Abstract

This research looks at the madrasa head's leadership role in shaping the achievements of extracurricular activities at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) 04 Kepahiang. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The research subjects were madrasa heads, extracurricular supervisors, curriculum assistants, and students. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction processes, data presentation, and conclusions. This research found that first, the role of the madrasa head in shaping the achievements of extracurricular activities: forming the extracurricular structure, providing guidance and direction to extracurricular supervisors, planning financial budgets for extracurricular activities, always coordinating and supervising extracurricular activities, and carrying out continuous evaluation. These two processes shape the achievements of extracurricular activities at MIN 04 Kepahiang: blending all madrasa elements, developing programs together, appointing coaches and trainers, providing a budget, and preparing activity schedules; the madrasa head monitors activities; the charge of the madrasah carries out evaluations and; The madrasah coordinates with the committee and the students' parents. The three impacts of the madrasa head's leadership in shaping the achievements of extracurricular activities are: some students can continue to junior high school for free and are boarded at PPLP and SKO Bengkulu for high school; students can take part in various competitions at KSM; develop talents, interests in sports, Mathematics and Natural Sciences and recitations and; Students who excel can continue to favorite/superior schools. In conclusion, there is a leadership role for school principals so that they can improve achievement in extracurricular activities. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of participative leadership and work commitment on the performance of State Vocational School teachers in Prabumulih City. From the results of researchers' observations and interviews with several fellow teachers and principals at State Vocational Schools in Prabumulih City, some still have a low work commitment, and teachers are committed to exemplary work. Apart from that, several research results show the leadership role of the head schools in improving teacher performance, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic. This quantitative research will analyze the influence of participative leadership and work commitment on the performance of State Vocational School teachers throughout Prabumulih City. A questionnaire instrument with a Likert scale was used. A sample of 153 people was taken using the Slovin method from a population of 248 teachers at State Vocational Schools in Prabumulih City. The descriptive statistical analysis results show that each variable's norm range values are relatively good. Inferential inferential statistics tests hypotheses using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The conclusion is that participative leadership and work commitment positively influence teacher performance in State Vocational Schools throughout Prabumulih City. Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of the principal in instilling a culture of quality education in schools. This qualitative descriptive research method takes the background of the State Vocational High School 3 Rejang Lebong. Methods for collecting data were direct interviews, observation, and documentation. The subjects of this research were the Principal of SMKN 3, Rejang Lebong, and the Deputy Head of Quality Assurance. The research object was carried out at SMKN 3 Reajang Lebong. Qualitative data is analyzed by identifying, clarifying, analyzing, and concluding data. The results of the research show: the role of the principal in instilling a culture of quality school education at SMKN 3 Rejang Lebong, which in the learning curriculum is used as a guideline for implementing learning activities with the aim of achieving education where the learning process emphasizes character formation, namely Active, Creative, Enthusiastic, Clean and Religious (AKBAR), as well as learning about the environment both internally and externally which will later be formulated to solve problems that arise in the school environment in order to realize the quality of education at SMKN 3 Rejang Lebong; The school principal carries out a strategy to achieve an effective school, namely through learning carried out optimally, students' potential is empowered as best as possible by aligning the curriculum with the business world and the industrial world in accordance with each skill competency at SMKN 3 Rejang Lebong, where currently SMKN 3 Rejang Lebong has collaborated with more than 65 industrial worlds, business worlds and MSMEs, as well as other agencies such as Bataliyon 144 Jaya Yuda and Kodim 0409 RL in the Latdastar Program; Obstacles or problems for a school principal in implementing a culture of quality education at SMKN 3 Rejang Lebong include limited facilities and infrastructure that do not support this due to the little land owned by SMKN 3 Rejang Lebong, as well as the diversity of ethnic cultures of its students. In conclusion, the principal has a role in instilling a culture of quality school education, which is included in the learning curriculum and is a reference in carrying out the learning process. Abstract

The balanced scorecard is a strategy that can be used by educational institutions to improve the quality of education. In its implementation, there are four perspectives; financial, customer, internal processes, and learning and growth perspectives. The purpose of this research is to understand how the implementation of the balanced scorecard in educational institutions. This type of qualitative research with a case study approach. The research is located at MAN 1 Muara Enim. Sources of data were obtained from field observations, interviews with school principals, quality assurance deputy heads, curriculum assistant heads, student affairs assistant heads, deputy public relations heads, and heads of administration, documentation, and there were questionnaires as supporting data distributed to students. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results of this study present the balanced scorecard in education quality management at MAN 1 Muara Enim, namely from a financial perspective there is planning, organizing, implementing and supervising the RKAM (Madrasah Work Plan and Budget); service satisfaction perspective, in preparing satisfaction of course requires planning, organizing, implementing and supervising, in the service satisfaction of students towards madrasas it reaches 90.96% with a gap of 9.04% where students are already satisfied with madrasah services even though there are still students who feel dissatisfied; the perspective of the learning process includes planning, organizing, implementing and supervising the learning process in the form of making learning tools up to paying attention to the material and methods to be delivered as well as supervision which aims to improve the learning process of each educator; From the perspective of educators and education staff, there is planning in the form of recruiting educators and students, organizing by sharing among educators and staff, implementation by instilling a work culture, coaching and motivation, as well as supervision carried out by the Assessment Team to assess the performance of educators. Abstract

