Abstract

Old age is a period in which a person experiences changes in the dimensions he has; physical, psychological, spiritual, social, and potential dimensions. Ideally old age is filled with maturity that is stable at the changes experienced. However, the elderly will be faced with the problem of situational limitations both internally and externally. Following routine recitations is one of the activities that can cover the needs of solving problems in the elderly. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach that seeks to explore in depth the motivation of the elderly in participating in routine recitation activities. Data collection techniques were carried out by intense interviews and direct field observations. The results of this study indicate that the motivation of the elderly to attend regular recitations is the fulfillment of learning and educational needs, the motivation of the elderly in attending routine recitations meets two aspects of motivation; component of values and components of hope, so it can be concluded that the elderly who are recitation participants are elderly who care about the future because they meet 4 of 5 indicators of elderly who care about the future. The supporting factors for the elderly in attending the recitation consist of internal and external factors. The level of motivation of the elderly in attending regular recitations is included in the category of inner motivation level (motivation that comes from inner strength) which is the highest level of motivation.

Abstract

The research was motivated by the understanding that entrepreneurship education can improve a nation’s competitiveness, overcome the unemployment explosion, create job opportunities, and promote the nation's economy. The focus of the research problem is how the characteristics of the lecture support the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education at Ciputra University (UC) in producing world-class entrepreneurs. This study aims to gain an overview of lecturer characteristics to help the point of entrepreneurship education at UC. The approach used in this study is the qualitative approach. The qualitative research method used is a case study; the data collection process is done through unstructured observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation study. The determination of the sample of respondents is purposive and snowball. The respondents are the leaders of foundations, institutions/Ltd., faculty, courses, students, and alums. Research steps include: developing categories and instruments, collecting field data, processing data, describing, discussing, concluding, verifying the validity, and preparing research reports.  From the research, the researcher concluded: that there are common characteristics for the lecturers who support entrepreneurship education; The recommendations proposed are by adopting a hypothetical model of practical lecture for entrepreneurship education offered in this dissertation which is expected to be an alternative to the development of entrepreneurship education in universities.

Abstract

The swift evolution of educational technology has revolutionized learning accessibility, presenting unique challenges and opportunities, especially in remote areas. This study probes the technological readiness of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) teachers in these marginalized regions, using a quantitative ex post facto research design. A sample of 112 teachers, randomly selected, provided data via Google Forms and questionnaires, analyzed using two-way ANOVA and cluster analysis in SPSS 23. The research aimed to categorize teachers into five technology readiness profiles: explorers, pioneers, skeptics, paranoids, and slow adopters, based on optimism, innovativeness, discomfort, and insecurity. However, findings revealed only three distinct groups: explorers, pioneers, and slow adopters. Explorers showed high technological confidence but limited innovation engagement, while pioneers, despite readiness, faced challenges like scarce resources and insufficient tech knowledge. Slow adopters, largely older teachers, lagged in embracing new technologies. This lag can be attributed to adverse conditions and inadequate infrastructure, preventing full exploitation of digital tools in education. The study highlights the crucial need to overcome these barriers to enhance technology integration in MI schools, thereby improving educational outcomes in underdeveloped areas.

Abstract

Penilaian bahwa pria lebih kuat secara fisik daripada wanita seringkali menjadi salah satu faktor dalam memilih pria sebagai pemimpin kelompok, dengan anggapan bahwa wanita lebih cocok sebagai istri dan ibu, sementara pria sebagai pemimpin atau imam dalam keluarga. Namun, jumlah wanita dengan pendidikan tinggi terus meningkat, menunjukkan bahwa wanita juga mampu mencapai kesuksesan yang setara dengan pria dan bahkan menjadi pemimpin dengan kompetensi di bidangnya. Penelitian ini berfokus pada kepemimpinan wanita di perguruan tinggi Islam dengan studi kasus di STAI Darussalam Kunir, sebuah institusi pendidikan tinggi Islam yang dipimpin oleh wanita. Metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan fenomena kepemimpinan wanita dengan mengumpulkan data langsung di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan wanita di perguruan tinggi swasta Islam dipengaruhi oleh visi dan misi perguruan tinggi serta pesantren yang menaunginya. Pemimpin wanita di STAI Darussalam Kunir memotivasi karyawan dengan mendukung pengembangan profesional mereka dan mampu beradaptasi dengan perubahan teknologi dan perkembangan pendidikan terkini. Gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan partisipatif memungkinkan mereka mengatasi hambatan dan mengembangkan strategi untuk kemajuan dan pencapaian tujuan organisasi.

