Abstract

ABSTRAK - Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran celebgram endorser di Instagram dalam proses pengambilan keputusan membeli. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Hierarchy of Effect Model. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah teknik wawancara dengan mahasiswi Unsyiah, observasi terhadap akun celebgram endorser, dan dokumentasi yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran celebgram endorser berpengaruh dalam proses pengambilan keputusan membeli di Instagram pada mahasiswi Universitas Syiah Kuala. Celebgram endorser berperan dalam setiap urutan proses pengambilan keputusan yang terjadi pada konsumen. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa peran yang dilakukan celebgram endorser yaitu memberikan kesaksian (testimonial), memberikan penggunaan atau dorongan (endorsement) dan sebagai aktor dalam iklan. Satu peran yang tidak dilakukan oleh celebgram endorser yaitu sebagai juru bicara perusahaan dalam melakukan media relation. Kata Kunci: Peran, Celebgram Endorser, Instagram. ABSTRACT - The aim of this research was to obtain the information about how the celebgram endorser in Instagram influences the process of buying decision. This research used the theory of Hierarchy of Effect Mode. Descriptive qualitative was the method used in this study. The subject research was choosen by using the purposive technique sampling. The data collection was conducted by using interview technique with the Unsyiahfemale students, observation towards celebgram endorser accounts, and documentation regarding the research. The result of research shows the role of celebgram endorse was influential in decision-making process to buy women’s clothing in instagram on college students at Syiah Kuala University. Celebgram endorse has a role in every steps decision-making process on consumer. The result of research also shows the role of celebgram endorse are: give a testimonials, give a endorsement and as an actor in advertising. Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Efektivitas Mengikuti Religion Online di Instagram terhadap Spiritualitas Mahasiswa Universitas Syiah Kuala”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dan mengetahui apakah efektif mengikuti religion online di instagram terhadap spiritualitas mahasiswa. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas Syiah Kuala yang berjumlah 21.477 mahasiswa, jumlah sampel ditentukan dengan menggunkan rumus Slovin presisi 10% dari jumlah populasi, maka besarnya sampel yang diambil adalah sebanyak 100 responden. Teori Efektivitas berdimensi Ethos merupakan teori utama yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yang menjelaskan bahwa teori inidipandang dari segi komponen komunikan yakni komunikasi yang efektif akan terjadi jika komunikan mengalami internalisasi, identifikasi-diri dan ketundukan. Pada penelitian ini, digunakan pendekatan kuantitatif analisis deskriptif. Data primer dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian, dan diolah secara statistik dengan program SPSS versi 20 yaitu, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji regresi linier sederhana, uji t-hitung, dan identifikasi determinan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengujian hipotesis diperoleh nilai thitung adalah sebesar 8,680 dan nilai ttabelpada 0,05 pada uji dua sisi diketahui 1,984, maka Ha diterima, dan dari hasil perhitungan regresi linier sederhana diperoleh nilai b = 0,721 (72%) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000 artinya efektivitas mengikuti religion online di instagram berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap spiritualitas mahasiswa.The Effectiveness of Following Online Religion in Instagram on the Spirituality of Students of Syiah Kuala UniversityThis research entitled "The Effectiveness of Following Online Religion in Instagram on the Spirituality of Students of Syiah Kuala University". The aim of this study was to find out whether effective of following online religion in instagram of student spirituality. The population in this researchwere the students of Syiah Kuala University totalling 21,477 students, the number of samples determined by using the Slovin precision formula 10% of the total population, so the number of the samples taken was 100 respondents. Ethos dimensionless effectiveness theory is the main theory used in this study, which explains that this theory is viewed from the aspect of the communicant component of effective communication will occur if the communicant experienced internalization, self-identification and compliance. The approach of this study was quantitative descriptive analysis. Primary data in this research was obtained through survey by using questionnaire as the research instrument, and processed statistically with SPSS program version 20,namely validity and reliability test, normality test, simple linear regression test, t-hitung (counting)test, and identification of determinant. Based on the result of the research, it could be concluded that the result of hypothesis test obtained thitung (count)was 8,680 and the value of ttabel (table) at 0.05 on two side test is known 1,984, so Ha was accepted, and from the result of linear regression calculation, it was obtained the value of b = 0,721 (72%) with level 0.000 significance means the effectiveness of online religion in instagram account positively influeced and significant effect on student spirituality.

