Abstract

The goal to be achieved from this development research is to produce products in the form of waste utilization model books for elementary school students so as to provide guidance for physical education teachers in providing fun, creative and meaningful learning. This study used research and develompent (RnD) method from barg and gall consisting of ten steps, the subjects used in this study were students of SDN Tanjungsari and SDN Blanakan with a total of 68 subjects. The design of the experiment research is one group pretest posttest design. The stages of this study are: introduction research, expert test, large group test small group test and effectiveness test. The effectiveness test in this study used the Harvard Step Test. The results of the model effectiveness test are known that the waste utilization model for physical fitness there is an increase, the pretest obtained an average figure of 33.57 and posttest obtained an average figure of 36.63. From the data can be concluded there is an increase after treatment. The results of the effectiveness test showed the results of t-count = 7818, df = 62 and p-value = 0.00 < 0.05, meaning that the physical fitness exercise model for elementary school students before and after treatment there was a significant difference. It can be concluded that the waste utilization model for physical fitness of elementary school students, effective and able to improve physical fitness

Abstract

Education is one of the areas that technology seeks to achieve through online learning. Online learning is indeed less effective because most of it causes problems both from the point of view of students. The blended learning method of learning is a form of learning system that combines online and offline systems that are applied in learning physical education, health and sports. The purpose of this research is to prove the phenomenon of technological advancement in the rapidly growing world of education and data that supports the progress of student learning, that blended learning can be used for modern learning solutions, so that students can study material before practice in the field to increase teaching achievement. The results of this study indicate that blanded learning based on edmodo can improve learning outcomes for short distance running can be seen from, the increase in learning outcomes in the pre-test shows students who complete 9 students, the increase occurs in cycle 1 to 20 students and continued at the stage of cycle 2 has increased results 25 students completed.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of variations in practice on ball dribbling skills . in soccer extracurricular students at SMK Teknelogi Riau Pekanbaru, The type of research used is experimental. explained that research with an experimental approach is a study that seeks to find the effect of certain variables on other variables under tightly controlled conditions. Based on the calculation of the t value obtained tcount = 2.73. then compared with the value of the table t. From table t it is known that the value of ttable = 1.753, this means that tcount is greater than ttable. Thus, the research hypothesis Ho (zero/initial hypothesis) is rejected and the hypothesis Ha (alternative hypothesis) is accepted. Then the results show that there is a significant effect and has an increase in ability of 5.38%. Conclusion Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that there is an effect of variations in training on the dribbling soccer extracurricular students at SMK Teknologi Riau Pekanbaru by 5.38%. And the remaining 94.62% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Technical performance studies in professional football players need to be carried out intensely. The performance data from junior elite football was very useful for talent identification and further development. However, typical research is still rarely carried out, while previous research has focused on identifying talented players based on anthropometric, physiological, psychological, sociological and technical skills data. In this study, the assessment was no longer carried out from isolated situations but shifts to special assessments in real match situations, so that the results may contribute to talent identification. The purpose of this study was to assess the passing performance of elite junior football players in actual matches by comparing the performance of the Persipura U16 team in 2018 and 2019. The average value of passing, successful passing, and accuracy of passing in the 2018 season was 157, 101, and 66%, while the average value in the 2019 season was 167, 111, and 67%, respectively. Although the value increased slightly, however based on the calculation results there were no significant differences in the passing performance of the Persipura U-16 team in 2018 and 2019 league sessions. The results provide a recommendation that the practice session of passing techniques for junior football players, particularly Persipura U-16, should be carried out more in game situations and not in isolated situations.

Abstract

A well-executed training program using the right training method will result in an athlete's performance if the athlete gets sufficient recovery to recover from post-exercise fatigue. To find out the athlete's performance by knowing the oxygen volume capacity by using the balke test but the leg length of each athlete is suspected of contributing in carrying out the test so researchers want to examine the Effect of Training and Recovery Methods on VO2max of UNSIKA Rowing Club Athletes by Controlling the Effect of Leg Length. quasi-experimental method with a 2 x 2 factorial design. The research variables consisted of: (1) the dependent variable, namely VO2max Athlete Rowing Club UNSIKA (2) independent variables, namely the treatment variable (A1: Cross country method, and A2: Fatlek) and attribute variables ( B1: Passive Recovery and B2: Active Recovery) and (3) the covariate variable, in this study was Leg Length. So that the total number of research samples is 80 people. The Balke test is the test instrument used in collecting Vo2max data. as well as a tape measure to measure leg length. Hypothesis testing was carried out using two-way covariate analysis (ANKOVA) with a 2x2 factorial design. The results of the first hypothesis testing showed that the Vo2max results of the UNSIKA rowing club athletes between the athlete group using the cross country method were higher than the athlete group using the fatlek method after controlling for leg length. Thus the cross-country training method used in this study can improve the Vo2max results of UNSIKA rowing club athletes which are better than the fatlek method.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of diamond passing and passing triangle training models on football passing accuracy in SMP Negeri 8 Palopo football extracurriculars. This research is a type of Quantitative research. The population and sample of this study were extracurricular participants in SMP Negeri 8 Palopo, which numbered 20 students. The research design used is One group pretest-posttest design. What is given is diamond passing and passing triangle training. The data obtained is processed using SPSS version 26.0. The results of the t-test of experimental group 1 can be seen t count > t table: 8,189 > 2,306 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. in experimental group 2 can be seen t count > t table:7,875 > 2,306 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. So, this result shows that there is a significant difference. From the results of the pre-test and post-test comparison test of experimental group I and experiment group II, it is known that the passing diamond > passing triangle: 8,189 > 7,875. Thus, it can be concluded that "There is an influence of the diamond passing training model on passing accuracy in football extracurriculars

Abstract

This type of research is quantitative research with a simple correlation approach. The purpose of study is to determine the effect of flexibility on athlete's passing ability at football school nuansa fc u 14-17 at Padang city. The population is athletes at Nuansa FC U 14-17 Football School, Padang city, totaling 25 people. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. So that, in this study the samples are all athletes at Nuansa FC U 14-17 Football School in Padang City. The instrument for measuring athlete flexibility uses the sit and reach flexibility test. Then, the passing test uses the short pass test. The data collection technique that will be used is by administering instruments in the form of tests to the Nuansa FC U 14-17 Football School players who are the samples in the study. Data were analyzed with product moment correlation using SPSS application 26. Based on the results of data analysis, the results show that sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 < α 0.05, then correlate. The effect of flexibility on the passing ability of Nuansa FC U 14 - 17 Football School in Padang City is 0.863. based on the guidelines for the degree of relationship, the Pearson correlation value is 0.863 = perfect correlation. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between flexibility and the passing ability of Nuansa FC U 14-17 Football School players in Padang City.
