Abstract

Abstrak Budaya organisasi berperan penting dalam mendorong anggota tim untuk memiliki kepuasan kerja yang solid dan baik serta kepercayaan mereka untuk mencapai kinerja yang diharapkan. Studi kausal ini dimaksudkan untuk memperoleh informasi terkait budaya organisasi, kerjasama tim, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja anggota tim pengembang kurikulum di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam waktu 5 bulan yaitu dari Januari sampai Mei 2018. 100 orang dipilih secara acak dari anggota tim pengembang kurikulum yang tersedia (analisis unit). Data dikumpulkan melalui survei dan dianalisis dengan teknik analisis jalur setelah dimasukkan ke dalam matriks korelasi. Analisis dan interpretasi data menunjukkan bahwa kinerja kerja anggota tim pengembang kurikulum dipengaruhi secara langsung oleh kepuasan dan kepercayaan kerja. Selain itu, kepuasan kerja mereka dipengaruhi langsung oleh budaya organisasi dan kerja tim. Juga ditemukan bahwa kinerja pekerjaan mereka dipengaruhi secara tidak langsung oleh budaya organisasi dan kerja tim. Temuan mengarah pada kesimpulan bahwa setiap perubahan atau variasi yang terjadi pada kinerja kerja anggota tim telah dipengaruhi oleh variasi kepuasan dan kepercayaan kerja mereka. Kesimpulannya menyiratkan bahwa budaya organisasi, kerja tim, kepuasan kerja dan kepercayaan anggota tim harus dipertimbangkan dalam meningkatkan kinerja mereka. Kata Kunci: budaya organisasi; tim kerja; kepuasan kerja; kepercayaan; prestasi kerja Abstract Organiazational culture plays an important role in encouraging the team member to have solid and good job satisfaction and their trust to achieve expected performance. This causal study was intended to obtain information related to organizational culture, teamwork, job satisfaction and team member’s on their job performance team member of curriculum developers in Indonesia. This research was conducted within 5 months namely from January to May of 2018. 100 people were sellected randomly from the available team member of curriculum developers (unit analysis). The data were collected through survey and analyzed by path analysis technique after putting them into a correlation matrix. The data analysis and interpretation indicate that the team member of curriculum developers job performance was affected directly by job satisfaction and trust. In addition, their job satisfaction was affected directly by organizational culture and teamwork. It is also found that their job performance was affected indirectly by both organizational culture and teamwork. The findings lead to conclusion that any changes or variations occurred at the team member’s job performance had been affected by the variations of their job satisfaction and trust. The conclusion implies that the organizational culture, teamwork, job satisfaction and trust team member’s should be considered in improving their job performance. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah ada pengaruh antara Reward, Punishment dan Motivasi terhadap kinerja Karyawan pada PT Barru Barakah Property. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif, data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder yang dihasilkan dari penyebaran kuisioner, wawancara, observasi langsung dan studi kepustakaan. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisa statistika yaitu analisa regresi linier berganda dengan pembuktian hipotesis melalui uji t untuk membuktikan keterkaitan antara variabel independent dengan variabel dependent secara parsial dan uji f untuk membuktikan keterkaitan antara variabel independen dengan variabel dependent secara simultan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 33 responden yang merupakan jumlah seluruh Karyawan PT Barru Barakah Property. Penelitian ini membuktikan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel Reward, Punishment dan Motivasi secara sendiri-sendiri (parsial) terhadap kinerja . Penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel Reward, Punishment dan Motivasi secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap kinerja. Abstract

Millennials like job-hopping. This is a challenge for organizations given the high number of workers who are millennials. Organizations need to understand the characteristics of millennials and what they are looking for in a workplace to increase their commitment if they are to be a part of the organization. Sense of belonging is important to note because it can affect organizational commitment. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of individual characteristics, organizational characteristics, job characteristics, and sense of belonging to organizational commitment. The population in this study were students of master of management in Makassar who are millennials and have worked or are currently working. The number of samples is determined by 100 respondents. Data were obtained through questionnaires then analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that individual characteristics positively and significantly affect organizational commitment but organizational and job characteristics do not. Individual and organizational characteristics have a positive and not significant effect on sense of belonging while job characteristics positively and significantly affecting sense of belonging. Sense of belonging positively and significantly affects organizational commitment and is an intervening variable that influences the relationship between individual, organizational, and job characteristics with organizational commitment. