Abstract

This study aims to identify teachers' practices and strategies in fostering multicultural values among third-grade students at Ban Iso School, Narathiwat, with a focus on Islamic religious education, which plays a role in shaping character and attitudes of tolerance toward differences. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews and observations of teachers and students and analyzed descriptively. The findings indicate that teachers at Ban Iso School implement strategies such as contextual approaches, group discussions, case studies, and the use of inspirational stories to instill multicultural values. Students demonstrate a good understanding of diversity and can interact harmoniously. However, challenges such as limited teaching materials and a lack of teacher training need to be addressed. Therefore, strengthening the curriculum, enhancing teacher training, and involving parents in inclusive education are essential to optimizing the formation of students’ character to be tolerant and appreciative of diversity in a multicultural society.

Abstract

This classroom action research aims to improve the learning outcomes of Class X students of SMAN 1 Rantau Selatan in Pancasila Education Learning with the material "Recognizing, Realizing, and Appreciating Identity Diversity" by integrating the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model with the Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach. This research follows the classroom action research design of Kemmis McTaggart and is carried out in three cycles, namely pre-cycle, cycle I, and cycle II, each consisting of 4 stages, such as planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. A total of 36 Class X-2 students became the subjects in this study. Data collection was carried out using observation and learning outcome tests. The results of the study showed that there was a significant increase in student learning outcomes. The average score of students increased from 63.3 in the precycle, to 78.6 in Cycle I, and 89.4 in Cycle II. The classical completion rate also showed a substantial increase, namely from 30.5% in the pre-cycle, 61.1% in Cycle I, to 91.6% in Cycle II. This study is expected to be a guideline in implementing a learning model that not only emphasizes critical problem solving through Problem Based Learning (PBL), but is also able to appreciate and accommodate the cultural diversity of students through the Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach.

Abstract

This study analyzes the empowerment of women from an Islamic perspective through a literature review, focusing on the legal, social, and gender aspects in the modern world. The findings indicate that Islamic law provides protection for women's rights, including inheritance and education rights. The social aspect emphasizes the importance of women's roles in society, while the gender analysis affirms the equality between men and women. Despite challenges in implementation, this study concludes that women's empowerment based on Islamic teachings can contribute to more just and sustainable social change.

Abstract

This research aims to find out alternative education financing that is in accordance with the sharia concept and can overcome the financing needs of students to continue higher levels of education. The presence of the fatwa of the National Sharia Council No. 44/DSN-MUI/VIII/2004 regulates how the concept of education financing based on Sharia Principles with the Al-Ijarah or kafalah method. However, education financing is included in the Al-Ijarah Multijasa category. Education financing using the Al Ijarah Multijasa method was chosen because this financing can serve a wider range of financial services, such as health financing, weddings, vehicle rental services, houses, wedding halls, building tools and other services. So that education financing is more ideal using the sharia principles of Al Ijarah Multijasa. With the presence of the fatwa of the National Sharia Council on Education financing, it is hoped that it will be able to become a financing solution so that students are free from the snares of usury that make it difficult.

Abstract

This research is expected to be able to determine the level of students' learning motivation through learning media of snakes and ladders towards science learning. This research is a study that uses qualitative and quantitative methods using a sample of 32 elementary school students. The data collection technique in this studywas to use a questionnaire and document the results of students' learning motivationwhen using snakes and ladders learning media. The implementation of this research takes place in the elementary school of SDN Pasirsari 03. The method used in this research is the ADDIE method. Learning media snakes and ladders can be categorized as valid or can increase student motivation because it gets an average score of 88.6% in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the mapping analysis of the quality of education at SMP Negeri 3 Boja, Kendal Regency. The research approach used is qualitative. This type of research is a case study. This research uses triangulation of sources and methods. Data analysis in three steps: data reduction, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that: Mapping the quality of education at SMP N 3 Boja, Kendal Regency, is very important to know the extent of the quality of education at the school. However, the analysis results show that the mapping method used still has shortcomings. Mapping focuses too much on academic achievement alone and pays little attention to other important things such as innovative learning methods, as well as specific problems faced by schools.

