Abstract

Berdasarkan isu yang di bahas pemerintah pada tahun 2019, timbulah beragam tweet yang bermunculan seperti #ibukotapindah, #pemindahanibukota. Dari banyaknya respon masyarakat pengguna Twetter terhadap isu yang menjadi salah satu trending topik tersebut maka perlu diadakannya analisis sentimen untuk mengetahui apakah masyarakat Indonesia merespon isu ini dengan respon positif, netral, atau malah negatif. Sehingga dengan adanya penelitian ini kita bisa melihat gambaran pendapat masyarakat terkait kebijakan pemerintah yang merencanakan pemindahan ibu kota negara Indonesia dan juga bisa jadi bahan evaluasi pemerintah dalam pengambilan keputusan, dengan adanya analisis sentimen ini memudahkan kita untuk melihat informasi data di media sosial yang besar dengan cepat. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan melakukan penarikan data set dari media sosial. Data set yang di tarik merupakan tweet dari masyarakat dan tweet itu akan di kelompokkan dengan label positif dan negatif menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes Clasifier (NBC). Analisis dengan metode Naïve Bayes di mulai dengan crawling data dari Twitter pada tanggal 6 maret 2023 sebanyak 4533 data mentah dengan 2 kata kunci IKN dan IBU KOTA PINDAH. Setelah crawling selanjutnya pembersihan data atau preprocessing yang terdiri dari cleansing, stopword, dan casefolding sehingga menyisakan data yang bersih sebanyak 1449 data. data di bagi menjadi dua yaitu data latih dan data uji data latih digunakan untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada rapid miner dalam menggolongkan suatu data sehingga data uji tersebut dapat terprediksi oleh aplikasi Rapid Miner, dalam pengujian manual pengujian pertama (69%:31%) di dapatkan Acuraccy 74.61% dan yang kedua (83%:17%) didapatkan Acuraccy 76.30% selanjutnya pengujian oleh sistem dengan perbandingan (50%:50%) di dapatkan Acuraccy 70.30% dan yang kedua (70%:30%) data uji, didapatkan Acuraccy sebesa 73.79%. Atas kebijakan pemerintah yang ingin memindahkan ibu kota indonesia menimbulkan beragam respon positif dan negatif dari masyarakat, sentiment yang paling banyak yaitu sentiment positif sebesar 1073 (74%), sentiment negatif ditemukan sebanyak 376 (26%). Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya untuk menambahkan sentiment netral pada penelitian selanjutnya. Kata Kunci: Ibu kota Indonesia, Data Mining, Naive Bayes

Abstract

North Kayoa County's Laromabati Village Office continues to take a traditional approach to managing incoming and outgoing mail. Each time a letter arrives or leaves, officers must manually record the letter's origin, date, and important details. After that, the officer must contact the intended party based on information about the origin of the letter. However, the recording process alone is not enough because incoming and outgoing mail documents are still saved manually. This condition often results in documents being scattered and hard to find when needed. Searching for documents is a complex task because it has to be done manually, searching for existing documents one by one.To solve this problem, as part of this study, you can develop an application to manage incoming and outgoing mail using a web platform. This application is designed to help ease the workflow, reduce the likelihood of incoming and outgoing emails, and make it easier to find incoming and outgoing emails.Based on the testing of the interface health monitoring system and the use of web applications, it was found that the application for recording incoming and outgoing letters in the village office of Laromabati, North Kayoa district was successfully created using the PHP programming language. . This application development uses the waterfall method as a development approach. The created application has the main function, namely to provide the benefit of a digital repository useful to the village administration, while simplifying the work process and reducing the risk of losing archives of incoming and outgoing letters. To test this application, two types of testing are conducted, namely black box testing and usability testing. The results of black box testing show that the application works without errors and meets the desired expectations.

Abstract

This research aims to improve promotion and information about handicraft products "Kopiah Jangang" from Beringin B Village, Tapin Regency. Currently, the production site is constrained in the sales section which only delivers from shop to shop and also the production house is constrained because it cannot use smartphones in marketing Jangang Kopiah, and there is no promotional video that can help market the product more widely. The method used is the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC). The result is a promotional video with a duration of 4:38 minutes that pays attention to each scene and the meaning that is inserted to help "Kopiah Jangang" craftsmen and the Tapin Regency Tourism Office in promoting this product. In conclusion, this promotional video successfully uses Videography and Cinematography techniques well.

