Abstract

Supervisi akademik merupakan salah satu kegiatan pembinaan kepada guru dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kemampuan profesional guru dan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Setiap guru pada satuan pendidikan berkewajiban menyusun Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) secara lengkap dan sistematis agar pembelajaran dapat berlangsung secara interaktif, inspiratif, menyenangkan, memotivasi peserta didik untuk berpartisipasi aktif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun RPP melalui kegiatan supervisi akademik di SD Negeri Lamklat Kecamatan Darussalam Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS) yang meliputi empat tahap kegiatan, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada semester ganjil tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 selama tiga bulan yaitumulai Juli 2017 sampai September 2017. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SD Negeri Lamklat yang berjumlah 16 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persentase ketuntasan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun RPP secara klasikal pada kondisi awal (prasiklus) adalah 43,75%. Pada siklus I terjadi peningkatan 25% sehingga menjadi 68,75%. Pada siklus II, kompetensi guru tuntas meningkat 25% sehingga menjadi 93,75%. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi akademik dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun RPP di SD Negeri Lamklat Kecamatan Darussalam Kabupaten Aceh Besar Tahun pelajaran 2017/2018.

Abstract

Leadership is a key factor in the success of Islamic education institutions to achieve the desired quality. Leadership can be define and interpreted as a process of influencing other people to be involved and to bring change to the desired future. Some theories and models of leadership have existed so far and become the main reference in Islamic education institutions. But it has not been able to make Islamic education institutions a quality educational institution. There are still many people who think that Islamic education institutions are second-class educational institutions. Prophetic leadership is one of the comprehensive leadership models because it is taken directly from the style, method, type carried out by the Prophets. Abstract

Multicultural Islamic education is one model of Islamic education learning that is linked to the diversity that exists, whether it's the diversity of religions, ethnicity, languages and so forth. This is done because many of us have met in public schools in one class consisting of various students who are very diverse, there are different religions, ethnicities, languages, ethnicities, and so forth. This paper is intended to find out more about how Multicultural Islamic education, as well as the importance of Multicultural Islamic education, is applied. Data collection is done through the documentation method. Where books are determined as primary data sources and secondary data are collected and selected according to the theme under study. The results of the study show that in multicultural Islamic education is very important to be applied, this is to anticipate the reality of the diversity that exists in society. Where is multicultural Islamic education to be able to help bring about peace or tolerance in the midst of the plurality of society itself.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve student learning outcomes and student learning activities Animal material that is Halal and Haram by applying the inquiry method to class V students of MIS Darul Ma’arif, Simeulue Regency. This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR). CAR procedures are in the form of cycles and with stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects in this research were all students in class V of MIS Darul Ma'arif, totaling 15 students. The technique of collecting data is by observation and testing. Data were analyzed by descriptive qualitative method. The results of the research showed that: (1) The percentage of completeness of student learning outcomes in a classical on prasiklus was 46.7%. In the first cycle it increased 26.6% to reach 73.3%. In the second cycle there was an increase of 20% to 93.3%. Student learning activities in the first cycle are classified as sufficient with an average of 3.1. Student learning activities in cycle II increased and were classified as good with an average of 3.9. Conclusion: student learning outcomes on halal and illicit animal material can be increased by applying the inquiry method in class V MIS Darul Ma'arif, Simeulue Regency.

Abstract

This article studies and analyzes the attitudes and behaviors of rahmatan lil ‘alamin lecturers in building Islamic character and culture of the students, the community and the environment. In the phenomenon emerging today, there are a number of lecturers who act and do in a normative-doctrinal concept which results in excessive apologetic attitudes (intellectual obstinacy). In addition, the soft skills in building and managing the rahmatan lil 'alamin students and community life is still very weak. Thus, it happens very often that they claim for unilateral truth justifying that they are the right one in interpreting Islam and accuse other groups as infidels and eretical orientalists. The final conclusion from this article is that the attitudes and behaviors of the rahmatan lil ‘alamin lecturers are potential to build Islamic character and culture in the students, community, and environment. Through experiences, performances and real works, responsibility and innovation, moderation, and uswah they will gradually bring advantages and benefits, solutions, and alternatives for the ummah to keep peace and tranquility, and are also consistent toward the change and renewal movement for the ummah and their environment.

Abstract

This article discusses organizational culture with a focus on studies on the organizational culture of Islamic perspective. The writing of this article is motivated by the existence of factors that can influence the culture of Islamic Education organizations. In addition, the author also wants to conduct a study of cultural relations with Islam, as well as how the culture of Islamic perspective. The method used by the authors in this article is to search for various relevant literature. The results of the studies conducted were: 1. some figures defined organizational culture as more philosophical, but there were also more operational ones; 2. There are three processes and stages in forming organizational culture; 3. There is a relationship between culture and Islam, the relationship is proof that Islam is the basis, principle, controller and direction, besides that Islam is a source of value in the development of culture; 4. Organizational culture in Islamic Education institutions refers to the value of togetherness, basic assumptions, and artifacts adopted by Islamic Education institutions, whether boarding schools, madrassas or Islamic Higher Education institutions.

Abstract

Transformational leadership cannot be separated from four characteristics of leadership behavior. The four elements are idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, individualized consideration. If a leader fulfills one of the four elements of leadership behavior characteristics, then the leader can be categorized as transformational leadership. The leader is categorized as ideal transformational leadership, if he is only prominent in idealized influence, or as transformational leadership that is inspiring if it only stands out on inspirational motivation. A leader can also fulfill the category of more than one element, can be two, three or fulfill his decency if it meets the four elements, it will be a very good transformational leadership. So that can be categorized as transformational leadership is very dependent on fulfilling the elements of transformational leadership.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a questionnaire as the valid and reliable instrument to measure the students’ self-efficacy and motivation in learning English. The development process in this study was based on the theory of the two main constructs (self-efficacy and motivation). The writers employ cognitive interview to create some adjustment and/or adaptation to fit the Indonesian learning and process context, and pilot tested to a group of students. The product of this study is a ready-to-use questionnaire that is considered appropriate in Indonesian context. Further research is suggested to check the validity and reliability of thisinstrument in other contexts.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of guidance group of empty chair technique and self talk technique to improve interpersonal communication skill of students in SMA Padang Tiji. Research method used experiment, randomized pretest-posttest control group design design involving research subjects as many as 20 people selected by proposive from 82 students. The results showed the technique of empty and effective self talk technique to improve interpersonal communication skills of students with different level of kefeektifanguidance group of self talk technique is higher than the technique of empty chair. The guidance of empty chair technique group and selftalk technique is effective to improve interpersonal communication skill of SMA N Padang Tiji students.

Abstract

Muslim teacher professionalism is very important agenda needs to be focused in order to develop a generation of pious and righteous human capital. However, the challenge of sekulerism will affect the noble intentions of teachers in building a pupil, characterized by the Quran. Therefore this paper will discuss the sekulerism ideology, the concept of a Muslim teacher, manifestation of sekulerism and sekulerism challenges confronting the Muslim teachers. This concept paper also touches on three main principles in relation to sekulerism which is fundamental to spoil the Muslims rational principles, the principle of openness and intellectual freedom. The future impact on education if this misunderstanding is not handled properly by the Muslim teachers, it will ruin the students generation who will shape the future of the country.
