Abstract

Penentuan dosen penguji skripsi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode ARAS, COPRAS dan WASPAS dengan 5  kriteria : masa kerja, fungsional, kompetensi, pendidikan dan tugas belajar serta ada 20 data alternatif. Penunjukan dosen penguji skripsi di STMIK Triguna Dharma, saat ini dilakukan masih secara langsung dan manual serta adakalanya mengesampingkan jumlah mahasiswa yang akan diuji sehingga kurang seimbang jumlahnya untuk setiap dosen. Masih ada ditemukan keputusan yang kurang optimal saat penunjukan dosen yang tidak sesuai dengan tema skripsi mahasiswa sehingga nilai kualitas karya ilmiah menurun. Untuk itu diperlukan sistem yang berguna dalam penentuan calon dosen penguji, agar sesuai dengan kompetensi calon dosen penguji dan tidak terlalu banyak jumlah mahasiswa yang akan diuji agar lebih fokus. Perbandingan metode dalam penelitian ini dengan melakukan perangkingan supaya diperoleh alternatif secara optimal dan objektif diawali dengan penentuan bobot dari setiap kriteria, hasil ranking diurutkan dari nilai yang tertinggi agar pemilihan dosen penguji mudah ditentukan dan sebagai alat rekomendasi bagi pihak pengambil keputusan. Untuk mendapatkan pilihan terbaik metode ARAS menggunakan nilai utilitas (Ki) tertinggi, metode COPRAS didasarkan pada skor penilaian utilitas quantitatif (Ui) tertinggi dan metode WASPAS menggunakan nilai preferensi (Qi) tertinggi untuk mendapatkan pilihan terbaik. Alternatif terbaik dengan metode ARAS menghasilkan (A6=0,9385) selanjutnya A5, A19, A3, A11, A14, A16, A18, A10, A4, A17, A9 layak untuk direkomendasi. Metode COPRAS menghasilkan (A6=100) dan metode WASPAS menghasilkan (A6=0,7083)

Abstract

Pahlawan Indonesia adalah para pejuang yang sering disebut pahlawan nasional yang rela berkorban demi bangsanya untuk mempertahankan daerah dari para penjajahan dari bangsa lain. Berkat perjuangan yang sangat heroik, para pahlawan nasional diabadikan sebagai gambar uang kertas Indonesia. Kebanyakan masyarakat maupun pelajar yang tidak mengetahui sejarah perjuangan para pahlawan nasional yang ada pada uang kertas Indonesia saat ini. Dengan hal tersebut penulis ingin menyajikan suatu aplikasi dengan menampilkan objek 3D yang menceritakan masing-masing sejarah pahlawan nasional yang ada pada uang kertas Indonesia dalam bentuk augmented reality dengan memanfaatkan smartphone android dan untuk uang kertas sebagai marker. Dalam pembangunan aplikasi ini, menggunakan model Multimedia Development Life Cycle. Metodologi pengembangan menggunakan pemrograman berorientasi objek. Dan tools UML, usecase diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram dan dibantu oleh vuforia unity. Hanya bermodal smartphone android dan marker uang kertas Indonesia, pengguna hanya menjalankan aplikasi dengan menyorotkan kamera smartphone ke uang kertas yang dimiliki akan muncul video uang berbicara yang disorotkan dengan marker uang tersebut. Hasil perancangan dan pembangunan aplikasi ini memberikan kemudahan dalam mempelajari pengenalan tokoh pahlawan bagi pengguna.

Abstract

Student activities reports are one of the standards assessed in submitting accreditation forms for study programs and faculties. Student data for 5 years must be recorded along with supporting evidence to be submitted and assessed by the assessor. This application was created using extreme programming and the React Native framework with input from the student affairs and quality assurance section. The testing process uses ISO 9126 with stakeholders and testing the effectiveness, efficiency, usefulness to ensure that the application can be used and fits the functional needs from the relevant sections. The research results are in the form of an application which contains menu of student data, student activity units, Atmaluhur alumni, activity proposals, student affairs agendas, tracer study results, and student achievements. This application, after being tested for the functional aspects, gets a value of 82.65% (good criteria), the reliability aspect is 84.03 (good criteria), the usability aspect is 87.20 (very good criteria), and the efficiency aspect is 80.40 (good criteria). ), so that the overall average is 83.57 (good criteria).

Abstract

Website Pengurus Cabang Nahdlatul Ulama (PCNU) Depok dibuat sebagai sarana penyimpanan dan pengelolaan data dalam organisasi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kualitas website PCNU Depok dilihat dari maintainability, flexibility dan testability. Tahapan penelitian yang dilakukan : analisis modul website, instalasi website PCNU, instalasi composer, instalasi PHPMetrics, menjalankan aplikasi PHPMetrics untuk mengukur kualitas website PCNU, menganalisis hasil pengukuran dari PHPMetrics.Penelitian kualitas website dengan metode maintainability index mehasilkan nilai 63,57 yang diklasifikasikan sebagai low maintainability. Low maintainibility index berdampak kepada lemahnya modul website untuk dilakukan perawatan dan pengembangan berdasarkan Lines Of Code, Cyclomatic Complexity, dan Halstead Volume. Faktor flexibility, website mendapatkan klasifikasi moderate atau batas wajar karena memiliki coupling = cohesion. Testability pada website memiliki klasifikasi baik dengan nilai rata-rata 16,65. Dengan nilai testability baik website mendapatkan nilai positip pada proses testing dan maintenance sehingga modul tidak sulit untuk dimengerti dan dikembangkan.

