Non-formal education supervisors play an important role in providing and developing quality non-formal education. As their career development is based on their professional performance regulated in a credit system, many of the supervisors face hindrance to complete the requirement with the existing situation. This research introduces a model of supervisorâ€™s competence development resulted from a research conducted in five districts in Central Java involving a number of non-formal education supervisor. The model was developed on the bases of supervisorâ€™s competence mapping.

Academic misconduct performed by the university students is an illegal practise and will give negative effects to the individual as well as the related institution. This research aims at discovering significant factors and psychological dynamics in the university students performing academic misconduct. The research based on the post positivistic paradigm with three students of State University of Jakarta as the objects of the study. Using interview technique in collecting data, the research conducted in the odd semester of 2009/2010 concludes that demographic factor, individual factor, and situational factor are the signifant factors. The academic misconduct performer has a psychological dynamic showing dissonance. The performer believes academic misconduct is inapprorate, but he/ she still keeps doing.

The aim of this study is describe the implementation of inclusive education at the Department of Special Education, School of Education, State University of Jakarta. The research carried out in 2009 employed survey method. The data was collected using questionnaire by survey including 40 students as the samples out of the population of 70 regular students. The samples consisted of 35 students of 2006 academic year and 5 students of 2005 academic year. The conclusion of the research show that the students have positive attitude towards inclusive education.

This research aims at describing pedagogical competence of the special education teachers in improving the studentsâ€™ learning achievement at the 5th grade in SLB N 5 Tanah Abang, Jakarta. Based on its objective, this research is descriptive covering 12 teachers and all students totaled 30 students. To know the data of the teachersâ€™ pedagogical competence, PLPG tests were used and to know the studentsâ€™ learning achievement, document study was done. The result of the research indicates both the teachersâ€™ pedagogical competence and the studentsâ€™ learning achievement can be categorized good with each of them 74.73% and 71.95 %.

A study towards teachers in the area of Bogor municipality is done on the premise that teachers should have some competence that can support their success in carrying out assigned tasks. One of the competence is a must have managerial competency, which is a competency that necessary mainly because teachers hold two different tasks and they are a central issue, namely the task of teaching and task of classroom management. The classroom management is one aspect of managerial competence of teachers which is very important in order to master the learning process. The failure of teacher in achieving the goal of learning is directly proportional to the inability of teachers in managing classes. In this study, data uncovered that managerial skills of teachers can be improved through teacherâ€™s skills in managing the classroom.

Museum is one of public facilities preserving a collection of cultural heritage from the past to the present time which can be also used for learning purposes. This research aims at knowing and describing how a museum can be benefitted as a learning resource. The research was conducted at Museum Fatahillah in Kota Tua, Jakarta. This museum contains a number of prehistoric collection. Three questions were raised in this research: how the Museum organizes the art works, how is the quality and the quantity of the works on the display, and how the museum can be used as a learning resource. The data was collected by using observation, interview, document study techniques and was analyzed qualitatively to answer the research questions. The research findings indicate the Museum has a variety of art collection well organized on display, the collection has cultural value and can be benefitted as a learning resource.

Facilitating instruction and performance improvement in instruction technology become the objectives of instruction technology to solve learning problems faced by the students. This problem can solved and the objectives can be achieved if the technological resources integrated into the curriculum are used properly. How it is done is to be discussed in this article in detail. The teacher as a curriculum developer should possesses technological competence and knows to choose and use the technology integrated in instruction.

One of the successes of students in education is shown by their academic achievements. This is what students do not have to always improve their achievement motivation. Achievement motivation possessed by someone ideally always progresses so that it will accelerate what is desired. The purpose of the study was to find out the difference in the average achievement motivation of grade IV, V, and VI students of Sekolah Dasar Negeri Sumber Rahayu OKU Timur in 2017. The research design used a quantitative approach. Data collection uses observation and questionnaire guidelines to obtain primary and secondary data. Data analysis techniques using independent sample t-test and ANOVA (One-Way ANOVA). This research was conducted on November 13, 2017 until January 06, 2018 in Sumber Rahayu OKU Timur Elementary School. The results of the study found that if there were differences in the average score of achievement motivation for grade IV, V, and VI students of Sekolah Dasar Negeri Sumber Rahayu OKU Timur in 2017. For that reason, teachers should pay more attention to their interests and talents so that students can continue to improve their motivation to continue achieving, more knowing how to make learning in class more interesting and fun so students are more motivated to take part in learning. IPB is consistently becoming the Top 4 Best Universities based on the result of The Ministry of Research and Higher-Education Assessment Score for three years. Meanwhile, IPB still has the lowest assessment score on student affairs among other three universities. One of the significant components is the student achievements. This research aim (1) to identify the characteristics of the excellent students, (2) to analyze the perceptions about factors that significantly affect student achievement and student achievement itself, (3) to analyze the factors that significantly affect student achievement and student achievement itself, (4) to determine the result of Net Promoter Score of alumni to IPB. This research focused on a case of Department of Management Alumni Graduates of 2009 - 2013 FEM IPB that was conducted in Bogor Agricultural University from January to April 2018. This research used both primary and secondary data. The data analysis of this research was conducted by descriptive analysis, SEM-PLS, and Net Promoter Score. This research resulted that the environmental, physiological, psychological and instrumental factors had a t-statistic as orderly followed by 2.053, 2.031, 2.701, 0.033, whereas these factors were concluded to significantly affect the students` achievement. Speaking skill is affected by two factors, the internal and external factors. The two external factors are instructional methods and learning resources. The complete and incomplete learning resources will surely affect the instructional process. As well as with instructional methods, it will affect the achievement of learning objectives. This research is aimed to get the empirical data and to find out the effect of instructional method and learning resources towards studentsâ€™ speaking skill at state senior high schools in Bekasi. The research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 and SMA Negeri 2 Sukatani-Bekasi. The total sample of this research is 40 students. The experiment was done from 17 Juli â€“ 02 December in 2017. The technique of collecting data of instructional method and learning resources used questionnaires. Otherwise, the speaking skill was acquired from the test. The result of the research identifies there is the significant effect of instructional method and learning resources towards students speaking skill. Thus, the schools and the government should increasingly work hard in fulfillment of the completeness of learning resources and using an appropriate instructional method for the achievement of learning objectives.