Abstract

Prostitution as a social problem is seen in the form of prostitution, such as the practice of selling sexual services or so-called commercial sex workers. Decision making becomes a common thing taken or done in the face of various problems to survive. Commercial sex workers are part of an occupation that has an intimate relationship outside of marriage characterized by the satisfaction of various people involving several men who are done for money and used as a source of income. The objective of this research is to know the factor of the cause of young woman becoming commercial sex worker, how prostitution in adolescent life in Lhokseumawe city, and decision process of adolescent girl as commercial sex worker. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using observation, interview, and documentation. Young women make the decision to become commercial sex workers due to internal factors and external factors. Internal factors include about the economy. External factors include lifestyle, environment, and historical lives of respondents. Every teenager who has little economic power must be able to control themselves in association, be a teenager who has the quality and quantity for the entire community amazed and proud of young women who have multi talents. Qualitative research approach symbolic interactionism George Herbert Mead. The subject of 5 teenage girls commercial sex workers, aged 18-25 years. The results showed that the decision-making process of each subject is influenced by the foundations of decision-making include: physical, emotional, rational, practical, interpersonal and environmental. Each subject has different decision-making basics. However, the lack of experience and opportunities the subject has has resulted in weak skills in viewing and making choices. So in making the decision the subject only see one opportunity or opportunity that can be taken. That is to be a commercial sex worker.Keywords: Decision Making, Young Women, Commercial Sex Workers

Abstract

ABSTRAK - Penelitian ini berjudul Pola Komunikasi Antarbudaya dalam Keberagaman Suku Di Daerah Perbatasan Provinsi Aceh (Studi pada Suku Singkil dengan Suku Pendatang di Kecamatan Simpang Kiri Kota Subulussalam). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola komunikasi antarbudaya dalam lingkungan dengan keberagaman suku serta faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya dan bentuk interaksi yang dihasilkan antara suku singkil dengan suku Pendatang di Kecamatan Simpang Kiri Kota Subulussalam. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori interaksi simbolik. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pemilihan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, sedangkan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengunakan wawancara secara mendalam serta observasi non partisipan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola komunikasi antarbudaya yang terjadi adalah pola komunikasi sirkular yang ditandai dengan adanya respon atau feedback antar sesama suku meskipun terkadang terjadi dalam situasi keberagaman budaya dan bahasa. Komunikasi juga berlangsung secara terus menerus dan dinamis menyesuaikan dengan situasi dan kondisi. Komunikasi antarbudaya yang berlangsung tidak terlepas dari faktor penghambat seperti logat dan intonasi dari komunikan dengan suku tertentu, serta sifat dari Suku Pendatang yang mengisolasi diri dari lingkungan sosial, namun seiring waktu faktor penghambat tersebut dapat berubah seiring rasa nyaman tinggal di lingkungan tersebut dan muncul rasa saling menghargai dan memahami satu sama lain. Sehingga terbentuk interaksi sosial dengan proses asosiatif dimana terlihat dengan adanya kerjasama untuk mencapai tujuan bersama lingkungan yang harmonis dengan mengedepankan musyawarah mencari solusi bersama demi meredam konflik, baik antar sesama suku atau kelompok mayoritas dan minoritas.Kata Kunci : Pola komunikasi antarbudaya, keberagaman suku, suku singkil, pendatang, perbatasan daerahABSTRACT This research was entitled Intercultural Communication Pattern within tribal diversity at frontier of Aceh Province (Study on the Singkil Tribe with Newcomers Tribe in Simpang Kiri District, Subulussalam City). The aimed of this research to find out about intercultural communication pattern from society with tribal diversity and the proponent and obstacles factors also the type of interaction that generated between Singkil tribe and Newcomers tribe in Simpang Kiri Sub-district, Subulussalam City. This research used a symbolic interaction theory. This research used a qualitative approarch with descriptive method. The informant was determined using purposive sampling technique, and data were obtained through indepth interviews and non participant observation. The result showed that intercultural pattern was occurs is circular communication pattern, indicate with response of feedback between tribes eventhough in cultural diversity and language. Communication also occur continously and dinamic adapted to situation and conditions. The proponent and obstacles factors doesnt inseperable with intercultural communication process such as accent and innotation of the communicant with particular tribe, and also charaterictic from Newcomers tribe isolate themself from social surrounding, but by the time obstacle factors has been change with comfort feeling and they can respect and understand each other. The type of interaction with the associative process which is seen by cooperative act to achieve the common goal for harmony surrounding by prioritizing the deliberation to find a best solution to alleviate the conflict, both among majority and minority groups.Keywords: Intercultural communication pattern, tribal diversity, singkil tribe, newcomers, frontier area

