Abstract

The focus of this research is to identify the original source of income in jambi city area, one of which is local taxes. Local taxes are an option in this study due to its enormous contribution to the original income of the region in the city of Jambi. This research aims to find out how much local tax growth, the effectiveness of local taxes, its contribution to the original income of the jambi city area and the classification of local taxes based on overlay theory. The method used is quantitative descriptive with data using secondary data. The results of the study showed the average growth of jambi city tax from 2018 to 2019 at 19.54%, with a contribution of 65.05%. The level of total local tax effectiveness is very effective in 2018 and 2019. The identification results showed that of the 9 (nine) regional tax sources 6 (six) were categorized as prime, 2 (two) potential and 1 (one) backward.

Abstract

ARCH and GARCH models are widely used to describe the form of volatility of a heteroskedastic time series data. Volatility is a measure of how far a stock price or stock price index moves in a given period. The LQ45 Index is an index that measures the performance of stocks of various companies that are operationally for the types of stocks that have high liquidity. The stock price index used is the LQ45 index for the period 2016.09-2021.09. The return of the stock price index is modeled in the best form of GARCH univariate. Research shows that the best GARCH univariate model is EGARCH (3,3).

Abstract

This study aims to review various policies taken by the government when the government considers priorities balance between handling Covid-19, namely by implementing restrictions on community activities and the country's economic conditions. This research is a type of qualitative research with descriptive method. Descriptive method was chosen because the research was conducted with current events related to current conditions. The results of this study indicate that Indonesia has not implemented significant policies while still implementing normal human inflows from abroad. Either, a new policies’s the end of PSBB and changes to the Implementation of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) which was launched by the Chair of KPCPEN on January 7, 2021 with the first locus in Java and Bali. Observing the economic crisis history that hit Indonesia, many parties will be grateful, considering that the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the economy was no more severe than the monetary crisis in 1998. Currently, the government has adopted six strategies for Indonesia's economic transformation: (1) Competitive Human Resources; (2) Economic Sector Productivity includes Industrialization, (3) Green Economy includes a low carbon economy, blue economy, and energy transition aimed at meeting increasing energy needs, opening up more sustainable green job opportunities, and supporting the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions; (4) Digital Transformation; (5) Domestic economic integration; and (6) Relocating the National Capital as a new source of growth and balancing the economy between regions

Abstract

The first research objective is to analyze export and import factors in influencing economic growth in the District/ City of Jambi Province with partial and simultaneous test results that exports and imports affect economic growth by 12.9%, meaning that if exports and imports increase, economic growth will also increase. increased and evidenced by the significance value below alpha 5% or 1.8% and 1.5%. The second research objective is an analysis of economic growth and poverty that in general economic growth has not had a significant effect on poverty in the District/ City of Jambi Province, this can be seen from the calculation of the R-squared value of 1.3% with a significance level above 10% or alpha 61,42%.

Abstract

The average economic growth of Central Java Province is still low and it is in the fourth lowest rank of the six provinces in Java. This study aims to analyze the effect of investment, labor and government spending on economic growth in Central Java Province for the period 2014 - 2019. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with a panel data approach. The results show that investment, labor and government spending have a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Central Java Province in 2014 - 2019. The implications of this study are 1) retaining incoming investors by providing services in accordance with the development of their respective needs and providing services. incentives so that investors feel comfortable investing their capital and attracting potential new investors to be willing to open a business in Central Java Province 2) increase employment returns, hold apprenticeship projects for prospective workers, improve workforce welfare, and improve the quality of the workforce so that labor productivity employment will increase 3) increase and maximize the allocation of government expenditure funds for potential sectors.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the quality of human resources, work environment, and organizational culture on employee performance. The sampling technique used a saturated sample, with as many as 50 employees at Kantor Pusat Waroeng Spesial Sambal Yogyakarta. Primary data was taken by using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the quality of human resources, work environment, and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The implication directs the leadership to maintain or improve the implementation of the antecedent variables of employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence Large Industry, Large Industrial Investment Value and PDRB Sector (Industry and Trade) on Billboard Tax Revenue in Jambi City 2011-2020 both partially and simultaneously. The statistical method used is a double linear regression analysis including Test F and Test t. Ols double linear regression research results show that partially Large Industries, Large Industrial Investment Values and Sector PDRB (Industry and Trade) have a significant effect on Billboard Tax Revenue in Jambi City. While simultaneously showing that the influence of Large Industries, Large Industrial Investment Value and PDRB Sector (Industry and Trade) affects the Receipt of Billboard Tax in Jambi City together. The Independent Variable coefficient of determination affects dependent variables by 97.94% while the remaining 2.06% is influenced by other factors not described in the study.

Abstract

In carrying out organizational activities, the work environment is all conditions that are around workers, so that either directly or indirectly it can influence in carrying out assigned tasks. The method of collecting data in this study uses library research and field research by collecting data from a list of statements. And information that comes from books and the internet for theory making. Subdistrict Jambi Timur Kota Jambi is an arean was established on 8 November 2006 based on the regional Number 12 in 2006. Dubdistrict Jambi Timur Kota Jambi Capital City Tanjung Pinang. Based on the research results, the simple regression value is Y = 0.785 + 0.669 X, with an R value and a R2 value of 0.496. In the t test, the work environment affects the performance of employees at the Head Office of East Jambi, Jambi City with a tcount of 7.809 and a significant value of 0.000. Suggestions in this study are Jambi to pay attention to the work environment in the East Jambi Sub-district Office of Jambi City related to sound / noise. As employees of the sub-district office, we should pay attention to performance related to communication between colleagues.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the analysis of organizational trust, organizational commitment, job satisfaction and turnover intention in millennial generation workers in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The main problem is turnover intention. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires via google forms to 292 respondents spread across the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The method used in this study uses quantitative research methods using purposive random sampling data collection techniques and using Partial Least Square (PLS) for analysis tools. Based on the results of the analysis, it is found that the factors that influence turnover intention are organizational trust and job satisfaction. This is evidenced by the results of hypothesis testing which show P Values <0.05, which is 0.000 and P Value <0.05, which is 0.025, while the organizational commitment variable has no effect on turnover intention in millennial generation workers in the Special Region of Yogyakarta.

Abstract

This study is entitled "The Effect of Profitability, Leverage and Liquidity on Financial Distress in Consumer Goods Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange". This research aimed to determine the effect simultaneously and partially of profitability, leverage, and liquidity towards financial distress on consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Samples were obtained based on a purposive sampling technique, and acquired 13 companies. The results obtained from the study are that profitability has a positive and significant effect on financial distress, leverage has a positive and significant effect on financial distress, and liquidity has a negative and significant effect on financial distress.