Abstract

The learning process in education today tends to be focused on developing a memory of the content of information. Few educational institutions still apply learning methods that can train students' thinking skills to find solutions to solving a problem or making a decision. This research aims to identify learning in building the thinking skills of students at Pondok Pesantren (PP) Darussalam Kunir Subang. This pesantren applies the Kuliyyatul Mu'allimin Al-Islamiyah (KMI) which combines a system of educational methodology and pesantren teaching (salaf/traditional) with modern education. The approach used in this research is qualitative with descriptive methods to identify, describe, and analyze information needs regarding learning in the pesantren. The subjects in this research were four administrators, four teachers, and thirty students at PP Darussalam Kunir Subang. Data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that learning at PP Darussalam Kunir Subang in the form of turats deliberation activities could train students' thinking skills. Th Beside that, project-based teaching and problem-based teaching also can help students develop their thinking skills.

Abstract

Entering the society era 5.0, competition in various institutions, especially educational institutions, is increasing. The need for education is increasing, especially in higher education, also the increasing population of Indonesia, causing the emergence of many new private universities one of which is STAI Darussalam Kunir. As a new private university, STAI Darussalam Kunir needs to formulate a marketing strategy to increase the number of students by applying the 7 P concept. This study aims to find out marketing strategies, conducted by STAI Darussalam Kunir to increase the number of students. The subjects of this study are the Head of STAI Darussalam Kunir, the admission committee for new students, and the Heads of Study Programs, while the object is the marketing strategy of STAI Darussalam Kunir. The research method used descriptive qualitative methods. The results showed that the marketing strategy carried out by STAI Darussalam Kunir is to apply the concept of the 7 P as follows : Product (Various Service Products offered by STAI Darussalam Kunir ), Price (The price of services offered by STAI Darussalam is relatively cheaper than other campuses), Place (The strategic location of STAI Darussalam Kunir is close to residential housing), Promotion (Using Traditional Promotion), People (having lecturers and employees who have academic qualifications), Phisycal Evidence (having Infrastructure that supports learning activities) and Process (The process of services offered is to accommodate the process of teaching and learning activities and that can meet the needs of students). The application of the 7P concept as a university marketing strategy to increase the number of students at STAI Darussalam Kunir needs to be maximized, especially in terms of promotion

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan manajemen sumber daya manusia yang ada di sekolah tinggi agama islam Darussalam kunir. Metode penelitian yang digunakan di dalam artikel ini adalah metode kualitatif. Sumber data dari penelitian ini diperoleh dari sumber wawancara dengan mengumpulkan data di lapangan untuk menguraikan fenomena di lapangan yang berkaitan dengan manajemen sumber daya manusia. Jenis data yang digunakan di dalam artikel ini berupa data kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada artikel ini adalah wawancara yang dilakukan dengan pihak Ketua Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Darussalam kunir dan studi literatur dengan mengumpulkan buku-buku dan jurnal yang berkaitan dengan manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan mutu Pendidikan di STAI Darussalam Kunir. Teknik analisis data dalam artikel ini berupa narasi. Menurut Handoko manajemen sumber daya manusia adalah penarikan, seleksi, pengembangan, pemeliharaan, dan penggunaan sumber daya manusia untuk mencapai baik tujuan-tujuan individu maupun organisasi.Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkaan mutu Pendidikan di STAI Darussalam Kunir sangat berperan penting dalam mengukur peningkatan hubungan dan peranan tenaga kerja agar efektif dan efisien. Pelaksanaan manajemen sumber daya manusia masih memiliki kendala diantaranya terkait keterbatasan dosen,pengelolaan masih baru dan keterbatasan pihak luar dan juga dari segi pembiayaan untuk peningkatan mutu.

