Abstract

The Integrated Health Center Recording and Reporting System (SP2TP) is the activity and reporting of general data, facilities, personnel and health service efforts in the community. Reporting is still not fully implemented, but reporting is carried out if the health department requests monthly reporting. The purpose of this study was to find out the description of the reporting of the top 10 diseases (LB1) using Google data studio at the Puskesmas. Subjects and Method: This type of research will use a quantitative with a descriptive research design. The population used is all data on patient visits in September 2021-februari 2022. Results: Monthly reporting using the Google Data Studio application is an alternative solution that can be used by Puskesmas to produce informative dashboards. The presentation of the top 10 disease reports in the form of an online-based dashboard that can be updated automatically by the system so that there will be no data errors or final results errors. The connected data will assist reporting officers in sending reports to the health office. The dashboard of the top 10 disease reports can provide easier and more informative information regarding the highest disease in the Puskesmas every month. Conclusion: Data that is connected to the dashboard, reporting officers are very helpful in sending reports to the online-based health office and speeding up making decisions. Abstract

Background: JKN is the government's program to provide health insurance to all people di Indonesia which is held by BPJS Kesehatan. One of the problems faced by BPJS is deficit condition. In June 2020, the deficit at BPJS has reached Rp. 6.54 trillion. One of the causes of the deficit BPJS caused there to be many JKN participants who do not obey the rules for paying JKN contributions properly, especially participants from the PBPU segment. In August 2020, in Malang, JKN contributions that are not paid reached Rp. 50,700,898,326 and in Blimbing District are the highest arrears reached Rp. 11,276,087,156 Subjects and Method: This is a quantitative analytic study with a cross-sectional approach. Samples were taken by non-randomized sampling using quota sampling of 143 respondents. This study used univariate analysis, bivariate, and multivariate analysis to know the dominant factor that correlates to the dependent variable. Results: The results showed that determinant factors that correlate the compliance in paying JKN contribution are: knowledge factor (p-value: 0.001), perception (p-value: 0.046), distance (p-value: 0.022), and time (p-value: 0.044). Based on the multivariate test results, the dominant factor that correlates with compliance in paying JKN contribution is the knowledge factor (p-value: 0,000). Conclusion: From this study, a recommendation that can be given to BPJS is to held more events to increase JKN participants' knowledge about the JKN program. When JKN participant has the proper knowledge, we hope they have proper behaviour in paying JKN contribution properly. Keywords: JKN contribution; Compliance; Determinant Factors

Abstract

Background: Covid-19 has limited activities due to government policies that have an impact on all acivities. The government needs the role of the whole community, and mothers have a central role in prevention Subjects and Method: Research using phenomenology with data triangulation conducted in october 2020. Respondents are housewives in RT 05 RW 3 Pakis Kalirejo Permai, Banyuwangi with the main instrument being the researcher himself and supporting interview guides, recording devices, and documentation Results: The mother’s role provides understanding through communication at any time to improve Clean and Healthy Behaviors (PHBS) and Health Protocol (PROKES) support for new living habits requires facilities and infrastructure, other roles are material selection and healthy food management by choosing ingredients from freshness, content, texture, shape, and aroma as well as the management of food ingredients to maintain the benefits of being washed first, when the food is served it need to be convered Conclusion: Doing prevention with the Health Protocol, hand washing facilities/handsanitizer and masks. Before entering the immediately put the clothes in the laundry and clean yourself. Efforts to increase immunity by selecting food ingredients, processing and serving are also considered. Abstract

Low nutritional knowledge will have an impact on balanced nutrition attitudes and behavior in adolescents, so that the peer educator approach is expected to convey nutritional information and change the knowledge and behavior of their peers to be healthier. From peer education methods, it needs to be developed to measure the effectiveness of educational methods. The research design used was a pre-experimental design, namely one group pre-test post-test. The target population of the study were female high school students of class XII at MA Nurul Ulum. The results showed that in groups 1 to 3 showed a significant value of less than 0.05, which means that there is a difference in knowledge before and after the intervention through peer education. Meanwhile, groups 4 and 5 showed a significance value of more than 0.05, which means that there was no difference in knowledge before and after the intervention through peer education in Senior High School girls about adolescent nutrition. It can be concluded that the results of this study indicate that the development of peer education methods is effective in increasing the nutritional knowledge of Senior High School girls up to group 3. The general conclusion of this research is the development of an effective peer education method for increasing the nutritional knowledge of adolescent girls up to group 3 (3 levels) at MA Nurul Ulum Malang City. Abstract

Background: The era of the COVID-19 pandemic has triggered education for a learning innovation to keep it running safely, effectively and efficiently. Student practical learning needs to be facilitated by the existence of a virtual laboratory. The virtual electronic patient medical record laboratory is an integration of e-learning systems and health information systems. This system is a recommendation for independent practicum activities for health students, especially medical records and health information. The research objective is to design an electronic laboratory medical record system to increase access to independent learning. Subjects and Methods: The research design is an action research conducted at Poltekkes Tasikmalaya with stages of diagnosis, planning, action and evaluation system. The evaluation was carried out to see the level of usability of the system for users, namely students of medical records and health information. 54 respondents who filled out the online usability questionnaire using the total usability scale (SUS) method. Results: the electronic patient record laboratory system was successfully built up to the mockup design stage. This system is acceptable and feasible to be used as a recommendation for a virtual laboratory practice model for students. The usability score obtained 58 which means the marginal low and “ok” of adjective rating to use. Conclusions: the system gets a marginal usability rating of low and ok to use. System design to be more attractive and the interaction between features that need to be developed. It is recommended that this system be developed for mobile-based applications so that it can make it easier and increase motivation for practical learning for students independently. Abstract

