Abstract

Researchresults show that 1. The planning has not appropriately implemented; this is indicatedby the guidance and counseling program that based on the analysis of the needs ofstudents, 2. Organizing is done quite well with the distribution of work tasks, 3.Actuating of activities carried out incidentally or in coordination with the subjectteacher, 4. Supervision/evaluation is not well implemented. This research concludes thatthe school will better understand the guidance and counseling activities by providingsupport facilities so that the program offered is following the needs of students.

Abstract

The data analysistechniques used in description analysis include correlation analysis and regression. The resultsshowed that the school principal's leadership style influenced the teacher's performance by44.5%.These findings give the meaning that 44.5% of teacher performance can be predicted throughthe principal's leadership style. The work discipline affects the teacher's performance by 53.4%. Thesefindings give meaning 31.60% of the teacher's performance can be predicted through work discipline.The leadership style of the school principal and work discipline jointly affects the teacher'sperformance by 63.9% while the remaining 36.1% is derived from the other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

In analyzing researchdata researchers use data reduction, data presentation and provide conclusions. This study raisednine children who have difficulty communicating. The guidance and counseling (BK) has groupguidance services to improve student communication skills, develop student outreach and so on.Researchers use group guidance to improve student communication skills, by encouragingstudents to communicate actively in group guidance activities, it can trigger students' desire to beable to express their opinions. The group guidance process was carried out several times to getmaximum results.

Abstract

The results of this study are: 1) There isa very basic difference in the character of the millennial era with previous generations. 2) There areeffects of the student character of the millennial era on the motivation to learn both positively and negatively, but negative effects are found to be more dominant than the positive effect. 3)Performance role of teacher BK class VIII, State Junior High School 1 Perbaungan need to beimproved according to each individual by increasing the potential of academic, creativity and loyaltyin order to provide guidance and service to the learners So as to provide services and empower thepotential of learners in the learning process and to respond to the development of the developingmillennial character.

Abstract

The data are analyzed with an interactive model that is divided intodata collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Basedon. the results of research on the effectiveness of school-based management inimproving quality at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Binjai City, so it can beconcluded that the effectiveness of MBS in MIN city of binjai can improve thequality of education. Abstract

The results of this study are (1)Guidance and counseling programs implemented at MAN 1 Medan, namely guidance andcounseling programs that are truly in accordance with the implementation of guidance andcounseling services in general. The guidance and counseling program consists of annual,semester, monthly, weekly and daily programs. Preparation of this guidance and counselingservice program to meet the targets or objectives of the implementation of guidance andcounseling services. (2) The implementation of information services in fostering discipline inMAN 1 Medan students by providing information including how to divide time, arrange aschedule of learning activities, how to learn effectively, how to choose learning techniques,and information about learning discipline. (3) Information services play a role in improvingstudent discipline, that is, students are able to absorb social knowledge and understanding indepth towards themselves.

Abstract

This research is a phenomenologicalin qualitative approach. The data collection methods usingthe observation,interview and documentation. In anal yzing the data the researcher used qualitativeanal ysis with steps of data exposure, data reduction and conclusion drawing. Theresults of his research founded that the function of the school principal incommunicating the vision and mission and goals of the school at SDIT Bina InsanBatang Kuis has been well implemented and the performance of teachers at SDITBina Insan Batang Kuis has not been implemented well enough and the form ofschool principal communication in improving teacher performance at SDIT BinaInsan Batang has not optimally.
