Abstract

Indonesian education is improving itself according to all the limitations that occurred during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Blended Learning is one of the solutions for implementing learning in the midst of a pandemic. SMAN 1 Manggelewa is one of the schools that applies Blended Learning in learning during a pandemic. This study aims to determine the policy of the West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Government on high school level learning, know the WhatsApp-based Blended Learning management model at SMAN 1 Manggelewa, know the advantages and disadvantages of the WhatsApp-based Blended Learning model at SMAN 1 Manggelewa and find out how the Blended Learning model is effective for high school level in the future. The research used a descriptive qualitative approach. Primary data were obtained from SMAN 1 Manggelewa, while secondary data were obtained from the appropriate literature. The results showed that the West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Government continued the central government regulation, namely limiting face-to-face learning. SMAN 1 Manggelewa has implemented WhatsApp-based Blended Learning through groups managed by subject teachers. The implementation of Blended Learning at SMAN 1 Manggelewa went well despite several obstacles. For future projections, Blebded Learning can be further collaborated with technology in the form of an LMS (Learning Management System) through Moodle.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries in the world that has been seriously affected by the Covid-19 Pandemic since 2019. Various problems occur in the economy of the country and society in Indonesia which cause problems in the education aspect. This is felt especially in terms of marketing at the Daarul Quran Indonesia Foundation or better known as DaQu which is a Foundation engaged in the Education industry in which there is a program boarding school that was started in 2003 which was founded by Ust. Yusuf Mansur, located in Kampung Quran, Cipondoh, Tangerang. According to internal data from the Daarul Quran Indonesia Foundation, there has been a 35% decline in student enrollment from 2019-2021. This is based on the decline in the economy of prospective guardians of education costs and the delay in the Daarul Quran Indonesia Foundation using social media as part of its marketing activities. Social media marketing is the use of social media platforms and websites to promote products or services. The Daarul Quran Indonesia Foundation then took action to take advantage of new media as a new opportunity in a highly changing market environment by utilizing the Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and Website platforms as a means of delivering information to the public. Through the campaign movement, 'Santri Indent DP 5 Million' is the solution chosen by the Daarul Quran Indonesia Foundation to increase the number of registrations for students for the New Academic Year. It can be seen from the results of data collection through a questionnaire, that the Santri Indent DP 5 million campaign has an impact on parents' interest in sending their children to the Daarul Quran Indonesia Foundation, and has an impact on increasing the number of students for the 2021/2022 academic year, in addition to social media, especially Instagram. be the best marketing tool in this campaign.

Abstract

Old age is a period in which a person experiences changes in the dimensions he has; physical, psychological, spiritual, social, and potential dimensions. Ideally old age is filled with maturity that is stable at the changes experienced. However, the elderly will be faced with the problem of situational limitations both internally and externally. Following routine recitations is one of the activities that can cover the needs of solving problems in the elderly. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach that seeks to explore in depth the motivation of the elderly in participating in routine recitation activities. Data collection techniques were carried out by intense interviews and direct field observations. The results of this study indicate that the motivation of the elderly to attend regular recitations is the fulfillment of learning and educational needs, the motivation of the elderly in attending routine recitations meets two aspects of motivation; component of values and components of hope, so it can be concluded that the elderly who are recitation participants are elderly who care about the future because they meet 4 of 5 indicators of elderly who care about the future. The supporting factors for the elderly in attending the recitation consist of internal and external factors. The level of motivation of the elderly in attending regular recitations is included in the category of inner motivation level (motivation that comes from inner strength) which is the highest level of motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the management of language politeness coaching through learning Islamic Religious Education at Creative Junior High School (SMP) IHAQI Boarding School Bandung. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data collection technique was done by triangulation; structured interview techniques with principals, vice principals, educators and students. Participatory observation techniques are carried out in activities and student financing programs. Documentation techniques by taking document or photo data related to student coaching activities. The results showed that; First, planning language politeness development through Islamic religious education learning at IHAQI Boarding School Bandung Creative Junior High School is done by compiling syllabus, lesson plans and journals, selecting suitable material / content and learning activities. Second, the implementation of language politeness development through Islamic religious education learning at IHAQI Boarding School Bandung Creative Junior High School is carried out directly by educators and deputy principals of student affairs. Third, evaluation of language politeness fostering through Islamic religious education learning at Ihaqi Creative Middle School in Bandung, namely the lack of development of polite speaking skills in students and it is felt that the method of politeness is ineffective when applied when learning online, so it needs proper formulation and more innovative language politeness exemplified in short learning time, especially in the PAI learning process.

