Abstract

This study aims to examine the Effect of Financial Literacy, Financial Inclusion, Financial Technology on the Financial Performance of MSMEs assisted by Bank Indonesia Representative Office of Bengkulu Province. The research sample is the owners and financial staff of MSMEs assisted by Bank Indonesia Representative Office of Bengkulu Province. This research uses quantitative methods. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire, which is a data collection technique that was carried out by giving questions and written statements to the respondents to answer. The data analysis technique used in this study is the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, t test, f test, r test, Multiple Linear Regression, Coefficient of Determination Test using SPSS assistance. The results showed that there was an influence of financial literacy on financial performance with sig = 0.041 and 𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑡𝑢𝑛𝑔 2,099> 𝑡𝑡𝑎 ( sig = 0.0584 and 𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑡𝑢𝑛𝑔 0.551 < 𝑡𝑡𝑎𝑏𝑒𝑙 1.677 simultaneously there is an effect of financial literacy, financial inclusion, financial technology on financial performance with sig = 0.000 and fcount 25.093. The R Square value is 58.6% and the remaining 41.4% is influenced by other variables that are not examined. The conclusions of this study indicate that there are two variables that have a significant effect, namely financial literacy on financial performance and financial inclusion on financial performance. And there is one variable that has no significant effect, namely financial technology on financial performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe HR empowerment, work environment, job satisfaction and employee performance in Paal Merah District, Jambi City and to analyze the effect of HR empowerment and work environment partially and simultaneously directly and indirectly on job satisfaction and employee performance, as well as to analyze job satisfaction. on employee performance. To answer the research objectives, this research is supported by theoretical studies related to research variables, namely human resource empowerment, work environment, job satisfaction, and performance. In addition, the author also seeks relevant previous research in the form of previous articles/journals and theses to support this research. The population in this study are employees of the Paal Merah District, Jambi City, totaling 80 employees with conditions in 2022. Data analysis techniques used in this study namely through path analysis followed by hypothesis testing through the F test (Simultaneous) and t test (Partial). From the path analysis tests carried out, it was found that HR empowerment and the work environment have an influence on job satisfaction and employee performance, both directly and indirect. This explains that if the organization has good empowerment and a better work environment then this will further increase employee job satisfaction with the organization and provide maximum work results. This study concludes HR Empowerment, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction and employee performance in conditions that Good. In addition, empowerment of human resources and work environment partially and simultaneously has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction and employee performance in Paal Merah District, Jambi city. Likewise, job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

The basis of this research is the change in service that is felt by changes in payments made by electronic payments to get e-tickets at the port branch of PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) Kamal Bangkalan, currently PT. ASDP's policy in deploying e-tickets is to change the system from using manual tickets to e-tickets, so that during the implementation process there are still complaints and dissatisfaction from passengers in using the e-ticket service. consumers have a need to learn. The question posed in this study is whether the quality of information and service systems can have a positive effect on passenger satisfaction. on passengers. satisfaction when using PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero). This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of field research. The object of this research is the consumers of PT ASDP Ferry Indonesia (Persero), namely through passengers who use e-ticketing services. Sampling was done by simple random sampling technique with 30 samples as respondents. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. Methods of data analysis in this study used research instrument tests, classical hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression tests, t-statistical tests and F-statistical tests, analyzed using SPSS20 software and Microsoft Excel 2010. The results also showed that system quality, information quality and service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction in using the e-ticketing service of PT ASDP Indonesia (Persero) Ferry. Partially, system quality (X1) has a positive and significant effect on information quality (X2) and service quality (X3) has a positive and significant effect on passenger satisfaction (Y) PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) uses an online ticket service system.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Financial Literacy and Financial Attitudes on Financial Management Behavior mediated by Locus of control in Culinary MSMEs in Pasar District, Jambi City. The analysis tool used is PLS analysis. The results showed that Financial Literacy has a positive and significant effect on Financial Management Behavior, Financial Attitude has no significant effect on Financial Management Behavior, Locus of Control has a positive and significant effect on Financial Management Behavior, Financial Literacy has no significant effect on Locus of Control, Financial Attitude has a significant effect and positive on Locus of Control and Financial Literacy has no significant effect on Financial Management Behavior with Locus of Control as a mediating variable.