Abstract

Air merupakan salah satu aspek vital yang menjadi sangat penting dalam keberlangungan hidup tanaman. Oleh karena kelembaban tanah yang ideal menjadi faktor kunci. Kelembaban tanah bergantung pada ketersediaan air dalam tanah sehingga tanaman dapat hidup dan berkembang dengan baik dan apabila kandungan air dalam tanah tidak mencukupi maka tanaman tersebut akan layu dan mati. Penyiraman tanaman secara berlebihan maupun berkekurangan dapat berdampak buruk bagi tanaman. Oleh karena itu, penyiraman tanaman merupakan suatu rutinitas yang harus dilakukan secara teratur. Sesuai dengan hasil yang ada menghasilkan beberapa desain alat dan sistem dan dapat terimplementasi ke media tanaman yang ada dengan pengukuruan sesuai modul sensor yang digunakan sehingga berdasarkan pengujian blackbox yang digunakan peneliti, dari ketiga pengujian: pengujian modul sensor, pengujian penggunaan network/jaringan yang terhubung ke perangkat yang ada dan juga pengujian sistem yang dihasilkan, maka sistem monitoring dan kontroling penyiraman tanaman otomatis berbasis Internet of Things, telah berhasil dengan baik dengan tingkat keberhasilan 100%..

Abstract

Sistem informasi pengelolaan data penduduk berbasis web merupakan aplikasi yang dirancang untuk mengelola dan memantau data penduduk suatu wilayah secara efisien dan terstruktur. Hasil pengujian blackbox menunjukan kelayakan 100% valid dari setiap fungsi yang ada pada system informasi pengelolaan data penduduk. Aplikasi ini memanfaatkan teknologi web untuk memungkinkan akses dari berbagai perangkat, seperti komputer, laptop, dan ponsel pintar, dengan menggunakan peramban web yang umum digunakan. Keunggulan aplikasi berbasis web ini adalah dapat diakses dari mana saja dan kapan saja dengan koneksi internet yang stabil.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memusatkan perhatian pada penerapan TensorFlow, sebuah platform open-source untuk machine learning, dalam konteks deteksi objek dan analisis visual. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan dan melatih model deteksi objek menggunakan teknik-teknik deep learning yang terdapat dalam TensorFlow guna mengidentifikasi objek-objek dalam berbagai konteks visual. Metodologi penelitian ini melibatkan pengumpulan dataset yang representatif, penerapan arsitektur model yang sesuai seperti Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), serta proses training yang melibatkan teknik-teknik seperti transfer learning atau fine-tuning. TensorFlow digunakan sebagai framework utama dalam proses pengembangan dan evaluasi model, memanfaatkan kekuatan algoritma-algoritma yang telah tersedia dan kemampuan komputasi yang terdapat pada GPU. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa model yang dikembangkan mampu mencapai tingkat akurasi yang signifikan dalam tugas deteksi objek, memberikan nilai performa yang baik dalam membedakan dan mengidentifikasi objek-objek dalam dataset yang beragam. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa TensorFlow memiliki peran penting dalam memfasilitasi pengembangan model deep learning yang mampu menangani tugas-tugas visual kompleks secara efektif. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting terkait aplikasi TensorFlow dalam konteks deteksi objek dan analisis visual, menyoroti potensi dan kekuatan yang dimiliki oleh platform ini dalam menghadapi tantangan-tantangan dalam domain visual computing.

Abstract

This study aims to implement Google Maps API technology and the Havershine algorithm in the Emergency Reporting System (ERS) application at the Polrestabes Makassar, where this system runs on Android with quick access for user using the buttons on the screen and the volume up button. System development in this application uses the waterfall method with the UML (Unified Modeling Language) design language. Meanwhile, software using JAVA, PHP, HTML, CSS, Java script and MySql is used for database management. Data collection was obtained through observation, interviews and literature study. Based on the results of testing by 18 respondents consisting of 12 members of the public or reporters and 6 officers, it was found that the average percentage of respondents' scores for questionnaire questions was 82.5% with a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.73. It can be concluded that the emergency reporting system application is considered very reliable. Testing this application using a button on the application screen ran smoothly on the first try with the average time the victim pressed the button to record less than 1 second or 0.64 seconds and the time it took for a message to reach the helper or police officer was 11.66 seconds. Testing the emergency notification application using the volume up (+) button on the device completed smoothly in 1.55 trials with the average time between the victim pressing the volume button and recording being 5.00 seconds and the time until the rescue team arrived was 14.00 seconds. This time includes the time required to set the maximum volume and activate the device screen. The percentage of correspondence between the accurate location points of the reporter and the recipient of the report using the Google Maps API with the Havershine algorithm to determine the relevant police station based on the closest distance is approximately 75% accurate on average with a distance difference of approximately 45.5 meters.

