Abstract

Literature review suggests that there is a relationship between competence, motivation, interests, entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial performance. The purpose of the study is to analyze entrepreneurial performance by placing competence, motivation and interest as independent variables, and entrepreneurial performance as the dependent variable. While entrepreneurship orientation is positioned as an intervening variable. A sample of 150 respondents, the instrument used was a questionnaire. Likert scale measurement scale, data processing and analysis tools using SEM. There are 7 hypotheses that must be tested for truth, and the test results show that the seven hypotheses are acceptable, so the initial assumptions about the relationship between the variables tested are true. Each variable of competence, motivation and interest influences / significantly affects entrepreneurial performance and also influences / significantly through the entrepreneurial orientation variable

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand awareness, brand associations, perceived quality and brand loyalty partially and simultaneously on the decision to purchase Indomie brand instant noodles for college students in Kendal Regency. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis in this study is quantitative data analysis. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. The samples obtained were 107 respondents. The analytical tool in this study using IBM SPSS version 23. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that partially the Brand Awareness variable had a positive effect on purchasing decisions, seen from the t count of 4.556> t table 1.983 with sig. smaller than 0.05, which is 0.000. The Brand Associations variable has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, seen from the t count of 2.292> t table of 1.983 with sig. smaller than 0.05, namely 0.024. Perceived Quality variable has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, seen from the t count of 4.255> t table 1.983 with sig. smaller than 0.05, which is 0.000. Brand Loyalty variable has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, seen from the t count of 4.214> t table 1.983 with sig. smaller than 0.05, which is 0.000. Simultaneously, the variables of brand awareness, brand associations, perceived quality and brand loyalty together have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, seen from the calculated F value of 25.628> F table 2.46 with sig. smaller than 0.05, which is 0.000. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.631 means that the contribution of independent variables (brand awareness, brand associations, perceived quality and brand loyalty) affects the dependent variable (purchase decision) by 63.1%, while the remaining 36.9% is influenced by other variables in beyond the research model. The conclusion from this study is that it is proven that brand awareness, brand associations, perceived quality and brand loyalty have a partial and simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions, so it can be explained that the better brand awareness, brand associations, perceived quality and brand loyalty, the higher the decision to buy noodles. instant brand Indomie for College Students in Kendal Regency.

Abstract

President Joko Widodo had been inaugurated ministers in the Advanced Indonesia Cabinet that will help him to undergo the wheels of government in the 2019-2024 period on October 23, 2019. The inauguration is one of the important event in the capital market shows that there are some reactions of the event. The aims of this study to see how the reaction of capital market by looking at the differences of the variabels abnormal return, trading volume activity and trading frequency of stock before and after the event. The research object is 20 companies of state-owned corporation on period during September–November 2019. The analytical method used to test is compares two means from each variables. The observation period is 14 days which is 7 days before and 7 days after event. This hypothesis test used paired sample t-test analysis. The result of this research shows that there is significant differences between abnormal return before and after of event, there is no significant differences between trading volume activity before and after of event, and there is a significant differences between trading frequency before and after event. Keywords: Event Study, Abnormal Return, Trading Volume Activity, Frequency of Stock Trading

Abstract

Organization needs to manage their human resources well to have sustainability and advancement. To increase the performance of their employees, organizations need human resources with skills and abilities according to the vision and mission of the organization. This research aims to find out the impact of work discipline and training towards the performance of employees of PT BPR Sejahtera Batam, which consists of a total of 105 employees. This research uses saturated samples and the technique that the researcher is able to use is primary data by distributing questionnaire in the form of Google Forms. The data analysis method used are descriptive analysis, data quality test: validity test and reliability test, classic assumption test: normality test, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity test, influence test: multiple regression analysis and coefficient determination test, and hypothesis test: T test and F test. The independent variables are work discipline (X1) and training (X2). Dominant impact towards dependent variables or performance of employees (Y) towards PT BPR Sejahtera Batam are Work Discipline Variable (X1) which has beta coefficient value of 0,728 or 72,8% which means that for every one point increment of work discipline variable (X1) is able to increase performance by 72,8% and for training variable (X2) with beta coefficient value of 0,335 or 33,5% which means that for every one point increment of training variable (X2) could increase performance by 33,5%. Work discipline bariable and training variable does influence performance, this can be see by the result of F test, which yield 131,371>f_table in the amount of 3,09.Keywords: discipline, employess performance, training

