Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of green brand knowledge as a moderator between attitude towards green brand products of Pt Danone Indonesia and consumers' green buying interest. This study used a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling and a Likert scale for quantitative analysis. People who live in Greater Bandung and know that Danone products are environmentally friendly brands make up a sample size of 152. Green brand knowledge has a positive and significant effect on attitude towards green brand, with a t-value of 51.009 > p-value of 1.649.

Abstract

Smartphones are not only a long-distance communication tool, but can do many things such as conducting business transactions, bank transactions (e-banking), and many others. Thus the smartphone becomes a new friend for people's lives, because there are so many conveniences offered. This study aims to determine the effect of price, product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions of Vivo brand smartphones in the people of South Bontang District. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. The sampling technique used purposive sampling using the Lemeshow formula, there were 100 respondents in this study. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear analysis with the help of SPSS 23 Statistical Software. The research hypothesis indicates that the independent variables namely price (X1), product quality (X2) and brand image (X3) simultaneously have a significant influence on the dependent variable. namely the purchase decision (Y). Partially, the price variable (X1) and brand image (X3) have a significant effect on the purchase decision variable (Y), while the product quality variable (X2) has no significant effect on the purchase decision variable (Y).

Abstract

This study discusses the effectiveness of marketing management in increasing consumers of Nelongso Fried Chicken restaurants in Bangkalan. The purpose of this research is to find out how the effectiveness of marketing management is in improving the nelongso Fried Chicken restaurant in Bangkalan. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection methods carried out in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, technical analysis of data in three steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. After the authors conducted data analysis, a result was found from the effectiveness of marketing management in increasing consumers of Nelongso Fried Chicken restaurants in Bangkalan implementing 4P, namely: (1) product, by providing a menu of food and drinks with various menus with different tastes, (2) price , by setting prices that consumers can reach, (3) place, providing a comfortable place and having complete facilities, (4) promotion, using various social media and consumers, namely word of mouth.

Abstract

PT. Nur Aen Agritama is a company engaged in the processing of paddy into rice in Karawang Regency. The purpose of this research is to provide a clear explanation of job analysis so that they can carry out tasks that are in accordance with education, skills and expertise so that the quality of human resources within the company/organization can continue to improve. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with data collection using interview techniques on the main informant, namely the director of PT. Nur Aen Agritama, key informant for production manager, marketing HRD, also finance, and supporting informants and documentation. Data analysis used descriptive analysis. The results of this study are the exposure of job analysis at PT. Nur Aen Agritama consisting of 1 top manager position, 6 middle managers positions, and 7 first-level managers. Each position has a working relationship with other positions so that production runs smoothly. Almost all positions are dominated by high school graduates/equivalent. But work effectiveness as not materialized at PT. Nur Aen Agritama due to a lack of understanding regarding job analysis resaulting in a double job

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe employee performance, compensation, work environment and work motivation at the Regional Secretariat of Batanghari Regency and to test and analyze the influence of the work environment on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable at the Regional Secretariat of Batanghari Regency. This type of research used descriptive verification research. This study uses the PLS analysis method. Based on data processing that compensation is in the proper category. Then to describe the work environment variables, it shows that the work environment for employees at the Regional Secretariat of Batanghari Regency is very good. Furthermore, the description of work motivation variables in the motivated category. While the description of employee performance variables with very high category. Based on the results of the study that compensation has a positive and significant effect on work motivation at the Regional Secretariat of Batanghari Regency. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on work motivation at the Regional Secretariat of Batanghari Regency. Compensation has no significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Batanghari Regency. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Batanghari Regency and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Batanghari Regency.

