Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the attitudes and knowledge of MSMEs about money influence the financial management practices of MSMEs. The result show that financial knowledge has a substantial impact on financial management behavior. This is supported by the t-statistic value of 4.626> t table value of 1.679 and p-value of 0.000 <0.05, which show that a person's level of financial education improves the behavior they use for money management. The successful achievement of a t-statistic value of 3.363>t table value 1.679 and a p-value of 0.001 <0.05 indicates a strong association between financial attitudes and financial management behavior. The coefficient of determination test findings indicate that there is a 47.4%, or 0.474, influence of financial attitudes (X2) and financial knowledge (X1) on financial management behavior (Y). This research offers an insightful new viewpoint and fully and completely demonstrates the influence of financial attitudes and awareness of the behaviors associated with financial management.

Abstract

The present study investigates the impact of green financing rules on investment decisions made by investors in the Indonesia Stock Exchange-listed New and Renewable Energy sector. The move toward cleaner energy is being fueled in large part by green finance due to the growing focus on sustainability and its effects on the environment. Using a census approach to gather data from the financial statements of firms in the New and Renewable Energy Sector, simple linear regression analysis is the research method employed, along with the green finance policies that are relevant in Indonesia. The study's findings demonstrate that green financing has a major and favorable impact on this industry's investment choices. Additionally, businesses that employ green financing are more likely to do financially well, which draws in additional investors. This finding highlights the significance of putting more targeted measures into place to support green finance investment in order to meet sustainability and economic growth objectives in the New and Renewable Energy Sector, which has important ramifications for investors and policymakers.

Abstract

The study aims to empirically examine and prove how tax planning and tax avoidance affect firm value, with information transparency as a moderating variable. This research utilizes a quantitative approach applied through causal research methods. The sample was selected using purposive sampling technique, and data analysis was performed using Eviews 12 software. The sample consists of 48 data points from 16 financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020-2022. The data analysis technique employs multiple regression analysis and moderated regression analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that tax planning has no effect on firm value. Tax avoidance does not impact the value of the company. Information transparency can strengthen the effect of tax planning on firm value, and information transparency can enhance the impact of tax avoidance on a company's value.

Abstract

Examining how pricing and service quality affect customers' desire to visit Rm Putra Cangkuang again is the goal of this study. This study employed a quantitative methodology. The participants in this study were guests of Rm Cangkuang's son, who lives in Garut City and has made multiple visits. Ninety samples were selected, and primary data was the data source utilized. A cross-sectional or one-shot study is the method of data gathering that is employed. Descriptive analysis, multiple regression, classical assumptions, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, normalcy, and hypothesis testing are the data analysis approaches that are employed. The study's findings show that interest in going back is positively impacted by both pricing and service quality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influencet of content  environmentally-themed content marketing and green attitude on the buying interest of  environmentally friendly skincare products, Specifically Avoskin. The research method used is a quantitative approach conducted using Google Forms. Data collected from a number of respondents who were aware of Avoskin products and had been exposed to Avoskin’s environmentally-themed content marketing. The reseacrh variabels were measured using a likers scale ranging from 1-5. The sampling  method used is convenience sampling, which fall under the category of nonprobability sampling. Data collection for this study was conducted cross-sectional, or as a  one shot study. The involved validity testing, reliability testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that environmental-themed content marketing had a positive and significant influence on the purchase intention of Avoskin’s eco-friendly skincare products. In contrast, green attitude, although exhibited a very favorable attitude towards environmentally-themed content marketing, partially did not have a significant influence on purchase intention. However, when both independent variables were analyzed simultaneously, it was found that eco-friendly content marketing and green attitude together have an influence on purchase intention.

Abstract

Over the past five years, the percentage growth of investors in Surabaya has experienced extreme fluctuations due to rapid advancements in information development. Easy access to information through social media and the surrounding environment has a significant potential to influence an individual's investment decisions. According to behavioral finance theory, psychological factors influence investment decisions, where information from the environment can lead to herding behavior, while information from social media can drive impulsive investment decisions. This research was conducted on students of UPN Veteran Jawa Timur with a total of 100 respondents. Data analysis used the SEM PLS method. The analysis results show that herding factors and social media contribute to impact on investment decisions. Additionally, the fear of missing out (FoMO) proves to be an influential mediator between social media and investment decisions. These findings underscore the importance of understanding psychological factors in investment decision-making in the digital era.

