Abstract

The aim of this research is to obtain an overview of employee competence, credibility, professionalism and performance of Jambi Province PUPR Service employees. To find out and analyze the direct and indirect influence of employee competence and credibility on professionalism in the Jambi Province PUPR Service. To find out and analyze the direct and indirect influence of employee competence and credibility on employee performance at the Jambi Province PUPR Service. To find out and analyze the influence of professionalism on employee performance at the Jambi Province PUPR Service. To determine and analyze the influence of employee competence and credibility through professionalism on employee performance. The type of data obtained in this research uses quantitative data sourced from primary data obtained by conducting research and questionnaires, secondary data can be obtained by reading, studying and understanding. through other media sourced from literature and library books or data from agencies related to the researched. In this research, the object of research is the Jambi Province PUPR Service. Employee competency and credibility simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on employee professionalism at the Jambi Province PUPR Service. Employee competency and credibility simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of Jambi Province PUPR Service employees. Professionalism partially has a significant effect on the performance of Jambi Province PUPR Service employees. Employee competence and credibility together have a significant effect on professionalism and performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the role of financial literacy and spiritual intelligence on the financial management of mothers' culinary MSME players in Galang District. This research is a quantitative study with a population of 57 MSME players in the culinary sector in Galang District. Data was collected using a questionnaire given to 57 respondents. The analysis technique of this research is the research method is a descriptive approach using the SEM PLS analysis technique using SMARTPLS 4 software. The results of the study (1) financial literacy as a positive and significant effect on financial management, (2) spiritual intelligence has a positive but insignificant effect on financial management. The soaring prices of basic necessities urge women with the status of housewives to trade small to sustain the family economy. For this reason, in running their business, mothers must also understand the importance of financial literacy and spiritual intelligence in managing their business finances.

Abstract

A coffee shop is a business that is oriented towards food service. This research aims to analyze the influence of Green Culture on Green Consumer Behavior at Café Palmere Jepara. Analyzing the influence of Green Loyalty on Green Consumer Behavior at Café Palmere Jepara. Analyzing the influence of Green Environment on Green Consumer Behavior at Café Palmere Jepara. The sample for this study was 97 respondents. Partial research results: Green Culture has a positive effect on Green Consumer Behavior. Green Culture is a determinant based on a person's desires and behavior, through family and other institutions, in relationships with other people. A critical marketer in management science must pay attention to cultural values in each marketing area. Partially, Green Loyalty has no effect on Green Consumer Behavior. Green Loyalty is the level of interest in making repeat purchases based on strong environmental characteristics and ongoing commitment to products and services. Partially, Green Environment has no effect on Green Consumer Behavior. The social environment is not an independent function, but is interconnected and produces human behavior.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the impact of social media marketing and product innovation on the likelihood of repurchasing Nescafe instant coffee powder products in the city of Bandung. This research instrument has undergone rigorous testing to ensure its validity and reliability, including assessments of classical assumptions and multiple regression analysis. This instrument served as a data collection tool for respondents aged 17 years and older residing in the city of Bandung who have made a purchase of the Nescafe instant ground coffee product at least once, which is the subject of evaluation in this research. The research includes a total of 120 respondents. The data instruments are tested using the SPSS version 26 software tools, which is an analytical tool. The research findings indicate that Social Media Marketing and product innovation have a favourable and substantial impact on concurrent repurchase interest. What sets this research apart from prior studies is its focus on partial testing and the determination of the research locus specifically in the city of Bandung. The research aims to provide valuable insights for managers responsible for evaluating things, enabling them to develop effective plans or programmes

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Product Completeness, Store Attributes, and Store Atmosphere on Repurchase Intention Mediated by Customer Satisfaction at Alfamart in West Bandung Regency. 117 consumers who experienced shopping at Alfamart in West Bandung Regency were involved as respondents. The method used to collect data is cross-sectional. The instruments that were used have undergone extensive reliability and validity testing. The strategy for data analysis is structural equation modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS version 3.0. Six of the 10 hypotheses that were proposed have been supported by actual data. The result of this study indicates that product completeness, and store attributes have a direct effect on repurchase intention. Meanwhile, store atmosphere has no effect either directly or indirectly on repurchase intention. It is believed that the study's findings would be beneficial for managers and future researchers in the industry being evaluated or similar retail sectors when it comes to developing relevant methods to improve the caliber of these attributes.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of smartphone advertising value on product purchase intentions. This research uses quantitative methods by distributing online questionnaires to 151 Indonesian citizens without specific regional characteristics. The results of the analysis using regression analysis show that informativeness, entertainment and incentives are proven to have a positive effect on advertising value. Meanwhile, credibility and irritation were not proven to have a positive effect on advertising value. And finally, advertising value is also not proven to have a positive effect on purchase intention

