Abstract

Background: the system of using individual medical records and the RM storage system with the numerical alignment method at the Pejagoan Health Center Kebumen increases the number of shelves as a place to store RM files. Objective: the purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the need for filling racks on the effectiveness of storing RM files at Pejagoan Healt Center Kebumen. this study, measurements were made of the filling rack and RM file to determine the length, width and thickness. Methods: the study is a descriptive quantitative approach, a sample of 30 files consisting of 15 inpatient files and 15 outpatient files taken randomly, and conducted interviews with the head of medical records and implementation of medical records. Results: the number of shelves used is one open shelf with two bases and in each row of racks contains 196 RM file. in fact in the puskesmas each row of shelve contains 296 RM file so that the storage is less effectiviness. Conclusion: the lack of effectiviness of RM files storage in each row of racks exceeding the proper capacity. So it requires an additional 2 shelves for each year so that the projected storage shelf needs for 3 years are 6 shelves.

Abstract

Background : Family support is the main for the elderly to maintain the health of the elderly in the face of cognitive and psychosocial physiological changes experienced by the elderly. Low family support will lead to a high risk of falling in the elderly. Objective : This study aims to determine the relationship between family support and the risk of falling in the elderly in Kayen Sendangsari Pajangan Bantul. Method : This study uses a descriptive correlation design with a cross-sectional time approach. Statistical test using Somer's. The sample in this study was 51 elderly people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The measuring instrument used is the family support questionnaire and the TUG test. Result : Based on the research, data regarding high family support were 42 elderly (82.4%), moderate family support was 4 elderly (7.8%), low family support was 5 elderly (9.8%). The risk of falling in the elderly in Kayen Sendangsari Hamlet Pajangan Bantul showed that 32 elderly (62.7%) had a low fall risk and 19 elderly (37.3%) had a moderate fall risk. Somer's test results obtained a p-value of 0.001 <0.05 with a correlation coefficient of -0.481. Conclusion : A negative coefficient value means that the higher the family support, the lower the risk of falling in the elderly. On the other hand, the lower the family support, the higher the risk of falling in the elderly.

Abstract

Background: Effective wound healing will reduce the costs incurred for treatment. Wound assessment, action and selection of treatment are carried out based on conditions and problems. Today's society prefers to do treatment by utilizing natural resources only on incision wounds given binahong leaves. Objective: Produces a binahong gel composition that heals cuts and minimizes infection in the incision. Methods: This research is included in inferential quantitative with parametric data. The mean difference test was then performed, followed by a paired t-test. Results: Administration of Na CMC On day 10 the mean wound closed was 18.83 cm with a standard deviation of 1.15. The administration of 1% binahong gel obtained an average wound healing area of 19.54 cm with a standard deviation of 0.18. The administration of 5% binahomg gel on the 6th day only showed wound healing with a T test value of 0.004 but on day 8 there was no additional wound closure with an average wound healing area of 6.36. The administration of 7.5% gel was known until the 10th day indicating that there was no wound healing. Giving Povidone iodine is known to be on the 8th day showing wound healing with an average wound healing of 6.65 cm. Conclusion: The 1% binahong gel was more effective in accelerating the healing of cuts in rats compared to the 5% and 7.5% binahong gel.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, pregnant women have difficulty doing yoga in health facilities. In overcoming these obstacles, independent yoga media is needed that is safe for pregnant women, the media can be in the form of videos, flashcards, and spin cards as well as practical and easy-to-use yoga movement pictures as a guide. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of using Spin Card Yoga on the motivation of pregnant women to carry out independent yoga. Methods: This type of research is a quasi-experimental research with one group pre-test-post-test design. This research was conducted by giving a pretest (initial observation) in the form of a questionnaire before being given an intervention. After that the intervention was given, then a posttest (final observation) in the form of a questionnaire was also carried out (Hidayat, 2007). The population in this study was 30 pregnant women living in the working area of the Asih Waluyojati clinic. The sampling technique used is the convenience sampling technique (nonprobability). The sample in this study was 25 people. data analysis using the Wilcoxon test. Results: The majority of mothers' motivation in participating in yoga before being given spin cards yoga in the less category (76.19%), while after being given spin cards yoga intervention, the majority of respondents' motivation was in the high category as much as 75%. Based on the pairwise comparison test using Wilcoxon , the value of P = 0.001 was obtained. This value means P<0.05, which means that there is an effect of using spin cards on the motivation of pregnant women to do yoga. Conclusion: Based on the discussion that has been described, it can be concluded that the majority of motivation before using spin cards yoga is less (76.19%), the majority of motivation after using spin cards yoga is high (75%), and the use of spin cards yoga affects the increase in motivation of pregnant women to do yoga independently.

Abstract

Background: Breast milk contains antioxidants that can inhibit oxidative stress in infants. Milking is now a much-done option. Breast milk is stored so that the baby can drink it at any time. The presence of temperature treatment and long storage of breast milk triggers physical and chemical changes, one of which is antioxidants that babies desperately need to combat the effects of free radicals. Objective: The research aimed at comparing antioxidants in the fresh breast milk and storage breast milk. Methods: This was the true experimental research. Samples were taken using the purposive sampling technique of 24 samples. The breast milk was tested its antioxidant content using DPPH, initial control, and giving two treatment factors. The first treatment was the breast milk storage at room temperature (fresh breast milk), refrigerator temperature, and freezer temperature. The second treatment was breast milk storage for 7, 14, 30, and 60 days. The data were analyzed using T-Test and repeated Anova. Results: The research result indicates that there is a decrease of the antioxidants between the fresh breast milk and the breast milk stored in the refrigerator temperature of 20C with the storage duration of 7 days, and freezer temperature of -160C with the storage duration 14, 30, and 60 days, p=0.000.Conclusion: The antioxidant is better stored at the temperature of -160C than the temperature of 20C. The longer the storage, the lower the breast milk antioxidant.

Abstract

Background: Ureteral stones are common cases. Ureteral stones may have different degrees of hydronephrosis. CT stonography is now accepted as the gold standard for detecting the presence of stones in the urinary tract and can evaluate the characteristics of the stoneObjective: This study aims to determine the relationship between volume, location, and density of ureteral stones with the degree of hydronephrosis. Methods: A total of 98 samples (80 males, 18 females) CT scan images of ureteral stone were analyzed for bivariate and multivariate analysis of volume, location, density based on MSD (Mean Stone Density) and SHI (Stone Heterogeneity Index) of ureteral stones with the degree of hydronephrosis. Results: There was a statistically significant positive correlation of ureteral stone volume with the degree of hydronephrosis (r= 0.543, p<0.001). While other variables were not significant, the location of ureteral stones (p = 0.341), and density of ureteral stones based on MSD (p= 0.206), SHI (p= 0.934).Conclusion: From The Characteristics of ureteral stones studied, only volume of ureteral stones has a correlation with the degree of hydronephrosis.
