Abstract

AbstractPornography has become a lot of consumption of children, because the porn industry has been targeting children who have not baligh as a target. Therefore, early detection is needed to recognize the propensity of pornography addiction to children through fun and useful activities. The purpose of this research is to see the picture of pornography addiction tendency in elementary school children. The quasi-experimental research method, which will measure the propensity of pornography addiction through psychodrama activities and puberty training, with a modified gauge of Kimberly Young's Internet addiction gauge, with a realibility of 0.72. Respondents come from 3 Primary Schools in West Jakarta as many as 190 Students. Puberty preparation training activities that begin with psychodrama are well done for the detection of pornography addiction. The majority of students have seen pictures / scenes of pornography (86.3%), 73.2% accidentally, viewed at home 30.5%. And internet cafe 22.1%, via Hp and comics 39.5%% and games 37 , 4%. Feelings after seeing pornography majority disgust (46.4%), mediocre 15.8%, aroused 2.6%. Attitude after seeing the majority of pornography kapok (62.6%), the average 15.8%, and addicted 2.6%. Rates of pornography addiction tend to be moderate (69.5%) low 18.9% and high 11.6%. There is a relationship between student activity and pornography addiction rate with the origin of the school. Keywords: pornography, psychodrama, puberty training AbstrakPornografi sudah banyak menjadi konsumsi anak-anak, karena industri pornografi sudah menyasar anak-anak yang belum baligh sebagai targetnya. Untuk itu diperlukan deteksi dini untuk mengenali kecenderungan kecanduan pornografi pada anak melalui kegiatan yang menyenangkan dan bermanfaat. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah melihat gambaran kecenderungan kecanduan pornografi pada anak Sekolah Dasar. Metode penelitian menggunakan kuasi eksperimen, yang akan mengukur kecenderungan kecanduan pornografi melalui kegiatan psikodrama dan pelatihan pubertas, dengan alat ukur yang dimodifikasi dari alat ukur Kecanduan internet oleh Young, dengan nilai realibilitas 0,72. Responden berasal dari 3 Sekolah Dasar di Jakarta Barat sebanyak 190 Siswa. Kegiatan pelatihan persiapan pubertas yang dimulai dengan psikodrama baik dilakukan untuk pendeteksian kecanduan pornografi. Mayoritas siswa pernah melihat gambar/adegan pornografi (86,3 %), tidak sengaja 73,2 %, dilihat di rumah sendiri 30,5 %.dan warnet 22,1 %, melalui Hp dan komik 39,5 % % serta games 37,4 %. Perasaan setelah melihat pornografi mayoritas jijik ( 46,4%), biasa-biasa saja 15,8%, terangsang 2,6%. Sikap setelah melihat pornografi mayoritas kapok (62,6%), biasa-biasa saja 15,8 %, dan ketagihan 2,6 %. Tingkat kecenderungan kecanduan pornografi cenderung sedang (69,5% ) rendah 18,9 % dan tinggi 11,6 %. Ada hubungan antara kegiatan siswa dan tingkat kecenderungan kecanduan pornografi dengan asal sekolah. Kata kunci : pornografi, psychodrama, kuasi eksperimen

