Abstract

The decrease in absenteeism for civil servant teachers at state middle school. Reducing the level of teacher absenteeism can provide benefits especially for all students in pursuing education. The aim of this research in to investigate eforts to increase teacher job satisfaction ehich focuses on aspects of physical work environvement and work motivation. This research employs quantitative research methods involving 32 participants selected through a sampling technique known as saturation sampling, the data collection techniques used are literature study and field research.   Data analysis was carried out by interoreting the calculation result table using SPSS version 26 from previously processed data. The result of this research show that simultaneously the physical work environment and work motivation have an influence on the job satisfaction of civil servant teachers at XYZ State Middle School in the city of Karawang.

Abstract

This research aims to find out a description of job analysis, career development, job satisfaction and employee performance at the Population Control and Family Planning Service (DPPKB) of East Tanjung Jabung Regency as well as to find out and analyze the influence of job analysis and career development on employee performance through job satisfaction at the Control Service Population and Family Planning (DPPKB) East Tanjung Jabung Regency. This type of research uses descriptive verification research. This research uses the PLS analysis method.  Based on the results of the questionnaire regarding job analysis, it is 2,876 in the quite good category. Then, the description of the career development variable shows that the career development of employees at the Population Control and Family Planning Service (DPPKB) of East Tanjung Jabung Regency is quite good with a score of 1653. Furthermore, the description of the job satisfaction variable shows that the job satisfaction score is 1849 in the quite high category. Meanwhile, the description of employee performance variables shows that the score is 2850 in the quite high category. Based on the research results, job analysis and career development have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job analysis, career development and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, position analysis and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, mediated by job satisfaction in Tanjung East Jabung.

Abstract

This study seeks to examine the impact of profitability, liquidity, company size, and capital structure on the firm value of food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the IDX during the period from 2017 to 2022. The research encompasses 89 companies within the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the IDX. From this population, a purposive sampling technique was employed to select the sample, resulting in 15 companies being analyzed in this study. Data analysis was conducted using panel data regression, processed with EViews 10 software. The methods employed are descriptive and inferential quantitative methods. The test results indicate that debt to equity ratio and return on assets do not affect firm value. In contrast, the current ratio positively impacts firm value, while company size negatively impacts firm value.

Abstract

PT. XYZ, a major automotive company in Indonesia, requires supplier evaluation to maintain the stability of its production processes. To achieve this, a comprehensive analysis is necessary, utilizing the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. This method involves evaluating criteria such as delivery time, price, and quality. The number of suppliers evaluated is two. Data for the criteria was gathered through direct interviews with the Purchasing Administration Division. The results of the AHP analysis indicate that Supplier A is the best supplier for providing raw materials to PT. XYZ.

Abstract

Profitability is a statistic that assesses a business' capacity to produce revenue or profit over a predetermined time frame. This ratio also gives an indication of how well a company's management is performing, as evidenced by the profit from sales or investment income. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital structure, liquidity, sales growth, company size on profitability. This type of research is quantitative using secondary data. The population in this study are the transportation sub-sector companies on the Indonesian stock exchange for the period 2019-2022. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and resulted in 38 companies. The data studied were 152 companies' financial reports which were the research samples. The SPSS test tool version 26 was used to perform data analysis for this investigation using multiple linear regression. The results of this study prove that liquidity, sales growth and firm size have an effect on profitability, while capital structure has no effect on profitability.

Abstract

The decline in staff performance reviewed from the aspect of assessing the performance of the Bandung Class IIA Women's Prison staff still needs to be improved. The purpose of this study is to see the influence of workload and discipline coaching on performance partially and simultaneously. The study uses quantitative methods and questionnaires with interval scales as data collection. The research population is 32 staff of the Bandung Class IIA Women's Detention Center. Samples were taken using a saturated sampling technique. Data processing was analyzed using multiple regression analysis and hypothesis tests using partial (t-test) and simultaneous (F-test). This study proves that workload has a negative and significant effect on staff performance partially. Discipline coaching has a positive and significant effect on staff performance. Meanwhile, simultaneously workload and discipline coaching have a significant effect on staff performance.

Abstract

The use of single-use plastic bags and packaging is still widely used by the public for the reason that it is more practical and cheaper, this is due to the lack of public knowledge about the dangers of using plastic and environmentally friendly products, apart from the opinion that bringing your own food container when snacking is considered less practical and the price is considered more expensive than single-use plastic. This research aims to analyze the influence of product knowledge, green products, and price perceptions on interest in repurchasing Tupperware in Greater Bandung. The population in this research is Tupperware buyers and users over 18 years of age and domiciled in Greater Bandung. This research used a convenience sampling technique involving 150 respondents. The data used is primary data obtained from survey results through distributing questionnaires online using cross-sectional data collection techniques. This research uses analytical techniques of validity testing and reliability testing to test instruments, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 24. The results of this research are that product knowledge significantly influences interest in repurchasing Tupperware products, green products influence repurchase interest , price perception does not influence interest in repurchasing Tupperware. The research results simultaneously show that product knowledge, green products, and price perceptions influence interest in repurchasing Tupperware in Greater Bandung..

Abstract

Recently global era, such an extraordinary competitive power increasingly tight also broad. Human redources are among thise so crucial aspect of company. At successfully achieve the target. The target the following study was for analyzing the effect reward, punishment also working motivation at employee performance on PT Rapi Trans Logistik. The method of collecting samples used purposive sampling with the criteria permanent employee respondents who had work period at least 1 period. By using Roscoe's theory, the sample used was 86 respondents. The questionnaire was applied to obtain data. compiler tool, also SPSS 25 was used as a data testing tool. Data processing acquisition were at the declaration of informant explanations, variable explanations, validity trial acquisition, reliability trial acquisition, F trial acquisition, coefficient test results (R²) and hypothesis trial result. Discussion results show rewards has a positively also significantly impact at worker performance, punishment doesn’t having impact at worker performance, also working motivation has positively also significant impact at worker performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of physical work environment (variable X1) and work motivation (variable X2) on employee job satisfaction. The method used in quantitative method research uses descriptive data analysis methods and associative methods, the measurement scale used for data measurement is semantic differential, multiple regression analysis to measure the consistency of partial and simultaneous test values to test the hypothesis. This study shows the results partially that the physical work environment has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction and work motivation has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction, while simultaneously the physical work environment and work motivation affect job satisfaction. With a good physical work environment and the higher the motivation of employees at work, the better job satisfaction they have.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to test and determine the influence of Celebrity Endorser and Brand Trust on the interest to buy again for users of Wardah compact powder products. The approach applied is a quantitative method through the use of primary data obtained from questionnaires. The number of samples in this study there are 90 respondents through the use of technical purposive sampling, then the data were analyzed using SPSS data processing version 25. The specified population is consumers who have previously used solid powder products from Wardah domiciled in Cimahi. The resulting research shows that celebrity endorser can influence the repurchase interest positively, brand trust can affect the repurchase interest positively, simultaneously celebrity endorser and brand trust can affect the repurchase interest.
