Abstract

The curriculum as an educational programme (ideal curriculum) emphasises the operational learning process and becomes an important component in the national education system which is interrelated in an integrated manner to achieve national education goals. The purpose of this article is to analyse the management function in the management of independent learning curriculum learning in public schools. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach. The results show that management functions can be distilled into three main functions, namely planning, implementation, and supervision. The stages of curriculum implementation: (1) Programme development, including annual, semester or quarterly, monthly, weekly, and daily programs. In addition, there is also a guidance and counseling program or remedial program; (2) Implementation of learning. That is the process of interaction between learners and their environment so that there is a change in behavior for the better; (3) Evaluation, a process carried out throughout the process of implementing the curriculum quarterly or semester as well as formative or summative final assessment includes an overall assessment as a whole for the purposes of evaluating curriculum implementation.

Abstract

Through Government Regulation No. 33 of 2012 Article 11 on Exclusive Breastfeeding, it is known that breast milk donation is a legal act according to the law. Among its provisions is that it must be implemented in accordance with religious norms, including through fatwas. The fatwa of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) is widely used as a reference by the Indonesian people because of its status as a government organization, the fatwa of Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), and the fatwa of Muhammadiyah is also the same because the the two largest religious institutions in Indonesia. This article aims to discover the reality of breast milk donation in Indonesia and analyze the fatwas of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI), Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), and Muhammadiyah on the permissibility of breast milk donation. The author uses a literature study method presented descriptively analytically of the fatwa content and istinbath used. The result of this article is that the views and fatwas issued by the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI), Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), and Muhammadiyah regarding the mahram status arising from breast milk donation, have some differences in legal istinbath and interpretations that exist in their views.

Abstract

Mind mapping-based teaching materials are a development of the PAI learning process as a teaching material product aimed at assisting students with efforts to motivate and make it easier for students to know and understand PAI subject matter. Researchers use development research or Research and Development (R&D). The research design uses the ADDIE instructional model as a teaching process including several stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the research on the feasibility of teaching materials based on material experts, have been categorized as feasible from the assessment of material experts obtained 90% classified as very valid, which can be used as teaching materials. Meanwhile, the feasibility of teaching materials based on teaching material experts obtained 75% is quite valid, which can be used as teaching material during the teaching and learning process. Then, supported by the feasibility of teaching materials based on student assessment, it is classified as adequate or feasible to use, it can be seen based on the percentage obtained by the answer "yes" 90%. Furthermore, mind mapping-based PAI teaching materials are uploaded via the YouTube platform so that students can access them without being limited by time and place. Thus, it can facilitate students in learning PAI material to perfect religion through Hajj and Umrah and can increase student learning motivation. It can be seen from the questionnaire percentage number is 90%, classified based on the level of practicality is very practical.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the factors that influenced the emergence of Arabic literary criticism during the Andalusian period, the trend of literary criticism in the Andalusian era, and the figures of critics in the Andalusian period. This type of research is qualitative research. The method used in this study is library research. The results of this study are among the factors that influenced the emergence of Andalusian literary criticism the rivalry of Eastern people with Andalusian populations, rivalry between fellow literati, criticism sourced from Eastern people, and Arab and Islamic tendencies. The trend of Andalusian literary criticism is still similar to criticism in the East. The Andalusian forms of criticism are language criticism and correction of poetry texts, text analysis and criticism of meaning, comparative literature, manhaji criticism: defense of Andalusian literature, moral criticism: poetry and religion, interpretation of emotions of literary works and their criticism. Various opinions about the man who pioneered literary criticism in Andalusia. The first opinion was pioneered by 'Uthman bin Rabi'ah and 'Ubādah bin Ma' Al-Sama'. Second was Qāsim ibn Nuṣair. Other opinions were Ibn Shahīd and Ibn Ḥazm and were followed by other critics.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the patterns of pesantren so that they can stand firm in the face of the hegemony of modernity. The research uses an analytical descriptive method with an educational history and sociology approach. This study proves that pesantren have the following strengths: (1) having a tradition of scientific rihlah, writing, and reading the yellow book. (2) having kiyai leadership, (3) educational patterns in pesantren, (4) pesantren are in accordance with social theory in organisations, consisting of adaptation, the system must adapt to the environment, and adapt the environment to needs. As for what underlies the pattern, there is Goal Attainment, a system that must define and achieve its main goals. Integration, Latency (pattern maintenance). This strength is what makes pesantren strong.