Abstract

ABSTRACT Keywords: education, income, social mobilityThis study, entitled Education and Income on Social Mobility Women in Gampong Laksana Banda Aceh raised the issue of (1) the role of education and income against the social mobility of women in the Village Laksana Banda Aceh (2) what was in the charge of education and income that contributes to social mobility of women in Like a Gampong Banda Aceh. This study aimed to (1) the role of education and income against the social mobility of women in the Village Laksana Banda Aceh and (2) the contents of the charge of education and income that contributes to social mobility Gampong Like a woman in Banda Aceh. This research subject female workers in Gampong Laksana totaling 581 people. Decision informants selected by purposive sampling a total of 11 people. The method used qualitative descriptive method. The data collection is done by observation and interview techniques and data processing using qualitative analysis, the data that has been collected in the reduction, followed by the presentation of the data is verified and do conclusion. The results showed the role of education was instrumental in increasing revenue because educated women have a greater opportunity to move from one job to another. Based on the results of the study conclude that 1) women in Gampong Like an educated employment and incomes were more feasible, 2) the education there is guidance on how a woman to be able to get a better income with the opportunity to obtain information about what work should be done that encourages women Gampong Laksana move from one job to another. Suggested research on social mobility can be continued by other researchers so that it can be revealed things that have not been revealed.

Abstract

Analisis Strategi Membership Tribun Family Card  Harian Serambi IndonesiaABSTRAKPenelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Strategi Membership Tribun Family Card  Harian Serambi Indonesia”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas strategi membership Tribun Family Card Harian Serambi Indonesia. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori AIDDA dan teori masyarakat konsumsi. Informan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari manajer Harian Serambi dan member kartu TFC. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis  data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa member kartu TFC merasakan manfaat yang besar dari kepemilikan kartu tersebut. Hal ini disebabkan karena fasilitas yang ditawarkan oleh kartu TFC tersebut sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan keinginan anggota member. Meningkatnya jumlah member TFC menunjukkan bahwa strategi ini efektif dalam meningkatkan jumlah anggota member dan pelanggan Harian Serambi Indonesia.Kata Kunci: Strategi, Membership, Tribun Familly CardStrategy Analysis of the Tribun Family Card Membership by Serambi Indonesia Daily NewspaperABSTRACT This study is titled, “Strategy Analysis of the Tribun Family Card Membership by Serambi Indonesia Daily Newspaper”. It specifically aims to learn the effectiveness of the membership strategies, Tribun Family Card, run by the Serambi Indonesia daily newspaper. Analyzed with the descriptive qualitative method,   AIDDA and consumer society theory was used in the current study. The Manager of Serambi Indonesia and TFC card members were both involved as the participants of the study. The data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation after which are reduced, presented, concluded and verified. The results suggested that the TFC card members greatly observed the benefits from the membership system. Facilities offered by the TFC membership have touched the needs and aspirations of its members. The increase in the membership subscription indicated its effectiveness in gaining more members and customers of Serambi Indonesia daily newspaper.Keywords: Strategy, Membership, Tribun Family Card

