is the global capital market stock price index at closing price, so the sample used is the monthly stock price index of the United States capital market. China, United Kingdom, Philippines and Indonesia for the period January 2013 to December 2018 so there are 72 data. The results showed that there was no relationship between NYSE, SSE, LSE, and PSE with the IHSG. Abstrak: Adanya globalisasi ekonomi membuat perekonomian negara-negara di dunia bergantung satu sama lain secara ekonomi. Sehingga, peristiwa ekonomi di suatu negara pasti akan berdampak pada kinerja ekonomi di negara-negara lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis apakah terdapat hubungan antara IHSG dengan NYSE, LSE, SSE, dan PSE. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis Vector Auto Regression (VAR) dan sebagai alat analisis adalah software Eviews 9. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah indeks harga saham pasar modal global pada saat closing price, dan sampel yang digunakan adalah indeks harga saham bulanan pasar modal Amerika Serikat, Cina, Inggris, Filipina dan Indonesia periode Januari tahun 2013 sampai dengan Desember tahun 2018 yang terdapat 72 data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara NYSE, SSE, LSE, dan PSE dengan IHSG.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisa faktor-faktor yang menpengaruhi kinerja manajerial seperti sistem akuntansi manajemen, human capital, desentralisasi, dan ketidakpastian lingkungan. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian asosisatif yang bermaksud melihat hubungan antar variabel laten eksogen terhadap variabel laten endogen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah manajer bisnis dan manajer operasional pada bank syariah di kota Mataram yang berjumlah 68 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah 57 orang responden. Metode analisa yang digunakan adalah partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) melalui program Smart PLS 3.0., dengan hasil penelitian berupa sistem akuntansi manajemen dan human capital memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja manajerial, sedangkan desentralisasi dan ketidakpastian lingkungan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja manajerial.

Abstract

PT PLN (Persero) UIP SULBAGUT is a PLN unit tasked with building electricity infrastructure in the provinces of North Sulawesi, Gorontalo and Central Sulawesi. The dynamic conditions of employees as well as changes in organizational culture that are currently taking place at PLN, has became an interesting to study, especially in terms of job satisfaction and employee performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of employee placement and work culture on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT PLN (Persero) UIP SULBAGUT.The approach used is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees at PT PLN (Persero) North Sulawesi Main Unit, amounting to 146 people. The sampling technique used is a census in which the entire population is sampled in this study. Because of that, the sample from this study were 146 respondents. Data collection methods for primary data are carried out using questionnaires distributed to employees. The data analysis technique used is the path analysis test. This study found that, it turns out that employees who are not satisfied in working are still able to provide good performance. This is because the employees at PT PLN (Persero) UIP SULBAGUT, even though they are not satisfied with their work, they still try to provide the best performance, with the hope that they can be looked at or drawn to other PLN units that are ideal or even hometown from the employee concerned. The same thing happens in company culture, where employees are still not satisfied with the new company culture, but still try to implement the rules of the company culture in the hope that if they show that they have a good performance and integrity, it can help the employee concerned to apply for a move to other PLN units that are ideal or even the hometown of the employee concerned.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is an empirical study that aims to analyze whether there are differences in abnormal return and trading volume activity with the occurrence of global financial crisis (China’s black Monday) from various industry sector companies incorporated in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study uses event study methods and statistical analysis tools paired sample t-test. August 24, 2015 was chosen as the date of the event (event date) and the observation window for 29 days consisted of 14 days before the event date and 14 days after the event date. The sample in this study consisted of 40 companies of various industrial sectors which are members of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The results showed that China’s Black Monday made a difference to the abnormal return and trading volume activity before and after the event.Keywords : Abnormal Return, Trading Volume Activity

Abstract

Abstract:The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that investors should consider in stock investment decision making. This research was conducted to assess the interest in investing and consideration when investing which is influenced by representative bias, availability bias, and locus of control. This research was tested using Smart PLS application. Data collection from this study was conducted by distributing questionnaires as many as 353 people in Batam city. Representative bias significantly positively affects investment decision making, availability bias significantly and positively in investment decisions, availability bias moderated locus of control has no effect on investment decision making, and representative bias moderated locus of control has no effect on investment decision making. This research facilitates investors in making investment decisions in Batam city, judging from several factors that influence the decision making helps investors in determining investment and considering every factor that influences Decision making. Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa faktor yang harus dipertimbangkan investor dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi Saham. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menilai ketertarikan dalam melakukan investasi dan pertimbangan saat berinvestasi yang dipengaruhi oleh representative bias, availability bias, dan locus of control. Penelitian ini di uji dengan menggunakan aplikasi Smart PLS. Pengumpulan data dari penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner sebanyak 353 orang yang berada kota Batam. Representative bias secara signifikan positif mempengaruhi investment desicion making, availability bias secara signifikan dan positif dalam keputusan investasi, availability bias yang dimoderasi locus of control tidak berpengaruh terhadap investment decision making, dan representative bias yang dimoderasi locus of control tidak berpengaruh terhadap investment decision making. Penelitian ini memberi kemudahan investor dalam mengambil keputusan investasi di kota Batam, dilihat dari beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan ini membantu para investor dalam menentukan investasi dan mempertimbangkan setiap faktor yang mempengaruhi Decision making.

Abstract

In a spurious regression conditions occur linear regression equations that are not stationary on the mean and variance. If the variables are not stationary, there will be cointegration, so it can be concluded that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between the two research variables and in the short term there is a possibility of an imbalance, so to overcome it in this study using the Error Correction Model. The purpose of this study is to apply a cointegration test to see whether there is a long-term non-equilibrium relationship between the time series between the Human Development Index and life expectancy at birth, average school year for adults aged 25 years and over and gross national income per capita. The data used in this study are time series data between 1990-2017. The statistical management is carried out using Eviews 10. Based on the results obtained, it was concluded that 81.7% and it can be said that the types of independent variables included in the model are already good, because only 18.3% of the diversity of the dependent variable is influenced by the independent variables outside this research model. Keywords: spurious regression, stationary, cointegration, error correction model, equilibrium
