One of the learning strategies that can be applied to the subjects of Islamic Education and Budi Pekerti is the strategy of crossword puzzle. This strategy allows learners to learn optimally, because this strategy is one model of active learning, fun and resembles the play of words through composing verses of mufradat into a whole verse. The purpose of this material is as an answer to the teachers so that learners more quickly memorize the verses of the Qur'an on the subjects of Islamic Education and Character especially on the aspects of the Qur'an. From the results of the description that the application of learning with crossword puzzle strategy is very helpful for teachers and students in memorizing Qur'anic verses according to the material on aspects of the Qur'an and greatly give positive and significant influence with learning outcomes, the learning model of crossword This puzzle can be used as a teacher model of learning in class. Leadership is the main pillar in organizing an organization. The success of Islam as a divine religion will no be separated from the personality of a figure who has high integrity and capability. Muhammad as a figure, the Prophet and the Apostle is a rule model in managing (designer) teliabel all forms of life from family, community to head of state. In Jalaluddin Rachmat’s pint of view there are two forms in dealing with Islam: both textual and the second contextual. The conceptual Islam is Islam contained in the Qur’an as a revelation whose truth will be left when the interpreters are able to understand it in the present context. While the actual Islam is a smart and brilliant idea how to display the figure of Islam is cool, harmonious, and full of peace. Showing such Islam is an unattached portion of a reliable managerial figure in which the pattern of enforcement of juistice as the basis of the all-embracing idealism has been termed by Kunto Wijoyo in which the managerial arrangement of social, political, managerial directed to a transformative order in which Islam and management constitute a united whole in order to organize social life. Manusia dengan potensi yang dimiliki sanggup merealisasikan apa yang mereka inginkan. Proses pengembangan kapasitas manusia melalui pendidikan tidak akan menjamin pembentukan karakter dan bakat untuk menjadi orang baik sesuai dengan kehendak Penciptanya. Oleh karena itu pendidikan Islam senantiasa mewarnai segala potensi yang dimiliki manusia berkaitan dengan fitrah yang sudah diciptakan Allah SWT, tentunya hal itu untuk memahami identitas manusia. Sehingga pendidikan harus menempati posisi sentral, karena manusia dipandang sebagai subjek, ia juga sebagai objek pendidikan itu sendiri. Dalam kajian ini penulis melihat keterkaitan antara 'fitrah'dengan pendidikan Islam, bahwa Islam memberikan suatu gambaran yang jelas manusia memiliki potensipotensi yang harus diarahkan, maka jika potensi-potensi yang sudah ada tadi tidak diarahkan maka manusia akan kehilangan 'nilai' sebagai manusia. Kajian ini lebih kepada narasi-deskriptif yang dapat dijadikan sebagai referensi dalam memahami aspek fitrah yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan Islam.

The purpose of writing this article is to find out how the life and education history, the concept of educational renewal, and how the influence of education renewal of M. Abduh in Indonesia. M. Abduh is a reformer figure in the 19th century whose ideas are very brilliant for Islamic renewal. He can revive the fighting spirit of Muslims to continue to advance in the field of science after experiencing phase kejumudan. The idea of renewal of Abduh was a very big influence on education at that time and still alienated until now. He initiated an educational curriculum based on science and philosophy that uses reason by not abandoning religious lessons. Its influence came to Indonesia. The value of recruiting and maintaining highly trained school leaders is rising in our country. This research aimed to determine factors that teacher’s motivation being school principals. The survey responses of 104 public school principals in Serang City, including 77 elementary school principals and 27 junior high school principals, were evaluated using exploratory factor analysis. According to the results, factors such as Challenge, Altruism, Professional Advantage, and Leadership Influence encourage teachers to move into administration. In contrast, factors such as Inadequate Gain/Personal Benefit, Personal Needs or Issues, and Elevated Risk deter teachers from being school principals.

