Ada banyak cara yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu siswa untuk belajar dengan mengembangkan setiap bentuk kecerdasannya sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran. Kata kunci dalam pembelajaran yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan setiap kecerdasan adalah sebagai berikut: (1). Lingusitik: Baca, tulis, bahas, dengarkan informasi mengenai hal yang bersangkutan. (2). Logis-matematis: Ukur, pikirkan secara logis, buat rancangan hal yang bersangkutan; (3). Visual-Spasial: Lihat, gambar, visualisasikan, warnai, buat grafik hal yang bersangkutan; (4). Kinestetik-Jasmani: Bangun, peragakan, sentuh, tarikan hal yang bersangkutan; (5). Musik: Nyanyikan, lagukan dengan irama rap,dengarkan hal yang bersangkutan; (6). Interpersonal (Antarpribadi): Ajarkan kepada orang lain, bekerjasama dengan orang lain, berinteraksi dengan orang lain mengenai hal yang bersangkutan. (7). Intrapribadi: kaitkan dengan hidup, perasaan, atau ingatan; ambil pilihan tentang hal yang bersangkutan; (8). Naturalis: Kaitkan dengan dunia alam. Adapun langkah-langkah dalam pembelajaran katakuncinya adalah tentukan tujuan pembelajarannya, ciptakan aktivitas pembelajarannya dan analisis multiple intelligences. Sedangkan langkah-langkah merancang pembelajaran terbaik untuk mengembangkan multiple intelligences siswa: (1). Batasi waktu guru dalam melakukan presentasi 30%, limpahkan waktu terbanyak 70% untuk akativitas siswa. (2). Gunakan modalitas belajar tertinggi, yaitu dengan modalitas kinestetis dan visual dengan akses informasi melihat, mengucapkan dan melakukan. (3) Mengaitkan materi yang diajarkan dengan aplikasi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari yang mengandung keselamatan hidup. (4). Menyampaikan materi kepada siswa dengan melibatkan emosinya. (5). Pembelajaran dengan melibatkan partisipasi siswa untuk menghasilkan manfaat yang nyata dan dapat langsung dirasakan oleh orang lain. This research is aimed to describe the school image management during the era of the Covid-19 pandemic in Budi Mulia Dua Junior High School Yogyakarta. This type of research belongs to qualitative research. The subjects of this research were the headmaster, teacher, employees, and student representatives, parents, and local authorities. The data collecting techniques applied were interview, observation, and documentation. The data analysis techniques were data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability tests were applied to test the data validity. The research was conducted through four stages. The first stage was preparing activities based on field situations and conditions, referring to the vision and mission, designing methods and techniques, and equipping facilities and infrastructure. The second stage was the organization dividing the work team based on the teachers’ and employees’ abilities. The third stage was the implementing principal, leading, mobilizing, and motivating teachers and employees to carry out the tasks according to the plan by minding the health protocols. Program activities that used online media used the website, Instagram, Zoom meeting, Google classroom, Youtube, Tik Tok, and WhatsApp Groups. The fourth stage was the supervision utilizing holding evaluation meetings to obtain data of the report results of the report, followed by revisions.

Education is a component that has a strategic role for the nation of Indonesia in realizing the goals that have been formulated. One of the goals of the Indonesian nation as stated in the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution in the fourth paragraph is "to educate the life of the nation". To achieve this requires a well planned and programmed effort clearly in the government agenda in the form of education. In order for the education to run properly, it takes a strategic plan as an effort to control the organization (school) effectively and efficiently up to the implementation of the forefront, in such a way that its goals and objectives are achieved. The purpose of this study was to analyze the principal's skills on teacher performance; cultural influences on teacher performance; the effect of learning facilities on teacher performance; and the motivation to learn from the principal, work culture and learning facilities together on teacher performance. The study was conducted on 86 elementary school teachers at the Tadika Puri Foundation in South Jakarta, data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to respondents, while open interviews were conducted with Foundation administrators. Data analysis use SPSS application assistance. The research findings show that there are principals 'skills on teacher performance, there is a development of work culture towards teacher performance, there is development of learning facilities on teacher performance, and there is development of principals' skills, work culture, and joint learning development on teacher performance.

This article aims to describe the determination of leaders in education management. Library studies are conducted to explore a variety of relevant sources. The resources used came from reputable books and journals. The sources were searched and searched according to their intended purpose. Methods used to collect research data in the form of literature data that have been selected, searched, presented, and analyzed. The source of this research data looks for library data whose substance blinds the act of processing philosophically and theoretically. The data analysis techniques in the form of content analysis. The results of the library study revealed that the determination of leaders in education management includes the motivation of the work of leaders consisting of intentions, taqwa, and sincere; hard work; sincerity; confidence, and good quality of working life. A good leader is a leader who can perform his role and functions properly with a strong determination with measurable parameters. The results revealed the influence of leadership in education management.

