Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of internal locus of control, environment and entrepreneurship education on the entrepreneurial interest of Unesa PE Study Program students.The type of correlational research with a quantitative approach used in this research and the sample was 130 students. Technical analysis applies multiple linear regression analysis and classical assumption tests. The results of this research are that there is an internal locus of control influence on the entrepreneurial interest of Unesa PE Study Program students, there is no environmental influence on the entrepreneurial interest of Unesa PE Study Program students, there is an influence of entrepreneurship education on the entrepreneurial interest of Unesa PE Study Program students, and there is a joint influence of Internal locus of control, environment, and entrepreneurship education on the entrepreneurial interest of Unesa PE Study Program students. This is evidenced by the results of simultaneous tests there is an influence together with the magnitude of the significance value of 0.000<0.05. The partial test results of the internal locus of control variable have an effect with a magnitude for a value of 0.000<0.05 Environment has no effect on the magnitude for a significance value of 0.088>0.05. Entrepreneurship education has an effect with a magnitude for a significant value of 0.000<0.05. In conclusion, internal locus of control and entrepreneurship education significantly influence business interests, but the environment does not affect business interests. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of HR management on work productivity, the effect of job satisfaction on work productivity, and the influence of HR management and job satisfaction on the work productivity of employees of PT Nikkatsu Electric Works, Bandung City. This research method is quantitative. With a population of 47 people, the total number of employees is PT Nikkatsu Electric Works. The research sampling method uses a saturated sample method so that the number of samples is the same as the total population. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that HR Management and Job Satisfaction partially and simultaneously influence work productivity, contributing to a 72.8% conclusion of the influence of human resource management (HR) and job satisfaction on team member work productivity. Abstract

This research aims to determine the contribution of border region Islamic boarding schools in education and relations between religious communities in Aceh Tamiang district. This research used descriptive qualitative methods and was conducted to see whether Dayah Border Manarul Islam is an institution that can prevent conflicts between religious communities. Based on the research that has been carried out, it was found that the relationship between Dayah Manarul Islam and the surrounding community is good, marked by a relationship of mutual trust and social cooperation between the two. Relations between religious communities are also going well, characterized by minimal conflict between religious gatherings on the borders of Aceh Tamiang Regency. Educational institutions such as Dayah Border Manarul Islam can be a means of minimizing the potential for friction between religious communities in border areas. In conclusion, the contribution of Islamic boarding schools in border areas to education and relations between religious communities. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the principal's supervision and leadership style on the performance of public high school teachers in the driving school program. The research method is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. The research population is all school principals and teachers, totaling 137 people, and a sample of 58 people was selected based on the proportional random sampling technique. Based on the data processing results with the help of the SPSS version 25 for the Windows program, the regression coefficient value for the academic supervision variable (X1) was found to be 0.603 with a positive value. Tcount was 5.554 > ttable 2.004 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. For the leadership style variable ( X2), The value of the regression coefficient obtained is 0.629 positive value, and tcount of 5,805> ttable 2,004 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05. Then, the results (F test) show an Fcount value of 20,476 > Ftable 3.16 for a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. In conclusion, leadership influences teacher performance, and educational supervision influences teacher performance, then school culture influences teacher performance, and the principal's leadership, academic supervision, and school culture influence teacher performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of laboratory infrastructure and teacher work motivation on the work ethic of teachers at SMP Negeri Se, Prabumulih Timur District. This research was conducted at State Junior High Schools throughout East Prabumulih District. Researchers chose (SMP Negeri 5 Prabumulih, SMP Negeri 8 Prabumulih and SMP Negeri 12 Prabumulih). This research belongs to the type of expost facto research. The population in this study was 162 people with the number of samples in this study amounting to 114 people. Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques use normality tests, linearity tests, multicholinearity tests, simple correlation analysis, double correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, t test and F test. The results of this study are: there is a significant influence of laboratory facilities and infrastructure on the work ethic of teachers of SMP Negeri Se Kecamatan Prabumulih Timur; there is a significant influence of teacher work motivation on the work ethic of teachers at SMP Negeri Se Kecamatan Prabumulih Timur; there is a significant influence of laboratory facilities and infrastructure and teacher work motivation together on the work ethic of teachers of SMP Negeri Se, Prabumulih Timur District. Abstract

This study aims to find out and describe the implementation of curriculum management in developing teacher competencies in MTs Negeri 1 Prabumulih City. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research findings are as follows; the concept of curriculum management implementation in MTs negeri 1 Prabumulih city is carried out through the stages of curriculum planning by the curriculum development team, curriculum organizing in the form of delegation of authority from the head of the madrasah to the Deputy head of the madrasah for Curriculum, curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation which is carried out by examining curriculum documents, implementing class supervision and interviews, The implementation of teacher competency development is carried out through the assignment of teachers to take part in training, workshops, seminars or discussion activities through MGMP either held by the madrasah itself or through other institutions. In conclusion, implementing curriculum management in developing teacher competency at MTs Negeri 1 Prabumulih City has been carried out well, starting with the stages of planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of information technology and school-based management on the quality of education in public elementary schools in Sematang Borang sub-district, Palembang. This research is included in the type of expost facto research. The population and sample in this study amounted to 111 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques used normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, simple correlation analysis, multiple correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, t test and F test. The results of this study are information technology and school-based management have a joint positive effect on the quality of education in public elementary schools in Sematang Borang sub-district, things that affect the quality of education of a school, namely, increasing the quality and quantity of services independently, timeliness or school discipline, responsibility, ability and reliability in utilizing information technology and being able to provide services according to community needs. In conclusion, there is a positive and significant influence between information technology variables and school-based management on the quality of education Keywords: Education quality, Information technology, School-based management.

Abstract

This study aims to answer problems related to the efforts of madrasah heads in improving teacher performance. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. Data collection techniques: Observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Research Results: The efforts of the head of madasah in improving teacher performance in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Al Hijriyah Prabumulih city are carried out through attendance, motivating teachers to always maintain sincerity in teaching, giving awards, restoring the spirit of teachers through madrasah family gatherings at the home of teachers / employees, holding study tours at the end of the year, holding iftar together every month romadhon, improving the knowledge of teachers by sending teachers to follow Training training, which is held in the city and in the province, sends teachers to participate in the Subject Teacher Deliberation (MGMP) throughout the city of Prabumulih or in Madrasah. Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the influence of teacher motivation and competence on student learning outcomes at public elementary schools in the District of Sematang Borang Palembang. This research was conducted at a public elementary school in the District of Sematang Borang Palembang. The type of research used in this seresearch is quantitative research. The total population in this study was 100 teachers. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out in several ways, namely questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is a multiple regression model with the help of SPSS for Windows. The results of the study concluded that partially Motivation had a positive and significant effect on Student Learning Outcomes at Public Elementary Schools in Sematang Borang District, Palembang City and Teacher Competence had a positive and significant effect on Student Learning Outcomes at Public Elementary Schools in Sematang Borang District, Palembang City. Meanwhile, simultaneously Teacher Motivation and Competence have a significant effect on Student Learning Outcomes at Public Elementary Schools in Sematang Borang District, Palembang. In conclusion, teacher motivation and competence influence elementary school student learning outcomes. Keywords: Motivation, Teacher Competence, Learning Outcomes