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Promotion, Product Innovation and Corporate Image on Purchase Decision through Perceived Value in a case study on millennials using the Garuda Indonesia airline. The sampling method used was probability sampling with certain criteria. The data collection technique used was by distributing questionnaires to 216 respondents aged 19-39 years who had used Garuda Indonesia at least 1-2 times. The data collected was then analyzed using path analysis using the SPSS 20 program. The results of this study indicate that Promotion, Product Innovation and Corporate Image have a significant effect on Perceived Value. Promotion has a significant direct and indirect effect on Purchase Decisions, while product Innovation and Corporate Image have a direct but insignificant effect on Purchase Decisions and indirectly have a significant effect on Purchase Decisions through Perceived Value. Perceived Value has a significant effect on Purchase Decisions for millennials using the Garuda Indonesia airline

Abstract

ABSTRAKKabupaten Badung ialah salah satu kabupaten di Provinsi Bali sebagaimana telah diatur oleh Undang-Undang Nomor 69 Tahun 1958 tentang Pembentukan Daerah-daerah Tingkat II dalam Wilayah Daerah-daerahTingkat I Bali, Nusa Tenggara Barat dan Nusa Tenggara Timur (Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1958 Nomor 122,Tambahan Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 1655); Kabupaten Badung sangat mengandalkan Pendapatan Asli Daerahnya (PAD) dari pajak hotel Hotel, Restoran dan Hiburan yang menjadi  sumber utama dalam pelaksanaan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) setiap Tahunnya. Namun dari tahun ke tahun PAD Kabupaten Badung justru capaiannya semakin menjauh dari target. Pada tahun 2018 APBD Kabupaten Badung mengalami Defisit terbesar yang mencapai angka Rp. 2.355.696.667.570,16. Defisit ini sangat berdampak terhadap Pelaksanaan Penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan Daerah di Kabupaten Badung. Penyebab defisit tersebut terjadi karena beberapa kemungkinan yakni Target PAD yang terlalu tinggi atau Transaksi Akomodasi Hotel, Restoran dan Hiburan melalui E-Commerce belum terdeteksi pemungutan pajaknya oleh Manajemen Sistem Perpajakan yang ada pada Pemerintah Kabupaten Badung. Maka dari itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui Strategi Pemerintah Daerah Mengoptimalkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Kabupaten Badung dari E-commerce. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Triangulasi sumber dilakukan dengan membandingkan hasil wawancara dari sumber internal dengan sumber eksternal. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Pemerintah Daerah diharapkan mampu mengopyimalkan PAD dari E-commerce. Maka dari itu, dibutuhkan startegi  yang  efektif  dalam  pelaksanaannya. Kata kunci : Strategi, Optimal, Pendapatan, E-commerce

Abstract

Abstract :  The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of Bankaltimtara's CSR Program on brand image, corporate reputation and customer loyalty at Bankaltimtara Company. The research was conducted by taking the object of Bankaltimtara customers using hundred respondents obtained from the number of bank accounts of Bankaltimtara conventional customers. As for the data analysis used by the author is using statistical test tools, namely the Structural Equation Model (SEM) test with the alternative method of Partial Least Square (PLS) using the SmartPLS 3.0 software. Hypothesis testing is done by multivariate analysis, which runs through the PLS program. Data analysis through Partial Least Square (PLS) was carried out in two stages, namely: First, assessing the outer model or measurement model. Second, assessing the inner model or structural model. The results of the assessment indicate that there is a significant influence between Bankaltimtara's CSR Programs on Bankaltimtara's brand image and corporate reputation, but it has no effect on Bankaltimtara's customer loyalty. Meanwhile, for Bankaltimtara brand image, it has a significant effect on Bankaltimtara's corporate reputation and customer loyalty. So CSR Program should be developed in line with the development of product due to customer’s need in order to meet customer loyalty. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Program CSR Bankaltimtara terhadap brand image, corporate reputation serta customer loyalty pada Perusahaan Bankaltimtara. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengambil obyek nasabah Bankaltimtara dengan menggunakan 100 responden dari jumlah akun rekening nasabah Bankaltimtara konvensional. Adapun analisis data yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah  menggunakan alat uji statistik yaitu dengan uji Model Persamaan Struktural Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan metode alternatif partial least square (PLS) menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.0..  Analisis data melalui Partial Least Square (PLS) dilakukan melalui dua tahap, yaitu : Pertama, Menilai outer model  atau model pengukuran. Kedua, menilai inner model atau model struktural. Hasil penilaian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Program CSR Bankaltimtara terhadap brand image dan corporate reputation Bankaltimtara, namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap customer loyalty Bankaltimtara.  Sedangkan untuk brand image Bankaltimtara, memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap corporate reputation dan customer loyalty Bankaltimtara. Sehingga perlunya pengembangan Program CSR yang seiring dengan pengembangan produk yang dapat menjawab segala kebutuhan nasabah untuk lebih meningkatkan loyalitas nasabah Bankaltimtara. Corporate Social Responsibility, Brand Image, Corporate Reputation

