Abstract

This study tries to investigate the influence between product quality and price on the desire to repurchase Wardah blush products in Cimahi city. This study applied a questionnaire in its research technique and involved 90 people who had used Wardah blush products in Cimahi. Purposive sampling is a nonprobability sampling approach. Validity and reliability tests, as well as traditional assumption tests and multiple regression, were used in the analysis. Each of the three research hypotheses proposed was supported by empirical evidence. As an outcome of increasing quality of the assessed object's quality and assisting the assessed parties in their business growth, this study is meant to be useful to future comparable studies and the assessed parties.

Abstract

Indonesia is the second largest producer of marine plastic waste in the world with 187.2 million tons of waste. The beauty industry worldwide produces more than 120 billion packages every year. The rate of the beauty industry is increasing every year and in 2023 it increased by 4.75% and is predicted to continue to increase until 2027. However, there was a decrease in The Body Shop index, in 2021 by 5.6% then in 2022 by 3.7% and finally in 2023 by 3.2%. This indicates a decrease in The Body Shop brand image. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the "Bring Back Our Bottles" green campaign on The Body Shop brand image. The data collection technique used is non probability sampling with purposive sampling research with a total of 90 respondents who have bought or used The Body Shop in Bandung City aged 17 years and over. Empirical data in this study were collected using a one shoot study approach and then processed and analyzed using simple regression using SPSS version 26. The results showed that the "Bring Back Our Bottles" green campaign had a positive effect on brand image. Therefore, the management of The Body Shop can prioritize to improve all indicators that make up the green campaign because it is expected to have a positive impact on brand image.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of adaptability on business resilience, the influence of government support on business resilience, the influence of adaptability on information technology capabilities, the influence of government support on information technology capabilities, the influence of information technology capabilities on business resilience, the influence of adaptability on business resilience mediated by information technology capabilities and the influence of government support on business resilience mediated by information technology capabilities in MSMEs that are members of the Indonesian Women Entrepreneurs Cooperative (Kowapi) Srikandi DIY.  The research method used was quantitative with a sample size of 80 respondents. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire survey via Google Form and analyzed using SEM-PLS modeling analysis. The test results show that adaptability, government support and information technology capabilities have a positive effect on the resilience of MSME businesses in DIY. Information technology capability is a variable that explains the relationship between adaptability and government support on business resilience. This research focuses on confirming previous research regarding factors that influence MSME business resilience. It is hoped that future research will have broader and deeper objects, not only on MSME actors in the Kowapi "Srikandi" Cooperative.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of job stress on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, mediated by employees' psychological well-being. The study employs a quantitative method with a sample of 150 respondents from a Facility Services company. Data analysis is conducted using SPSS 25 for Windows. The findings reveal a significant negative influence of job stress on job satisfaction, a significant negative influence of job stress on psychological well-being, a significant negative influence of job stress on organizational commitment. There is a significant positive influence of psychological well-being on job satisfaction, a significant positive influence of psychological well-being on organizational commitment, and a significant positive influence of job satisfaction on organizational commitment. Psychological well-being fully and significantly mediates the relationship between job stress and both job satisfaction and organizational commitment.

Abstract

The Body Shop is a beauty brand known for its commitment to environmental responsibility. However, between 2019 and 2023, The Body Shop experienced a decline due to various factors. This research aims to examine whether Brand Image, Product Quality, and Price Perception influence consumers' purchasing decisions for The Body Shop products in Surabaya. The population in this study consists of residents of Surabaya who have purchased and used The Body Shop products. This research employs a quantitative method with 115 respondents selected through purposive sampling, a sampling technique based on specific criteria. The analysis applied in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS). The research results indicate that Brand Image, Product Quality, and Price Perception have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions for The Body Shop products in Surabaya..

Abstract

This research aims to explore the implementation of the intelligence phase in the development of the Jakarta Kini (JAKI) application as an integral part of the Jakarta Smart City initiative. The intelligence phase, described by Herbert Simon as a crucial stage in the decision-making process, involves identifying the problem, collecting relevant data, and deeply understanding the context. Using a descriptive qualitative method approach, this research aims to dig deeper into how Jakarta Smart City implements the intelligence phase to improve electronic-based public services through the JAKI platform. The results show that the effective implementation of the intelligence phase has contributed significantly to improved quality of public services provided, better responsiveness to community needs, and improved data-driven decision-making in the development of JAKI. The implications of these findings are highly relevant and provide valuable insights for other cities seeking to develop similar smart city initiatives. By integrating the intelligence phase in the decision-making process, it is expected to improve efficiency, service quality, and responsiveness to community needs in an evolving and changing urban context. As such, this research makes a substantial contribution to the understanding of the implementation of the intelligence phase in the context of the development of the Jakarta Kini (JAKI) application as part of the Jakarta Smart City initiative.

Abstract

Increasingly fierce competition on the stock exchange creates a dynamic and challenging environment for companies. To survive and thrive, companies need to adapt to changing markets, adopt new technologies, meet stringent regulations, and respond to evolving investor expectations. Financial reports are one of the mandatory requirements for stock exchange issuers to collect. The research method uses multiple regression analysis. With a sample of 38 observations (after outliers). The test uses a significant t test. The research results showed that company size cannot be proven to influence audit delay and profit/loss can be proven to influence audit delay.

Abstract

The government has allocated the Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) scholarships to various universities, both public and private, across Indonesia. Each university has a different scholarship quota. In 2022, IIB Darmajaya received a PIP quota of 52. The ease of obtaining desired goods and services to provide momentary satisfaction leads individuals to behave consumptively and irrationally in spending their money on items that do not have beneficial value. Financial literacy and financial inclusion are factors that can influence a person's wise behavior in managing their finances. The aim of this study is to examine the factors of financial knowledge, lifestyle, and locus of control on the financial management behavior of scholarship recipients at IIB Darmajaya. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that financial knowledge does not affect financial management behavior, locus of control mediates the effect of financial knowledge on financial management behavior, lifestyle affects financial management behavior, and locus of control mediates the effect of lifestyle on financial management behavior among the scholarship recipients at IIB Darmajaya.

Abstract

The target of this study is to observe the influence of service quality and tourist facilities on visitor satisfaction at the Lachio Patumbak Recreation Park and Milk House tourist attraction. This study is of a quantitative type by including several variables including Service Quality and Tourist Facilities as independent variables and Visitor Satisfaction as the dependent variable. To collect data, a questionnaire was used and a total random sample of 93 respondents. The analysis uses a multiple linear regression method using SPSS version 20 application software. The results of the study show that Service Quality has a significant partial impact on Visitor Satisfaction, because t calculated for Service Quality is above the t table (7.778 > 1.986) and the sign is 0.000 < 0.05. However, the use of tourist facilities has a partial impact on visitor satisfaction with a sign of 0.010 > 0.05 and t calculated above t table (2.643 > 1.986). Then the quality of tourist services & facilities has a significant impact on visitor satisfaction together because f count > f table (84.645 > 3.10) is significantly 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the picture of competence, discipline, motivation and performance of employees at the Port Master and Port Authority Office Class IV Muara Sabak and to determine and analyze the influence of competence and discipline on employee performance mediated by motivation at the Port Master and Port Authority Office Class IV Muara Sabak. The type of research uses descriptive verification research. The object of this study is the Port Authority Office and Class IV Muara Sabak Port Authority. This study uses the PLS analysis method. Based on the results of the study, competence has a positive and significant effect on motivation, discipline has a positive and significant effect on motivation, competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance mediated by motivation at the Port Authority Office and Class IV Muara Sabak Port Authority.