Abstract

This research is a research using quantitative methods with the aim of knowing the effect of digital wallets, sales promotions, and service quality on Indomaret consumer purchasing decisions. The population in this study are Indomaret consumers in South Jakarta with a sample of 100 consumers who have transacted at Indomaret using a digital wallet. Sampling method Probability sampling with Purposive Sampling. This study used a questionnaire to collect data and SmartPLS 4.0 software for data processing tools. The results of this study indicate that (1) Digital Wallet has a positive and significant effect with a path coefficient value of 0.427. (2) Sales promotion has a positive and significant effect with a path coefficient value of 0.448. (3) Service Quality has an effect and is not significant with a path coefficient of 0.046 on purchasing decisions. The contribution of digital wallets, sales promotions and service quality together to purchasing decisions is 78.3%, of which the remaining 21.7% is explained by other variables.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and describe the condition of leadership style, organizational culture and employee performance at BAPPEDA Bungo. And to determine the influence of leadership style and organizational culture through organizational commitment on employee performance. This research was carried out at BAPPEDA Bungo Regency. This research uses path analysis with the census method. The results of this research are (1) leadership style has a partial and significant effect on employee organizational commitment. (2) organizational culture has a partial and significant effect on employee organizational commitment. (3) leadership style and organizational culture have a joint and significant effect on employee organizational commitment. (4) then leadership style has a partial and significant effect on employee performance. (5) competency has a partial and significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of understanding, subjective norms and sanctions on MSME taxpayer compliance in Jepara City with taxpayer awareness as an intervening variable. In this study, the sample used was 100 samples of MSME actors in Jepara City using the slovin formula. This research uses simple random sampling method, distributing questionnaires and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that tax understanding, subjective norms and taxpayer awareness have a positive effect on taxpayer compliance. While tax sanctions do not affect taxpayer compliance. Tax understanding has no effect on taxpayer awareness. However, subjective norms and tax sanctions have a positive effect on taxpayer awareness. Then, taxpayer awareness can mediate the effect of subjective norms and tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance but cannot mediate tax understanding.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) identify, describe and analyze the effect of special relationships on earnings management; 2) the effect of good corporate governance on earnings management; 3) the effect of special relations on dividend policy; 4) the effect of good corporate governance on dividend policy; 5) the effect of earnings management on dividend policy; 6) the influence of special relationships and earnings management on dividend policy; and 7) the effect of good corporate governance and earnings management on dividend policy in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2021 period.. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange totaling 172 companies. The researcher chose a purposive sampling technique by setting certain considerations or criteria that must be met by the samples used in this study, the samples in this study totaled 25 manufacturing companies that met the predetermined sample criteria. To answer the research objectives, the researcher uses a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach and path analysis (Path Analysis) using the help of SmartPLS (outer model and inner model). The research results show that: 1) special relationship has a significant effect on earnings management; 2) good corporate governance has no significant effect on earnings management; 3) special relationship does not have a significant influence on dividend policy; 4) good corporate governance has a significant influence on dividend policy; 5) Earnings management has a significant influence on dividend policy; 6) there is influence of special relationship and earnings management on dividend policy; and 7) there is no significant influence between good corporate governance and earnings management on dividend policy.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on various sectors, including the construction industry. One of the impacts is the scarcity of fuel, which causes fuel prices to rise. In this study, we examine the impact of rising fuel prices and fuel scarcity on the Company's Cost Plan (RBP) in Contractor X. The research was conducted by interviewing the owners and managers of Contractor X and collecting data from the company's financial statements which will then be analyzed using quantitative analysis methods. The results of the study show that the increase in fuel prices and fuel shortages have an impact on increasing production costs and impacting the company's profit margins. Contractor X is faced with a new challenge to find the right solution in facing difficult market conditions due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The results of this research are that the increase in fuel prices due to the world's fuel shortages has a direct impact on increasing expenses or the cost of a project that will be carried out by construction in Indonesia. Price increases in the form of wages, materials, tools, preparation and completion as well as indirect costs have a negative impact on the construction sector in Indonesia because production and transportation costs are higher.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is first, to determine economic growth in terms of its development in East Tanjung Jabung Regency during the 2007-2021 period; Second, to find out the effect of local taxes, regional fees, general allocation funds on capital expenditures in East Tanjung Jabung Regency for 2007-2021; Third, to determine the effect of local taxes, regional fees and general allocation funds on economic growth in East Tanjung Jabung Regency in 2007-2021; Fourth, to determine the effect of local taxes, regional fees, and general allocation funds on economic growth through capital expenditure in East Tanjung Jabung Regency in 2007-2021. In this research the research used is quantitative descriptive analysis. The data in this research is in the form of information for a specific duration (time series) for 2007-2021 in East Tanjab Regency. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis in the form of path regression analysis (Path Analysis). In general, the variables of Regional Taxes, Regional Retributions, General Allocation Funds, Capital Expenditure and Economic Growth experienced positive growth on average during 2007-2021. The effect of local taxes, regional levies and the General Allocation Fund on Capital Expenditures in East Tanjung Jabung Regency for 2007-2021 simultaneously has no significant effect. The effect of regional taxes, regional levies and general allocation funds on Economic Growth in East Tanjung Jabung Regency in 2007-2021 simultaneously has a positive and significant effect. The effect of regional taxes, regional levies, general allocation funds on economic growth through capital expenditure in East Tanjung Jabung Regency for 2007-2021 simultaneously has a positive and significant effect.
