The importance of conducting in-depth research related to madrasah culture that is applied by madrasa is related to how teachers perform with exemplary, seriousness and responsibility. This research is a type of qualitative research with the approach used is a case study. The research location is in Madrasah Aliyah Darul Falah Cermee Bondowoso. Data collection methods obtained from observation, documentation, and interviews. Data analysis was performed by selecting and compiling the data obtained, then processed and analyzed so that conclusions can be drawn. The results of research on the application of religious culture at Madrasah Aliyah Darul Falah Cermee Bondowoso are: Planning, implementation and evaluation. Religious cultural program planning is carried out by making the vision and mission of the madrasa in accordance with the objectives of religious culture and national goals. The implementation stage of religious culture is carried out with extracurricular and extracurricular activities. The intraculular process or what is called the process of applying religious culture through learning. Meanwhile, religious culture in extracurricular activities and habituation such as smiling greetings and greetings, reciting prayers regularly in the morning, cleanliness, exemplary, and giving gifts and punishments. Implementation of evaluation through semester examination activities and evaluation of madrasah administrators in the discipline of teachers and students. The recommendation for further research is to take a cultural or ethnographic approach so that the research results are more comprehensive

This study aims to determine how the role of principal In Improving Teacher Quality in Private MTs Nurul Falah Talok Kresek Tangerang District. This research is qualitative with Field Research approach (Field Research). In this research, it is found that the head of madrasah in improving the quality of teachers in private MTs Nurul Falah Talok Kresek Tangerang Regency can be achieved. Achievement and success are based on a number of findings in the research that took place, namely 1). The Head of Madrasah has empowered the effort to improve the quality of teachers by covering various practical and logical work such as teacher competence test, guidance of teaching program and improvement of teacher professionalism, Increase of income and teacher welfare. 2). Madrasah principals undertake various development and fulfillment efforts related to infrastructure and madrasah infrastructure facilities. Another result of this research is that the success of the madrasah head that can support the process of teacher quality improvement can occur due to several factors, among others 1). Madrasah principal can play an important role as a leader with its central power to always move the artery of madrasah life, 2). The head of Madrasah is also able to understand SOP, their duties and functions for the success of madrasah accompanied by a strong attitude towards the subordinates who lead in this case the teacher in his madrasah. This study aims to describe the plan, implementation, obstacles and redesain results of library discipline in SMA Negeri 3 Serang City. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction measures, data displays, and conclusions. The result of the research shows: 1) redesign planning of library discipline is good enough, it contains about how to use library materials, how many books can be borrowed, how long time of lending, who can use library, and sanction; 2) preparing materials for redesigning design, writing design and tatatertib and writing drawings, printing designs on banners, and finally installing or attaching the order and slogans to predetermined walls, corners or locations; 3) the place of placement of the order takes the stand in the unused living room; and 4) the results of redesigning the discipline and slogans in the library is good enough, seen in the view of the writing-shaped library rules illustrated color and image, followed by the making of slogans in writing form with illustrations of images and colors contains the himbaun to comply with and implement the orderly food of libraries and what librarians should and should do. Manajemen sumber daya manusia yang baik dan berkualitas akan memberikan perubahan yang positif terhadap perkembangan pendidikan. Untuk itu diperlukan penerapan manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam mengelola perguruan tinggi agar dapat mengembangan dosen menjadi tenaga pendidik yang professional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi manajemen sumber daya manusia di PTKI Provinsi Banten dalam upaya meningkatan profesional dosen dan untuk mengetahui strategi yang digunakan pengimplementasian manajemen sumber daya manusia di PTKI Provinsi Banten. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi manajemen sumber daya manusia di PTKI Banten secara umum dilakukan menurut prinsip-prinsip manajemen dan fungsi-fungsi manajemen SDM. Pelatihan dan pengembangan tenaga dosen dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk membekali kemampuan pengembangan akademik yang diharapkan bermanfaat sesuai posisinya yang akan dilakukan secara terus menerus melalui berbagai bentuk kegiatan pelatihan, pendidikan, dan pengembangan keilmuan. Pengembangan karir lebih diorientasikan pada pemenuhan kualitas kerja dosen yang memiliki kualitas kerja yang lebih baik. Di samping itu kompetensi pengembangan karir juga dilihat dari komitmen tenaga dosen dalam melaksanakan tugas dan kewajiban. Dalam hal ini adanya kinerja yang sungguh-sungguh, kekompakan, performen yang menarik dan sikap saling menghormati antara individu satu dengan lainya menjadi tolak ukur dari pengembangan karir. Kemudian upaya MSDM dalam Meningkatkan profesionalitas dosen dilakukan dengan mengembangkan pola dalam jabatan dan pengembangan pola luar jabatan. Pengembangan pola dalam jabatan dilakukan dengan memberikan penjelasan dan motivasi. Adapun pengembangan dalam pola luar jabatan adalah dengan dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan pembinaan dan melanjutkan jenjang pendidikan yang lebih tinggi. Permasalahan yang melingkupi peningkatan kualitas tenaga dosen adalah pada persoalan perencanaan strategis, kepemimpinan, peran seta tenaga dosen, penghargaan kinerja, dan pengaruh birokrasi pemerintah. Kemudian juga kekurang aktifan tenaga dosen secara umum disebabkan karena kesibukan lain di luar kampus. Minimnya motivasi dalam pengembangan karir keilmuan disebabkan adanya persepsi yang penting sudah 'melaksanakan tugas mengajar'. Sementara dalam hal pengembangan keilmuan masih jauh dari harapan. Misalnya dalam berkontribusi di penulisan jurnal masing-masing Jurusan dan antar Jurusan masih minim sekali diminati oleh tenaga dosen.