Abstract

Information technology is a very important requirement for organizations and businesses. Technology can be utilized by many educational institutions as a force to face increasingly fierce competition in the modern era. So far, there are still many academic systems that still use conventional methods, that is, every data processing is recorded in a ledger, which often complicates the data search process. it requires more space and time, one of which is in madrasah diniyah al-ikhlas. Madrasah Diniyah Al-Ikhlas is a non-formal education which takes place in Brebes district which is usually used as a companion school for public schools. In the daily activities of Madrasah Diniyah Al-Ikhlas, in processing academic data, they still use manual recording. The learning activities of Madrasah Diniyah Al-Ikhlas are carried out during the day. In teacher learning activities, they still use large books such as class student data which are still written manually, absenteeism is still manually using attendance reports. The lesson schedule is still written on the wall and grades are still in the ledger kept in the classroom cupboard. while academic information is needed by students and parents. Currently Madrasah diniyah al-Ikhlas has not implemented an information system that can provide convenience in the process of managing academic data. Based on the problems found in Madrasah Diniyah Al-Ikhlas the authors designed a website-based academic information system, the method used in the design used the design thinking method. The Design Thinking method has a series of processes including Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype. System implementation uses the Laravel framework. This study aims to produce an Academic Information System that is able to overcome the difficulties experienced by madrasa teachers in managing academic data which is still manual at this time, so that it is useful to help Madrasah Diniyah al-Ikhlas actors in data processing in a relatively shorter time. User satisfaction testing was carried out using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method with a total of 31 respondents. The calculation results produce a value of 72.98387097 where it can be concluded that the system is in a good and acceptable category.

Abstract

In the agricultural sector, soil nutrient content has a very important role. Many farmers rely on limited information when selecting soil for cultivation, which often leads to crop failure and losses due to mismanagement of the soil. To overcome this problem, this study created a soil nutrient detection system that can help farmers classify the soil nutrients needed. This research uses the Soil NPK Sensor, where the determination of nutrient content is carried out through three main parameters, namely the value of N, P, and K. The data obtained from these sensors is then processed by the Arduino Wemos Esp32 microcontroller using the Hardware Programming Method. This research aims to develop a soil nutrient content detection tool that includes measurements of Moisture, pH, Nitrogen, Phosphorus, and Potassium. The tool uses NPK sensors embedded in the ground to collect data, which is then sent to Blynk's pre-programmed platform. The test results showed the performance of the tool with average levels up and down for Nitrogen of 8.2mg/Kg, Phosphorus 3.2mg/Kg, and Potassium 5.8mg/Kg. Overall, the average NPK content in the soil was Nitrogen 75mg/Kg, Phosphorus 64.3333mg/Kg, and Potassium 67.1667mg/Kg. This data can be accessed and monitored by farmers or users through the Blynk application on smartphones or laptops. The main focus of the study is to evaluate the performance of detection tools and provide relevant information for farmers in managing their land more efficiently.

Abstract

The application of goods inventory in a warehouse for a company is one of the information technologies that help human life in carrying out their daily activities. Applying information technology can support company performance to compete with competitors, making it easier for them to manage and store data. Observation, interview, and literature studies is the several data collection methods used in research. In carrying out its business processes, there are problems experienced by companies, namely they have difficulty managing stock of goods, goods that arrive at the company are directly stored in warehouses that are not arranged in an orderly manner resulting in difficulties in searching, incoming and outgoing goods are not properly recorded, they do not know how many goods are in stock left or have run out due to the many types of spare part goods. This is what causes the goods ordered by customers to be delayed in the delivery process. In addition, repairs to heavy equipment, generators and ships requiring replacement of spare parts by company partners (customers) are delayed. The operational part of the company works not only in the office, but sometimes at home or even in a container depot. The solution to the problems that occur is that companies need a website-based inventory management application. This application was development using the Scrum method. This method is carried out for 4 months as many as 8 sprints. Then, the programming languages used in development applications are PHP code, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap Framework, and MySQL database management system. Application testing uses the black box method in accordance with the test scenario. The application's main menu consists of a dashboard, stock goods, incoming goods, outgoing goods, goods data, types, units, supplier, customer, and user settings, and reports. Applications are made for companies as a solution to solve problems.