Abstract

Teachers still use the lecture method in delivering lesson material which makes students easily bored and difficult to understand the material during learning, facilities at school are inadequate and many students' learning outcomes have not yet reached the KKM. Therefore, it is necessary to add learning media such as e-modules which can help teachers in the learning process. The aim of this research is to produce an E-Module based on Project Baed Learning for class X DKV informatics lessons at SMK Negeri 4 Payakumbuh. This research uses the Research and Development method. The development model carried out in this research is the ADDIE model which consists of 5 stages, namely (analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation). The data collection technique uses a Likert scale questionnaire. The subjects in this research were educators and students from SMK Negeri 4 Payakumbuh X DKV. Data collection methods are taken from observation, questionnaires and documentation. The results of this research show that the average value of media validation tests by validators is 91.35% in the "Very Valid" category, material expert validation is 85.74% in the "Very Valid" category. The teacher practicality test was 94.44% in the "Very Practical" category, and the student practicality test was 93.38% in the "Very Practical" category. Conclusions based on the data obtained, the development of e-modules based on project based learning in informatics lessons is feasible and practical to use as informatics e-modules.

Abstract

Guidance and counseling are activities that are closely related to everyday human life, where every individual, including students, faces various problems. In the school environment, the role of guidance and counseling teachers is very important in helping students overcome academic and personal problems. SMPN 1 Telukjambe Timur is the focus of this study to analyze the implementation of guidance and counseling and the challenges faced in its implementation. This study aims to describe the implementation of guidance and counseling at SMPN 1 Telukjambe Timur, identify supporting and inhibiting factors, and analyze problems that often arise in the implementation of guidance and counseling services at the school. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, documentation, and interviews. The research informants consisted of guidance and counseling teachers and a student who had consulted. The results of the study showed that one of the main problems in the implementation of guidance and counseling is the perception of students who consider guidance and counseling teachers as peers. This affects the effectiveness of the services provided, thus impacting the quality of guidance received by students. Guidance and counseling at SMPN 1 Telukjambe Timur requires more attention to understanding the role of guidance and counseling teachers so that the relationship that is established remains professional and effective in solving student problems.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low level of student mathematics learning outcomes. The aim of this research is to find out whether there is an increase in the learning outcomes of class XI F1 students at SMAN 2 Basa Ampek Balai Tapan after implementing the Auditory Intellectually Repetition (AIR) model. This type of research is pre-experimental, with the research design used: one-group pretest and posttest design. The subjects in this research were class XI F1. The sampling technique in this research was purposive sampling, chosen as the sample class was class XI F1. The research instrument for this research was the initial pretest and posttest. Analysis of the learning outcomes data used was the paired t-test. The analysis of learning outcomes data, it was obtained =19,72 at the real level ?=0.05 with =1.729. Because the data produces  then rejecting H0 means that student learning outcomes after applying the Auditory Intellectually Repetition model increase. Thus, there is an increase in the learning outcomes of class XI F1 students at SMAN 2 Basa Ampek Balai Tapan after implementing the Auditory Intellectually Repetition (AIR) model.

Abstract

Gamifikasi adalah proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan. Unsur dalam permainan dengan tujuan untuk memotivasi siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Selain itu media juga dapat menangkap hal-hal yang menarik bagi siswa dan menginspirasi mereka untuk terus belajar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana gamifikasi efektif terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X Manajemen Perkantoran dan Pelayanan Bisnis di SMK Negeri 1 Lubuk Basung sebagai pembelajaran yang menarik untuk diterapkan saat ini atau tidak. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MPLB2 dan X MPLB3. Dimana kelas X MPLB3 digunakan sebagai kelas eksperimen yang diberikan perlakuan. Perlakuan yang dimaksud adalah penyediaan media gamifikasi berupa kuis platform wordwall. Selanjutnya kelas X MPLB2 nantinya dijadikan sebagai kelas kontrol tanpa diberi perlakuan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah dengan menggunakan true eksperimen design, selanjutnya akan diangkat pada posttest only control group design untuk membandingkan kelas kontrol dengan kelas eksperimen. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan dan diujikan pada siswa kelas X Manajemen Perkantoran dan Pelayanan Bisnis di SMK Negeri 1 Lubuk Basung Tahun Pelajaran 2024/2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelas eksperimen yang dilaksanakan pembelajaran menggunakan gamifikasi memperoleh rata-rata hasil belajar sebesar 81,13, sedangkan kelas kontrol tidak menggunakan media video diperoleh rata-rata hasil belajar sebesar 79,31. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan mengenai pengaruh gamifikasi terhadap hasil belajar kelasKata Kunci: Gamifikasi, platform wordwall, desain eksperimen sebenarnya,
