Abstract

The research aims to determine servant leadership and school culture to reduce the impact of learning loss at SMA Negeri 14 Palembang. This quantitative research explores the influence of service leadership and the culture of excellence in schools in overcoming learning loss. Data was collected from a sample of SMA Negeri 14 Palembang teachers using a questionnaire with triangulation of observations and documentation studies. The results of the research show that there is a 31% influence of servant leadership on learning loss recovery efforts, there is a 10.4% influence of school culture on learning loss recovery efforts, and there is a joint influence between servant leadership and school culture on learning loss recovery efforts at SMA Negeri 14 Palembang it was 48.52%. In conclusion, there is the influence of servant leadership and school culture to reduce the impact of learning loss. Keywords: Learning Loss, Servant Leadership, School Culture

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and describe the influence of participatory leadership of school principals and empowerment together on performance at SMA Negeri 21 Palembang. This research was conducted by taking place at the State High School 21 Palembang. This research was conducted for 4 months in the 2022/2023 gazal semester which lasted from July 2022 to the end of October 2022. In this study, it used field research (field research) which is of the causality type. The population in this study was all teachers of state high school (SMA) 21 Palembang which amounted to 86 people. The sample was calculated using the Slovin formula and obtained the number of 57 teachers. Data collection techniques use questionnaires/ questionnaires, observations and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data normality tests, homogeneity tests, liniearity tests, simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis, t-tests, F tests and coefficient of determination tests. This research shows the principal's participative leadership and empowerment influence teacher performance at SMA Negeri 21 Palembang, contributing 99.2%. In conclusion, the principal's participative leadership and empowerment significantly influence teacher performance at SMA Negeri 21 Palembang. Abstract

This study aims to find out and describe the effect of the principal's managerial competence and teacher certification allowance on the performance of teachers at SMP Kota Prabumulih. This research is a survey research with a quantitative approach. The subjects of the study were principals and teachers at SMP Negeri Prabumulih who were the object of research. The results showed that there was an influence of the principal's managerial competence and teacher certification allowance on teacher performance. this can be seen in the count (5.525) > ftabel (3.12) with ho rejected and ha accepted indicated by the regression line equation Y = 1.678 + 0.797x1 + 0.701x2 meaning, there is an influence of the principal's managerial competence and teacher certification allowance on teacher performance. The principal's managerial competence and teacher certification allowance were able to affect teacher performance with a contribution of 87.4% while the remaining 12.6% was influenced by other variables that were not studied in this study. In conclusion, the principal's managerial competence and teacher certification allowance influence the performance of Prabumulih City Middle School teachers. Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of managerial functions of headmaster and obstructing factors in applying the school quality assurance in SMA Negeri 10 Palembang. The method of the study was descriptive method with qualitative approach. The data were got by observing, interviewing, and analyzing the documents. The informen of this study were a headmaster, vice headmasters, the school quality assurance team, and some respondents to strengthen the data. The data were analyzed by reducing, displaying, and concluding data. The results showed that the headmaster managed the program by managing the management functions, those were planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. The obstructing factors of applying the school quality assurance were in Standar Pendidik dan Kependidikan and Standar Sarana dan Prasarana. Abstract

This study aims to describe the influence of the principal’s leadership toward the quality of service at SMA Subrayon 01 Palembang. This research used quantitative descriptive approach with 62 respondents and got data by using questionnaire, observation, and documentation, the data gotten were tested by using prerequisite test and analyzed by using linear regression analysis. The result of the study showed that the principal’s leadership influnced highly toward the quality of service at SMA Subrayon 01 Palembang. In conclusion, the principal has a high level of commitment to the quality of service at SMA Subrayon 01 Palembang Keywords: the principal’s leadership; the quality of service