Abstract

This article aims to learn about Human Resource Management (HRM) in improving the quality of education in Tarbiyatul Mut’alimin Pagaden. The interview was conducted with the head of the MA Tarbiyatul Mutaailimin and the study of literature by collecting books and journals related to human resource management in improving the quality of education. The data analysis techniques in this article are narrative. Human resource management According to Handoko is the withdrawal, selection, development, maintenance, and use of human resources to both individual and organizational goals.The result of this research is that MA Tarbiyatul Muta’alimin Pagaden has already implemented human resource planning starting from recruitment, evaluation, and supervision this has become the main program because the resource as a vital tool in improving the quality and quality of education in MA Tarbiyatul mutaalimin According to the head of the school MA Targyatul Mutu’alimi Mohamad badri., M.Pd.I. and the implementation of evaluation, recruitments, development of human resources has also been carried out in MA Tarbiyatul Muta'alimin pagaden.

Abstract

Transformasi teknologi yang berkembang pesat, perusahaan dituntut untuk mengadopsi strategi pemasaran digital guna mempertahankan dan meningkatkan daya saingnya di pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana strategi pemasaran digital dapat meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif perusahaan melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, studi ini mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara mendalam dengan manajer pemasaran dan analis digital dari beberapa perusahaan yang telah sukses menerapkan pemasaran digital. Analisis data dilakukan secara tematik untuk mengidentifikasi strategi-strategi utama yang efektif dalam menghadapi tantangan transformasi teknologi, seperti penggunaan media sosial, optimasi mesin pencari (SEO), pemasaran konten, dan analitik data pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pemasaran digital yang terintegrasi mampu meningkatkan visibilitas merek, interaksi dengan pelanggan, serta mempercepat respon pasar terhadap perubahan kebutuhan konsumen. Selain itu, strategi digital yang adaptif dan inovatif memungkinkan perusahaan untuk memanfaatkan data secara maksimal guna pengambilan keputusan yang lebih tepat. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan literatur pemasaran digital dengan menyoroti pentingnya adaptasi teknologi dalam strategi pemasaran. Implikasi praktisnya, perusahaan disarankan untuk terus mengembangkan kapasitas digital dan kreatifitas dalam pemasaran guna memperkuat posisi kompetitif di pasar yang semakin dinamis. Studi ini juga membuka peluang untuk penelitian lanjutan yang dapat mengeksplorasi aspek kuantitatif dan pengaruh spesifik dari berbagai kanal digital terhadap performa perusahaan.

Abstract

Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tujuan, pengembangan materi, peran guru, kesiapan siswa, media, metode, dan evaluasi dalam pembelajaran shalat pada mata pelajaran fiqih pada masa pembelajaran di Mushola Baitus Shibirin. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data Miles dan Hubberman yang terdiri dari Reduksi data, Penyajian data, dan Kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tujuan pelatihan pembelajaran fiqih ditetapkan berdasarkan Kompetensi Dasar yang esensial dengan menggunakan kurikulum darurat dan berdasarkan karakteristik anak secara umum. Materi shalat dikembangkan dengan cara mengaitkan materi dengan kehidupan sehari-hari siswa dan menanamkan nilai agama, kemudian dikembangkan dari berbagai sumber belajar yang berkaitan dengan fiqih. Peran pendampingan dalam pembelajaran fiqih sebagai pengajar, motivator, dan menanamkan kedisiplinan kepada anak Kesiapan anak dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran, anak aktif dan antusias serta tertib dalam mengikuti pembelajaran praktik ibadah shalat. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode pembelajaran langsung, metode cerita, dan kegiatan tanya jawab. Media yang digunakan adalah buku. Evaluasi pembelajaran shalat meliputi aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik.