Abstract

AbstractsAs the curriculum develops in all its reforms in the world of education and in order to succeed and respond to curriculum changes, SMA Dharma Putra also participates in developing the 2013 curriculum through everyday learning innovations. In particular, in terms of the application of learning methods that can make students more active in constructing knowledge because the current 2013 curriculum (K13) requires learning that does not rely on the role of the teacher completely and the students have been subjected to science and social studies majors since class X ( ten). One effort of SMA Dharma Putra in creating an atmosphere of learning that leads students more actively is through peer tutoring method that has been started since 2016/2017 academic year. The application of peer tutor learning methods began to be applied in class X (ten). Peer tutor learning method is very useful for science and social science majors, especially in science majors because the field of science study has many opportunities to be studied by peer tutor methods. The purpose of the research conducted is to determine the effectiveness of peer tutors learning methods to science learning achievement. The research method used is quasi-experimental method. This study only has one study group alone without having a comparison group. Wilcoxon test results showed that the value of Z of -4.155 and the significance (p) of 0.000 (<0.05), then proves that peer tutor learning methods conducted by SMA Dharma Putra in grade X majoring in science significantly influence on learning achievement Science. Learning achievement after peer tutor learning method becomes more leverage than learning achievement before peer tutor learning method applied. Keywords: learning method, peer tutor, learning achievement of science, student AbstrakSeiring berkembangnya kurikulum dalam segala pembaruannya di dunia pendidikan dan dalam rangka mensukseskan dan meresponi perubahan kurikulum yang ada, SMA Dharma Putra pun juga turut berpartisipasi dalam mengembangkan kurikulum 2013 melalui inovasi pembelajaran yang diterapkan sehari-hari. Secara khusus, dalam hal penerapan metode pembelajaran yang dapat membuat siswa lebih aktif dalam mengkonstruksi pengetahuan karena kurikulum 2013 (K13) yang saat ini  sedang berkembang menuntut pembelajaran yang tidak mengandalkan peranan guru sepenuhnya dan para siswa sudah dijuruskan ke jurusan IPA dan IPS sejak kelas X (sepuluh). Salah satu upaya SMA Dharma Putra dalam menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang mengarahkan siswa lebih aktif adalah melalui metode pembelajaran tutor sebaya yang telah dimulai sejak tahun ajaran 2016/2017. Penerapan metode pembelajaran tutor sebaya ini mulai diterapkan di kelas X (sepuluh). Metode pembelajaran tutor sebaya sangat bermanfaat bagi jurusan IPA dan IPS, secara khusus di jurusan IPA karena bidang studi sains memiliki banyak peluang untuk dipelajari dengan metode tutor sebaya. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas metode pembelajaran tutor sebaya terhadap prestasi belajar sains. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuasi eksperimen. Penelitian ini hanya memiliki satu kelompok penelitian saja tanpa memiliki kelompok pembanding. Hasil perhitungan uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan bahwa nilai Z sebesar -4,155 dan nilai segnifikansi (p) sebesar 0,000 (< 0,05),  maka membuktikan bahwa metode pembelajaran tutor sebaya yang dilakukan oleh SMA Dharma Putra di kelas X jurusan IPA berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar Sains. Prestasi belajar sesudah metode pembelajaran tutor sebaya menjadi lebih maksimal dibanding prestasi belajar sebelum metode pembelajaran tutor sebaya diberlakukan. Kata kunci : metode pembelajaran, tutor sebaya, prestasi belajar sains, siswa-siswi

Abstract

Women who work as well as single parents for children with special needs Deaf certainly has a variety of challenges, duties and responsibilities that must be lived, so do not rule out that women single parent careers who have children with hearing impaired can experience stress in undergoing the double role. In the face of this stressful situation, hardiness is required that is a personality trait that can affect the individual about how he sees a stressful situation and determine an effective response. This study aims to determine the description of hardiness in single parent career women who have children with hearing impairment and what factors influence it. The subject of this study was a 53-year-old woman with a role as a career woman as well as single parent who have children with hearing impairment. This study uses qualitative methods by conducting semi-structured interview techniques and non-participant observation in the data collection. The results of this study indicate that subjects have high hardiness which is described through 3 aspects of the existence of commitment, control, and challenges. The dominant factor affecting the hardiness of the subject is the acceptance of a good self in the subject. Keywords: hardiness, career woman, single parent, deaf

Abstract

Working mother frequently dealing with difficult emerged from family side and working side, working mother ought to faced simultaneous occurence when compliance one role that would make more difficult to compliance the other, that condition described as work-family conflict. Work-family conflict can be reduced by social support from husband as a significant other who can provide an encouragements, advices and also assistance to do some household and childcare. This research used quantitative non-experimental method with non-probability sampling technique with snowball sampling, the samples were 58 working mothers. Partner social support scales has coefficient reliability (α) = 0.946 consists 42 items and work-family conflict (α) = 0.946 consists 31 items. This research has result significant negative correlation (sig = 0.000 dan r = -0.532) between partner social support and work-family conflict. Working mother received high level of partner social support (27.6%) and perceived work-family conflict on low level (32.8%). Partner social support provides contribution amount 28.3% to reduce work-family conflict. The dominant dimension perceived by working mother is behaviour-based conflict that is sources from work (work interference family). Keywords: partner social support, work-family conflict, working mother