This study explores the marketing model developed, the media used, and effectiveness in enhancing the Al-Qur'an educational institution image and students' interests. This research design is with an observational case study approach. The results showed that marketing modeling was carried out by adopting two marketing models: Offline by involving teachers and students in distributing information verbally to colleagues, relatives, neighbors, and the community, distributing brochures to mosques, educational institutions as well as government and radio and television; and online with WhatsApp, Website, and Instagram media. The implementation of these two marketing models is considered effective in improving the institution image and student interest with evidence of institution popularity as the primary preference for Al-Qur'an education, especially in East Java, the increase of students is relatively significant and stable, the positive response of students to the institution and the relationship between students and institution runs effectively and competently. However, if the effectiveness is compared, according to Ustadz Mukhtar Ismail, offline marking is more effective because a majority of students are adults, and the elderly rarely operating the gadgets. With offline marketing, marketers can more freely explain the institution's products. The primary indicator of developed marketing effectiveness is that the development of new students in each period was 300 to 500 new students.

This study aims to determine the level of student satisfaction with the performance of lecturers, especially in the lecture processes and academic services; and examine the efforts that made by STKIP Situs Banten in improving the professionalism of lecturers. The study used descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through questionnaires, document analysis, literature study, and interviews. Data were obtained from the questionnaire was processed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 21 application which was then interpreted descriptively. Meanwhile, the data obtained from the analysis of documents, literature studies, and interviews were analyzed using the interactive model of Milles and Huberman, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentations, and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that overall students feel very satisfied in academic services, this shows that the performance of lecturers can be categorized very well. In addition, some efforts to improve the professionalism of lecturers can be done by developing pedagogical competencies, information engineering competencies, management / administrative competencies, curriculum competencies, scientific competencies (research and publications), evaluation competencies; and personal competence.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the increase in the ability to memorize the Qur'an Hadith through the SAVI learning model. This study uses classroom action research conducted in two cycles consisting of three stages, namely: design (planning), action (implementation) and reflection. The target of this study was class VIII students at State Madrasah Tsanawiyah 1 Meulaboh, West Aceh. The research subjects in this study were 30 students who took part in the Al-Hadith study. The research instrument used the Lesson Plans, observation sheets, interview sheets, student activity sheets, and non-test assessment sheets. The results showed that students' learning completeness during the pre-cycle of student mastery learning still reached 30%. While in the first cycle students 'learning completeness reached 43.33%, in the second cycle students' learning completeness reached 66.67%. So the classical increase of the pre-cycle conducted by the teacher and the second cycle conducted by the researcher was 36.67%. Keywords: Memorizing al-Qur'an Hadith, SAVI Learning Model

Some behaviors that deviate from students are already at a very alarming level, bad or deviant behavior from students is very troubling and can change the personality and identity of students, these people are left and difficulties in tackling torture behavior and morals of students will have a negative impact on the environment the student itself. Seeing various behaviors that arise regarding the behavior and morals of students so far, as well as discussing the learning process in schools, as a form of effort to cultivate personality, morality, and knowledge towards students, the roles that are greater than the delivery of education in schools, especially teacher as leader in class, success or failure Character education instilled in students is very dependent on the ability of teachers to manage the learning process in school. For this reason, the researchers wanted to know, study and analyze character education in schools, and also the readiness of teachers for education in schools, which would compare the readiness of teachers in management of education in public schools with special religious schools (Madrasa). The analysis uses inference analysis, namely analysis with simple regression techniques. From this study it was found that management of education has an influence on student morals, and also the ability and morals of students towards student learning in school. Thus, it can be said that the management of character education carried out in schools will be borne and the morals of students, this will be related to student achievement itself. Keywords. This study is a descriptive qualitative by using a comparative analysis. The data primary data of this study are ta'lim al-muta'allim book and ayyuhal walad book. While the secondary data are on the basis of Imam al-Ghazali thoughts about education, Islamic education both classical and contemporary, and the thoughts of Moslem education figures.In this study, the data is collected by using documentation method and analyzed by intellectual biography. The comparison method were was used in for data discussion. The result of the study revealed that the concept of study and learning according to imam al-Zarnuji is a metal process.The core of learning itself is characteristic and manner shaping. Imam al-Zarnuji's learning concept stesses more on moral both for teacher and students. The interaction between students and teachers must support the ethics and moral without killing the learning creativity and dynamic. While according to imam al-Ghazali, learning is the process of soul to understand the meaning of something as an effort to shape good character in order to get closer to Allah the almighty (taqarrub). Although the learning concept according to imam al-Ghazali stresses on moral, it tends to pay extra attention toward the teachers as al-Mu'allim (knowledge transporters). A teacher must have good role or moral when he/she teaching. The comparison between learning concept and learning according to imam al-Ghazali and imam al-Zarnuji are on the basis of ontology (tauhid), epistimology (knowledge) dan aksiology (akhlaq/moral). These are sourced on al-Qur'an dan al-Hadits.
