Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of parental education, parental income, and social environment on interest in continuing higher education in the village of Pekaldan, Galis District. The population of this study are children who pass and continue, those who pass do not continue and those who pass will continue using the Random Sampling technique, so that in this study a sample of 50 respondents was taken. The results of the research that has been done are known that the parental education variable has a significant effect, this is in accordance with the results of the t test, namely 5.965 > 1.678 and the significant value is 0.00 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that Ha is accepted. Parents' income variable, this is in accordance with the results of the t test, namely 5.986> 1.678 and the significant value is 0.00 <0.05, so it can be concluded that Ha is accepted. The social environment variable, this is in accordance with the results of the t test, namely 6.329 > 1.678 and the significant value is 0.00 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that Ha is accepted. The results simultaneously show that the variables of parents' education, parents' income, and social environment have a significant effect on the interest in continuing in higher education, this is in accordance with the results of the F test that is 238,689 > 7.026 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that Ha accepted.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of Return On Assets, Return On Equity and Dept to Equity Ratio on the stock prices of food and beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange due to fluctuations in shares in these companies. This research is a quantitative type using secondary data in the form of company financial statements which are accessed through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) idx.co.id. The population in this study is the food and beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a total of 30 companies in the 2018-2020 period. The sampling method in this study was carried out by purposive sampling. Based on the results of panel data regression analysis using SPSS software, the research results obtained that partially Return On Assets did not affect stock prices, Return On Equity (ROE) had a positive and significant effect on stock prices and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) partially did not have a positive effect. significant to the Share Price. While simultaneously Return On Assets, Return On Equity and Dept to Equity Ratio together have a significant positive effect on stock prices

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze leadership behavior and work motivation in improving employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at a financing company in the city of Jambi, the subject in this study was employees who worked at a financing company in Jambi City, with a sample of 230 people. The research used is structural equation modeling. The results show that leadership behavior and work motivation will have more impact on employee performance if mediated by job satisfaction at a finance company in the city of Jambi.

Abstract

The remaining operating results of the Indonesian Civil Servant Cooperative PGRI Sejahtera Lestari, Batang Cenaku Subdistrict, fluctuated, meaning that there was an increase and a decrease. This increase and decrease is influenced by total assets, total deposits, and number of members. Total assets, total deposits, and number of members also fluctuated. This research was conducted at the Indonesian Civil Servant Cooperative PGRI Sejahtera Lestari, Batang Cenaku District. The purpose of this research is to analyze the total assets, the number of deposits, and the number of members that affect the remaining operating results of the Indonesian Employee Cooperative PGRI Sejahtera Lestari, Batang Cenaku District. Cenaku To analyze the amount of savings that affect the remaining operating results of the Indonesian Employee Cooperative PGRI Sejahtera Lestari Batang Cenaku District. This type of research is quantitative. The data used is secondary data. With data collection techniques using literature study techniques, documentation studies, and interviews. The method used to analyze the data is quantitative method, namely multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient and determination, F test and t test. Based on the results of research and discussion, some conclusions can be drawn as follows: Total assets, total savings, and number of members simultaneously have no significant effect on the remaining operating results of the Indonesian Employee Cooperative PGRI Sejahtera Lestari, Batang Cenaku District. Total assets partially have no significant effect on variable residual operating results in the Employee Cooperative of the Republic of Indonesia PGRI Sejahtera Lestari, Batang Cenaku Subdistrict The number of deposits partially has no significant effect on the variable remaining operating results in the Republic of Indonesia Employee Cooperative PGRI Sejahtera Lestari, Batang Cenaku Subdistrict. Indonesian Civil Servants Cooperative PGRI Sejahtera Lestari, Batang Cenaku Distri.