This study aims to describe the interaction and the quality of WhatsApp Grouping communication, and the use of WhatsApp Grouping in improving the ability of English Economics and Business Faculty Students. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods, with primary data in the form of semistructured online interviews, participantory observation, documentations. Informants in this study totaled 177 active members of the WhatsApp group from 8 classes. The results showed the majority of informants stated that the interaction and quality of communication on WhatsApp group was good, quality and useful. The existence of WhatsApp Group is useful to support English Economics lectures1, an accurate media of information about lectures for the delivery of material and assignments, task collection, whether in the form of direct comments in chat, pictures / captions, quick dialogue recordings. WhatsApp Grouping has also proven to be beneficial in improving English Economic skills including listening, writing, reading and speaking competencies (listening, writing, reading, speaking). With a series of drilling activities and interactions in groups, students are proven to be more active in English, improve their ability to read, listen, write and improve vocabulary.

This study aims to describe the curriculum of Kulliyatul Muallimin al-Islamiyyah Gontor and cottage discipline in developing the santri character, which includes: the application of a curriculum developed in the modern Gontor boarding school, the application of cottage discipline during santri living in dormitory environments, and the formation of santri characters as a result of the implementation of the KMI curriculum and cottage discipline. This study is a field research with a qualitative-descriptive approach. The results showed that (1) Kont Gontor 9 curriculum is an integration between the curriculum of scientific competence and character formation that is implemented in the totality of santri's life for 24 hours, (2) Gontor 9 cottage discipline is a standard rule of santri activity while staying in the cottage which includes time discipline, place discipline, activity discipline, self discipline, and (3) KMI curriculum in this case there is a written curriculum and hidden curriculum which acts as a guideline in the process of developing the character of santri through curricular, cochurricular, extracurricular programs designed in 24-hour activities. This research to find out the influence of teacher competence and motivation in teaching towards the effectiveness of learning at SMK Negeri 3 Serang City. This research used quantitative approach with survey method with 53 teachers as samples. The samples were taken by a saturated sampling technique in which the total population was sampled. Data analysis techniques use classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and coefficient of determination analysis. The results showed that: (1) Teachers professional competence influence the effectiveness of learning with the determination coefficient 0.189 or 18.9%. (2) Teaching motivation influence the effectiveness of learning with the determination coefficient 0.388 or 38.8%. and (3)Teachers profesional competence and Teaching motivation influence simultaneously toward the effectiveness of learning with the value of coefficient determination 455 or 45.50%. This research aims to describe: 1) Planning of school library development; 2) An overview of the ideal school library as a learning resource; 3) Improve attractive habits for students. The study was conducted at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Mathlla'ul Anwar Linahdotil Ulama (MALNU) Menes Center. The research method uses qualitative case studies. The research instrument uses human instruments. Data analysis techniques include: Data collection, data reduction, and data reduction. The results of the study: 1) Library The role of library managers also has a very important role for the development of library libraries to develop library support, motivation and creativity of library managers, even if the funding increases, library managers do not have three things there so that the library will walk in place. 2) To make the ideal library must depart from the school itself, then even in building an ideal library cannot be considered, therefore the development of library materials must be adapted to the needs of students who want to improve the curriculum and extra-school curriculum. 3) In increasing reading interest students must be able to motivate students to ask for reading interest. Students can increase students' interest in reading since the beginning need to increase the participation of all educators in educating students about the need to read. The BHMN implementation policy for a number of State Universities (PTN) may continue. This policy resulted in the consequences of tuition fees becoming more expensive, because the university sought shortcuts to address the shortage of funds by way of SPP. Understandable if this step invites protests from students, parents and the community, because they have to spend up to tens of millions of dollars to be able to study at these respected universities. The concept of higher education by the government that is considered too burdensome state budget is observed with the emergence of the concept of educational education through corporations called corporat corporacy. The benefits of higher education for individuals are increased salaries and income, wider employment options, greater savings, and the kind of work and workplace. The economic benefits of higher education are increased tax revenues, increased productivity, increased consumption, increased labor adaptability and reduced dependence on government financial aid.
