Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of competence, leadership style and career development, on the performance of BPS employees throughout West Java. Population in this research is a number 133 person, with sample study as much 99 employee. Technique taking sample is simple random sampling. Data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires and data analysis with analysis regression linear double. Results study disclose that competence, style leadership and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Matter this shows that to improve employee performance, it is necessary to increase competence, style leadership And development career. Between third variable the, competence is variable Which most influential to performance employee. Matter This seen from mark standardized competency coefficients of 0.460. This is due to competence as an individual internal factor which can be controlled by the individual himself. The research results also show that performance affected employees as big 41.7% by competence, style leadership And development career in a manner together. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan performa keuangan Pt.Kalbe farma Tbk. dan Pt Kimia farma Tbk diukur dari rasio likuiditas yang terdiri dari Current ratio dan Quick ratio dan rasio solvabilitas serta rasio profitabilitas yang terdiri dari Profit margin, Return On Asset dan Return On Equity dengan menggunakan metode kualitaatif deskriptif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perbandingan kinerja keuangan Pt. Kalbe farma Tbk. dan Pt kimia Farma Tbk. memiliki likuditas masing-masing dimana di current ratio Pt Kalbe farma lebih unggul dibanding Pt.Kimia farma.dan Pt.Kimia farma Tbk. lebih unggul dari sisi Quick ratio Pt. kalbe farma memiliki Kemampuan membayar utang lebih baik dibanding Pt. Kalbe Farma Tbk. Pt. Kimia farma Tbk. memiliki kemampuan lebih baik dalam menghasilkan dibanding Pt. Kalbe farma tbk. Pt. Kalbe farma Tbk. lebih baik dalam menghasilkan laba dengan seluruh aset yang dimiliki dibanding Pt. Kimia farma Tbk. hal ini juga berlaku pada return on equity dimana Pt. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Transparansi dan Akuntabilitas terhadap Pengelolaan Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Desa (APBDes). Data yang digunakan yakni data primer yang diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada Pemerintah Desa se-Kecamatan Suwawa Selatan Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik sampling purpose sehingga jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dengan bantuan program AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Transparansi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Pengelolaan Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Desa (APBDes), 2) Akuntabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pengelolaan Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Desa (APBDes), 3) Transparansi dan Akuntabilitas secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Pengelolaan Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Desa (APBDes). Kata Kunci: Transparansi, Akuntabilitas, Pengelolaan Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Desa

Matter This made opportunity for digital marketing For develop in all industrial sectors, including the textile industry in Indonesia. This research is focused in the housing sector. Textile Marketing itself requires a dimensional approach service And product. Website And augmented reality is service digital Which can represent marketing in Textile industry. This research will use SOR theory ( Stimulus – organisms – Responses ). Where website quality etc augmented reality role as stimulus, customer satisfaction acts as an organism and purchase intention plays a role as responses . This study aims to determine the effect of Website quality and Augmented reality on Purchase intention both directly and indirectly (with mediation customers satisfaction ). Study This use method quantitative with questionnaire as tool collection data. Sample study is people Greater Jakarta with minimum age of 19 years and want to have a house in 8 years forward. Through this research it is known that website quality and Augmented reality have no significant effect on purchase intention directly. However, websites quality and Augmented reality have a significant influence on purchase intention by no means direct or with mediation customers satisfaction . Abstract

