Abstract

The study aimed to Produce Tabela worksheets based on standard local practicum materials, Find out the increase and influence of science process skills, and describe the students' responses after learning using Tabela worksheets. The method of the research was Research & Development with the ADDIE model. The first stage analyzed the needs of the Tabela worksheets based on local practicum materials. The second stage carried out the development of the Tabela worksheets based on local practicum materials using the ADDIE Model. The third stage carried out Implementation/testing on the level of effectiveness, efficiency, and product attractiveness toward the developed product using a quasi-experimental design with a design. The results of product showed that Tabela worksheets had good attractiveness criteria with the score of 3.31, good of efficiency criteria with a score of 3.33, and very good of effectiveness criteria with a score of 3.60. The development result of Tabela worksheets by expert test results stated feasible to use as instructional materials / learning media. And it was shown in the significance test that is the influence of Tabela worksheet on learning outcomes of the tcount> ttable (7.442> 1.668). The effectiveness test showed that there was no significant difference and indicated by tcount> ttable (1.615 <1.673), but the student learning outcomes increased with the average pretest of 43.44 and posttest of 61.09. The differences between pretest and posttest in the average score were 17.65 and N gain was 0.31 in the medium category. The students provided positive responses using Tabela worksheets.

This website-based learning media application was developed using the waterfall method with the stages of system analysis, such as the acquisition of data requirements, technology used in business processes and activity plans. Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) are also used in this application. Table design is used in this application, while navigation design uses a sitemap. Interface design and implementation are done with the PHP programming language. In the testing phase using black-box testing. This learning media is an additional teaching material where the visual side of the students can be used to directly see the learning object.

Abstract

The scholarship is a development program obtained by the students to be able to enroll their studies, in the form of financial assistance. At the Economics Institute of Palangka Raya, there is a BBP-PPA Scholarship to help the students who are financially disadvantaged. In selecting the scholarship awardees, Economics Institute of Palangka Raya experienced difficulties due to a large number of prospective scholarship awardees. Because of that, the Economics Institute of Palangka Raya disposes to accelerate the selection process by using one criterion, that is by grading the students’ GPA. This process might be inaccurate, indeed the selection process will be much quicker by that GPA rank criterion. Yet it is inappropriate considering other several criteria that have to be considered carefully as well. Thus, the solution to this problem is to establish the Decision Support System to select the BBP-PPA scholarship awardees which are web-based. The Decision Support System (DSS) uses the Technique for Order Preference Method by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). In developing the DSS, it will apply Waterfall software development methodology as Ian Sommerville’s. The software used in building this website is Notepad ++, SQLyog, and XAMPP. This system can run well as black box testing on the system.

Abstract

In Indonesia, there are several Supervisory Institutions, such as the Supreme Audit Agency, the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency, the Inspectorate General and the Inspectorate in each Ministry, Institution, Provincial Region and District / City Region. Audited government institutions often question what are the differences and similarities between the oversight institutions. In addition, they do not yet know which external audit institutions and internal audit institutions are Government Agencies among these oversight institutions. Many people assume, including among government institutions that assume that every audit, whoever is implementing it is the same. What they know is that each inspector or auditor has the same activities. Everything borrows a lot of files, tests every document, checks physically, check cash/banks, asks a lot, and what they understand more is all auditors, who are tasked with finding findings and finding problems. From the problem identified above, the problem is formulated that there needs to be clarity about the similarities and differences between external and internal audits in government circles