Abstract

Kelurahan 16 Ulu is one of the areas in the city of Palembang which has an area of 475 Ha and consists of several RT. Citizen data collection is the main task of a RT head. The process of managing citizen data by the head of the RT at Kelurahan 16 ulu is still using manualmethod so to get and search information about citizen spread point and data mapping cost a lot of time cause the data still in family card, and the data not yet in mapping state. To solve this problem, it needs visually show the mapping based on Geographic Information System (GIS). GIS is able to manage data that have spatial references for purposes related to mapping and planning. The resulting mapping visualization is in the form of E-government based on GIS. So that it can help to find out the citizen spread point and improve effectiveness and performance in service to the citizen.

Abstract

The lecture schedule is a problem that belongs to the NP-Hard problem and multi-objective problem because it has several variables that affect the preparation of the schedule and has limitations that must be met. One solution that has been found is using a Genetic Algorithm (GA). GA has been proven to be able to provide a schedule that can meet limitations in scheduling. Besides, it also found a new concept of thought from GA, namely the Fluid Genetic Algorithm (FGA). The most visible difference between FGA and GA is that there is no mutation process in each iteration. FGA has a new stage, namely individual born and new constants, namely global learning rate, individual learning rate, and diversity rate. This concept of thinking was tested in previous studies and found that FGA is superior to GA for the problem of finding the optimum value of a predetermined function, but this function is not included in the multi-objective problem. In this study, the testing and comparison of FGA and GA were conducted for the problem of scheduling lectures at STMIK XYZ. Based on the results obtained, FGA can produce a schedule without any hard constraint violations. FGA can be used to solve multi-objective problems. FGA has a smaller number of generations than GA. However, overall GA is superior in producing schedules without any problems.

Abstract

MAN 1 Inhil is a school that applies ministerial regulations to determine the direction of student majors at the beginning of entry, namely in class X. Determination of majors is done by considering several indicators, namely the results of academic tests, interviews, and student interest. The calculation in determining this course is very simple, namely by adding up the values of each indicator and dividing them together so that an average value is obtained. If the value is fulfilled then the student is grouped based on their interests. This can lead to errors in decision making by the school because it can be subjective because it prioritizes student interests. Therefore we need methods and algorithms to help make decisions well, the decision tree method. One algorithm that can be used is CART algorithm to classify majors with three indicators, namely Natural Sciences, Social Sciences and Religion. The results of this study indicate that the CART algorithm is able to predict correctly, from 360 data classified using the CART algorithm, it can be concluded that 71 data majoring in religion and correctly classified by CART. 144 data majoring in Natural Sciences, 119 data correctly classified and 24 data classified as IPS, and 1 data classified as religion. Of 146 data majoring in social studies, 129 were classified correctly, 16 data were classified as natural sciences. Therefore it can be concluded that CART algorithm has an 80% accuracy so that it can be used in decision making

Abstract

One of the products of information technology that is common today is the school website. Where the school website is the spearhead for schools in disseminating information to related parties. The most important aspect of a website is the usability aspect because it greatly affects visitor convenience. The use of the website for disseminating information is also used by SMK Negeri Sumsel and the school's main portal on the internet. For that to see the importance of the usability aspect, this study aims to see the level of usability of the SMK Negeri Sumsel website. In measuring the level of usability, usability testing techniques are used with the stages of preparation, selecting respondents, data collection and data analysis. The test results show that the usability aspects on the website such as errors, learnability, memorability and satisfaction get good ratings while the efficiency aspects are not categorized as good.

Abstract

In life, there is also death, every day the number of people who are born in the world continues to increase followed by the death of a person. The death rate in DKI Jakarta in early 2020 was 3,072 reports and then there was a significant increase in February as many as 5,792 reports. Public Cemetery is an area of land provided for funeral purposes for any person regardless of religion and class. The City Parks and Forests Service of the Provincial Government of the Special Capital Region of Jakarta is a Regional Work Unit in charge of Forestry, Landscaping, and Cemeteries in the DKI Jakarta Regional Work Scope. The amount of time and energy needed in the funeral process for a corpse in DKI Jakarta Province starts from registering the body, selecting the location to the heir to obtain an IPTM from the PTSP. While the burial process must be carried out quickly, especially in certain conditions, such as during the pandemic, where the bodies must be buried immediately and the limited burial ground available. This recommendation system aims to simplify the process of registering bodies, selecting the cemetery, selecting plots, and managing tombs. By using the SAW method in the selection of cemeteries and grave plots, it will optimize burial plots by selecting the best alternative based on predetermined criteria so that it will reduce TPU cases of fullness or unavailability of grave plots.

Abstract

PT.XYZ is a gas oil manufacturing company, which produces offshore oil and gas drilling equipment. In supporting its business processes, this company uses a separate module application which causes data flow to be interrupted and results in the company experiencing delays in managing data and getting information on time. Based on the analysis of the problem, the researcher will design an integrated enterprise information system architecture for sales, finance, raw material procurement, production, project plan, and inventory. The method used is the TOGAF ADM 9.2 framework which consists of four phases, namely the vision architecture, business architecture, information system architecture, and technology architecture phases. This enterprise architecture design produces a blueprint as a guideline or framework in the development of information systems at PT. XYZ. The overall result of this research is to produce an enterprise architecture information system design