Abstract

Manajemen informasi pengelolaan surat masuk dan keluar di SDN Negeri Genurit Serang masih menggunakan catatan secara manual. Proses pengelolaan informasi surat masuk dan keluar dibuat aplikasi program komputer untuk mengetahui dengan cepat dan akurat data informasi yang diterima sekolah. Tujuan program adaptasi teknologi komunikasi untuk menunjang proses belajar mengajar. Peningkatan kualitas manajemen sekolah melalui sistem manajemen informasi sekolah. Dipelajari hambatan–hambatan dalam pengelolaan surat masuk dan keluar secara manual dan mengganti dengan sistem informasi data komputer Microsoft Office. Pembuatan program aplikasi melalui tiga tahapan yaitu tahapan alisis, tahap desain dan tahap implementasi. Sistem informasi surat masuk dan keluar sekolah ini dapat membantu memudahkan pekerjaan, mempercepat pencarian data dan dapat mengurangi kesalahan manusia

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Untuk menganalisis bagaimana perilaku organisasi dalam persiapan, saat pelaksanaan dan setelah pelaksanaan kegiatan Akreditasi secara Daring. (2) Untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi perilaku organisasi dalam melaksanakan kegiatan Akreditasi secara Daring. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Analisis data juga dilakukan secara terus menerus sejak pengumpulan data hingga penulisan, sebagai bagian dari proses trianggulasi. Dari penelitian ini, diperoleh temuan-temuan tentang: (1) Pada tahap persiapan yaitu dibentuknya tim perumus, pembagian tugas dan tanggung jawab, kerjasama tim, motivasi, kontrol kerja, persiapan fisik dan mental ekstra, serta loyalitas anggota organisasi. (2) Porses pelaksanaan yaitu adanya rasa khawatir, kesingkronan data pada Borang 3A (Program Studi) dan Borang 3B (Fakultas), sarana dan prasarana untuk Daring, Tashporce, serta keterlibatan berbagai pihak terkait saat Asesmen Lapangan. (3) Setelah pelaksanaan yaitu evaluasi kinerja, perbaikan data dan perolehan hasil. (4) Faktor pendukung yaitu pemilihan anggota tim, kepemimpinan, sosialisasi, kualitas lingkungan kerja, teknologi canggih dan keuntungan dari sistem Daring. (5) Faktor penghambat yaitu egoisme, tidak amanah, kurangnya koordinasi, penghargaan tidak terinci, kurangnya sarana dan prasarana, keterbatasan waktu, bukti fisik dokumen, serta pembatalan hadir secara mendadak oleh pihak terlibat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat beberapa saran sebagai berikut: (1) Program Studi Administrasi Pendidikan harus mampu mempertahankan kualitas dari perolehan hasil Akreditasi dan bisa menjadi contoh untuk Program Studi lainnya yang ada di Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang dan Perguruan Tinggi Negeri serta Swasta lainnya. (2) Dapat menjaga dan meningkatkan kualitas individu yang dilibatkan pada kegiatan Akreditasi dan kerja Tim Borang Akreditasi dapat menjadi contoh untuk Pimpinan Perguruan Tinggi dimanapun.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the effect of the intensity of using gadget  on the ability recite  Qur’an, (2) the effect of TPA participation on the ability recite  Qur’an, (3 ) the effect of the intensity of using gadget  and TPA participation on the ability recite  Qur’an. The study was conducted in 2020. The population is fifth grade students of SD Negeri Cluster II Ahmad Yani Laweyan Surakarta on academic years of 2020/2021. The samples were drawn randomly from the population using a stratified random sampling technique. The study used experimental methods. The data were analyzed using two - way analysis of variance and further test of data processing with software SPSS 22 For Windows. The results showed that the highest average score was students who had low intensity of using gadget  and participated in TPA (89.467) and the lowest score was students who had low intensity of using gadget  and did not attend TPA (58.5). This proves that the higher the use of gadget s and the more active students are in participating in the TPA, the higher the ability recite  Qur’an. So, it can be concluded (1) The intensity of using gadget  did not affect the students' ability to read Al-Quran, (2) TPA participation affected the ability recite  Qur’an, (3) The intensity of using gadget  and TPA participation affected the ability recite Al-Quran.Keywords: gadget, participation, ability