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi Pendapatan Asli Daerah di Kabupaten Gowa dan Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kondisi Pendapatan Asli Daerah di Kabupaten Gowa. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, dengan teknik analisis data deskriptif. Tujuan penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik dokumentasi dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil teknik dokumentasi bahwa kondisi pendapatan asli daerah di Kabupaten Gowa sudah melampaui target dari tahun 2016-2020, rata penerimaan target pendapatan asli daerah di Kabupaten Gowa selalu lebih dari seratus persen. Semakin besar penerimaan Pendapatan Asli Daerah maka semakin baik dan semakin optimal pengelolaan Pendapatan Asli Daerah tersebut. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tercapainya pendapatan asli daerah di Kabupaten Gowa adalah besarnya kontribusi beberapa sumber pajak, yaitu pajak BPHTB sebesar 17,16 %, pajak penerangan jalan sebesar 13,09% dan PBB sebesar 5,61 %. Total keseluruhan kontribus pajak terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah sebesar 43,33%, retribusi daerah sebesar 30,5%, pendapatan lain-lain PAD yang sah sebesar 24,22% dan hasil pengelolaan kekayaan daerah sebesar 1,95%. Tingginya penerimaan Pendapatan pajak didukung oleh kepatuhan wajib pajak yang cukup tinggi. Kata Kunci: Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Pendapatan Asli Daerah. Abstract : The purpose of the study was to determine the condition of Regional Original Income in Gowa Regency and the factors that influence the condition of Regional Original Income in Gowa Regency. This research is qualitative research, with descriptive data analysis techniques.. Data collection techniques used in this research are documentation and interview techniques. Based on the results of the documentation technique that the condition of regional original income in Gowa Regency has exceeded the target from 2016-2020, the average revenue target of regional original income in Gowa Regency is always more than one hundred percent. The greater the revenue from the Regional Original Revenue, the better and the more optimal the management of the Regional Original Income. The factors that influence the achievement of local revenue in Gowa Regency are the contribution of several tax sources, namely the Customs Duty on Land and Building Rights Acquisition of 17.16%, street lighting tax of 13.09% and Land and Building Tax of 5. 61%. The total contribution of taxes to Original Regional Revenue is 43.33%, regional retribution is 30.5%, other legitimate PAD income is 24.22% and the result of regional wealth management is 1.95%. The high revenue tax revenue is supported by a fairly high taxpayer compliance. Keywords: Regional Original Income, Factors Affecting Regional Original Income.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian menganalisis keputusan pembelian di marketplace selama pandemi COVID-19. Keputusan pembelian yang baik sebagai pertanda bahwa selama pandemi, marketplace tidak terpengaruh dengan adanya pandemi. Analisis pengaruh brand image, word of mouth (WOM), lifestyle, kualitas informasi diharapkan dapat memberikan ukuran sejauh mana masyarakat memberikan keputusan pembelian di Marketplace. Kuesioner yang diperoleh dengan cara non probability sampling sebanyak 218 responden. Pengolahan data dengan analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel independen berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Faktor-faktor ini akan memberikan kontribusi bagi marketplace dalam mengembangkan sistemnya untuk meningkatkan kinerja yang maksimal. Kata Kunci: brand image; word of mouth; lifestyle; kualitas informasi; keputusan pembelian. Abstract The study analyzed purchasing decisions in the marketplace during the COVID-19 pandemic. A good purchase decision is a sign that the marketplace is not affected by the pandemic during the pandemic. Analysis of the influence of brand image, word of mouth (WOM), lifestyle, and quality of information is expected to measure the extent to which people make purchasing decisions in the marketplace. The questionnaire was obtained using non-probability sampling of as many as 218 respondents—data processing with multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25. The results showed that all independent variables had a positive effect on purchasing decisions. These factors will contribute to the marketplace in developing its system to improve maximum performance. Keywords: brand image; word of mouth; lifestyles; information quality; purchase decision.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian yang berjudul. Pengaruh Kualitas Produk Terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah Pada Kantor AJB Bumiputera 1912 Cabang Ujung Tanah. Di tengah-tengah persaingan global seperti saat ini AJB Bumiputera 1912 Cabang Ujung Tanah mampu mempertahankan eksistensinya dihadapan masyarakat. AJB Bumiputera 1912 Cabang Ujung Tanah menyadari betapa pentingnnya mempertahankan kesetiaan nasabah, dengan menjaga konsistensi dalam memberikan produk-produk yang berkualitas baik, serta terus menerus melakukan peningkatan dalam melayani masyarakat. Adapun Masalah dalam penelitian bagaimana Pengaruh Kualitas Produk Terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah Pada Kantor AJB Bumiputera 1912 Cabang Ujung Tanah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas nasabah AJB Bumiputera 1912 Cabang Ujung Tanah. Penelitian ini merupakan survey terhadap nasabah AJB Bumiputera 1912 Cabang Ujung Tanah. Metode penelitian menggunakan Regresi Linear Sederhana, dan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 nasabah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk, memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah. AJB Bumiputera perlu memperhatikan harapan dan kepuasan nasabah agar terciptanya loyalitas nasabah dalam menggunakan jasa AJB Bumiputera 1912 Cabang Ujung Tanah Kata Kunci : Loyalitas Nasabah, Kualitas Produk.