Abstract

The variety of Point of Sale (POS) applications available on the market with different features, prices, and advantages means that business owners often face challenges in choosing the POS application that best suits their needs and budget. To choose a POS application, a business owner must know, one by one, the characteristics of the application to be chosen. This makes business owners experience difficulties, and it takes a long time to determine which application to choose. Although POS applications promise great benefits, selecting the right application can be a complicated and crucial task. So, this research was carried out with the aim of building a Decision Support System (DSS) for selecting Point of Sale (POS) applications using a combination of ARAS (Additive Ratio Assessment) and ROC (Rank Order Centroid) methods. The ROC approach in this research functions to determine weight values based on priority levels. Meanwhile, the ARAS method compares and ranks alternatives based on attribute utility performance to determine the best alternative. The SPK software was developed on a website basis, with features including managing criteria data, alternatives, alternative values, ARAS method calculations, and viewing alternative ranking results. From the case studies carried out, the highest to lowest utility values were obtained, namely: Majoo (A2) got a value of 0.8626, Moka POS (A2) got a value of 0.8412, Loyverse POS (A1) got a value of 0.8078, Smart Kasir (A5) got a value of 0.7546, and Olsera POS (A3) obtained a value of 0.7136. The output produced by the system obtains the same value as the manual calculation, meaning that the implementation of the ARAS method in the system is declared valid. In terms of testing, usability testing produces an average score of 87.5%. This shows that this system is suitable for use because it has functionality that is considered to be in accordance with user requirements.

Abstract

The underwater environment has high complexity, which naturally arises due to the absorption and scattering of light waves by water and other particles suspended in it. This results in underwater images with low contrast, blurriness, and unclear details, necessitating the use of image enhancement methods. The Retinex method aims to maintain color constancy, where the color of an object appears relatively the same even under different lighting conditions. Preliminary research indicates that the SSR and MSR methods still produce halo effects. Therefore, this study modifies and enhances the MSR method by adding color restoration to correct the color distortion caused by water. This research begins with test images of 5 x 5 dimensions. Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan usaha sadar dan terencana untuk mewujudkan suasana belajar dan proses pembelajaran agar peserta didik secara aktif mengembangkan potensi dirinya untuk memiliki kekuatan spiritual keagamaan, pengendalian diri, kepribadian, kecerdasan, akhlak mulia serta keterampilan yang diperlukan dirinya, masyarakat, bangsa dan Negara (Undang-undang No.20 tahun 2003). Sekolah Menengah Atas adalah salah satu bentuk Satuan Pendidikan formal yang menyelenggarakan pendidikan umum pada jenjang pendidikan menengah sebagai lanjutan dari SMP/ MTs, atau bentuk lain yang sederajat. SMA Negeri 3 Selong yang berlokasi di kota Selong, ibukota Kabupaten Lombok Timur provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat memiliki 2 jurusan yaitu IPA dan IPS. Kriteria pemilihan jurusan terdiri dari: Minat Pribadi Sosial (PS), Intelegensi (IQ), Minat Natural (NT), Minat Mekanik (MK), Minat Bisnis (BS), Minat Seni (AR) dan Minat Sains  (SN). Permasalahan yang sering muncul pada penjurusan di SMA Negeri 3 Selong adalah dalam proses penentuan jurusan membutuhkan waktu dan tenaga yang banyak, kekeliruan dalam menentukan kelas siswa berdasarkan kuota yang sudah di tentukan, untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut perlu dibuat adanya suatu program aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang dapat membantu memberi alternatif penjurusan siswa baru dengan penggabungan dari dua metode yaitu Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Simple Addictive Weighting (SAW). Metodelogi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall dengan tahapan yang digunakan adalah Requirement Analysis, System & Software Design, Implementation & Unit Testing dan Integration & System Testing. Kesimpulan yang dihasilkan dari peneliian ini adalah bahwa Sistem Pendukung Keputusan telah berhasil dirancang dan diimplementasikan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna yang telah dianalisa pada tahap sebelumnya. Hasil ini didapatkan dari pengujian blackbox yang dilakukan bahwa seluruh menu yang telah bangun pada aplikasi dapat berjalan sesuai dengan perancangan. Selain itu, Sistem yang dibangun yang bertujuan membantu dalam menentukan Penjurusan siswa baru pada SMA Negeri 3 Selong menghasilkan hasil pengujian sebear 100% responden menyatakan setuju atas tujuan tersebut.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi percakapan tentang calon presiden dari data Twitter (X) menggunakan analisis jaringan sosial. Metode analisis meliputi degree centrality, betweenness centrality, dan closeness centrality untuk mengidentifikasi akun-akun sentral dalam diskusi tentang calon presiden tertentu. Dataset Twitter (X) diproses dan dianalisis menggunakan alat analisis jaringan sosial. Visualisasi jaringan dilakukan dengan Gephi 0.10.1 untuk memahami struktur interaksi antar akun. Dalam contoh studi yang memfokuskan pada pasangan "Anies Muhaimin," analisis menunjukkan bahwa akun-akun seperti @kba_news dan @PeraWat81282560 memiliki degree centrality yang tinggi, menandakan keterlibatan yang signifikan dalam menyebarkan informasi dan mempertahankan koneksi langsung dengan akun-akun lain dalam jaringan. Sementara itu, untuk kata kunci "Ganjar Mahfud" dan "Prabowo Gibran," ditemukan bahwa terdapat akun-akun dominan dengan peran penting dalam mengoordinasikan dan memengaruhi percakapan. Implikasi dari temuan ini menyoroti bagaimana struktur jaringan sosial memengaruhi penyebaran informasi politik di media sosial. Studi ini memberikan wawasan tentang dinamika interaksi antar akun dalam konteks kampanye pemilihan presiden, serta pentingnya pemahaman tentang pengaruh akun-akun sentral dalam mempengaruhi opini publik. Secara kesimpulan, analisis jaringan sosial Twitter (X) memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang bagaimana informasi politik tersebar dan dipengaruhi dalam konteks percakapan tentang calon presiden. Temuan ini relevan untuk strategi kampanye politik dan manajemen reputasi di era digital.