The research aims to determine the position and factors that influence marketplace mapping based on consumer perceptions in the city of Bandung. The research method is descriptive. Respondents totaled 137 people, who were determined by non-probability sample (based on purposive assessment) and spread across the city of Bandung. Data were analyzed using multidimensional scaling which analyzed 5 marketplaces, 7 attributes and 15 indicators. The results of the study show that the first position of the marketplace is based on the attributes: 1) ease of use, 2) information quality, 3) consumer service, 4) web/application design, 5) process controllability, 6) outcome quality and 7) price is occupied by Sociolla, followed by Tokopedia, Zalora, Lazada and Elevania with eculidean distance. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji serta menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas, kepemilikan manajerial, kebijakan dividen, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kebijakan hutang. Penelitian ini menggunakan perusahaan sub sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia tahun 2019-2021. Jenis data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder dengan tehnik pengumpulan data purposive sampling. perusahaan yang mempunyai data profitabilitas, kepemilikan manajerial, kebijakan dividen dan ukuran perusahaan dan memiliki data yang lengkap, sehingga jumlah sampel 63 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan profitabilittas berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kebijakan hutang, kepemilikan manajerial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan hutang, kebijakan dividen berengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kebijakan hutang, dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kebijakan hutang. Kata kunci : Profitabilitas, kepemilikan manajerial, kebijakan dividen, ukuran perusahaan, kebijakan hutang Abstract This research aims to examine and analyze profitability, managerial ownership, dividend policy, and firm size that affect debt policy. This research used consumer goods industry sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. The type of data used is secondary data with purposive sampling data collection techniques. Companies that have data on profitability, managerial ownership, dividend policy and firm size and have complete data, so that the sample of 63 companies. Based on the results of the study, profitability has a negative and significant effect on debt policy, managerial ownership has no effect on debt policy, dividend policy has a positive and significant effect on debt policy, and Firm size has a positive and significant effect on debt policy. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada usaha café kopi kompleks Ngagel. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh café kopi kompleks untuk meningkatkan volume penjualan dan bagaimana cara menghadapi persaingan pada usaha serupa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode analisis SWOT. Teknik pengambilan data yang dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara dan observasi yang berkaitan dengan strategi pemasaran 7P yaitu product, place, price, promotion, process, physical evidence, people yang digunakan oleh peneliti dalam menemukan kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman.Dengan melalui analisis IFAS (Internal Strategy Factor Analisis Sumarry) dan EFAS (Eksternal Strategy Factor Analisis Sumarry). Dapat diketahui hasil skor dari faktor internal diperoleh kekuatan sebesar 2,72 sedangkan kelemahan diperoleh skor 0,68. Sedangkan hasil skor dari faktor eksternal diperoleh peluang sebesar 1,96 dan ancaman diperoleh skor 0,59. Dari matriks kuadran SWOT Cafe Kopi Kompleks menempati titik kuadaran I, dimana pada kuadran ini menunjukan Cafe Kopi Kompleks berada pada posisi mendukung kebijakan pertumbuhan yang agresif (growth oriented strategy). Abstract

Maranatha Christian University is a university that is currently growing with a large number of employees. So it is necessary to evaluate the four factors. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the relationship between workload, intellectual intelligence, and emotional intelligence on employee performance. The results of the research will be used as a basis for determining the Institute's decisions in the placement of employees and balancing the workload in related departments. The results of the research will be used as material for study in decision making and mapping of human resources according to the performance of each employee. The research was carried out using a quantitative approach with a data collection tool using a questionnaire on 81 respondents carried out randomly (random sampling). Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk melihat dan menganalisis Pengaruh Lingkungan kerja Dan Disiplin kerja Terhadap Produktivitas kerja karyawan. Dimana sampel yang dijadikan responden yaitu sebanyak 100 karyawan PT. Sepuh Energi Alam. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada respoden. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Dimana hasil penelitiannya lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan pada uji t bahwa nilai prob. lingkungan kerja lebih kecil dari taraf alpha 5%. Dengan demikian menunjukkan bahwa berapapun lingkungan kerja yang di terima oleh karyawan sangat berpengaruh pada produktivitas kerja karyawan di perusahaan khususnya pada PT. Sepuh Energi Alam. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan pada uji t bahwa nilai prob. disiplin kerja lebih besar dari taraf alpha 5%. Dengan demikian menunjukkan bahwa berapapun disiplin kerja yang di terima oleh karyawan tidak mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja karyawan Kata Kunci: Lingkungan kerja, Disiplin kerja, Produktivitas kerja karyawan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competency and job satisfaction partially, and which variable between the two independent variables has the most dominant effect on the dependent variable on Office Subdistrict Cileunyi Regency Bandung. Study This method quantitative. Data Which used data primary And data secondary. Population study amount 21 person. Taking sample his research was population research, the technique used was total sampling. Data collection technique done by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression with use application computer ( Statistical Packages for Social Scienceties ) SPSS-25. Results study concluded that the competency variable partially had no effect on employee performance at Cileunyi District Office, Bandung Regency, and partial job satisfaction has a significant effect to performance employee on Office Subdistrict Cileunyi Regency Bandung, results from variable Job satisfaction has the most dominant effect compared to competence on employee performance at the office Subdistrict Cileunyi Regency Bandung.