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the discipline, work facilities, motivation and performance of employees in Danau Teluk District, Jambi City and to analyze the partial and simultaneous direct and indirect influence of discipline and work facilities on employee motivation and performance, as well as to analyze motivation on employee performance. To answer the research objectives, this research is supported by theoretical studies related to research variables, namely discipline, work facilities, motivation and performance. Apart from that, the author also looked for relevant previous research in the form of articles/journals and previous theses to support this research. The population in this research are employees in Danau Teluk District, Jambi City, totaling 53 employees with conditions in 2022. The data analysis technique used in this research is through path analysis followed by hypothesis testing through the F test (Simultaneous) and t test (Partial). From the path analysis tests carried out, it was found that discipline and work facilities had an influence on motivation by 65.4% while the rest was influenced by other variables. Discipline and work facilities have an influence of 42.0% on employee performance in Danau Teluk District, Jambi City. This research concluded that discipline, work facilities, motivation and employee performance were in good and high condition. Apart from that, discipline and work facilities partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on the motivation and performance of employees in Danau Teluk District, Jambi City. Likewise, motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Business performance, investor expectations and growth prospects are reflected in the firm's value. High value makes a business more attractive to shareholders and investors and makes it easier for companies to obtain external funding. The aims of this research is to analyze the effect of tax avoidance, earnings persistence and sustainability report on firm value and analyze the effect of tax avoidance, earnings persistence and sustainability report on firm value with independent board of commissioners as a moderating variable. Research in mining sector companies listed on the IDX for the period 2020-2022 uses quantitative methodology. A total of 97 companies became the population of this study. Purposive sampling was used in this study to collect data into 77 samples. The data analysis stage uses three steps, namely prediction testing, classical assumption testing, and statistical analysis of variance with SPSS software. The findings show that tax avoidance has no effect on firm value. However, firm value is influenced by sustainability report elements and earnings persistence. In addition, the independent board of commissioners has an influence in terms of strengthening/weakening the relationship between earnings persistence and sustainability report on firm value. Meanwhile, in tax avoidance, the board of commissioners has no influence in strengthening / weakening the relationship to firm value. The conclusions of this study have consequences for regulators and prospective shareholder. Findings from this research can be useful for policy makers, especially those related to tax avoidance, earnings persistence and sustainability reports to increase firm value in Indonesia.

Abstract

Plastic waste is a major problem in environmental pollution, both on land and at sea. Indonesia is ranked second in producing plastic waste in the world's oceans. The Ministry of Environment and Forestry stated that plastic waste generated from 100 retail stores or members of the Indonesian Retailers Association (APRINDO) reached 10.95 million pieces of plastic waste within one year. The Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK) created a paid plastic bag policy to address the plastic waste problem. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of green marketing communication on green behavior regarding empowering the use of plastic bags among Alfamart consumers. The data collection technique used was purposive sampling which is included in non-probability sampling with a total of 100 respondents who had used paid plastic bags at Alfamart in Bandung City aged 17 years and over. The empirical data in this research was collected using a one-shot study approach and then processed and analyzed using simple regression using SPSS version 26. The results of the research show that green marketing communication has a positive effect on green behavior. Therefore, Alfamart management can prioritize improving all the indicators that make up green marketing communication because it is hoped that this can have a positive impact on green behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of implementing an accounting system on profitability in MSMEs in Medan Amplas District. This research uses quantitative data. The data source used is primary. The data collection method uses a questionnaire technique. The population in the study was all 101 culinary MSMEs in Medan Amplas District. And the research sample was 36 MSMEs in the culinary sector that have been established since 2021 and have sales of more than 30 million per year. Data analysis using a simple regression test using SEM on SmartPLS. The research results show that the accounting system has a positive and significant effect on profitability of MSMEs in Medan Amplas District. So, it can be said that if the implementation of the accounting system in the 36 MSMEs in Medan Amplas District gets better, it will increase the profitability of MSMEs in Medan Amplas District. Vice versa. As much as 50.01% of the profitability variable is influenced by the accounting system implementation variable
