<![CDATA[Active involvement of students physically and emotionally, it is likely that the learning process will give the impression of interesting and fun, even challenging. Emotional experiences provided have the opportunity to change students' attitudes towards Indonesian subjects. This research was conducted at 6 Metro Junior High School with a total of 26 students. The average learning achievement increased from 2.54 from Pre-Cycle to Cycle I, starting from 4.21 to 6.75. Then it increased by 1.08 from 6.78 to 7.83 in Cycle II. Thus there is an increase in learning achievement from Prasiklus, Cycle I, and Cycle II. This increase has exceeded the planned indicator achievement, which is 7.5.]]>

<![CDATA[Role Play is one method that can provide opportunities to enhance the active role of students to be physically and emotionally involved in the learning process. This research was conducted at SMP N 6 Kota Metro. Starting from the prasiklus to map priority problems, the first cycle was performed as a role play in several meetings, followed by strengthening exercises in cycle II. The conclusion is that the ability to speak English increases and reaches an average value of 7.29. Improving students' interest in learning English is getting better. As many as 92% of students have the "Interest" status, and 8% of the students have the "Very Interest" status. "Interests" and "Very Interests" totaling 92% exceeded the planned achievement indicators, the cycle was stopped. <![CDATA[It has been studied cocodust immobilization with silika gel as adsorbent of heavy metal Cd(II) and Pb(II) ions in solution using batch metode. Adsorbent material characterizations obtained were performed with using Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM)- Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectrophotometer (EDS) to observe surface morphology of adsorbent and element composition existed in material resulted from immobilization. Analisys of adsorbent material functional group was carried out with using IR and determination of Cd(II) and Pb(II) ions concentration was applied with using atomic adsorption spectrofotometer (AAS). Adsorbent characterization result by infrared spectrophotometer (IR) shows that functional group of –OH, C=O, Si-O-Si, and C-H are exist on adsorbent. In addition, adsorbent characterizations by SEM-EDS proves the existency of Si, O, and C element on adsorbent. Adsorption process of Cd(II) and Pb(II) ions is optimum at pH 6 with contact time of 60 minutes. Adsorption process of Cd(II) and Pb(II) ions on cocodust biomass tends to follow second orde pseudo kinetic and Freundlich adsorption isoterm model with concentration of Cd(II) and Pb(II) ions adsorbed each 17.91 and 23.64 mg g-1.]]>

This type of research is field research, while the nature of this study is qualitative. describe how the implementation of educational psychology in improving the quality of education in SMA N 1 Metro City. Implementation of educational psychology that is applied by teachers in various ways, namely the use of various methods in learning, the use of tools and media, promoting interaction with students, providing guidance, motivation, attention, and direction, and teachers give values to their students fairly. The teacher's effort in overcoming challenges in the learning process is by entering early lessons and giving advice.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the evolution of the Salafi Islamic boarding school in this millennial era. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. The subject in this research is Riyadlatul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, Lampung Timur-Lampung. This cottage is one of the salafi huts in Lampung Province. To obtain the data the researchers conducted a direct observation method by directly involved in the activities of the lodge. In this case it was found that the salafi huts were also able to evolve by developing its curriculum in the study of language and the independence of its students. In languages, pesantren train their students to be able to preach using Arabic and English. Whereas in terms of independence, students are taught to become entrepreneurs using online media, but all this still maintains the wisdom of the pesantren salafi.]]>

<![CDATA[The use of video films of struggle can provide insight and encouragement to internalize the struggle so that it stimulates students to get more information about historical figures and events. Teachers no longer need to dominate learning activities, so students are fully given the opportunity to become subjects in learning. To improve the quality of student learning processes through video stimulation of struggle and the application of role playing methods followed by discussions on social studies subjects. This research was carried out in Odd Semester SMP N 6 Kota Metro, there were 30 students. The procedure of implementing the class action research. The researcher concludes that the use of video films of the struggle to maintain independence provides stimulation to students to act according to the existing role script. Internalization of the struggle spirit of the video by students has encouraged students' interest in learning to understand efforts to maintain the struggle for independence more deeply. The output of the internalization is an increase in average social studies learning outcomes, and student assessment of the quality of the learning process that is getting better.]]>

One of the main goals of learning mathematics is that students are able to solve problems in everyday life. Mathematical problems that use sentences are very difficult especially for those who lack ability. Therefore it is necessary to identify the location of the mistakes made by students in solving mathematical story problems. The principle of problem solving that can be used is the Polya model. The research design used in this study is descriptive qualitative research. This research was conducted at the third semester PGMI IAIN Metro. There are still many errors in understanding the story, so it is recommended to use the model in this problem.]]>

<![CDATA[Satisfaction of the quality of service to consumers can provide value for companies to get sympathy and respect from consumers. Often companies are indifferent to the services provided, the lack of friendliness, smiles and greetings that are a little forced will affect the quality of service. This paper describes the service strategy in service companies. The presentation of this paper is based on analysis of library data with descriptive models. From the results of the discussion it can be concluded that the services provided by the service company authority cannot be separated from the service standards set by the company itself. Companies engaged in the service sector knowingly that consumers are their target market. Service improvement strategies can be identified through improving the quality of management, the quality of human resources, the quality of services and the quality of infrastructure.]]>

<![CDATA[The discussion of ontology in this article concentrates on the of "being essential" whose application leads to three main discussions, namely: the essention of science, the law of causality and the potentials. First, the essence of "being" is the integration among the essence of science and the systematically formed physical universe (cosmos). Second, the law of causality is absolutly which is immune from any deviation as in the understanding of causal determinism/ absolute causalism. On the other hand it is maintaining the nature principle and its phenomenas are governed by God. Third, human being is develop creature because they are influenced by nature and society. In its development, human tends to be religious. This tendency can be divided into two things, namely the tendency to be a good person and the tendency to be a bad person. Based on the results of the analysis of the data obtained by the author, then in this case the writer can conclude as follows: There is a significant influence between parental guidance on the learning outcomes of students of SMAN I Kota Metro. The writer can conclude that: there is a positive influence of parental guidance on student learning outcomes of SMAN I Kota Metro. Suggestions that the author gives include: Increasing student interest in education by providing a comfortable, interesting and enjoyable learning atmosphere; Increasing the participation of parents as much as possible to be able to guide and direct will be more achievers in their education; and Gives understanding to all parents that the child's future is in their hands, and sincere sacrifices they should make for the future progress of their children.]]>