Abstract

The company needs to monitor the performance of each employee by conducting regular evaluations on employee performance, so that the company is able to control the high and low performance of the company in order to achieve the goals expected by the company. Research was conducted at Perum Peruri to examine the difference in performance between non-permanent employees and permanent employees whether there are differences in terms of performance and workload. This study aims to test and analyze the difference in the performance of non-permanent and fixed employees in one of the printed parts at Perum Peruri. This type of research is a comparative analysis. The population is all employees in one print section totaling 55 people, consisting of 23 non-permanent employees and 32 permanent employees, the sample is 48 people consisting of 28 permanent employees and from non-permanent employees as many as 20 people calculated using the Slovin formula at an error rate of 5%. The data scale uses differential semantics which then to see the difference in performance of the two groups of employees is carried out anova analysis using one way analysis. The results of this study show that there are 13 indicators that are considered to have the same performance and there are 11 indicators that are considered significantly different, where the performance of non-permanent employees is lower than that of permanent employees. This provides an understanding that there needs to be better coaching on these indicators by the company.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the role of incentives and work motivation on job satisfaction with gender as a control variable conducted at the Ngadirejo Health Center, Temanggung. This research uses quantitative methods with a population of all employees of the Ngadirejo Health Center, totaling 66 people. Data from the population was taken using a census data collection method with a questionnaire survey. Data analysis included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, and t-tests using the SPSS 25 software application. The results of the study stated that incentives had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and motivation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Then for incentives and motivation, it can be stated that they simultaneously influence job satisfaction. The control variable shows that the male gender has no significant effect on job satisfaction but the female gender has a significant effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

Unemployment is still a major problem in almost all countries, especially educated unemployment. Educated unemployment is considered to be a fundamental problem because of the match between the level of education and the availability of employment opportunities. thus creating educated unemployment. The focus of this research is (1) analyzing the determinants of educated unemployment. (2) analyze models and strategies for overcoming educated unemployment in Jambi City. The analysis in this research uses quantitative and qualitative methods and is exploratory in nature with a Sequential exploratory Design approach. This research uses an exploratory quantitative descriptive method with a Sequential exploratory Design approach. The scope of this research was carried out in 11 provinces in Jambi Province, using secondary data. The analytical tools used in this research are multiple linear regression and qualitative SWOT analysis. The research results show that wages and inflation have a positive effect, while economic growth, labor absorption and investment have a negative effect on educated unemployment in Jambi Province. The results of the quantitative SWOT analysis show that the educated workforce in Jambi Province is in a strong condition and has opportunities and the best strategy model is a progressive strategy, a strategy to continue expanding, increasing growth to obtain maximum progress.

Abstract

BPS Samarinda (2022) shows that 76.55% of Samarinda residents access the internet. Digital services that have experienced increased demand, especially during the pandemic, are Online Food Delivery (OFD). GoFood leads above ShopeeFood and GrabFood as the most installed apps. The research objective was to identify the effect of online customer reviews, online customer ratings, and ease of use on purchasing decisions at GoFood restaurants in Samarinda. This research uses causal associative quantitative research. The research sample is 100 people with a purposive sampling method. Multiple linear regression models were tested with normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests. Furthermore, a hypothesis test was carried out, which consisted of a partial test, simultaneous test, and test of the coefficient of determination. The results of this study are that online customer reviews, online customer ratings, and ease of use significantly affect purchasing decisions both partially and simultaneously

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of training and motivation at SMA Negeri 1 Batang Hari has on the level of competence and quality of teacher work. The data population for this study were 62 educators at SMA Negeri 1 Batang Hari, and the researchers used a quantitative descriptive approach, path analysis and simultaneous F-test hypothesis testing using the assistance of the IBN SPSS Version 20 program. Through path analysis it was found that the total effect the influence of training (X1) and motivation (X2) through competence on teacher performance (Z), has a total value of 97.99%. The results of the simultaneous F test on competency training variables stated that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted, meaning that the training and competency variables had an effect on teacher performance, and also on the motivational variable on teacher performance through competence stated that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted, meaning that training and motivation variables had an effect on performance. teacher at SMA Negeri 1 Batang Hari.