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis Implementasi Strategi pemasaran jasa pendidikan pada masa pandemi Covid-19 serta menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi Implementasi Strategi pemasaran jasa pendidikan pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di SMK Muhammadiyah. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kegiatan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini berupa sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi strategi pemasaran jasa pendidikan pada masa pandemi covid-19 di SMK Muhammadiyah Pagaralam yang difokuskan pada kegiatan positioning menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kegiatan positioning di SMK Muhammadiyah pada masa pandemi covid-19 telah diterapkan dengan baik dalam keadaan pandemi covid-19. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari terpenuhinya beberapa indikator dalam implementasi strategi pemasaran jasa pendidikan pada kegiatan positioning yakni: pertama, lembaga pendidikan menyediakan atribut pemasaran atau media pemasaran, lembaga mendeskripsikan prospek bagi lulusan serta memberikan informasi yang valid terkait pembiayaan pendidikan pada kegiatan positioning. Adapun faktor pendukung kegiatan positioning pada masa pandemi covid-19 ini yakni: latar belakang pendidikan. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa pendidik dan civitas akademik memiliki latar belakang yang relevan dengan bidang yang kerjakan, selain itu SMK Muhammadiyah juga memiliki sarana dan prasarana yang memadai hal lainnya yang menjadi faktor pendukung adalah letak sekolah yang strategis dan mudah dijangkau oleh konsumen pendidikan. Sedangkan faktor penghambat adalah penetapan harga atau biaya pendidikan yang harus mampu bersaing pada masa pandemi covid-19, penawaran produk pendidikan juga mengalami kesulitan pada masa pandemi covid-19 dikarenakan keterbatasan akses untuk melakukan kegiatan promosi.

Abstract

This research is based on the establishment of MAN Insan Cendekia in 2017, with all the achievements that Madrasahs have as a measure of quality. The purpose of this research is to find out how the leadership strategy of Insan Cendekia Halmahera Barat madrasah in realizing the quality of madrasah. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, with a phenomenological approach that occurs in the field. Collecting data using observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used three lines of analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation and ferification. The results of this study indicate that: The strategy of implementing and evaluating the quality of education in the West Halmahera Intellectuals is carried out in three ways: first: provision of adequate facilities and infrastructure, second: increasing teacher competence and third: developing student potential in the field of science and technology and IMTAQ as a program flagship madrasa. The full support of the central government and local governments for the development of madrasah is a supporting factor in realizing quality. The results obtained from improving the quality of education are the increase in the construction of madrasa facilities, and student achievements obtained from competitions in the field of Science and technology and and MAN Insan Cendekia West Halmahera accredited A in 2018 with a total score of 92.

Abstract

Pendidikan menjadi bagian yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kulitas sumber daya manusia, sehingga diperlukan banyak terobosan program pendidikan pada berbagai jenjang pendidikan termasuk perguruan tinggi seperti Universitas Islam Nusantara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) sebagai salah satu upaya pemerintah dalam mengembangkan proses pembelajaran dengan fokus pada peningkatan kualitas lulusan, peningkatan kualitas dosen dan peningkatan kualitas kurikulum di perguruan tinggi. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif dengan responden sebanyak 2897 terdiri dari mahasiswa, 164 dosen dan 122 tenaga kependidikan dengan total responden dalam penelitian sebanyak 3223 responden. Setelah dilakukan analisa data, menujukkan bahwa kesiapan mahasiswa dengan program ini sebesar 66 %, kesiapan dosen sebesar 53 %, kesiapan tenaga kependidikan sebesar 83 %. Hasil ini menujukkan kesiapan seluruh unsur pendidikan yang ada di kampus dalam melaksanakan program MBKM, dengan asumsi angka yang dihasilkan diatas 50%. Beberapa kendala terkait program ini lebih karena sosialisasi yang kurang masif pada beberapa program studi. Selebihnya mahasiswa yang siap terlibat dalam MBKM sebesar 57,75 %.