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan jangka panjang untuk mendeteksi fraud dan memastikan tidak ada lagi kecurangan laporan keuangan, penyalagunaan aset dan penyimpangan dalam mengaudit. Target khusus yang ingin dicapai adalah untuk meminimalisir adanya kecurangan yang dilakukan oleh manajemen. Dalam penelitian ini metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi llinear berganda. Metode analisis regresi llinear berganda terdiri dari dua alat analisis yaitu Analisis Statistik Deskriptif dan Analisis Statistik Infrensial. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap di RSUD Batara Guru Kabupaten Luwu. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik propotional random sampling. Analisis kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini akan digunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas dengan Cronbach’s Alpha. Uji asumsi klasik meliputi uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji normalitas. Untuk uji hipotesis menggunakan program komputer SPSS. Hasilnya bahwa kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari wujud nyata, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, dan empati berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien pada masa social distancing di RSUD Batara Guru Kabupaten Luwu. Kata kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kepuasan Pasien. Abstract The study aims to determine the effect of service quality on Patient Satisfaction at Batara Guru Hospital. The sampling technique in this study uses the proportional random sampling quantitative analysis in this study will used validity and reliability tests with cronbachs’s alpha. Assumption test classic includes heteroscedasticity and normality test. The hypothesis using the SPSS computer program. The result is that the quality of service such us of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and emphaty effect patient satisfaction during the social distancing period at the Batara Guru Hospital. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to find out, (1) The effect of Recruitment and Compensation jointly influences employee performance at PT Bank BRI Kediri Branch (2) Effect of Recruitment on employee performance at PT Bank BRI Kediri Branch, (3) Effect of Compensation on employee performance at PT Bank BRI Kediri Branch. The population in this study were all employees at PT Bank BRI Kediri Branch, which amounted to 46 employees. The sampling technique used was the census. The research instruments used were Likert model questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used was linear regression. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini lebih fokus pada Audit Report Lag (ARL) menggunakan profitabilitas, ukuran KAP, Good Corporate Governance dan ukuran perusahaan pada sektor perbankan karena pada indikator finansial sektor perbankan berbeda dengan indikator finansial perusahaan manufaktur, yaitu pada sektor jasa khususnya perusahaan perbankan menggunakan metode RGEC. Indikator keuangan perbankan yang sebelumnya menggunakan metode rasio CAMELS (Capital, Asset Quality, Management, Earnings power, Liquidity, dan Sensitivityto Market risk) yang diganti ke metode RGEC (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings dan Capital), hal inilah dasar bagi peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian menggunakan indikator keuangan perbankan terbaru yaitu metode RGEC yang menjadi kebaharuan dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitaif serta pengumpulan data melalui dokumentasi, Sampel penelitian yaitu perusahaan perbankan khusunya yang terdaftar dalam indeks infobank15 BEI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Risk Profile dan Good Corporate Governance tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadapARL sedangkan Earnings dan Capital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ARL. Kata Kunci: Audit, LDR, RGEC, ROA, CAR Abstract This study focuses more on Audit Report Lag (ARL) using profitability, KAP size, Good Corporate Governance, and company size in the banking sector because the financial indicators of the banking sector are different from the financial indicators of manufacturing companies, namely in the service sector, especially banking companies using the RGEC method. Banking financial indicators that previously used the CAMELS ratio method (Capital, Asset Quality, Management, Earnings power, Liquidity, and Sensitivity to Market risk) were replaced with the RGEC method (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, and Capital); this is the basis for researchers to conduct research using the latest banking financial indicators, namely the RGEC method which is the novelty in this research. This study uses a quantitative approach and data collection through documentation. The research sample is banking companies, especially those listed on the IDX infobank15 index. The results showed that the Risk Profile and Good Corporate Governance had no significant effect on ARL while Earnings and Capital had a significant effect on ARL.
