Abstract

Penyelenggaraan organisasi baik dalam rangka pelayanan good governance yang akan menjamin transparansi, efisiensi dan efektivitas penyelenggaraan dalam sebuah organisasi. Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi merupakan factor penting dalam menunjang kegiatan operasional  maupun pengambilan keputusan dilingkungkan Instansi/ Yayasan Pendidikan. Sekolah merupakan sebuah institusi Pendidikan dengan salah satu tugas yang diembannya adalah melayani masyarakat untuk menyiapkan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang bermutu dan berdaya guna. Aktifitas utama sesuai dengan fungsi utamanya yaitu sebagai penyelenggara Pendidikan adalah layanan akademik, system yang di pakai untuk mengelola suatu informasi.  Maka perlu adanya kajian untuk mengukur tingkat kematangan dan keberhasilan dalam pemanfaatan teknologi informasi ini dibandingkan system manual. Budaya teknologi pada instansi Pendidikan juga menjadi indikator penting pada IT services untuk melakukan pemeliharaan dan perawatan secara berkala agar tidak terjadi trouble untuk menghindari gangguan akses internet. Information Teknologi Information Infrastruktur Library (ITIL) merupakan kerangka kerja umum yang menyediakan kerja bagi tata kelola IT sebuah layanan yang berfokus pada pengukuran kualitas layanan TI berbagai bidang. Tata kelola TI diaratikan sebagai struktur dari hubungan proses yang mengarah dan mengatur organisasi dalam rangka mencapai tujuan dengan memberikan nilai tambah dari pemanfaatan teknologi informasi sambil menyeimbangkan resiko dibandingkan dengan hasil yang diberikan oleh teknologi informasi dan prosesnya.

Abstract

Cancer is one of the deadliest diseases in the world that needs to be handled as early as possible. One of the methods to detect the presence of cancer cells early on is by using microarray data. Microarray data can store human gene expression and use it to classify cancer cells. But one of the challenges of using microarray is its vast number of features, not proportional to its small number of samples. To resolve that problem, dimensionality reduction is needed to reduce the number of features stored in microarray data. Binary Particle Swarm Optimization (BPSO) is one of the methods to reduce dimensionality of microarray data that can increase classification performance. Although when combined with Backpropagation, BPSO still shows a relatively low performance. In this research, Modified Backpropagation with Conjugate Gradient is used to classify data that has been reduced with BPSO. The average accuracy result of BPSO+CGBP is 86.1%, giving it an improvement compared to BPSO+BP which averaged to 80.8%.

Abstract

Currently, the sales system is overgrowing. The concept of selling that was done manually (which is still less than optimal) becomes electronic (e-commerce). System development requires a digital platform. This platform must be able to carry out all activities that were carried out before (manually), such as collecting documents, recording transactions, and reporting. Besides, the e-commerce platform can provide support and increased performance in the sales process, both in checking stock items, transaction reports, and services. Besides, this optimization can provide services precisely and quickly to consumers. A management information system concept is needed to carry out e-commerce and services with integrated data and be stored in its development database. This prototype concept requires a method for website development. The method used is a waterfall. Website design uses the Hypertext PreProcessor (PHP) programming language and MySQL database. The design model uses two concepts: entity-relationship diagrams (ERD) and data flow diagrams (DFD). The result is a website and e-commerce services that can be accepted by users and e-commerce organizers with tests that have been carried out. System testing uses Blackbox and Whitebox testing, each of which results can be used to implement e-commerce sites and services. The website can assist officers in service and e-commerce and make it easier for officers to determine the target and service status.

Abstract

Recognition and mastery of the hijaiyah letters which are the basis for reading and studying the Holy Qur'an from an early age is very important, because if at the time of reading the hijaiyah letters you are accustomed to the wrong words it will cause different meanings so that we are required to read properly and correctly. The method in learning hijaiyah letters is usually given by traditional (conventional) reciting teachers or people often call it the sequential method. With this kind of teaching, children tend to be passive in accepting their teaching lessons, because the Koran teacher explains the children in learning to read hijaiyah letters orally, in writing and in body language. The application of recognizing hijaiyah letters is very effective and easy to use for students of paud al fina in recognizing and writing hijaiyah letters because the design of the learning aid program to read hijaiyah letters is a method in the form of visualization in the form of images, text and sound. To implement this method, the author uses Android Studio programming which acts as a tool (programming system) used to build an application, this application program is expected to generate interest for early childhood or adults who want to learn how to learn to read hijaiyah letters properly and correctly. accommodated.