Human resource management is part of organizational management that is supposed to focus on human resources. This study aims to: (1) describe the great ways to manage archive at MTs Serang City, (2) describe the large-scale servive of educators in MTsN Serang District, (3) analyze wheter there are things related to archive management towards the quality of service of teaching staff at MTs Serang City and District. Analyze data by correlation method. Data was collected through a quetionnaires, interviews, documentations, and literatures. Population in this research is part of MTsN in Serang District and City, namely MTsN 1 in Serang City, MTsN 2 in Serang City, MTsN 1 Serang, and MTsN 3 Serang. The sample is 30 respondents from the sample with purposive sampling technique. Research result (1) the level of achievement of archival management of 83.45% is included in the excellent category; (2) the level of service quality of educators is 84.59% included in the excellent category; and (3) the contribution of archival management to the quality service of educatiors by using formula Product Moment is a 0.432. Determination coefficient of 19% which shows archives has an influence on the variable quality of service of educators by 19% and the rest by other factors such as facilities and infrastructure. This study aims to explore the implementation of distance learning in elementary schools during the Covid-19 pandemic. Case studies are used as research methods with qualitative approaches. The informant consists of teachers of Zahara Integrated Islamic Elementary School and teachers of State Elementary School 0505769 Sei Lepan Subdistrict Langkat North Sumatra Province, Indonesia. Research instruments were prepared around the implementation of distance learning in both schools. In-depth interviews are conducted to dig up information and check the truth. The results revealed the lack of parents in facilitating online learning, so that the implementation of learning is done offline outside the school environment consisting of four study groups, and each study group maximum of 5 students. However, there are problems faced by teachers during the learning process, namely: time management and administration such as learning schedules and learning implementation plan sheets, weekly attendance, and monthly attendance that must be submitted monthly to the education office. This research recommendation is for the number of students in the study group to be increased to 10 students with attention to health protocols and available resources.

This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of monitoring of budget realization in the secondary education sector by Commission D DPRD of Bandung City. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with analytical methods. The author acts as the main instrument in capturing data and information using observation, interview, and documentation study techniques, then analyzing the data in three stages: reduction, presentation, and verification. The results of the study found that the supervision of Commission D DPRD of Bandung City in monitoring the use of the secondary education budget still needs to be improved, there is a need for high commitment, there is a need for stable consistency, the need for transparency is in urgent need of coordination with related elements. Commission D DPRD of Bandung City in overseeing planning has implemented management principles, including involving various components involved in planning, although it needs improvement from the internal and external analysis. Commission D DPRD of Bandung City in carrying out supervision strives for continuity between planning and high implementation, although it is necessary to increase the professionalism of members of supervision in information technology. In conducting supervision, Commission D DPRD of Bandung City has transparently been by its duties, and reporting is well structured and easily accessible to the public, although it needs improvement from various aspects. Constraints in carrying out the budget oversight function are consistency and accountability and soft and hard skills. To overcome these obstacles, Commission D DPRD of Bandung City cooperates with various components, either directly or indirectly.

This research is a descriptive qualitative study aimed at describing the practice of management education and training at the Research and Development Agency for Legal and Judicial Education and Training at the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia. In this research, data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using data analysis techniques, the Miles and Huberman model, which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. Based on the research results obtained six findings. First, education and training activities are based on KMA Number 140/KMA/SK/K/2008. Second, the governance of the education and training program of the Education and Training Research and Development Agency for Law and Justice of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia consists of planning, implementing, and evaluating activities. Third, there are two strategies implemented in implementing education and training at the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia, namely strategies in learning and strategies in developing education and training programs. Fourth, based on the research results, it can be seen that there are problems and weaknesses in the components in the implementation of education and training, such as participants, teaching staff, and facilities and infrastructure. Fifth, some changes are being made to improve the use of technology and increase the budget for the implementation of education and training. Sixth, there are two anticipatory steps taken towards the governance of the implementation of education and training to obtain optimal results.

The general objective is to obtain a description of guidance and counseling management services to foster students' character in vocational high school. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collected by interview, observation and documentation are then analyzed with data reduction, data presentation and concluding. The results showed that planning guidance and counseling services by five steps in formulating objectives, arranging the program, setting a time, inventory personnel, inventory of facilities, and infrastructure. Organizing the guidance and counseling services is done with the four steps: assigning personnel, creating an organizational structure, arranging main tasks and functions, and coordinating the program. The five steps of implementing guidance and counseling services are implementing the program, actualizing guidance and counseling principles, following up, utilizing facilities and infrastructure, and cooperating between parties. Supervision of guidance and counseling services is carried out through three steps: supervision, summing up the results of supervision and following up on the supervision results.