BPJS Kesehatan, as an institution that manages national health insurance in Indonesia, has launched a chronic disease management program where one of the diseases that is specifically monitored is Diabetes Mellitus. Health data is limited to those collected from health service facilities. On the other hand, patients have not been involved to participate in managing this health data. A personal health record specifically for diabetics is needed that can fulfill the data collection aspect by actively involving patients. This study aims to develop a personal health record prototype specifically according to the needs of diabetics. Subjects and Method: This study used a participatory action research design involving 7 people with diabetes as subjects as well as research participants. Data collection for needs analysis was carried out through online FGDs, the results then used as the basis for developing a prototype by involving research subjects to provide input until the prototype was developed. Results: A prototype of a personal health record for diabetics has been created named “DiaBlock” which was developed on an Android-based mobile platform. “DiaBlock” has 7 main features, namely consultation, medical record, glucolator (blood sugar calculator), screening, sugar chart, reward, and health tips. Conclusion: “DiaBlock” has been developed according to the needs of diabetics. Various features such as health articles, record of independent blood sugar measurements, and rewards are expected to motivate diabetics to be able to control and implement a healthy lifestyle.

Abstract

Background: Hand hygiene can reduce the risk of hand disease transmission and person-to-person infection. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of kahoot learning media on knowledge about hand washing with soap in 5th graders at SDN III Gunungjati in Jabung District, Malang Regency. Subjects and Method: This research uses quantitative research, pre-experimental research design with one-group pre-test-post-test approach. The population in this study were all 5th grade students of SDN III Gunungjati, totaling 22 students. Sampling was carried out using a total sampling Results: In the bivariate analysis with the Wilcoxon test to determine the effect of Kahoot learning media on increasing knowledge. Obtaining the results of knowledge before being given treatment were 18 students (81.8%) with good criteria 2 students (9.1%) with sufficient criteria and 2 students (9.1%) with less criteria, meanwhile after being given treatment in the form of kahoot learning media about hand washing with soap the number of students who have sufficient and less criteria has increased with the result that 22 (100%) students all good results. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, the kahoot learning media is effective for increasing knowledge about hand washing with soap in 5th grade students at SDN III Gunungjati, Jabung District, Malang Regency. Abstract

Background: Surgery is one of the services carried out by the hospital. The surgical report sheet must be completely filled out and signed by the doctor who performed the operation and must be made immediately after surgery, then entered into the patient's medical record. The incompleteness of filling out the surgical report can result in unclear sequence of procedures, this can cause serious problems, especially if it goes to court. The purpose of this study was to determine the completeness of the surgery report and the factor of incompleteness of the surgery report sheet at RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul. Subjects and Method: This type of research is mixed methodology, data collection using observation checklist tables, and interview sheets. The population in this study was a surgical patient visit report sheet in April 2022 with a sample of 100 operating report sheets. The research subjects were 2 surgeons and 2 nurses. Results: The completeness of the surgical report for the identification section was 88.75%, the important report section was 95.58%, the authentication section was 100%, and the documentation section was good at 98%. The factor causing the incomplete surgical report is because of the doctors and nurses are busy, causing the operation report sheet to be incomplete. Conclusion: It is recommended that there be course to doctors and nurses regarding the importance of completeness of medical records, especially operating report sheets, and collaboration between medical record officers, nurses, and doctors who treat patients. Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kepuasan pasien sangat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh penyedia fasilitas pelayanan, kepuasan atau ketidakpuasan pelanggan adalah respon pelanggan terhadap evaluasi terhadap ketidaksesuaian yang dirasakan antara harapan sebelumnya dan kinerja produk setelah dipakainya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara sikap petugas pendaftaran dengan kepuasan pasien rawat jalan di puskesmas kabupaten pasuruan. Subjek dan Metode: Desain penelitian ini menggunakan cross secsional, dengan populasi sebanyak 139 responden, sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 58 responden, dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan simple random sampling dan dengan menggunakan uji resgresi logistik, lokasi penelitian dilakukan di puskesmas kabupaten Hasil: Hasil pada variabel sikap petugas pendaftaran dengan p-value (sig) sebesar 0,05 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai p-value kurang dari sama dengan 0,05 yang menyatakan bahwa variabel sikap petugas pendaftaran signifikan.

Abstract

Background: Interest in service reuse will arise if the patient is satisfied with the services provided. Based on the research that has been done, the indicator value of hospitalization at Gempol Health Center is still low. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship and strength of the correlation between the quality of inpatient services and the interest in service reuse at Gempol Health Center, Pasuruan Regency. Subjects and Method: This research is a quantitative research with a cross sectional design. The sampling method used was accidental sampling with a sample size of 30 people and used the contingency coefficient test. Results: The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the quality of inpatient servicesn and the reuse of services at the Gempol Health Center, Pasuruan Regency with p = 0.000 and r = 0.658. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between the quality of inpatient services and the interest in reusing the services of BPJS participants at Puskesmas Gempol, with the strength of the correlation between the two variables being strong.