This study aims to analyze democratic, transformational and situational leadership styles in facing the era of society 5.0. using qualitative research methods using secondary data to analyze research literature reviews from various previous scientific articles to compile or obtain results. The results of the analysis show that the leadership style is quite good to use in welcoming the era of society 5.0 which is an era where humans will be very close to technology, namely a democratic leadership style where leaders are open in solving problems. Conclusion, the transformational style is a leadership style that is able to change and encourage people optimally, a situational leadership style is a leadership style that is able to read changes in circumstances quite well and quickly. Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze whether there is an influence of Principal Leadership and Work Motivation on teacher performance through Job Satisfaction as an intervention variable in Private Middle Schools in South Binjai District. Thesis 2022. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 44 people, while the sampling technique used was the total population. with a total sample of 44 people. The data collection tool used is a questionnaire measured by a Likert scale and using path analysis techniques (Path Analysis). Based on the test results it can be concluded that the principal's leadership has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction (H1 is accepted), work motivation has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction (H2 is accepted), the principal's leadership has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance (H3 Accepted), work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance (H4 is accepted), job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance (H5 is accepted), principal leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable (H6 is accepted), Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable (H7 is accepted). In conclusion, there is a significant influence between the principal's leadership and work motivation on teacher performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of implementing E-Government policies on team member performance, the impact of government governance on team member performance, and the effect of implementing E-Government policies and government governance on the performance of Garut district population and civil registration service employees. This research method is quantitative. With a population of 54 people, the total number of employees is the Garut Regency Population and Civil Registration Service. The research sampling method uses a saturated sample method so that the number of samples is the same as the total population. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that implementing e-government policies and government governance partially and simultaneously influences team member performance, with a contribution of 72.6%. In conclusion, there is a significant influence between the implementation of E-Government Government Governance policies on team member performance. Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze whether there is an influence of commitment, competence and work motivation on the performance of State Vocational School Teachers in Binjai City. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 150 people, while the sampling technique used was the Slovin method with a total sample of 109 people. The data collection tool used was a questionnaire measured by a Liker scale. Based on the test results it can be concluded that Commitment has a positive and significant influence on Teacher Performance (H1 is accepted), Competence has a positive and significant influence on Teacher Performance (H2 is accepted), Work Motivation has a positive and significant influence on Teacher Performance (H3 is accepted), Commitment , Competence, and Work Motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of State Vocational School teachers in Binjai City (H4 is accepted). In conclusion, there is a positive and significant influence between commitment, competence, and work motivation on the performance of State Vocational School teachers in the city of Binjai. Abstract

This study aims to provide empirical analysis regarding transformational leadership, trust in leaders and individual performance, this can be a source of reference for the development of soft skills in the leadership theme, especially restaurant managerss. The current literature is scarce on the role of leadership in enhancing leader trust and individual performance in the restaurant industry. The sample in this study was 233 crew and restaurant staff used to assess their leaders, namely restaurant managers and analyzed using SEM PLS 3. The results showed a positive and significant influence between transformational leadership and trust in leaders, and individual performance. And trust in leaders also has a positive and significant effect on individual performance. In addition, the charisma and inspirational factors of leaders contribute strongly to increasing the ability and integrity of crew and staff in influencing individual benefits and outcomes. Abstract

This research aims to see the influence of education level and work performance on job promotion at the Serelo Lahat College of Economics. This research uses a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The population of this research is all 160 employees of STIE Serelo Lahat. The random sampling method used took 25% of the respondents, so the total sample was 40 people. The research results found that there was a significant influence of work performance (X1) on job promotion (Y) with analysis of the t-calculated value of work performance (X1) of 6.699> t-table value at the actual level of 0.05 with degrees of freedom n-2 = 38 obtained t-table = 2.024 or with a significant level of 0.000 (P-value < 0.05 and there is also an essential influence between the level of education (X2) on promotion (Y) and the analysis of the t-calculated value of the level of education (X2) of 3.762> t-table value at a fundamental level of 0.05 with degrees of freedom n-2 = 38 obtained t-table = 2.024 or with a sizeable significant level of 0.001 (P-value < 0.05). There is a significant correlation between work performance and The level of education that influences job promotion. In conclusion, there is a significant influence between work performance and education level on job promotion. Keywords: level of education, work performance, promotion