Abstract

The focus of this research is to analyze contemporary interpreters' interpretations of polygamy. The author utilizes a purely qualitative descriptive research approach through an interpretive literature study. Some contemporary commentators in Indonesia, such as Hasbi, believe that permission for polygamy is not forced except for people who really believe they can act fairly and avoid cheating, and if a wife is no longer able to fulfill her obligations as a wife, such as she is old or suffering from illness. According to Hamka, Surah al-Nisa verses 2, 3, and 4 have a close relationship. Hamka emphasized that this verse aims at monogamy, not polygamy, because, according to him, this verse is only a valuable lesson for its readers and is not to be done. Meanwhile, according to Wahbah, this verse discusses fair behavior and the prohibition of doing injustice to orphans and women if they are not able to give a dowry to an orphan, it is forbidden for him to practice polygamy.

Abstract

People with intellectual disabilities are a minority of individuals certainly have various kinds of problems in their social environment. These problems arise due to the stigma that has been embedded and developed in society towards people with intellectual disabilities. The stigma that grows in society affects a person's attitude, especially health workers, both consciously (explicit) and unconsciously (implicit). It is important for the community, especially health workers, to have positive implicit and explicit attitudes because both attitudes can influence their intervention behavior towards people with intellectual disabilities. Islam always teaches its followers to be positive to Allah and other fellow humans. This study aims to find out how the relationship between implicit and explicit attitudes of nursing students toward people with intellectual disabilities is according to Islamic review. The research method used is a literature review by searching and analyzing several primary references from the Quran and hadith, as well as other supporting references, both from journals, articles, and relevant books. The results of this study indicate that explicit attitudes are concluded to be negatively related and implicit attitudes are positively related.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze people's responses in social media as a space of social interaction to the fatwa of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) on interfaith greetings that has been considered controversial.  The fatwa asserts that using interfaith greetings is not in line with Islamic principles of legitimate tolerance. Given the urgency to discuss this debate in Indonesia's pluralistic society, this study utilized a mixed-methods approach. Data was collected using crawling techniques from X social media platform and analysed with R and Python to perform topic modelling and sentiment analysis, then related tweets were qualitatively analysed. In the various topics discussed, the analysis shows that, despite the controversy and its diminishing regulative authority, MUI's role as a charismatic, traditional and ethical religious authority is still widely recognized. This research contributes to the understanding of how fatwas are perceived and debated in social media spaces, highlighting the need for MUI to constantly offer religious guidance that observes Islamic tradition while being socially relevant. The study underscores the importance of MUI's active participation in the ongoing discourse on religious tolerance and moderation in Indonesian society.

Abstract

Earthquakes can occur anywhere, anytime, and affect anyone. One of them is Islamic boarding schools known as Pondok Pesantren. They are known as institutions that focus on providing educational services to students. But how do they deal with earthquake disasters? This research aims to understand the impact of the earthquake disaster in the form of trauma for students and recovery efforts in the Islamic boarding school environment. The research started with collecting secondary data about Islamic boarding schools. Next is the primary data collection stage, through in-depth interviews with Islamic boarding school managers and Islamic boarding school students who are earthquake survivors. The interviews focused on their experiences during and after the earthquake and the efforts made by the Islamic boarding school management to carry out trauma healing. The research results concluded that holistic trauma healing carried out at the Al Bahjah Cianjur Islamic boarding school was an integration of spiritual and recreational trauma healing. Holistic trauma healing activities have succeeded in overcoming earthquake trauma, both short and long term. This activity provided new enthusiasm for the students so that the post-earthquake trauma recovery process could run more quickly.

Abstract

Delinquency is deviant behavior that disturbs the peace of others and oneself. Student delinquency is an expression of anxiety, worry, or mental pressure felt by students as a response to the influence of the surrounding environment. This study uses qualitative methods with descriptive methods. Qualitative research is to make it easier to find out about juvenile delinquency in SMA Negeri 1 Popayato. Data collection techniques in this study are interviews and observation techniques. The sources of informants in the study were the Principal, Guidance and Counseling Teachers, and Students. The results of the study showed the problems of religious guidance and counseling teachers in overcoming student delinquency that occurred in SMA Negeri 1 Popayato, Pohuwato Regency, which can be seen from several stages that have been carried out by the school, in this case, the Principal, vice principal, and guidance and counseling teachers. First, the mental attitude of adolescents should be strengthened so that they can face and solve their problems. In addition, it is essential to provide education that is not only limited to increasing knowledge and skills, but also includes mental education, personality formation, religious values, and morals. Next, adequate facilities should be provided, and an atmosphere should be created for the healthy development of adolescent personalities. In addition, discussion groups should be organized to provide opportunities for adolescents to express their views and opinions while providing positive direction. Finally, establish a training place that can be used to channel adolescent creativity, both for those involved in delinquent behavior and those who are not.