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the strategy for implementing Merdeka Belajar's curriculum, the learning process, and the obstacles that arise. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. Informants taken in this study were ten people who were directly related to this research. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used data reduction, data display, and conclusions. The results showed that the strategy for implementing of kurikulum merdeka belajar which was carried out in stages at SMA Negeri 10 Palembang went very well; Likewise, the intracurricular, co-curricular and project learning processes in the independent learning curriculum are going well; Problems that arise in the implementation of the independent learning curriculum are the lack of teacher competence, lack of basic literacy competencies in studentssesuai, book references and internet access have been overcome by means of teacher training, completing book references and internet access which has been running very well. Conclusion, The strategy for implementing the independent learning curriculum at SMA N 10 Palembang has been implemented with careful planning and carried out in stages from the adoption route of implementing the independent learning curriculum, webinar series, help service center (Helpdesk), independent teaching platform, learning community and resource persons sharing practices Good. Abstract

This research was carried out to describe and analyze the management of educational units in realizing the Pancasila student profile, describing and analyzing the factors that hinder and support the management of academic units in learning the Pancasila student profile. This research used a qualitative descriptive method with eleven informants and data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data obtained was analyzed by reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this research show that the management of the educational unit succeeded in realizing the Pancasila student profile through P5; the supporting factors are internal and external. Inhibiting factors are a lack of understanding of educators, limited PBM time, teaching teams that are constantly changing, lack of student interest, and students are still passive, limitations of the project team designing teaching modules, learning strategies that are not varied, and lack of parental support and teacher attention. Conclusion: The management of the educational unit has succeeded in realizing the Pancasila student profile Keywords: Education Unit, Management; Pancasila Student Profile.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the accelerated class program, find out the supporting factors, inhibiting factors and how to overcome the obstacles in implementing the accelerated class program in improving the quality of graduates at MAN 3 Palembang. Research using descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The objects of research were representatives of the curriculum sector, class program coordinators, teachers and students of MAN 3 Palembang. Data were analyzed by means of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. Research result ; The implementation of the accelerated class program has gone well; Supporting factors are support from the government, community, parents, adequate facilities and infrastructure, as well as a conducive madrasah environment; The constraining factor is the heavier learning load; Ways to overcome obstacles are counseling guidance, better learning facilities, teachers using a variety of learning methods, and holding outbound programs every grade increase. The quality of graduates is that all students pass one hundred percent and are accepted at state universities and official schools. In conclusion, the implementation of the accelerated class program at MAN 3 Palembang has gone well. Keywords: Acceleration, Implementation, and quality of graduates

Abstract

The purpose seof this study is to analyze how the implementation of conflict management in overcoming violations of school rules at SMP YPI Tunas Bangsa Palembang. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data sources in this study include primary data collected from principals, teachers, employees, and students of SMP YPI Tunas Bangsa Palembang and secondary data collected from books, theses, theses, documentation of SMP YPI Tunas Bangsa Palembang. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews and documentation. Data validity tests in this study include credibility, dependability, and confirmability tests. While data analysis techniques in this study include transcripts of interview results, data reduction, analysis, data interpretation and triangulation. The result of this study is the implementation of conflict management in overcoming violations of school rules at SMP YPI Tunas Bangsa Palembang consisting of student conflict factors, teacher conflict factors, parent factors, family factors, student character factors, student factors in class, homeroom factors, student home distance factors, school rules factors, problem factors from home and factors related to violations of school rules. In conclusion, the implementation of conflict management in overcoming violations of school rules at YPI Tunas Bangsa Middle School in Palembang consists of conflicts between students and students, students and teachers, teachers and teachers, students and homeroom teachers, parents of students and the school. Abstract

This research aims to determine the use of facilities and infrastructure to support the quality of learning. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data sources were obtained from observations of the school environment, interviews with the principal and head of infrastructure, and documentation. The collection techniques in this research are observation, discussion, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are reduction, display, conclusion drawing and verification, and descriptive statistics. The results of this research show that the use of infrastructure to support the quality of learning at SMKS 6 Pertiwi Curup is carried out in stages, namely, preparing different usage schedules, making learning activities a priority, submitting a usage schedule at the beginning of the school year, assigning/appointing personnel, and scheduling the use of facilities. Infrastructure for intracurricular and extracurricular activities. In conclusion, the use of facilities and infrastructure to support the quality of learning at SMKS 6 Pertiwi Curup is preparing schedules so that there are no conflicts between classes and submitting programs at the beginning of the school year, using infrastructure specifically for learning activities which are the main priority, as well as scheduling extracurricular and extracurricular activities clear.