Abstract

 This study aims to determine the effect of leadership on employee job satisfaction, work environment on employee job satisfaction, leadership on employee performance, work environment on employee performance, leadership on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable and work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction. as an intervening variable in Lubuklinggau Selatan I and Selatan II Districts.       The initial design stages in this study were formulating research problems, making hypotheses, tracing references / literature as study material, making research instruments or questionnaires, distributing questionnaires and distributing questionnaires to 102 employees of Lubuklinggau Selatan I and Selatan II Districts, then to analyze data using regression test, partial test, Path analysis and Sobel test with the help of statistical analysis tools IBM SPSS 22 for windows.    The results showed that leadership has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction with the tcount for the leadership variable of 2.024, with a significant 0.046. Work environment has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction with the tcount for the work environment variable is 2.464, with a significant 0.015. Leadership has a significant effect on employee performance with the tcount for the work environment variable amounting to 10.818, with a significant value of 0.000. The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance with that the tcount for the work environment variable is 3.643, with a significant 0.000. Leadership has a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable with tcount (2,74) greater than ttable (1.98), so there is an influence between leadership on employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediating or intervening variable and work environment has a significant effect. on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable with tcount (5,56) greater than ttable (1.98), so there is a direct and indirect effect between work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediating or intervening variable. Keywords:  Keywords: Leadership, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction, PerformanceLeadership, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction, Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT: Introduction: Patient safety is a trending topic in various hospitals. Patient safety involves preventing mistakes and eliminating various dangers due to errors and can occur at any time during the health care process, especially in the treatment of patients. Research Objectives: This study aims to determine how the implementation of Lean Six Sigma in electronic prescription services by calculating the incidence of potentially medication errors analyzed by Six Sigma is used to determine improvements in the quality of prescription services. Research Methods: The method used in this study is a mix method. The first step was to observe the implementation of recipes with a sample size of 100 recipes then the second stage conducted in-depth interviews with 20 respondents. Research Result: defect of prescription service by 2.25% with a sigma value of 3.50 means that electronic prescription service is good enough but needs improvement. Conclusion: Six sigma can be used as an evaluation in an effort to improve the quality of electronic prescription services, electronic prescriptions can reduce the incidence of medication errors as an effort to improve patient safety in the Emergency Department of Sanglah Hospital. The results of interviews with informants agreed that electronic prescriptions could improve patient safety. Keywords:  lean six sigma, electronic prescriptions, medication errors, patient safety.

Abstract

 Abstract: The intense competition in the business world, especially cooperative financial institutions, is intended to have a value to be able to achieve the goals of the organization and be able to face competition in a fast-paced and digital era. The role of human resources that is owned greatly determines the direction and goals of institutions because humans are the driving force of the speed of the business so that good performance is needed to achieve goals rather than institutions. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of competence and motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction of KSP employees. Citra Buana Raya. The population in this study were all KSP employees. Citra Buana Raya. The number of samples used was 45 people where the sampling technique used was saturated sampling where the entire population was sampled. The results of the research obtained from the SEM PLS analysis were that competence and motivation had a positive and significant effect on performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable.  Abstrak: Pesatnya persaingan dunia usaha khususnya lebaga keuangan Koperasi, dituntuk agar memiliki suatu value untuk mampu mencapai tujuan dari organisasai dan mampu menghadapi persaingan di era yang serba cepat dan digital. Peran sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki sangat penentukan arah da tujuan daripada lembaga karena manusia merupakan penggerak roda dari lajunya usaha sehingga sangat diperlukan kinerja yang baik untuk tercapainya tujuan daripada lembaga. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja dari pegawai KSP. Citra Buana Raya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seleuruh karyawan KSP. Citra buana Raya. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebesar 45 orang dimana tehnik sampling yang digunakan yaitu sampling jenuh dimana seluruh popuasi dijadikan sampel.