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini berjudul “Efektivitas Iklan Radio Berbahasa Aceh Terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen (Studi Pada Radio Megah Fm Kota Banda Aceh)”. penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui Efektivitas Iklan Radio Berbahasa Aceh (variabel X) terhadap minat beli konsumen (variable Y). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksplanasi, populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pendengar radio Megah FM  Banda Aceh. Dan setelah menggunakan rumus Djarwanto dan Subagyo dengan presisi 10% dari jumlah populasi, maka besarnya sampel yang diambil adalah sebanyak 100 responden. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Teori Aliran Informasi, yang menjelaskan bagaimana informasi perpindahan dari media atau komunikator kepada khalayak untuk mendapatkan efek tertentu yang dikehendaki. Data primer dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari kuesioner yang skala pengukuran menggunakan skala likert dan diolah secara statistik dengan program SPSS versi 17.0 yaitu uji validitas dan reabilitas, uji hipotesis, uji regresi sederhana serta menjelaskan kuesioner eksplanasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil pengujian hipotesis diperoleh nilai thitung adalah 4,787 dan nilai ttabel pada 0,05 pada uji 2 sisi diketahui 1,984. Berdasarkan kriteria uji hipotesis yaitu jika thitung lebih besar ttabel (4,7871,984)  Maka  Ha diterima. Perhitungan regresi linier diperoleh nilai b = 0,559 dan taraf signifikan 0.000. Angka 0,559 menunjukkan hasil yang positif pada taraf yang cukup berarti  bahwa adanya efektivitas iklan penggunaan bahasa Aceh pada radio Megah FM terhadap masyarakat kota Banda Aceh. Artinya dapat disimpulkan bahwa iklan berbahasa Aceh terdapat pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap minat beli konsumen studi pada radio Megah FM kota Banda Aceh.Kata Kunci: Iklan Berbahasa Aceh, Minat Beli Konsumen, Radio Megah FM. ABSTRACTThis research is entitled "the effectiveness of Advertisement in Acehnese Language on Consumer Buying Interest (Study at Radio Meugah  Fm Banda Aceh)". This research aimed at finding out the effectiveness of advertisement promoted in Acehnese Language (variable X) to consumer buying interest (variable Y). The research method used is quantitative approach with explanation method. The population of this research were all listeners of Megah FM Banda Aceh radio. The writer used formula developed by  Djarwanto and Subagyo with precision 10% of the total population which resulted 100 respondents. The theory used in this research is Information Flow Theory, which explains how information is transferred from media or communicator to the audience to get certain desired effect. Primary data in this research were obtained from questionnaires of which measurement scale used was Likert Scale and then processed statistically with SPSS program version 17.0 to test of validity and reliability, hypothesis test, simple regression test and explanation of explanation questionnaire. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the results of hypothesis testing obtained that tcount was 4.787 and ttable value was 0.05, and on the 2 side test it was gained 1.984. Based on hypothesis test criteria that is if tcount is bigger ttable (4,7871.984) Then Ha is accepted. Linear regression calculation obtained value of b = 0,559 and significant level 0.000. Figures 0,559 show a positive result at a sufficient level means that the effectiveness of advertising the use of Aceh language on Megah FM radio to the city of Banda Aceh. This means that it can be concluded that the ads in Aceh language there is a significant and positive influence on consumer buying interest in the study of Megah FM radio Banda Aceh city. Suggesting that there was a significant and positive influence on consumer buying interest in Megah FM radio in Banda Aceh.Keywords: Advertisement in Acehnese Language, Consumer Buying Interest, Megah FM Radio.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPeran Mukim dalam memperkuat kearifan lokal di Aceh suatu keniscayaan, mengingat Mukim merupakan sebuah institusi pemerintah adat yang secara historis memiliki nilai emosional tersendiri bagi masyarakat dan secara formal institusi Mukim telah memiliki wewenang dalam sistem permerintahan Aceh yang diakui undang-udang Negara Republik Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dalam konteks memperkuat kearifan lokal di Aceh dan untuk mengetahui hambatan apa saja yang dihadapi Mukim dalam memperkuat kearifan lokal di Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui sumber data primer dan data skunder, data primer  melalui penelitian lapangan yaitu dengan wawancara informan. Sedangkan data skunder melalui penelitian kepustakaan yaitu dengan dokumen-dokumen, buku-buku dan bacaan-bacaan terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran Mukim dalam memperkuat kaarifan lokal di Aceh sangat besar karena keariafan lokal merupakan aturan adat yang sudah menjadi sebuah tatanan kehidupan masyarakat yang sarat dengan nilai moral, guna menjaga keharmonisan antara manusia dengan alam sehingga keberlangsungan sumberdaya alam Mukim dapat terjaga dan terpelihara secara komprehensif. Mukim Siem dalam memperkuat kearifan lokal yang ada melalui, pertama, penguatan kelembagaan adat Mukim. kedua, pengaturan adat (aturan-aturan adat), dan ketiga, penguatan peradilan adat (tingkat Mukim dan gampong). Hambatan yang dihadapi Mukim Siem dalam rangka menjaga dan memperkuat kearifan  lokal yang ada disebabkan dua faktor  internal dan eksternal. Secara internal antara lain: struktur manajemen Mukim yang belum efektif sebagai mana mestinya, sistem administrasi yang amburadul. Secara eksternal antara lain: Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Mukim (APBM) yang belum Memadai, sarana dan prasarana yang belum memadai, kontribusi masyarakat masih lemah, dan kontribusi pemerintah belum sepenuhnya memberi peran penuh terhadap pemerintahan mukim. Kepada Pemerintah Aceh umum dan pemerintah Aceh Besar khususnya diharapkan dapat menjadikan institusi Mukim memiliki wewenang penuh, memiliki struktur pemerintahan yang jelas dan terarah dalam sistem pemerintahan saat ini, sehingga diharapkan institusi Mukim benar-benar memiliki kedaulatan politik penuh dalam menjalankan hak dan kewajibannya sesuai dengan UUPA dan Qanun No. 4 Tahun 2003, salah satunya dalam menjaga kearifan lokal di Aceh.Kata Kunci : Mukim, Kearifan Lokal di Aceh. THE ROLE OF MUKIM IN STRENGTHENING LOCAL WISDOM IN ACEHABSTRACT Mukim (village cluster) role in strengthhening local wisdom in Aceh is a necessity. Mukim is an indigenous government institutions which historically has its own emotional value for the community and formally it has the authority in Aceh administration system recognized by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. This study aimed to determine the role in the context of strengthening local wisdom in Aceh and to know what obstacles faced by the Mukim in strengthening local wisdom in Aceh. This study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data in this study were in the form of primary andsecondary data. Primary data were obtained through field research by interviewing the informant. Meanwhile, secondary data were obtained through the library research by reading documents, books and readings related to the study.The results showed that the role of Mukimin strengthening local wisdom in Aceh was very large because local knowledge is a customary rule which has become a social order that is laden with moral values in order to maintain harmony between man and nature so that the sustainability of Mukim natural resources can be maintained and preserved comprehensively. Mukim of Siem strengthened the local wisdom, firstly, by strengthening the Mukim indigenous institution, secondly, through custom settings (custom rules), and thirdly, by strengthening the customary justice (Mukim and village level). Obstacles faced by the Mukim of Siem in preserving and strengthening local wisdom were caused by to two factors that is internal and external factors. Internal factors were ineffective Mukim management structure and the messy administrative system. Whereas, external factors were inadequate Mukim Budget (APBM), inadequate facilities and infrastructure, weak community contribution, and the not optimal government's contribution. It is expected that the Government of Aceh in general and the government of Aceh Besar in particular give the Mukim institution full authority, a clear governance structure and a directed government system, so that the Mukim institutions will have a full political sovereignty in the rights and obligations by the Law and QanunNo 4of 2003, one of which, maintaining local wisdom in Aceh.Keywords: Mukim, Local Wisdom in Aceh