Abstract

Until 2022, the number of DIGI Bank BJB mobile banking users more than 849 thousand users. The frequency of DIGI transactions by Bank BJB also increased by 46 million transactions from 2021. However, research conducted by Populix in 2022 shows that DIGI by Bank BJB is not yet the main choice for customers when using mobile banking. Moreover, on PlayStore and AppStore, the DIGI by Bank bJB application only received a rating of 3.2 and 3.3 out of 5 stars respectively, and there are still complaints from users. This research aims to analyze the influence of electronic service quality on electronic satisfaction and intention to reuse the DIGI by Bank BJB application. This research uses a quantitative method obtained from survey results using a questionnaire with a Likert scale, then the statement is tested for validity and reliability and then analyzed using simple regression, multiple regression, Sobel test and T test with the help of SPSS version 25. The research sample consists of 93 respondents using the convenience sampling method and it was found that e - Satisfaction and reuse intentions can be influenced positively and significantly by the quality of e-services. In addition, e-satisfaction significantly influences reuse intention, and e-service quality influences reuse intention through e-satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of wages, population growth, economic growth, and inflation on the unemployment rate in Central Java Province over the last decade. This study is a desk study that utilizes secondary data spanning 10 years, from 2013 to 2022. The required data includes wages, population growth, economic growth, inflation, as well as the unemployment rates of both women and men in Central Java Province. The independent variables in this study are wages, population growth, economic growth, and inflation, while the dependent variable is the unemployment rate in Central Java Province. The research object includes 35 regencies/cities in Central Java. Multiple Linear Regression is used for data analysis. The research findings indicate that wages, population growth, and economic growth significantly impact the unemployment rate, while inflation does not have a significant effect on the unemployment rate in Central Java Province over the last decade.

Abstract

The development of the business world in Indonesia is growing, seeing more and more types of businesses and industries emerging, one of which is in the food and beverage sector. Apart from that, the trend of drinking coffee is also increasing. However, the percentage index for Starbucks Coffee experienced a decline in the 2021-2023 period, while its competitors actually experienced an increase in the same year period. This indicates a decrease in buying interest in Starbucks Coffee. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the green campaign "Tumblr Day" on purchase intention through brand trust among Starbucks Coffee consumers in Bandung City. The type of research used in this research is quantitative approach method. The population taken was Starbucks Coffee consumers who live in the city of Bandung with a total sample of 120 respondents taken using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is simple and multiple regression tests using SPSS 26 version and using the Sobel test. The research results show that the green campaign "tumblr day" has a positive effect on brand trust. Then, the green campaign "tumblr day" had a positive effect on purchase intention. Brand trust has a positive effect on purchase intention. Brand trust mediates the influence of the green campaign "Tumblr Day" on purchase intention.

Abstract

Research aimed to analyze the effect of profitability and solvency to earnings per share. EPS describes the firm’s performance. Whether the firm’s performance is good or not, one of which is measured by its ability to generate profit per share. Also the presence of research gaps from previous research. This makes this research interesting and urgent to do. This research is used purposive sampling method. The samples criteria are included in the LQ45 Index, have positive EPS, have positive profitability and have complete data needed in this research. Research data were analyzed through the Linear Regression program.  Regression analysis is carried out by conducting the t test and F test. T test is carried out to analyze the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable and F test is carried out to analyze the effect of the independent variables simultaneously on the dependent variable. Based on the t test, the results show that Return on Equity or profitability at a significance of 0.000 <0.05 and the Solvency variable at a significance of 0.001 <0.05 proves to have a significant effect on Earnings Per Share (EPS). Based on the F test, it shows the results of profitability and solvency have simultaneous significant effect on Earnings Per Share (EPS) at a significance of 0.001 <0.05.