Abstract

In the dynamic landscape of software development, effective knowledge sharing is vital for fostering collaboration and innovation among development teams. This study examines the intricate dynamics influencing knowledge sharing among software developers within organizational contexts, focusing on the pivotal factors of organizational culture. Key factors such as communication, trust, leadership, reward systems, and organizational structure are investigated to comprehend their impact on knowledge-sharing behavior. The research model posits hypotheses exploring positive relationships between trust, communication, leadership, organizational structure, reward systems, and knowledge sharing. Data was collected through online surveys completed by 62 software developers in Indonesia, and SmartPLS 3 was used for the analysis. Measurement models were employed to evaluate internal consistency reliability, convergent validity, and discriminant validity, while structural models assessed the explanatory potential. Results indicate that the explanatory power of the model is weak, suggesting a need for further exploration. Leadership and reward systems were found to have a positive influence on knowledge sharing, although the impact of organizational structure remains inconclusive. The study emphasizes the critical roles of reward structures and leadership in encouraging knowledge sharing and presents practical implications for companies aiming to enhance their knowledge management practices. These findings highlight the necessity for organizations to foster leadership and implement effective reward systems to promote a culture of knowledge sharing. Furthermore, the study suggests improvements in assessment techniques and calls for a reevaluation of the connection between organizational structure and knowledge sharing. This research contributes to the understanding of how organizational culture impacts knowledge sharing within the software development community in Indonesia, providing valuable insights for both academic researchers and industry practitioners.

Abstract

Keterampilan adat dan kebudayaan merupakan faktor penting sebagai aset sebuah daerah yang dapat dijaga dan wariskan secara turun temurun. Namun masih minimnya keterlibatan masyarakat dalam memberikan pembelajaran secara terbuka tentang keterampilan adat dan kebudayaan sehingga adat dan kebudayaan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk merancang sebuah platform crowdsourcing berbasis website yang dapat mengajarkan dan mewariskan adat dan kebudayaan kepada masyarakat. Perancangan platform crowdsourcing berbasis website menggunakan metode RAD. Metode RAD adalah pendekatan pengembangan perangkat lunak yang memprioritaskan siklus pengembangan yang cepat dan iteratif. Metode ini terdapat 3 tahap yaitu perencanaan kebutuhan, desain dan implementasi. Hasil penelitian ini  adalah peneliti mendapatkan hasil implementasi sesuai dengan perencanaan kebutuhan yang sudah ditetapkan yaitu kebutuhan fungsional dan kebutuhan nonfungsional. 5 kebutuhan fungsional adalah halaman Home, About, Course, Pages, Contact dan halaman pencarian. Kebutuhan nonfungsional juga dapat terealisasi yaitu keamanan, kinerja dan ketersediaan. Kesimpulannya adalah bahwa perancangan Platform Crowdsourcing berbasis website dapat berjalan dengan baik pada tiga tahap dari metode RAD.