Abstract

Initial guidance with established structured Advisors (PAs) is not easy to recognize the personal issues involved in the learning process. The PAs have not fully served the role of mentor who must be able to understand his psychosocial guidance. For that we need more specific data especially on the task of student development. The purpose of this study is to see how the picture and the different tasks of the development of psychology students from each generation. The research method is quantitative descriptive and inferential different test result of student development task. Responde is a student of regular psychology and parallel EU Unggul Unggul force of 2015-2017. Measuring tool uses Student Development Assignment (ITP-PT) from Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. The result of the research shows that the highest average of development task is psychology student of parallel 2016 which is 5,74 and the lowest is 2016 regular psychology student that is 5,50. The lowest aspect of the majority is aspect 2 (the basis of ethical behavior), and the highest aspect 7 (self-acceptance and development). There are 3 aspects that have below average values for each force ie aspect 2 (ethical behavioral basis), 3 (emotional maturity) and 4 (intellectual maturity), which is an internal aspect of the student. And there are 2 aspects above average for each force that is aspect 6 (social role as man and woman), and 7 (self acceptance and development), which is external aspect. Abstract

Individual health promotion includes preventative and curative measures. In the holistic model of public health, the promotion of mental health is an effort that complements the bio-medical approach. Various activities can affect the promotion of mental health is to exercise regularly physical exercise or actively involved in martial arts activities. The positive impacts of joining health clubs as well as martial arts groups to mental health such as increased self-esteem, self-confidence, and subjective well-being have been summarized by many researchers. However, inconsistent results regarding the impact of following the martial arts against the psychological condition of individuals are also found. Some researchers have found that involvement in martial arts increases anti-social attitudes and involvement in violent acts. This study attempts to reveal the phenomenon by conducting a comparative causal study ex post facto on health-care participants in health clubs and BIMA martial arts participants. From the research results obtained the findings that participants BIMA martial arts and sports participants in health clubs have emotional, psychological and social well-being is high. However, only the social well-being participants of the BIMA martial art (M = 4,969, SD = .691) were higher than the club's fitness participants (M = 4.55 3, SD = 1.054); t (58), p = .009. Keywords: martial arts, psychological well-being, emotional well-being, social well-being.

Abstract

The development of e-commerce business in Indonesia has increased dramatically since the last few years. This e-commerce business development is using by an e-commerce startup companylocated in West Jakarta.Researchers found some problems related to the company and its employees. Shortly, it could be assumed that their employee loyalty and organizational climate are low. Employee loyalty is an orientation toward organization that related with personal identification to their organization. On the other hand, organizational climate is an environment qualitywithin an organization that relatively felt and stayed by an employee. The objective of this study is to determine the relationship between organizational climate and employee loyalty, by controlling the effect of age and gender on loyalty. Participants were 50 employees (21 males, 29 females) of the company, aged 23 to 34 year old (M = 27.62,SD = 2.899). This research found the correlations range from .540 and .588, p < .01. It can be concluded that there is a positive and significant correlation between organizational climate and loyalty, including whencontrolling effect of age and gender to loyalty. Keywords: e-commerce, loyalty, organizational climate

Abstract

The aim of study is to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on social adjustment in adolescents at boarding school. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using questionnaires. Respondents in this study are junior high school adolescent in boarding school, amounting to 155 people with age range 11-14 year. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. This study uses two instruments namely, the scale of social adjustment and the scale of emotional intelligence. Based on calculation result with simple linear regression using SPSS version 20.0 for windows obtained R2 equal to 0,079 with significance 0,000 (p <0,05), proven there is influence between emotional intelligence to social adjustment in adolescence equal to 7,9% and the rest influenced by other factor . The results of this study showed that emotional intelligence significantly give effect to adolescent social adjustment in boarding school. In this study also known the value of social adjustment and adolescent emotional intelligence in boarding schools are at a moderate level. Keywords: social adjustment, emotional intelligence, adolescence