Abstract

Cooperatives have an important role in economic development in Indonesia. One of them is the Mitra Sejahtera Cooperative (KMS), which is located in Sukabumi - West Java. The problem that in KMS was the increase in bad credit during the 2015-2019 period which had an impact on decreasing cash circulation flow and income of the KMS. So that in this study focuses on making a prospective debtor assessment application by implementing the Naive Bayes algorithm to provide recommendations on the feasibility of prospective debtors who have the potential for bad credit or not. The training data used are 862 data with parameters of age, gender, loan amount, occupation, income and repayment period. The stages taken include: (1) Research Initiation, (2) Data Selection, (3) Data Pre Processing, (4) System Design, (5) System Implementation, and (6) Program Testing. In system design using structured design, while the implementation of the system uses Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 tools and MySQL database. The test results from the prospective debtor assessment application obtained an accuracy rate of 86%.

Abstract

Fakultas Teknologi Informasi Universitas Stikubank (UNISBANK) as one of the faculties in higher education in implementing learning activities has produced a lot of stored data and has graduated many students. The level of timeliness of graduation is important for study programs as an assessment of success. This research tries to dig up the pile of student parent data and graduation data in order to get the pass rate and graduation prediction of active students. By implementing the classification data mining technique and the CART algorithm, it is hoped that a decision tree can be used to predict the class timeliness of graduating from active students. By using the graduation data and student parent data totaling 1018 records, a decision tree model was obtained with an accuracy rate of 63% from the data testing test. Determination of split nodes using the Gini Index which breaks the dataset based on its impurity value. Tests conducted in this study show that the order of the variables in the decision tree is gender, origin school status, parental education, age at entry, city of birth, parent's occupation. The prediction with the resulting model is that 71% of active S1 Information Systems students can graduate on time and 51% for S1 Informatics Engineering students.

Abstract

In an effort to reduce the mortality rate due to infection in infants, immunization activities are carried out. Implementation of immunization, namely through Integrated Service Posts. In the current system, child immunization data is recorded on the KMS (Kartu Menuju Sehat) that parents bring to the immunization program. The card is prone to missing, which causes parents to not have their child's immunization history data. The existence of a computerized application can help the health service process to be faster and provide valid and up to date data. Immunization data monitoring application is an application that was built to help organize the data into information needed to support routine monitoring activities at the public health center of Pembina. The design of this application uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and is developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method that can produce systems quickly and directly involve the user in the application development process. This research resulted in an immunization data monitoring application intended for parents and officers of the Integrated Service Post at public health center.

Abstract

Pendataan memiliki pengaruh yang besar dalam kelancaran dan keefektifan proses usaha. Pendataan yang dilakukan dengan metode manual dapat menimbulkan berbagai kendala seperti sulitnya akses terhadap informasi, keterbatasan akses, dan proses penelusuran histori yang memerlukan banyak waktu. Tujuan penelitian menghasilkan aplikasi pendataan yang dapat dipergunakan untuk mengelola pendataan mencakup pengelolaan keuangan, produk, vendor, dan pekerjaan. Data yang digunakan merupakan data faktual dari Cloversy.id mencakup data keuangan, produk, vendor, dan daftar pekerjaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi kasus. Metode pengembangan aplikasi menggunakan pendekatan Extreme Programming. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi web pendataan full stack yang dibangun dengan Node.js, Express, Ejs dan MongoDB sebagai teknologi utama. Dengan adanya aplikasi pendataan ini, kendala yang dialami Cloversy.id teratasi karena aplikasi pendataan yang dibangun dapat menyediakan informasi dan dapat mengelola berbagai jenis pendataan dengan cepat. Pengujian aplikasi dengan black box menunjukkan aplikasi berfungsi dengan baik.

Abstract

Electronic money is a cashless payment instrument whose money is stored in media server or chip that can be moved for the benefit of payment transactions or fund transfers. In Indonesia, there are already many electronic money products, one of which is OVO. OVO is very popular with the people of Indonesia because it offers many promos such as discounts and cashback. But over time, that much promotion is detrimental to OVO shareholders, so the portion of promo given by OVO to its customers is finally reduced. That incident caused many pros and cons opinions about OVO, one of them is on social media Twitter. Sentiment analysis can be used as a solution to process the opinions of OVO customers on Twitter. This study aims to classify the customer opinions on OVO services into positive and negative classes. This study uses the Support Vector Machine algorithm with 3852 data taken from Twitter with keyword @ovo_id using web scraping techniques. The dataset divided into two classes, 2034 positive and 1818 negative sentiment data. The classification process is carried out with four splitting data scenarios, with 60:40, 70:30, 80:20, 90:10 data ratio and with four kernel such as linear, rbf, sigomid, and polynomial. The final results show that the greatest accuracy value obtained by linear kernel with 90:10 data ratio which gets an accuracy value of 98.7%.