Abstract

Pelayanan dan pengelolaan informasi pada percetakan CV. Jastra card sejauh ini masih menggunakan cara konvensional untuk mempromosikan percetakan undangan pelanggan datang ke percetakan untuk melihat undangan yang tersedia. Promosi konvensional tersebut menghadapi beberapa tantangan, seperti halnya biaya yang tinggi, terbatasnya jangkauan, serta perkembangan tren digital. Dengan semakin berkembangnya teknologi dan penetrasi internet, banyak orang beralih ke media digital untuk mencari informasi dan produk. Promosi konvensional kurang efektif dalam menjangkau target pasar yang lebih muda atau lebih terhubung secara digital. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, bisnis undangan dapat mempertimbangkan strategi promosi yang lebih terarah dan efektif. Beberapa contoh strategi yang bisa diterapkan adalah memanfaatkan pemasaran digital, beriklan secara online melalui suatu platform yang interaktif, seperti halnya teknologi augmented reality. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun Aplikasi Augmanted reality berbasis mobile menggunakan metode markerless sebagai media promosi, mempermudah pelanggan, menghemat waktu dan biaya. Sistem dibangun menggunakan metode pengembangan waterfall dengan memanfaatkan beberapa perangkat lunak tambahan, yakni Unity 3D, Sketchup dan Blender. Kelayakan sistem berhasil memperoleh penilaian dengan predikat Sangat Baik yang merupakan representasi dari Skala Likert dari pengujian ISO 25010 yang mencakup aspek functional suitability mencapai 100% dan aspek usability mencapai 91.2%.

Abstract

Family Empowerment and Welfare Group (PKK) is an organization that focuses on improving the social and economic welfare of families in Indonesia through various empowerment programs. Given the widespread use of smartphones, especially among PKK members, this study aims to explore the potential of a mobile-based administration system to address the existing challenges. This study focuses on the design and development of a smartphone application prototype to support PKK administrative tasks. To achieve this, the fountain method can be applied as a development approach, emphasizing continuous development and iterative testing. The resulting prototype is designed to simplify the administration process of PKK activities, making them more efficient and accessible. This study concludes that adopting a mobile-based solution can significantly improve the management of PKK activities, allowing for better data recording, reporting, and overall organizational coordination. Further development and testing stages are needed to refine the application and ensure its compatibility with the broader needs of the organization, although in the testing and implementation itself the results of the existing feature testing are 100% valid according to the expected results and the application can be used easily by early/beginner users because with the PKK administration information system application, PKK cadres can access the application from anywhere and anytime, this can be seen in the results of filling out the questionnaire at the trial and socialization stage that has been done previously with the results of 22.3% of users feeling quite satisfied, 67.1% satisfied and 10.6% very satisfied in the socialization and use of the application. The research findings emphasize the importance of technology adaptation in community-based organizations such as PKK, highlighting the potential benefits of a more modern administrative approach through mobile technology. This prototype serves as a basis for further development to increase the efficiency and capacity of the PKK organization.

Abstract

Sawi hijau merupakan komoditas pertanian penting di Indonesia, namun rentan terhadap serangan hama yang dapat menurunkan kualitas dan hasil panen. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penggunaan teknologi kecerdasan buatan, khususnya Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), untuk mendeteksi hama pada tanaman sawi hijau secara akurat dan efisien. Tiga arsitektur CNN, yaitu VGG19, InceptionV3, dan Xception, diterapkan dan dibandingkan performanya dalam mengklasifikasikan citra daun sawi yang terserang hama. Metodologi meliputi pengumpulan dan preprocessing data citra, pemodelan dengan ketiga arsitektur, serta evaluasi menggunakan berbagai metrik kinerja. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa arsitektur VGG19 unggul dalam hal akurasi yaitu mencapai 96%, efisiensi penggunaan sumber daya, dan nilai MAPE terendah yaitu 4,61, menjadikannya pilihan optimal untuk implementasi sistem deteksi hama pada tanaman sawi hijau.

Abstract

Effective asset inventory management is a critical challenge for government agencies, including the Secretariat Office of Barito Kuala Regency. Inefficiencies in this process often result in inaccuracies in record-keeping, delays in reporting, and difficulties in real-time asset tracking. This study aims to develop an optimized web-based asset inventory management model by applying the Design Thinking approach to address these issues. Through the Empathize phase, it was identified that the error rate in asset record-keeping reached 25%, reporting delays extended up to 72 hours, and 35% of assets could not be tracked in real-time. In the Define phase, these issues were formulated into a need for a more accurate, efficient, and real-time accessible asset management system. The proposed solutions included the development of a web-based record-keeping system, a real-time tracking module utilizing Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, and an automated reporting feature integrated with the audit system. Testing results indicated that the new system successfully reduced record-keeping errors by 90%, shortened reporting times from 72 hours to 6 hours, and improved asset tracking efficiency by 83.3%. Users provided positive feedback, with the system achieving an average System Usability Scale score of 84.5, classified as "excellent." In conclusion, the optimized web-based asset inventory management model developed through the Design Thinking approach has proven effective in addressing key issues, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and user satisfaction, and holds significant potential for adoption by other government agencies.