Abstract

ABSTRAK Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor terjadinya konflik dikalangan lapisan masyarakat antar umat di Aceh Singkil dan bagaimana keterlibatan Forum Kerukunan Umat Beragama (FKUB) dalam menyelsaikan konflik. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori peran (role theory) yang dikemukakan oleh Fisher. Ide dasar dari teori peran berasal dari dunia teater, dimana para aktor dan artis berperan sesuai dengan harapan penontonnya. Suatu peran dapat dipelajari individu sebagai suatu pola perilaku ketika individu menduduki suatu peran tertentu dalam sistem sosial. Jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan informan yang memenuhi kriteria subjek penelitian, serta relevan dalam memberikan informasi yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian ini. Faktor terjadinya konflik yang ada ditengah-tengah antar umat bukanlah didasari karena adanya prilaku intoleran antar umat melainkan adanya kesalahpahaman dan adanya faktor kepentingan dalam membesar-besarkan permasalahan/isu sara. Keterlibatan Forum Kerukunan Umat Beragama (FKUB) dalam menyelesaikan konflik yaitu dengan memberikan sosialisasi, komunikasi dan dialog mengenai kerukunan antar umat beragama dan mewujudkan kehidupan yang harmonis antar umat. Menciptakan kerukunan umat beragama dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat diperlukan berbagai upaya pembinaan melalui s­­­­arana yang dilakukan oleh elemen masyarakat. Komunikasi dengan berbagai bentuknya yang dilakukan oleh organisasi atau wadah sosial keagamaan, peran Forum Kerukunan Umat Beragama (FKUB) dapat menjadi mediator dan motor penggerak untuk merealisasikan terciptanya kerukunan umat beragama dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Untuk menciptakan dan membina kerukunan umat beragama melalui organisasi sosial diperlukan bentuk komunikasi yang benar efektif, tepat dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. Kata kunci: Forum Kerukunan Umat Beragama (FKUB), Konflik, Aceh Singkil ABSTRACTThis scription aims to determine the factors of conflict among layers of society among people in Aceh Singkil and how the involvement of Forum Kerukunan Umat Beragama (FKUB) post conflict. This study uses the Talcott Parsons theory in structural functionalism theory saying that people who are in static condition or more precisely move in equilibrium conditions, always see that the informal members of society are informally addressed by these common, functional and functional norms, values and normality are also explained that society is a social system divided into parts or elements that are united in balance, conflict can be an instrumental process in the formation, unification and maintenance of social structures. Conflict can place and keep the line between two or more groups. This type of descriptive research using qualitative approach. Data obtained through in-depth interviews with informants who meet the criteria of research subjects, as well as relevant in providing information needed in this study. Factors of conflict that exist in the middle among the people is not based on the existence of intolerant behavior among the people but a misunderstanding and the existence of interest factors in exaggerating the problems / SARA issues. The involvement of the Forum for Religious Harmony (FKUB) post-conflict only provides recommendations on development permits. However, pre-conflict involvement, role and function of Forum Kerukunan Umat Beragama (FKUB) is only to provide dialogue, socialization, communication about harmony between people and realize harmonious life among people. Creating religious harmony in the life of the community is needed various coaching efforts through committed by the elements of society. Communication with its various forms conducted by religious organizations or containers can be a mediator and a driving force to realize the creation of religious harmony in the life of society. Abstract