Abstract

Employees have an important role in achieving company goals. Objectives in this research to know the motivation of the employee performance in the office of subdistrict tripe district pali through employee engagement. The public in this study population the office of subdistrict of tripe kaupaten Pali, large sample of the research is 50 officials in the office of subdistrict of tripe sub-district Pali. This study using primary data obtained from the questionnaire and analysis techniques used was a SEM. The result of the research indicated that the impact on the employee performance, employee engagement influences the employee performance, effect on employee motivation engagemen, employee engagement mediate influence motivation for the employee performance in the office of subdistrict tripe district pali 2022 years.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation model of bureaucratic reform that has been carried out, both in Indonesia and several other countries. Provide a comprehensive understanding of the importance of bureaucratic reform. The research method used is a library research method from various sources related to bureaucratic reform. The results of this literature review illustrate that bureaucratic reforms that have been carried out in several countries are generally related to two dimensions, namely the organizational dimension and the apparatus human resource dimension. In the context of implementing the implementation of bureaucratic reform at the Provincial Bawaslu and Regency/City Bawaslu, it is necessary to immediately make and determine the Decree of the Bureaucratic Reform Team, make and determine the Decree of Role Models and Agents of Change of Bureaucratic Reform which includes 8 areas of change, preparation of an implementation action plan. bureaucratic reform, filling out the bureaucratic reform evaluation worksheet, monitoring and evaluating the implementation of bureaucratic reform every month.

Abstract

In recent years, the initial public offerings of technology companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange have drawn great interest of investors. However, difficulties arise in assessing the valuation of a relatively new company, hence retail investors may turn to other fundamental factors such as sales growth and issuing size with online media become a source of information and forum for discussions. These online activities are increasing ahead of the IPO, causing a high online buzz phenomenon. This study aims to examine the effect of sales growth, issuing size and online buzz on technology stock underpricing. Using path analysis techniques on a sample of 23 technology stocks that conducted IPOs between 2000 – 2022, this research found that higher issuing size will generate higher online buzz. However, this study unable to find evidence of significant relationship between sales growth on online buzz, online buzz on underpricing and issuing size on underpricing. The limited sample in this study can be used as a consideration for further research opportunities on IPO in other sectors with larger population. It is also interesting to conduct both quantitative and qualitative study on online buzz in various market conditions to enrich the literature on company IPOs.

Abstract

The rapid development of today's technological era affects the decision of people who want to buy goods to consider a brand first because of the image that is already attached to the brand, such as quality and price. The number of smartphone products that enter the market for sale today makes consumers make several considerations when choosing a smartphone. Formation of a good iPhone brand image, consumers will consider making purchases on iPhone products, therefore even though the data above shows that the iPhone in 2019-2020 has declined, it does not affect consumer decisions to purchase products. Iphone products have a very good brand image, therefore the price is not a problem for consumers to make purchasing decisions. This study uses a questionnaire method to take samples, researchers will examine iPhone customers in Gubeng Surabaya more than once. Analysis of the data used in this study using the component-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tool. The choice of using the PLS analysis tool is because it is widely used for causal-predictive analysis and is an appropriate technique used in prediction applications and theory development in this study. This study obtained the results that brand image and price perception have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions on iPhone products in Surabaya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational climate and organizational culture on employee performance. The sample determination model in this study uses the slovin method, where the respondesnt are 107 people and after the slovin method is 52 people. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained in this study are organizational climate has a significant effect on employee performance and organizational culture also has a significant effect on employee performance. Balai Pembibitan Ternak Unggul dan Hijauan Pakan Ternak (BPTU-HPT) Sembawa company has created a safe and comfortable atmosphere that makes the relationship between leaders and employees run well. Leaders provide opportunities for employees to tackle new issues that will increase their confidence and experience. The company also gives employees rewards for those who can complete tasks well.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of 1). The influence of the work environment on the work motivation of the members of the SPKT Polres Merangin unit. 2). The effect of work discipline on the work motivation of the members of the SPKT Polres Merangin unit. 3). The effect of work motivation on the performance of the members of the Kerinci Police SPKT unit. 4). The influence of the work environment on the performance of the members of the SPKT Polres Merangin. 5). The effect of work discipline on the performance of the members of the Kerinci Police SPKT unit. 6). The influence of the work environment on the performance of the members of the Kerinci Police SPKT unit with work motivation as an intervening variable. 7). The effect of work discipline on the performance of the members of the SPKT Polres Merangin unit with work motivation as an intervening variable. The population in this study were all 42 members of the SPKT Polres Merangin Unit. And the technique of determining the number of samples taken as respondents using total sampling. The results of this study indicate that the work environment and work discipline have a significant effect on the work motivation of the members of the SPKT unit at the Kerinci Police. In addition, the work environment, work discipline and motivation also have a significant effect on the performance of the members of the SPKT unit at the Kerinci Police.