Abstract

Mahasiswa memiliki peran sebagai seorang pembelajar dan berinteraksi dengan mahasiswa lainnya. Dukungan sosial yang positif yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa dapat membantu mahasiswa di dalam menghadapi tuntutan belajarnya dan dapat menjadi pembangkit motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Tujuan penelitian ini akan melihat hubungan dukungan sosial dengan motivasi belajar, gambaran motivasi belajar dengan sumber dukungan sosial yang mempengaruhi. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif noneksperimental.Sampel penelitian berjumlah 130 mahasiswa Universitas Esa Unggul. Menggunakan Teknik sample random sampling, dengan alat ukur dukungan sosial (36 valid) dan motivasi belajar (45 valid) dalam bentuk skala likert. Koefisien reliabilitas (α) 0,924 untuk variabel dukungan sosial dan 0,936 untuk motivasi belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,694 dengan sig 0,000 (p<0,05), artinya ada hubungan positif dan signifikan dukungan sosial dengan motivasi belajar pada mahasiswa Universitas Esa Unggul. Mahasiswa yang memiliki motivasi belajar rendah lebih banyak dibanding mahasiswa dengan motivasi belajar tinggi.Dari crosstab gambaran motivasi belajar bedasarkan sumber dukungan sosial yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan adalah dosen. Abstract

AbstractThe drastic increase in the number of movie goers in the cinemas dominated by young adults, especially college students. By making young adultsas a target in the business world, it's important to see how college students’ consumerdecision-making styles in watching moviesatcinemas. Previous studies of consumer decision-making styles in young adults have found inconsistent results. This study aims to determine the dominant decision-making style in college students when watching movie at the cinemas. The instrument used was the adaptation of Consumer Style Inventory (CSI) scale from Sproles and Kendall (1986) which measures seven styles. The participants were 225 students (105 men and 210 women) aged 17 to 21 years old from three private universities in West Jakarta. We found “Perfectionistic” (36.00%), “Price conscious” (35.11%), and “Recreational” (31.56%) as dominant consumerdecision-making styles. This means that college students tend to prefer the quality of cinema in watching movies as a means of entertainment while still paying attention to ticket prices in their spare time with financial limitations. Keywords: college students, movie goers, cinema, consumer decision making styles. AbstrakPeningkatan drastis jumlah penonton film di bioskop didominasi oleh orang muda, khususnya mahasiswa.Dengan dijadikannya orang muda sebagai sasaran dalam dunia bisnis, penting untuk melihat bagaimana gaya pengambilan keputusan dalam menonton film di bioskop. Studi-studi sebelumnya mengenai gaya pengambilan keputusan konsumen pada orang muda menemukan hasil yang tidak konsisten. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gaya pengambilan keputusan yang dominan pada mahasiswa ketika menonton di bioskop. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah adaptasi skala Consumer Style Inventory (CSI) dari Sproles dan Kendall (1986) yang mengukur tujuh gaya. Partisipan penelitian merupakan mahasiswa dari tiga universitas swasta di Jakarta Barat sebanyak 225 mahasiswa (105 laki-laki dan 210 perempuan) berusia antara 17 hingga 21 tahun. Sesuai dugaan peneliti, ditemukan tiga gaya dominan  adalah Perfectionistic (36,00%), Price conscious (35,11%), dan Recreational (31,56%). Artinya mahasiswa cenderung mengutamakan kualitas bioskop dalam menonton film sebagai sarana hiburan dengan tetap memperhatikan harga tiket di waktu luang mereka dengan keterbatasan keuangan. Kata kunci: mahasiswa, penonton bioskop, bioskop, gaya pengambilan keputusan konsumen.