AbstrakPartai Persatuan Indonesia (Perindo) adalah Partai politik nasional baru yang akan mengikuti proses pemilu pada tahun 2019. Untuk itu dibutuhkan penyusunan strategi marketing oleh internal Partai Perindo DPW Aceh untuk dapat menjadi pemenang pada pemilu legislatif pada tahun 2019 di Aceh. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan marketing politik Partai Perindo sebagai partai politik baru dalam menghadapi pemilu legislatif tahun 2019 dan menjelaskan strategi Partai Perindo menghadapi verifikasi partai peserta pemilu legislatif tahun 2019 serta untuk menjelaskan upaya langkah-langkah perindo dalam memperkuat basis internal sebagai partai baru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu penelitian lapangan dan penelitian kepustakaan. Studi lapangan untuk memperoleh data primer yaitu dengan wawancara. Sedangkan penelitian kepustakaan untuk memperoleh data skunder berdasarkan buku-buku dan bacaan terkait. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Partai Perindo DPW Aceh telah mempersiapkan strategi marketing dalam menghadapi Pemilu tahun 2019 yaitu melalui pendekatan kepada masyarakat Aceh melalui kearifan lokal, melakukan aksi nyata dengan menawarkan program kerja yang solutif untuk masyarakat Aceh terutama dalam bidang ekonomi, dalam hal penguatan internal partai perindo melakukan peningkatan kapasitas kader dengan sistem kaderisasi yang telah terstruktur guna memperkuat basis kader partai nya. Disarankan kepada Partai Perindo dalam menyikapi pemilih di Aceh agar dapat mengedepankan dialog dan sosialisasi kepada ulama, tokoh masyarakat, tokoh pemuda, tokoh adat yang di Aceh dengan harapan agar Partai Perindo dipilih dan didukung dalam jangka panjang oleh konstituen. Kata Kunci : Marketing, Pemilu. The Marketing Strategy of The United Indonesian Party (PERINDO) in Facing of The 2019 General Election. The United Indonesian Party (PERINDO) is a new national political party that will face general election process in 2019. Therefore, an arrangement of marketing strategy is needed by the internal of The United Indonesian Party (PERINDO) based in Aceh to be able to be the winner in legislative general election in 2019 in Aceh.The purpose of this research were to clarify political marketing of The United Indonesian Party (PERINDO) as a new political party in facing legislative general election in 2019, to clarify the strategy of The United Indonesian Party (PERINDO) in facing verification of party participating in legislative general election in 2019, and to clarify the efforts and steps done by The United Indonesian Party (PERINDO) in strengthening the internal basis as a new party.        The method used in this research was qualitative research with descriptive approach. The technique of data collection used were field research and library research. The field research was for obtaining primary data which was done by doing interview while library research was for obtaining secondary data based on books and related readings.            The result of this research showed that The United Indonesian Party (PERINDO) based in Aceh has drawn up marketing strategy in facing general election in 2019 by approaching Acehnese society through local wisdom, doing real action by offering working program for Acehnese society particularly in economic sector. In strengthening the internal, The United Indonesian Party (PERINDO) increases its cadre’s capacity with cadre system which has been organized in order to strengthen its party’s cadre basis. In responding the voters in Aceh, it is suggested to The United Indonesian Party (PERINDO) that it has to put forward the dialog and socialization to ulama, community leaders, youth leaders, and traditional leaders in Aceh with a hope that The United Indonesian Party (PERINDO) will be elected and supported in the long term by constituents.Keywords: Marketing, General Election
