This study analyzes teacher[s behavior in performing duties and responsibilities at school. The result from the analysis concludes that the more sincere the teacher in performing duties and responsibilities at school, the better the work performance becomes. This conclusion was supported by the great ulama of Riyad, Saudi Arabia, Muhammad bin Ibrahim (2002:24) who contended that sincerity will be a lucky stairs, enforces gooddeeds, strenghthen the intention, and consolidates the heart to achive the desired goals. The study was conducted as a library research employing maudu'i (thematic) method, a method of tafsir studies by assembling all Qur'anic verses and hadits related to the theme studied. The goal of this study is figure out the concept of teacher's work performance in relation to sincerity for doing good deeds

Historically education in the form of madrasah can not be isolated in the history of the nation of Indonesia, education in madrasah is the core key, the only educational institution that has long been growing and developing in Indonesia before the Dutch colonial government came and introduced the school system on the 19th abd. The colonial presence of the colonials made the education system into a duality of its style, where Islamic education at the madrasah at that time continues to run in order to expand and deepen the science of education about the Islamization for Indonesian nationals who are Muslims and on the other side of the school built by the colonial government also continues to run . Both run in very different conditions both in the provision of learning materials and in terms of performance.

This paper aims to know and reveal the role of headmaster leadership in increasing teacher performance. The quality of headmaster leadership highly determines the good or bad performance of a teacher. However, actually, there are a number of factors inhibiting to meet the quality leadership of a headmaster, like low mentality of the headmaster which is indicated by low motivation and passion to improve the school, lack of insight, less brave to make a change, and numerous other factors that hamper the birth of professional headmaster to improve education quality. Teacher performance is not only influenced by his/her qualification and competence as a teacher but is also affected by other factors that take a role either directly or indirectly such as school culture. It takes cooperation, coordination, and mutual agreement to create a conducive school culture to actualize the goals and a better school quality.

Need appropriate learning strategies so that students can more easily understand andimprove the control of chemical concepts, namely one using guided inquiry modelthrough the mastery of concepts and skills assessment process of science. Guided inquirylearning model where the students discover the concepts studied through experimentsin the implementation of the teacher providing guidance or instructions. The learningprocess of science using guided inquiry approach would involve the learners to be activeso that learning becomes more fun, not boring and achieve learning objective.

The discussion is focused in the application of learning the problem based learning (PBL)on the increase in students ability to solve the problem. In his discussion use a qualitativeapproach with the data presented shaped descriptive, by digging on books that have themost relevance to topic, shelled and analyzed rigorous adherence to the purpose of thediscussion. Of reference by which used referral from a variety of sources and journalthat support problems. Such as books kind of classroom, educational psychology andother reference having the relationship with matter. Said the outcome of his discussions,learning the problem based learning (PBL) effort to improve the ability of students tryingto settle the case teachers give. Students more accustomed to the problem and get itdone by method and way of thinking that more openly critical and to make it rational. Understanding the concept of islamic education to children is very important thing, boys and girls are the next generation of nation that must have the value and character as expected by nation, state and religion, because the use of islamic values as the provision of life in facing the growth of individuals who called us Insal kamil. Education which inculcates the values of faith and the good deeds is a process of internalization of divine valeus which must understood by every kids who will grow and develop as the successor of the nation in the future. Looking at some important aspects of the quranic teaching are faith, worship and morals. Especially the moral education that must be applied by both parents to their children from early childhood until the age of adolescent, because many cases that occur among children of early childhood to adolescent that reflects the bad attitude and behavior, for examples kicking his friends, speak harsly and snapped at both parents. The purpose of this study is to know the method or the way of applying moral education based on sural Al-Luqman. Based on the purpose stated above, this study will use a form of inductive and deductive descriptive study based on quran surah luqman verses 12-19. The result of the study found that the story of luqman al- Hakim containing his advice to his kids about moral education and the advice should be applied by parents to their children in their family

Having a good atmosphere in the teaching learning process is essential . When students feel convenient with their class, they will be able to accept the transfer of knowledge easily. However, many teachers face difficulties in finding a good teaching approach when teaching islamic education to their students. To deal with issue, the researcher proposes the use of constructivism approach in Islamic education classroom. Constructivism is a teaching approach which states that students learn best when they actively construct their knowledge based on their prior knowledge. One of the advantages of constructivism is it encourages students to have social and communication skills in a classroom environment. Even though, there are some challenges that teachers might face in implementing this approach, by following recommendations suggested by the experts, the researcher believed that this approach will be helpful for teachers to gain success in their classroom.

The laboratory is a place equippep with tools and materials that are utilized in experiment. Natural science is one of the subjects in the curriculum of basic education level. Natural science is a dicipline that is dynamic and always evolving in accordance with the advancement of science and technology. The implementation of the practical method in learning natural science needs laboratory as a place to do practical work activities. The utilization of laboratory for practical activities is part of the teaching and learning proces. Through practical activities, students can examine the existing concepts or theories andexperience a process or experiment, then make the conclusions. This activity will support students undestanding towards the subject matter. Experiment is one of the methods of learning that can foster students sense of curiousity, creativity, innovation and scientific honesty in dealing with an real life issues. The laboratory has a very important role in learning natural science at the level of primary education as in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI)/ Sekolah dasar (SD).

This paper discusses about multicultural education that is a concept of educationembracing an approach and a transformation to provide students and all the people anunderstanding to appreciate and respect the diversity owned by a nation. The conceptto appreciate and respect diversity has been taught in Islam through the Qur’an so thatpeople can see differences and appreciate the diversity they have, such as tribes, religions,cultures, and others. Multicultural education as a concept of education that forms a socialparadigm encourages schools to take part in instilling awareness of the multiculturalcommunity and growing attitude of tolerance to actualize the need and the ability to worktogether among the diversity existed. In this regard, this paper shall show that the practiceof multicultural education in Indonesia is potential to be conducted flexibly rather thanas a separated lesson or in a monolithic manner. The implementation of multiculturaleducation is based on 5 dimensions. The environment where people, either adult or children, live is divided into two; physicalenvironment and abstract environment. Physical environment consists of family, school,and society. Meanwhile, the abstract environment covers the social environment. Thissocial environment is a place where children do numerous activities such as playing,performing daily activities, and practicing religious activities. The influence of environment toward children behaviour is through parenting style either from family, school, or society. A child is born pure, it is the environment that shapes the behavior andcharacter. Parenting through education includes basic education that covers religiouseducation (ukhrawi) like tauhid (the oneness of God), fiqh and akhlak as well as generaleducation like economics and technology. Endogenic factor is an inhereted or innatefactor. An individual possesses this endogenic factor since sperm penetrates the ovum,hence it similar to his/her parents
